        질병의 증상을 보이는 해수 양식 어류에서 분리한 비브리오속 세균

        본 연구에서는 2002년에서 2004년간 우리 나라 해수 어류 양식장에서 분리되는 세균 중 비브리오 속에 속하는 세균의 종 조성을 조사하였다. 질병의 증상을 보이는 어류로부터 166개의 비브리오속 세균 균주를 수집하였으며, 이들 균주는 넙치 (133 균주), 조피볼락 (8 균주), 참돔 (6 균주), 대하 (5 균주), 감성돔 (4 균주), 전복 (3 균주) 및 기타 해수 어류 (7 균주) 등에서 분리한 균주를 대상으로 하였다. 모든 분리 균주에 대하여 각종 생화학적 성상을 조사하고 그 특성에 따라 분리 균주를 구분하였다. 각 생화화적 성상 group에서 대표 균주를 선정하여 16S rRNA 및 16S-23S rRNA 유전자 서열을 분석하고 이들 결과를 종합하여 분리 균주을 동정하였다. 그 결과 14종 이상의 비브리오 종으로 동정할 수 있었으며, 그 종 조성은 V. ichthyoenteri (45 strains), V. alginolyticus (34 strains), V. harveyi (32 strains), Ph. damselae subsp. damselae (Formerly V. damsela, 10 strains), V. campbellii (6 strains), V. costicola-like (6 strains), V. fisheri (5 stains), V. fluvialis (4 strains) 및 Vibrio spp. (24 strains) 등이었다. A bacteriological survey in maricultured fish farms was conducted in Korea from 2002 to 2004. A total number of 166 Vibrio isolates were collected from diseased fishes, including olive flounder (133 isolates), black rock fish (8 isolates), red sea bream (6 isolates), shrimp (5 isolates), black sea bream (4 isolates), abalone (3 isolates) and other fishes (7 isolates). All isolates were phenotypically characterized and then groups were obtained using the traditional biochemical test. Representative isolates of each group were genotypically characterized with sequencing the 16S rRNA genes or 16S-23S intergenic space genes. Above 14 species of Vibrio were identified as V. ichthyoenteri (45 strains), V. alginolyticus (34 strains), V. harveyi (32 strains), Ph. damselae subsp. damselae (Formerly V. damsela, 10 strains), V. campbellii (6 strains), V. costicola-like (6 strains), V. fisheri (5 stains), V. fluvialis (4 strains) and others Vibrio sp. (24 strains) by combining of biochemial and genetic characteristics.

        PET 직물에 무전해 은도금시 전처리의 영향

        This study's purpose is to propose the basic data for development of high quality electromagnetic wave shielding fabrics in electroless silver plating. Silver nitrate is used in polyester fabric as an electromagnetic wave shielding material. The alkaline treatment and catalyst treatment are affected to durability of silver membrane in electroless silver plating. Therefore we confirmed add on and thickness of silver membrane, surface morphology and electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness to etched degree and catalyst concentration of PET fabric. Surface morphology and wash-ability are measured using SEM. The electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness of polyester fabrics, by electroless silver plating, is measured by using an RF Impedance analyzer. The results are as follows: The optimum weight loss by alkaline treatment of polyester fabrics is about 20%. As the concentration of $SnCl_2$ and $AgNO_3$ increases, add on and thickness of silver, electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness increased. The optimum concentration of $SnCl_2$ and $AgNO_3$ in the catalyst reaction, is 5.0 g/l and 0.5 g/l, respectively.

      • 비후성 유문협착증에 대한 유문근 절개술에서 개복 술식과 복강경 술식의 비교

        Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (HPS) is the most common infantile surgical condition and the standard treatment is open pyloromyotomy. Recently, laparoscopic techniques have rapidly advanced, and the laparoscopic approach has become widely adopted by pediatric surgeons. The aim of this study was to compare the clinical outcomes between open and laparoscopic pyloromyotomy. We retrospectively evaluated outcomes of pyloromyotomy for HPS by the open (OP) and the laparoscopic (LP) method. The procedures were performed at the Samsung Medical Center between September 2001 and March 2009. We analyzed patient age, sex, birth weight, length of hospital stay, postoperative length of stay (LOS), operating time, time to feeding commencement, postoperative vomiting frequency, the time to full feeding without vomiting, and surgical complications. A total of 54 patients were included in the study. There were 26 OP and 28 LP patients. There was no statistically significant difference in age, sex, birth weight, operating time, postoperative emesis. In contrast, postoperative LOS in the LP group was statistically significantly shorter than that in the OP group (2.0 vs. 3.3 days, p=0.0003) and time to full feeding was significantly shorter following LP. (p=0.018) There were no wound complications. Laparoscopic pyloromyotomy significantly reduced postoperative LOS and time to full feeding compared to open pyloromyotomy.

