        ‘께서, 에서, 서’의 문법 기능에 대하여

        The purpose of this study lies in clarifying the grammatical function of Korean particles ‘kkeseo, eseo, seo(께서, 에서, 서)’ and establishing their grammatical position. In addition to their features discovered in a number of discussions, it is claimed that through the analysis of their syntactic structure and passive sentences, ‘kkeseo, eseo, seo(께서, 에서, 서)’ are revealed to play a role of the subjects of noun phrase. However, ‘kkeseo, eseo, seo(께서, 에서, 서)’ are defined as auxiliary particles rather than nominative particles.

        계명대 소장본 <언간독>에 담긴 담화 관습 교육 내용 연구

        As a material published in the latter part of Joseon, ‘Eongandok’ is a letter-writing textbook which dealt with the formality tone should keep when writing a letter in Korean. ‘Eongandok’ is a material that shows the custom of discourse of Korean language and culture, centered on various examples. Existing studies on ‘Eongandok’ are focused on block book ‘Eongandok’. On the other hand, in the case of manuscripts, studies are not actively conducted due to uncertainties surrounding the transcriber and transcribing time. In the case of ‘Eongandok’ housed in Keimyung University and, used in this study, it is highly useful as a research material as transcriber and imprint are clearly recorded. Thus, this study researched the custom of discourse of the Korean language culture in ‘Eongandok’, focusing on the ‘Eongandok’ edition housed in Keimyung University. First, this study examined the revised Korean language education curriculum and high school Korean textbooks in order to understand the characteristics of the discourse practice. Also, this study examined the educational direction of the discourse practice from the perspective of social constructionism. The discourse practice of the Korean language presented in the textbooks can be arranged into the discourse customs centering on family and kin community, discourse customs emphasizing ranking and formality, discourse customs emphasizing emotion and feeling, discourse customs lowering oneself and raising the other party, and generosity expression. Next, based on the previous research, this study examined the characteristics and the educational implications contained in Keimyung University’s ‘Eongandok’, and analyzed the discourse practice of Korean language reflected within. ‘Eongandok’ is a textbook used by ancestors for the purpose of teaching discourse practice. By using ‘Eongandok’ we will be able to understand the tradition of discourse practice that our ancestors learned. Also, by accepting and criticizing our findings from today’s point of view, this study can contribute to the formation of desirable Korean language culture.

