Purpose: Chronic inflammatory gingival lesions occur as pyogenic granulomas or non-specific chronic suppurative lesions. Methods: Of the 59 chronic inflammatory gingival lesions examined, plasma cell granuloma (n=14), which showed an intense antibody-mediated immune reaction with the increased infiltration of plasma cells, was observed as a pseudotumor-like gingival overgrowth and myofibroblastic or fibrohistiocytitc proliferation of stromal cells with a heavy collection of plasma cells. The levels of CD3, CD20, CD31, CD68, RANKL, cathepsin G, cathepsin K, lysozyme, TNF${\alpha}$, MMP-2, and MMP-9 in the 14 cases of gingival plasma cell granuloma with immunohistochemical detection were measured to determine the pathogenetic progresses of the plasma cell granuloma compared to the common pyogenic granuloma (n=45) in the gingiva. Results: The gingival lesions of the plasma cell granuloma could be divided into three histological types, plasma cell predominant type (PPT, n=8), mixed inflammatory cell type (MICT, n=2), and sclerosed fibrosis type (SFT, n=4). The PPT showed a condensed infiltration of plasma cells into the perivascular spaces of the granulomatous lesion with frequent formation of Russel's body in their cytoplasm. The MICT showed the concomitant infiltration of many macrophages together with plasma cells, resulting in the diffuse destruction of stromal fibrous tissue. The SFT showed granulomatous lesions replaced gradually by thick collagenous fibrous tissue, resembling an inflammatory pseudotumor. The SFT expressed strongly the lymphocytic markers, CD3 and CD20, and the macrophage/monocyte markers, CD31 and CD68, but showed reduced expression of common inflammatory markers, TNF${\alpha}$, cathepsin G, lysozyme, MMP-2, and MMP-9, as well as the reduced expression of osteoclastogenic markers, RANKL and cathepsin K. Conclusion: These results suggest that a gingival plasma cell granuloma shows variable gene expression for cell-mediated immunity and stromal tissue degeneration, undergoing sclerotic fibrosis with a persistent inflammatory reaction.

고속 인터넷 접속 방법들에 대한 성능 분석

We also measme another performance when we use these high speed mternet technology as FTTH. 인터넷의 급속한 확산은 우리의 생활 전반을 뒤흔들고 있다. 특히, 가정에서의 네트워크 환경은 댁내 통신망(Home Area Network)이라는 이름으로 활발한 연구가 진행중이다. 댁내의 가전기기들이 점차 디지털화 되고 네트워크 기술을 요구하게 됨에 따라 가정에서의 인터넷 사용 요구도 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 현재 가정에서 사용할 수 있는 고속 인터넷 기법으로는 케이블 모뎀과 ADSL 모뎀이 있다. 또 앞으로는 FTTH까지 발전할 것으로 전망된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 고속 인터넷 기법들을 가정에서 이용할 경우에 사용자들의 멀티미디어 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 지를 확인하기 위해 실제 제공받을 수 있는 성능을 측정하였다. 또 초고속 시험망을 이용하여 FTTH를 사용할 경우에 우리가 제공받을 수 있는 성능을 측정하였다.