        일본 공동체복합지원시설의 복합화 유형과 공간에 관한 연구

        After 2004, as the community mixed-support facility in Japan was admitted as a private business of public facilities based on the Special Law for Urban Regeneration, the community mixed-support facilities in Japan are developed into various types with the view of the urban regeneration and urban renewal, more different point of view, and a tendency of establishment of the community facility has been considerably changed for the past twenty years. The reasons of the change are the social demand for the reformation of facility and the modification of subsidy constitution according to the establishment of equal facility. Some examples of that are the construction of lifelong education community and the change into a equivalent society between male and female and the adjusting to the aging and the welfare society and the social situation of more consumption recently, and in order to emerge from former building system, new facilities related to the contents are being expanded. The complex of the community mixed-support facility has an advantage in that it supplies the services for the complex of the community mixed-support facility, constitutes the communal character and the sense of solidarity among residents and can lead the development of region through the exchange of regional information. Through the Japanese community mixed-support facility which has many cases of it, this study would recognize the suggestion, the feature of it and examine the complex types.

        Protective Effects of Female Reproductive Factors on Lauren Intestinal-Type Gastric Adenocarcinoma

        Purpose: Gastric cancer shows a male predominance that might be explained by protective effects from estrogens in females. Two Lauren classification histological subtypes, intestinal and diffuse, have distinct carcinogeneses. The purpose of this study was to estimate the effects of sex hormone on female gastric cancer according to Lauren classification. Materials and Methods: We reviewed medical records for and administered questionnaires, surveying reproductive and hormonalfactors, to 758 patients who underwent gastrectomy for gastric cancer at Samsung Medical Center from May 2012 to November2014. Clinicopathological characteristics were compared between females and males. The incidence of intestinal-type gastric cancer was compared between females subgroups, consist of premenopausal women and three groups of postmenopausalwomen (five-year intervals after menopause), and males. The association between reproductive factors and intestinal-type gastric cancer was analyzed by multivariate models for the female group. Results: In total, 227 females (29.9%) and 531 males (70.9%) were included in the analysis. Undifferentiated adenocarcinoma and diffuse-type histology were more frequent in female patients than male patients. While 221 (41.6%) male patients had intestinal-type gastric cancer, no premenopausal female patient had this type of gastric cancer. The incidence of intestinal-type gastric cancerincreased with time after menopause, and was similar to males after 10 years from menopause. Parity was associated with an increased risk of intestinal-type gastric cancer in menopausal women. Conclusion: These findings support that female sex hormones might be protective against intestinal-type gastric cancer.

        무전해 은도금한 폴리에스터 직물의 산화방지 효과와 물성

        The oxidation prevention effect and properties of polyester fabrics prepared by electro less silver plating were examined. Electroless silver plating was performed under the optimum conditions reported in previous studies. The e1ectroless silver plated fabric (polyurethane resin with a surface coating) was used to prevent oxidation. The surface morphology, electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness and washing durability were measured by SEM and RF impedance analysis. The physical properties of the polyester fabrics by e1ectroless silver plating were analyzed by examining the oxidation prevention effect, tensile strength, stiffness, air permeability, antimicrobial activity and thermal resistance.