        우리나라 재배지역별 야콘 생산성 및 기능성 프락토올리고당 평가

        본 연구는 남미 안데스 원산인 야콘을 대상으로 국내 주요 재배지의 적응성을 평가하고자 2010년부터 2013년까지 4년동안 8 지역을 대상으로 토양환경, 기상환경, 생육 및 수량 특성을 비교하였다. 주요 결과는 아래와 같다. 1. 야콘 주요 재배 8지역의 토양 pH 범위는 5.3~6.9로써 약산성이었고, EC는 0.3~0.9 dS/m의 범위를 나타내어 염류집적이 거의 없는 야콘 생육에 적합한 토성이었다. 2. 야콘의 덩이뿌리 최성기~증가기(9~10월)의 최고온도는 진부, 봉화, 철원, 강릉 지역이 $17.5{\sim}24.6^{\circ}C$를 나타내어 덩이뿌리 생육에 적정온도 범위를 보였으나, 대관령의 온도는 $15.0{\sim}20.0^{\circ}C$로 적정온도($18{\sim}25^{\circ}C$)보다 낮았으며, 순천, 옥천, 여주는 $20.0{\sim}27.1^{\circ}C$로 적정온도보다 높았다. 3. 야콘의 생산성을 지역별로 비교하였을 때, 진부지역이 총수량과 상품수량이 각각 4,065, 3,196 kg/10a로 다른 지역보다 가장 높았으며, 그 다음으로 봉화, 철원 순이었다. 4. 야콘 덩이뿌리의 당함량을 분석한 결과, 프럭토스 0.11~0.20%, 글루코스 0.11~0.37%, 수크로스 0.39~0.68%, 환원당 0.07~0.37%, 프락토올리고당이 7.03~9.62%이 함유되어 있었다. 진부지역이 기능성 물질인 프락토올리고당 함량이 가장 높았다. 5. 야콘의 국내 적응성을 평가한 결과, 생육온도인 $18{\sim}25^{\circ}C$인 준고랭지 지역(500-560 m)인 진부 및 봉화에서 가장 안정적인 생산성을 나타내어 기상환경이 야콘의 덩이뿌리 생육에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 구명되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of envrionmental factors on the ecological responses, yield, and quality properties and physicochemical characteristics of yacon cultivated in various regions of Korea. Experiments were carried out in eight regions from 2010 to 2013. The temperature range in Jinbu, Bonghwa, Cheolwon, and Gangneung during the growth period of yacon cultivation was $17.5-24.6^{\circ}C$. The total yield and marketable yield of tuberous root in Jinbu were 4,065 and 3,196 kg/10a, respectively. The sugar content of yacon tuberous roots comprised 0.11-0.20% fructose, 0.11-0.37% glucose, 0.39-0.68% sucrose, 0.07-0.37% reducing sugar, and 7.03-9.62% fructo-oligosaccharides. The content of fructo-oligosaccharides, which is a functional substance, was the highest in yacon cultivated in Jinbu. Based on the productivity and functional fructo-oligosaccharides, the optimum areas to cultivate yacon are Jinbu and Bonghwa, which are located in the middle-highland zone (500-560 m) and have a suitable growth temperature of $18-25^{\circ}C$. The results of the present study indicate that temperature could be the factor with the greatest influence on the root growth of yacon.

        2005년은 다른 어느 해보다도 굵직굵직한 사회복지 이슈들이 부각되고 논의되었던 한 해였다. 새로운 변화와 도약에 대한 사회복지계의 열망에 부응하여 사회복지 각계가 나름대로 노력해왔다. 그러한 수고와 노력으로 가시적인 열매를 맺는 성과도 있었고, 노력에 비해 결과가 기대에 못 미치는 경우도 있었다. 한해가 저물어가는 이때, 지나간 2005년을 알차게 마감하고 다가오는 2006년을 새롭게 준비하는 마음으로, 이번 12월호에서는 올 한해동안 ‘Social Worker'에서 깊이 있게 다루었던 내용을 중심으로 우리 사회복지계가 앞으로 풀어나가야 할 현안 문제가 무엇인지 되짚어보고, 이런 다양한 사회복지적 도전들에 어떻게 대응해 나가야할지 살펴보고자 한다.

        대추과육 분말의 특성과 이를 이용한 약밥, 약편, 대추죽의 조리법 연구

        This study aimed to enhance the applications of dates as a food material that can be utilized and stored easily by improving the inefficient process of the traditional cooking procedure. To this end, this study investigated the physico-chemical and nutritional properties of jujube pulp powder, and compared the traditional and newly developed methods of making yakbap, yakpyon, and jujube porridge. According to the analysis of physical and chemical properties, the jujube pulp powder contained 5.4% moisture, 2.6% crude ash, 6.6% crude protein, 0.35% crude fat, and 4.7% crude fiber. The water activity was 0.95% in jujube pulp while it was 0.24% in jujube pulp powder. In addition, the jujube pulp powder had a total sugar content of 70.4% and reducing sugar content of 6.3%. The vitamin C was content was estimated to be 68.5 mg/100 g in the jujube pulp powder and the jujube pulp contained 6.2 g/100 g of dietary fiber. Major minerals were K, Mg, and Ca. After appointing jujube pulp powder (new method) to a test group and jujube pulp (traditional method) to a control group, the sensory evaluation and acceptance testing were conducted for yakbap, yakpyon, and jujube porridge. As a result, there was no significant difference in any sensory factors tested (p<0.05). It was found that making and storing jujube pulp powder by drying jujube pulp is a useful way of utilizing jujube because Yakbab, Yakpyun and jujube porridge were found to have a relatively good appearance, color, flavor, taste, texture and overall acceptance.