1930년대 김유정 소설에 나타난 ‘금(金)’과 경제적 상상력의 표상 -조선 후기 야담 <개성상인(開城商人)>과 비교를 중심으로-

본 연구는 조선 후기 야담 <개성상인>과 1930년대 김유정의 소설에 나타난 ‘금(金)’ 서술방식을 통해 경제적 상상력이 드러나는 양상을 살펴보고자 했다. 본 연구에서 조선 후기와 1930년대의 ‘금’ 이야기에 주목하는 것은 다음과 같은 이유 때문이다. ‘금’은 보물-귀한 존재-이자, 화폐적 가치로 환산되는 복합적 특성을 가지고 있다. 또 조선 후기는 자본주의적 사회경제로 이행하는 변화를 보여주며, 1930년대는 식민지배의 일상화가 고착되면서 자본주의적 풍조가 확산되었던 시기라는 중요성이 있다. 본 연구의 논의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 야담 <개성상인(開城商人)>에서 ‘금’은 귀한 보물임과 동시에 구체적인 수치로 계산가능한 재화로 서술되었다. 나아가 경제적 이익이 계산 가능하고, 그것을 축적하려는 개인의 경제적 욕망은 정당하다는 사실을 서술하고 있었다. 이를 통해 경제적 가치와 이익에 대한 공통감각을 확인하고, 이를 공유하는 공동체 구성의 징후를 보여주었다. 둘째, 야담에서 ‘금’을 화폐적 가치로 계산하는 방식은 김유정 소설에서 더욱 복합적인 양상으로 드러났다. 김유정의 소설에서는 서로 다른 인물이, 서로 다른 시공간적 기준을 전제로 ‘금’으로 얻어질 이익을 계산한다. 이에 따라 사물과 ‘부(富)’에 대해 비교가 가능해지며, 인격적 범주에도 화폐적 가치가 개입함을 보여주었다. 셋째, ‘금’에 대한 욕망은 야담에서 구체적으로 서술되었으며, 김유정 소설에서는 그 탐욕이 무한증식하여 물신화되는 모습을 보여주었다. 특히 김유정 소설에서 ‘금’은 무엇과도 교환가능한 절대적 수단이자 그 자체가 절대 목적이 되어버리는 전도된 양상을 드러내주었다. 넷째, 야담에서 나타난 경제적 상상력과 그로 인한 변화는 1930년대 식민지 자본주의에서 공허한 황금욕망의 파국으로 귀결되었다. 이런 의미에서 김유정의 ‘금’소재 소설들은 식민지 자본주의 현실에서 개인의 주체적 욕망 추구가 불가능함을 역설적으로 알려주는 것이었다. 결국 조선 후기의 야담은 ‘금’이라는 공통 척도가 마련되는 양상을, 김유정의 소설은 그 이후 부정적 극단으로 치달아간 모습을 드러내 준 것이다. This study aims to consider the changes in economic imagination through the narrative method of the late Joseon Dynasty"s Yadam “Gaeseong Merchants” and the 1930s novels of Kim Yu-jeong. This study draws attention to the gold story of the late Joseon Dynasty and 1930s for the following reasons: gold has complex characteristics that translate into treasure-precious existence-interest and monetary value. Additionally, the late Joseon Dynasty demonstrated a shift toward capitalism, and importantly the 1930s were a time when colonial rule became stronger and capitalism spread. The results of the discussion in this study are as follows. First, gold was described as a precious treasure and a commodity that could be calculated and accounted by the Yadam “Gaeseong Merchant”. “Gaeseong Merchants” revealed that economic benefits are computable and that individuals’ economic desire to accumulate them is justified. This demonstrates signs of the formation of communities that share a common sense of economic values and interests. Second, the method of calculating and using gold as a monetary value in Yadam was more complex in Kim Yu-jeong’s novels, where different characters calculate the profits that gold will produce based on the premise that they have different spatial and temporal standards. Consequently, it became possible to compare things with wealth and demonstrated that monetary value was also involved in human categories. Third, the desire for gold was specifically described in Yadam, and Kim Yu-jung’s novel’s, the greed grows infinitely and is described as worshipping God. Especially in Kim Yu-jung’s novel, the bizarre characteristics of gold becoming an absolute means and an absolute purpose that can be exchanged for anything were revealed. Fourth, the economic imagination in Yadam resulted in the destruction of empty golden desires in colonial capitalism in the 1930s. In this sense, Kim Yoo-jung’s gold novels paradoxically demonstrate that it is impossible to pursue an individual’s independent desire in colonial capitalism. Ultimately, Yadam in the late Joseon Dynasty illustrates that a common measure of gold is being developed, and Kim Yoo-jung’s novel indicates that this development has progressed to a negative extreme.

WTO/TBT related trade regulation notifications, a rising protectionism in international trade, have reached its highest number of 1560. As the trade regulations of China and Southeast Asia against its main trading partners such as the United States and EU become stricter, the longer time spent and higher price required in achieving certificates are becoming new obstacles that deter trade. In order to relieve such trade barriers, many countries are implementing MRA (Mutual Recognition Agreements) for FTA(Free Trade Agreements) Based on these perspectives, this paper introduces the current and implemented status of MRA. It will focus on the many partners of the FT A and suggest a suitable theoretical basis for future MRA of these FT A partners. Through this investigation, the paper will show how MRAs will mitigate the barriers of import and help solve the difficulties that many SMEs face in the international market because of the lack of compatible information.

타자와 함께하는 평화

이 글은 레비나스의 『존재와 다르게(autrement e‘tre』를 통해 레비나스의 ``타자와 함께하는 평화론``을 살펴보고자 한다. 그가 제시하는 평화의 요지는 결국 ``나의 책임 아래 있는 평화, 내가 인질로 잡힌 평화, 위험스럽게, 큰 위험을 감수하면 서 내가 완전히 홀로 행해야 할 평화’이다. 레비나스는 우리가 다른 이와 함께 한다는 근접성은 다른 사람에게 무관심할수 없는 인도성의 의미를 함축한다고 본다. 근접성의 주체는 다가가는 주체로, 내가 먼저 한발 더 다른 이에게 다가서야 한다. 그는 이웃으로서의 타자의 독특성을 나를 지명하고 소환하는 것으로 설명하면서, 타자의 지명에 사로잡힌 주체는 타자에 의해 기소당한 것으로 설명한다. 소환의 극단적 절박성에서 우리는 타자의 인질이 되고, 타자의 무국적성, 이방성, 곤경을 떠맡게 된다. 레비나스는 이웃이 주체에게 부담스럽고 귀찮은 존재일 수 있지만, 환대해야 할 현재에서 이들을 외면하는 것은 이웃을 잃게 되는 것이고 만나지 못하는 것이 라고 말한다. 타자를 위한 책임 속에서 주체는 한 사람이며, 대체될 수 없는 유일한 이로 정립된다. This article examines Levinas’ theory of peace with ‘the other’ by analyzing his main text of Otherwise than Being or Beyond Essence (Autrement qu``etre ou au-dela de l``essence). His theory of peace can be summarized as the peace that is under my responsibility, the peace that holds me hostage and the peace that must be accomplished by enduring great risks. Levinas regards our proximity to the other as humanity that prevents us from being indifferent to the other. The subject of proximity is the one who approaches the other closer. In his explanation, the peculiar character of a neighbor is that designates and summons me. On another hand, the subject who is assigned by the neighbor is explained as the one that has been summoned by the other. Due to this exigent situation of , we become hostages of the other and take responsibility for the other’s status of statelessness, foreignness and plights. According to Levinas, even though the neighbors can be perceived as burdens and troubles, in this time of need for hospitality, neglecting these neighbors means losing and not meeting them. With these duties for the other, a subject firmly establishes himself or herself as an irreplaceable one.