        다중 추적자 영상을 위한 컴프턴 카메라

        컴프턴 산란 현상을 이용하여 전자적 집속 방법으로 영상화하는 컴프턴카메라는 고민감도 및 고에너지 해상도의 장점을 이용하여 핵의학 응용분야에 대한 잠재력이 큰 영상 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 컴프턴카메라를 이용한 다중 추적자 영상의 효용성 평가와 정확한 3차원 단면영상 촬영을 위한 Orlov 조건을 만족하는 회전하는 컴프턴카메라의 구조를 조사하였다. 140/511 keV의 방사선원의 소프트웨어 모형을 구성하고 이에 대한 몬테카를로 전산모사 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 리스트모드 배열된 부분집합 기댓값 최대화 방법으로 재구성된 다중 추적자 영상으로 컴프턴카메라의 효용성을 검증하였다. 산란부와 흡수부를 평행하게 위치시킨 고정된 컴프턴카메라와 촬영대상 주위 $360^{\circ}$를 회전하는 컴프턴카메라를 구성하여 검출된 투사선의 구좌표계 각도에 대한 히스토그램을 비교 평가하였다. 140/511 keV의 동시 계측된 몬테카를로 전산모사 데이터의 다중 추적자 영상이 2차원 및 3차원 재구성 시 잘 구분되는 것을 확인하였으며, 회전된 컴프턴카메라의 경우, 회전각도에 반비례하여 3차원 영상재구성에 필요한 유효 투사선이 증가하였다. 26분의 계산 시간 및 5백만개의 적절한 유효 투사선의 개수를 고려할 때 컴프턴카메라의 회전각은 $30^{\circ}$가 현실적으로 적절할 것이며 증가한 검출 시간은 다중 컴프턴카메라를 구성하여 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 고찰한 고민감도 및 고에너지 해상도를 가진 컴프턴 카메라는 다중추적자 영상화를 위해 적합한 시스템이며 생화학 및 생리학적 상태 변화에 대한 임상 정보를 제공하며 각종 질병 진단 및 치료 방법 개발 등에 기여할 수 있는 잠재력이 있는 영상 시스템이다. Since a Compton camera has high detection sensitivity due to electronic collimation and a good energy resolution, it is a potential imaging system for nuclear medicine. In this study, we investigated the feasibility of a Compton camera for multi-tracer imaging and proposed a rotating Compton camera to satisfy Orlov's condition for 3D imaging. Two software phantoms of 140 and 511 keV radiation sources were used for Monte-Carlo simulation and then the simulation data were reconstructed by listmode ordered subset expectation maximization to evaluate the capability of multi-tracer imaging in a Compton camera. And the Compton camera rotating around the object was proposed and tested with different rotation angle steps for improving the limited coverage of the fixed conventional Compton camera over the field-of-view in terms of histogram of angles in spherical coordinates. The simulation data showed the separate 140 and 511 keV images from simultaneous multi-tracer detection in both 2D and 3D imaging and the number of valid projection lines on the conical surfaces was inversely proportional to the decrease of rotation angle. Considering computation load and proper number of projection lines on the conical surface, the rotation angle of 30 degree was sufficient for 3D imaging of the Compton camera in terms of 26 min of computation time and 5 million of detected event number and the increased detection time can be solved with multiple Compton camera system. The Compton camera proposed in this study can be effective system for multi-tracer imaging and is a potential system for development of various disease diagnosis and therapy approaches.

        In the work of contemporary spatialization, the meaning of program is being an important conceptual element beyond simple functional dimension. The design of this diagram allows to balance among changing programs, and it comes into the spotlight as a medium, which links the virtual to the reality as embodying the virtual, which is not embodied realistically, realistically through the design process. In other words, this method is attracting the public attention as a design tool which can concentrate on design process rather than a fixed tool. This study focuses on the role of balancing among mixed programs and the diagram as a design tool. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and research the work of spatialization, which apply to diagrams of contemporary designers, is to identify operating mechanism and then is to examine the characteristics and importance of them.

        새수학 운동가 Zoltan P. Dienes의 생애 및 연구 업적

        Dienes는 새수학 운동가로서, 수학의 구조를 어린 학생들에게 가르치고자 부단히 노력한 연구가이며, 실천가이다. 국내에서는 그의 수학교육 이론이 부분적으로 알려져 있지만, 그것은 50여 년 간 Dienes가 남긴 연구 업적의 일부에 불과하다. 이 연구에서는 약 90여 년 간의 그의 긴 일생과 약 50 여 년간의 연구 일생을 돌아보고, 그것이 오늘날의 수학교육에 주는 의미를 되새겨 보고자 한다. 먼저 그의 일생은 그의 회고록과 기타 연구 논문에 언급된 내용을 바탕으로 크게 다섯 부분으로 구분하여 정리하였다. 그의 연구 업적은 Dienes가 연구 전성기에 관심을 가졌던 분야로 꼽은 수학학습심리 이론, 교육과정개발, 교사교육, 그가 개발한 교구와 게임등의 주제를 바탕으로 정리하였다. 이러한 고찰을 통해 그의 학문적 성향과 연구 내용이 그의 인간적 삶의 배경과 역사와 무관하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. Zoltan, P. Dienes is a famous researcher and practitioner who has tried to teach mathematical structures to children for about 50 years. Even though his ideas of teaching mathematics and materials including MAB have been well known in Korea, they are only a part of his achievement he has developed for his whole life. So this article is designed for taking an overview of his whole life and achievement and getting some implications for today's mathematics education. In this article, his life story could be divided by five periods in terms of a scholastic career and his research achievement could be reorganized with respect to five theses: psychology of learning mathematics, mathematical curriculum, teacher education, games and material for mathematical learning. As a result, it is found that there is a deep connection between his personal life and his scholastic career.