        消風痒除湯이 抗알레르기 및 鎭痛·消炎效果에 미치는 影響

        Experimental studies were done to research the clinical effects of Sopoongyangjetang on the Anti-allergic effect, Analgesic action and Anti-inflammatory action. The results obtained as follows ; 1. In effect of Sopoongyangjetang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal serotonin, it had tendency to decrease, but was none significant effect. 2. In effect of Sopoongyangjetang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal histamine, it revealed significant effect. 3. In the homologous PCA provoked by the IgE-like antibody against white egg albumin, Sopoonyangjetang showed significant effect. 4. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to picryl chloride, Sopoongyangjetang was proved significant effect. 5. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to SRBC, Sopoongyangjetang revealed significant effect. 6. In analgesic action by acetic acid method, Sopoongyangjetang was recognized significantly. 7. In Anti-inflammatory action by carrageenine method, Sopoongyangjetang showed significant effect.

        면직물에의 아크릴산 에스테르의 그라프트중합

        Graft copolymerization of three acrylic acid ester, methyl acrylate(MA), ethyl acrylate (EA) and butyl acrylate(BA), onto cotton fabrics has been carried out in aqueous emulsion medium which contains ceria ammonium nitrate as an initiator. The factors that affect the graft yield and the graft efficiency such as the kinds of monomer(MA, EA, BA) , initiator concentration, grafting time, grafting temperature and monomer concentration were investigated. And some physical properties of acrylic acid esters grafted cotton fabric were tested. The results are as follows. There is an optimum range giving the maximum graft yield for the concentration of initiator and for the grafting temperature. The ranges were 0.01~0.02mol(conc. of initiator) and 30~45$^{\circ}C$ (grafting temperature). The graftlyields were increased with grafting time, and monomer concentration. Among the three monomers used in this experiment, MA was grafted more easily than the others. This result seemed to be due to the fact that MA has the smallest side chain. Roughly, the graft efficiency was inversely proportional to the graft yield. The thickness of acrylic acid ester grafted cotton fabric was increased, but moisture regain and tensile sirengh were decreased with the increase of graft yield.

        In this paper, different methods of integrating heterogeneous network information systems into the Web are observed by comparing a cliented Java CGI model with a server-oriented CGI model. In addition, a load balanced(LB, for short) CGI model is proposed, which combines two models and decides its course of action depending on the load state of the web server, and compared with the other two models. Performance evaluation models for three models are also presented. The results of computer simulations indicate that the LB CGI model performs consistently well irrespective of system load or server performance.

        반복자기자극이 지방유래 중간엽 줄기세포 증식과 활성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: TThis study examined the effect of repetitive magnetic stimulation (RMS) on the viability and proliferative response of human adipose tissue-derived stromal cells (hATSCs) in vitro. Methods: The hATSCs were cultured primarily from human adipose tissue harvested by liposuction and incubated in a $37^{\circ}C$ plastic chamber. The cells were exposed to a repetitive magnetic field using a customized magnetic stimulator (Biocon-5000, Mcube Technology). The RMS parameters were set as follows: repetition rate=10Hz, 25Hz (stimulus intensity 100%= 0.1 Tesla, at 4cm from the coil), stimulated time= 1, 5, and 20 minutes. Twenty four hours after one application of RMS, the hATSCs were compared with the sham stimulation, which were kept under the same conditions without the application of RMS. The cells were observed by optical microscopy to determine the morphology and assessed by trypan blue staining for cell proliferation. The apoptosis and viability of the hATSCs were also analyzed by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) analysis of Annexin V and MTT assay. Results: After RMS, the morphology of the hATSCs was not changed and the apoptosis of hATSCs were not increased compared to the sham stimulation. The viability of the cells was similar to the cells given the sham stimulation. Interestingly, the level of hATSC proliferation was significantly higher in all RMS groups. Conclusion: The application of RMS may not cause a change in morphology and viability of hATSCs but can increase the level of cell proliferation in vitro. RMS might be useful as an adjuvant tool in combination with stem cell therapy without adverse effects.