전후 대중 담론에 나타난 관계지향의 욕망과 친밀성의 재구성 -1950년대 대중잡지의 ‘독자 사교란’을 중심으로

본고에서는 1950년대 대중잡지 『희망』, 『아리랑』, 『명랑』이 기획했던 독자사교란을 중심으로, 개인이 사교/교제를 맺는 활동방식과 그 사회문화적 의미를 살펴보고자 했다. 전후 재건기인 1955∼56년에 등장한 독자사교란은 잡지별로 명칭은 각각 달랐지만, 모두 개인 사교/교제를 권장하고 홍보하면서 이를 잡지 편집과 경영에 적극 활용했다. 투고 내용을 살펴보면, 초기에는 이산가족 ‧ 지인을 찾는 경우가 많았고, 점차 대안가족을 구성하고자하는 욕망이 강하게 드러났다. 이는 전후 현실에서, 개인 간의 유대와 연대의 모든 상징이 ‘가족’으로 수렴되는 ‘가족적 상상력’이 강하게 작동하고 있었음을 의미한다. 다음으로, 독자사교란의 내용에서 ‘고독’에 대한 감정 표출이 빈번했음을 살펴보았는데, 이는 개인사교/교제가 필요하다는 일종의 프레임을 구축하는 과정이며, 이때 ‘고독’은 친밀성에 대한 욕망의 강도를 드러내는 역할을 했다. 이와 같은 독자사교란은, 대중잡지의 기획을 통해 친밀성의 문제가 공개적인 장에서 등장했다는 의미가 있다. 이에 따라 친밀성의 구조는 인륜적 친밀성에서 낭만적 친밀성으로 변화했다. 즉 혈연적 유대와 물리적 인접성에 근거했던 친밀성이 잡지를 통해 비장소적 연대로 바뀌며, 그 안에서 개인들은 가상적 평등을 전제한 가운데 낭만적인 친밀성을 자유롭게 상상한 것이다. 이런 변화가 현실 공간이나 공적 영역으로 확장되지 못했으며, 문화상품으로 소비되었다는 의심도 배제할 수 없다. 그럼에도 불구하고 전후 현실에서 평등한 개인주체의 감각을 상상할 공간으로 마련된 것이 대중잡지의 독자사교란이었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 이에 따라 대중잡지의 독자사교란으로 부터 1950년대 개인들의 관계지향 욕망과 그들이 공유했던 감정 구조를 읽어낼 수 있었고, 그로부터 근대 이후 한국인의 정체성이 생성되는 모습을 가늠할 여지가 주어지기 때문이다. Focusing on the Readers’ Socialization Corner, which was planned by popular magazines Hope, Arirang, and Myeongrang in the 1950s, this study examined how individuals engaged in socialization/fellowship activities as well as its socio-cultural meaning. The Readers’ Socialization Corner, which appeared in the post-war reconstruction period between 1955 and 1956, had different names for each magazine, but all encouraged and promoted individuals’ socialization/fellowship, and actively utilized it for the magazine editing and management. In the contents submitted by readers, there were many cases of seeking displaced families and acquaintances in the early days of the corner operation, and gradually the desire to form an alternative family was revealed. This means that in the post-war reality, the “familial imagination”, in which all symbols of individuals’ bonds and solidarity converge into the “family,” was activated. In addition, in the contents of the Readers’ Socialization Corner, there is the frequent expression of feelings of ‘solitude’, which is a process of constructing a kind of frame that would require personal socialization/fellowship, and ‘solitude’ is the strength of desire for intimacy. Solitude played a role in revealing the desire for intimacy. Thus, through the planning of the popular magazines, the Readers’ Socialization Corner caused the issue of intimacy to emerge in public. Accordingly, the structure of intimacy changed from human intimacy into romantic intimacy. In other words, intimacy based on blood ties and physical proximity is changed to non-place solidarity through magazines, in which individuals freely imagine romantic intimacy under the premise of virtual equality. The suspicion cannot be ruled out that this change was extended to the real space or public domain, and that such activities were consumed as a cultural product. Nevertheless, it is meaningful that the Readers’ Socialization Corner of the popular magazines was prepared as a space to imagine the sensation of individuals on equal footing in the postwar reality. This is because, from the Readers’ Socialization Corner of the popular magazines, it is possible to read the relationship-oriented desires of individuals in the 1950s and the emotional structure they shared, and from that, and to get an insight into gauging how Korean identities were created after the late modern period.
