        성장중인 소형개 (Miniature Schnauzers)에 있어서 축추골의 골성장판에 대한 조직학적, 조직화학적 연구

        The present study was undertaken to provide basic data on endochondral ossification for the axis in developing Miniature Schnauzers. This study was determined to the morphological features and development of growth plast in the axis of this experimental animals by histological and histochemical methods. The axis from 2 healthy Miniature Schnauzers(postnatal 6hr, 5week) was used. The obtained results were as follows : 1. In 5-week-old Miniature Schnauzer, the axis consisted of 4 separate ossification centers : centrum l, intercentrum 2, centrum 2 and epiphysis. Intercentrum 2 was intercalated between centrum 1 cranially, centrum 2 caudally. 2. The space of centrum 1 was more broader than the other ossification centers. 3. The zone of reserved chondrocytes was more extensive than the zone of proliferative chondrocytes, trabeculation was weakly observed, however, the proximal epiphyseal plate of axis was actively trabeculation observed in the zone of calcified chondrocytes. 4. Eighteen columns of chondrocytes were observed in the centrum 1 and five to seven columns of chondrocytes were observed in the centrum 2 of Miniature Schnauzer(postnatal 5 week) 5. A positive reaction to alcianophility was observed in all the territorial matrix at the zone of hypertrophic chondrocytes in this experimental animals.

        한우 대퇴골의 연골내골화에 관한 조직화학적 연구

        The present study was undertaken to provide basic data on fetal endochondral ossification for the native Korean cattle femur. This study was determined to the both earliest stages of chondrification and ossification by histochemical methods. The forty-five pairs of femur, from a series of embryos and fetuses ranging from 11 to 100mm in crown-rump(C-R) length, were used. These samples were divided into 9 groups. The groupings were based on C-R length, as the first grouping being 11~20mm, the second grouping being 21~30mm and so on. The results were as follows: 1. Alcianophility and PAS reaction were markedly increased in the perichondrium and interterritorial matrix in the 3rd group(C-R length 31~40mm). These reactions were decreased in the territorial matrix and in the adjacent area to the cartilage canal in the 5th group(C-R length 51~60mm). 2. Calcium deposits and collagen substances were observed initially in the 3rd group(C-R length 31~40mm). The calcium deposits and calcified cores were observed in the trabeculae of the proximal epiphyseal plate of the femur in the 8th group(C-R length 81~90mm).

      • 島根の中の朝鮮文化について

        본 연구는 고사기나 일본 서기 등의 고지기와 일본서기와 이즈모쿠니 풍토기안에 고대 조선에 관계한다고 생각되는 기술 개소 등을 추출해, 일본 신화와 조선 신화의 공통성이나 유사성・상위성과 독자성 등의 특징을 비교해, 당사의 일본 사회와 조선 사회의 구조의 차이를 본다. 또, 신화에 대해 소전오존과 이소타케신이 신라로부터의 도래신인 것에 관련하고, 신화 안에는 도래인의 집단에 의해서 전승된 신화일 가능성이 높다고 여겨지는 신화나, 시마네현내에 있는 조선과 관계가 있는 제신을 제사 지내는 신사 안에는 대륙의 지명에 관계있음으로 추측되는 것이나, 대륙 관계의 인명과의 연결을 추측시키는 것, 또 거기에, 직능에 관계있음으로 추측되는 것 등이 있어, 이러한 일로부터, 고대 조선(AD2~3 세기 중순)의 마한・진한・변한이나 가야제국이나 신라에서 이즈모 지방에 도래인들이 이주 정착하고, 산동이나 산 철문화를 전승하고 있던 가능성이 있는 것 등을을 명확하게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또, 내년 2012년은 일본 고사기 편찬 1300년이며, 시마네현내의 특히 이즈모 지방은 고사기나 일본서기의 신화의 3분의 1이 그 무대이기도 하다. 가깝고 먼 나라라고 하는 한・일 양국이 옛날에는 가깝고 가까운 나라에서 만난 것처럼 양국이 보다 좋은 미래를 쌓아 올리기 위한 하나의 자료가 되기를 바란다.

      • 배독환발효방(排毒丸醱酵方)의 면역조절작용을 통한 항아토피 효능

        Herbal medicine has a high body absorption rate when it ferments. Biological and clinical research on the fermented herb gradually increases because it has effective materials for the treatment of a disease and it is a little bitter. In this study, we investigated the effect of fermented Baedokhwanbalhyobang (BDHBH) on attenuation of the development of atopic dermatitis in NC/Nga mice by evaluating the cytokine level in serum, the mRNA expression of cytokine and histological alteration of the skin, and the skin severity. We have come to the following conclusion. BDHBH led to a significant decrease in the skin severity score (63.1%) as compared to the control group. CD4+/CD45+, CD4+, B220+/CD23+, and CD11b+/Gr-1+cells of peripheral mononuclear cells(PBMCs) in the BDHBH-treated group were decreased to 6.7%, 31.1%, 22.4%, 36.6%, respectively. CD3+and CD11b+/Gr-1+immune cells in dorsal skin of the BDHBH-treated group were decreased to 52.9% and 28.0%. The levels of IL-5 and IL-13 in serum of the BDHBH-treated group were inhibited to 18.8% and 5.1%. The mRNA expressions of IL-5 and IL-13 in dorsal skin were also decreased to 30.6% and 27.8% after the treatment of BDHBH. BDHBH inhibited the proliferation and differentiation of eosinophils. In histological examination, BDHBH decreased the thickness of epidermis and dermis, and infilatration of mast cells as compared to the control group. These results indicate that BDHBH inhibits the pathogenic development of atopic dermatitis in NC/Nga mice. These results may indicate that BDHBH attenuates the development of atopic dermatitis-like lesions by lowering immune cells and inflammatory cytokine levels, and that it is valuable in drug development for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. Further experiments on the components of BDHBH will be needed to better understand the effect of a fermented herb as compared to a herb.

