This study deals with the characterizing and the application like as insulation materials in the joint part in concrete surface layer and waterproofing sheet especially for roof slabs. Using steel materials and butil-rubber tape to band waterproofing sheet and concrete surface together before this waterproofing system will be applied. It can be expected to both the curability and the watertightness by coating poly-urethane 2 or 3 times with sheet surface. Therefore this waterproofing system can be possible to protect water without the damage when vapor is going out from concrete and without air pockets because of the difference temperature inside and out. This system particularly consists of air bents and elastic waterproofing sheet considering the physical damage while water can cause purely physical damage. This system is one of the most efficient ways of waterproofing system without air pocket.

The exist waterproofing membrane cause not to assure proper thickness in constructing. It become a serious problem which as decreasing of durability, waterproofing membrane to be torn and break down. Therefore, it is necessary that the expert have to construct waterproof works, if not, it can be frost and thawing or chemical corrosion called one of the reason in maintaining the safety of concrete structure. In summarize, for this paper, it would be understand that exposed and compound experimental study of waterproofing sheet using coat material filling into the protuberance to improve the durability for concrete structure can widely apply to field to solve the these significant problem.

공동주택 지하공간 누수 예방 기술 정책 수립을 위한 소비자 인식 분석 연구

본 연구에서는 지하부위의 누수 예방 기술 정책 수립을 위한 방수 성능 분석 연구에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 분석하였다. 설문 분석 결과, 현재 공동주택 지하공간에 대한 누수는 심각하며, 응답자 대부분도 이를 심각하게 인식하고 있다. 환경을 고려하지 않은 누수설계 및 누수예방 설계의 부재, 환경에 적합하지 않은 시공 시스템의 활용이 누수문제의 주요 원인이라 판단되었으며, 이를 개선하기 위하여 지하부위 외방수공법의 도입을 의무화하고, 설계시 공동주택 지하부위에 적용할 수 있는 표준 방수 기술 및 공법을 수립해야 될 것이며, 지하 시공환경을 고려한 방수 시공방법의 개발의 필요성이 강조되었다. 따라서 상기의 상황을 미루어 볼 때 법-제도에 의해 명시된 방수설계, 재료 및 공법, 유지관리 등을 방수시공의 전반적인 상황 컨트롤 할 수 있는 가이드라인의 제시는 필수요소로 부각되었다. In this study, a survey was conducted on the required measurement and waterproofing performance for residential building underground structure leakage prevention system. According to the results of the survey, it has been determined that leakage problem is considered to be quite severe, and many respondents have agreed. The legal guidelines and regulation systems do not reflect properly on the environmental requirements or conditions, resulting in continued leakage problem. In regards to this, a standardized waterproofing technique that can be used in underground areas of residential structures is required as an obligation and the development of high performance waterproofing method that allows for wet concrete surface adhesion and a guideline, design and maintenance method that allows the control of overall situational control of leakage is required.

With regard to the foundation for the selection of appropriate materials in waterproof and root resistance membrane construction methods, and the selection and development of construction methods, it is necessary to study the materials and construction methods for waterproof and root resistance membrane that have been applied in artificial ground nationwide so far. After examining and analyzing the existing waterproof and root resistance membrane construction methods, it was found that they could be divided into a type of employing waterproof and root resistance membrane using single materials, another type that employed waterproof and root resistance membrane by composing materials in a mixed way, and the other type that constructed the waterproof and root resistance membrane layers independently. It is expected that the classification and establishment of the construction methods discussed in this study will set the foundation for the development of waterproof and root resistance membrane technology, such as selection of materials for waterproof and root resistance membrane layers, construction technology, and the guidelines.
수계 뿜칠형 고무 아스팔트 방수재의 시공성 및 재료적 특성에 관한 연구

There are many problems in application of waterproofing such as quality insurance of over-lap of waterproofing sheets and delay of construction term because of hardening time of paste type being taken long time to get dried, comparing spray type with paste type in waterproofing membrane coating, and increase of man power because of forming layer of waterproofing by pasting. Therefore, the management of construction quality is suggested in this study by means of estimation its tensile performance and temperature dependency according to injection distance, angle and mix proportion. The management referenced of quality for construction is as follows according to the result of testing. The spray angle referenced : 45° The distance referenced from concrete surface to injection gun : 50㎝ The mix proportion ratio of principal agent and hardener is 4 : 1. The usage of reinforcing fabric : consider direction of elasticity, width, penetration degree.