        색도물질과 옥살산의 오존분해를 위한 고효율 Jet Loop 반응기의 적용

        As an ozone contactor, we newly adopted HJLR (High-performance Jet Loop Reactor) for the decolorization of Reactive black 5 and the mineralization of oxalic acid, which has been applied exclusively in biological wastewater treatments and well-known for high oxygen transfer characteristics. The ozonation efficiency for organic removals and ozone utilization depending on the mass transfer rate were compared to those of Stirred bubble column reactor, which was controlled by varing energy input in the HJLR and Stirred bubble column reactor. The results were as follows; first, the decolorization rate of Reactive black 5 in the HJLR reactor was nearly proportional to the increasing $k_La$. When the $k_La$ was increased by 25 % from $13.0hr^{-1}$ to $16.4hr^{-1}$, 30 % of the k' (apparent reaction rate constant) was increased from 0.1966 to $0.2665min^{-1}$ (Stirred bubble column; from 0.1790 to $0.2564min^{-1}$). Ozone transfer was found to be a rate-determining step in decolorizing Reactive black 5, which was supported by that no residual ozone was detected in all of the experiments. Second, the mineralization of oxalic acid was not always proportional to the increasing $k_La$ in the RJLR reactor. The rate-determining step for this reaction was OH(OH radical) production with ozone transfer, because residual ozone was always detected during the ozonation of oxalic acid in contrast with Reactive black 5. This result indicates that the increase of $k_La$ in the HJLR reactor is beneficial only when there are in ozone transfer limited regions. In addition, regardless of $k_La$, the mineralization of oxalic acid was nearly accomplished within 60 minutes. It was interpreted as that the longer staying of residual ozone by whirling liquid in the HJLR reactor contributed to an high ozone utilization(83-94%), producing more OR radicals.

        흰쥐에서 WGA-HRP와 pseudorabies virus를 이용한 정관의 신경로에 대한 연구

        This experimental studies was to investigate the location of PNS and CNS labeled neurons following injection of 2% WGA-HRP and pseudorabies virus (PRY), Bartha strain, into the ductus deferens of rats. After survival times 4-5 days following injection of 2% WGA-HRP and PRV, the rats were perfused, and their brain, spinal cord, sympathetic ganglia and spinal ganglia were frozen sectioned ($30{\mu}m$). These sections were stained by HRP histochemical and PRY inummohistochemical staining methods, and observed with light microscope. The results were as follows ; 1. The location of sympathetic ganglia projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in pelvic ganglion, inferior mesenteric ganglion and L1-6 lwnbar sympathetic ganglia. 2. The location of spinal ganglia projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in T13-L6 spinal ganglia. 3. The PRY labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in lateral spinal nucleus, lamina I, II and X of cervical segments. In thoracic segments, PRY labeled neurons were observed in dorsomedial part of lamina I, II and III, and dorsolateral part of lamina IV and V. Densely labeled neurons were observed in intermediolateral nucleus. In first lumbar segment, labeled neurons were observed in intermediolateral nucleus and dorsal commisural nucleus. In sixth lumbar segment and sacral segments, dense labeled neurons were observed in sacral parasympathetic nuc., lamina IX and X. 4. In the medulla oblongata, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in the trigeminal spinal nuc., A1 noradrenalin cells/C1 adrenalin cells/caudoventrolateral reticular nuc., rostroventrolateral reticular nuc., area postrema, nuc. tractus solitarius, raphe obscurus nuc., raphe pallidus nuc., raphe magnus nuc., parapyramidal nuc., lateral reticular nuc., gigantocellular reticular nuc.. 5. In the pons, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were ohserved in parabrachial nuc., Kolliker-Fuse nuc., locus cooruleus, subcooruleus nuc. and AS noradrenalin cells. 6. In midbrain, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in periaqueductal gray substance, substantia nigra and dorsal raphe nuc.. 7. In the diencephalon, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in paraventricular hypahalamic nuc., lateral hypothalamic nuc., retrochiasmatic nuc. and ventromedial hypothalamic nuc.. 8. In cerebrum, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in area 1 of parietal cortex. These results suggest that WGA-HRP labeled neurons of the spinal cord projecting to the rat ductus deferens might be the first-order neurons related to the viscero-somatic sensory and sympathetic postganglionic neurons, and PRV labeled neurons of the brain and spinal cord may be the second and third-order neurons response to the movement of smooth muscles in ductus deferens. These PRV labeled neurons may be central autonomic center related to the integration and modulation of reflex control linked to the sensory and motor system monitaing the internal environment. These observations provide evidence for previously unknown projections from ductus deferens to spinal cord and brain which may be play an important neuroanatornical basic evidence in the regulation of ductus deferens function.
