우리는 하나의 신화에 매몰되어 있다. 단순히 대만 정부의 탁월한 중소기업 정책이 오늘날의 균부에 기초한 대만경제의 기적을 이룩했다는 신화이다. 그러나 우리는 한국의 중소기업과 대만 중소기업이 가지고 있는 사회문화적 조건과 국가의 정책, 중소기업의 내부기제의 운용, 그리고 중소기업의 지역적 분포라는 4가지 관점에서 구체적 사회의 내부적 조건과 상황을 천착한다면, 그러한 신화가 허구에 불과하다는 사실을 발견하게 된다. 4가지 관점 중에서도 특히 대만 중소기업 내부기제의 운용 즉 탄력적 생산조직의 운용과 중소기업간의 공존의 지혜인 상호협력 구조의 형성이 대만 중소기업의 성공 비밀이라는 사실을 발견하게 된다. 그 외에 유교문화의 기업문화 형성에 대한 상이한 작용, 중소기업 육성정책의 목표상의 차이, 그리고 중소기업의 지역적 분포에서 나타나는 차이점 등이 대만 중소기업의 성공을 설명해주는 또 다른 요인이 될 수 있을 것이다.
태양열이용 하이브리드 열펌프시스템의 성능특성에 관한 연구

Interests on renewable energy are increased due to oil price and environmental problems aroused from the fossil energy usage. In this study, performances of a solar assisted hybrid heat pump system are analyzed by experimental method. The developed system could runs at two types of operating mode. When the storage temperature is higher than the set temperature, the stored hot water in storage tank is supplied to the load directly. On the other hand, when the storage temperature lower than the set temperature, the water inside of the storage tank is used as heat source of the heat pump. In this study, the system control temperature for the alternation of the operating mode is set to 40℃ of the storage tank outlet. As results, it is founded that the COP of the developed heat pump system shows between 3.0 and 3.5. It is resonable performance for the heating system with a renewable energy as secondary heat source. The solar collect used in this study could supplies heat to the storage tank at over 400 W/m2 solar intensity. If the irradiation is lower than the 400 W/m2, the circulation pump stoped and it could not supply heat to the storage tank. It is found that the difference temperature between the outlet of the storage tank and collector is 3℃. Even though, the extended study should be conducted to get a optimum performance of the developed system with various operating condition and control strategies.

An analysis and experimental work on the energy efficiency characteristics of an inverter heat pump for residential air conditioner have been performed by suggested evaluation method and testing the heat pump performances in the psychrometric test chambers. An 1RT nominal cooling capacity inverter heat pump was used for the experiments which was consisted with a rolling piston type rotary compressor, indoor and outdoor finned tube type heat exchangers, a capillary tube, two accumulators and a four-way valve. The analysis was conducted with equations based on ANSI/ASHRAE standard 116 and ARI standard 240 for evaluation of energy saving and yearly operation characteristics of heat pumps. The experiment has been performed with various operation frequencies of the compressor for the capacity control in response to the change of outdoor conditions or cooling load. As results of the seasonal performance test of the inverter heat pump including the performance test for intermediate speed, the test heat pump had the performance degradation coefficient of cyclic operation of 0.19, and the calculated cooling seasonal energy efficiency ratio of 3.72 in Seoul.

This paper is intended to analyze the relation between illocutionary acts and visual codes in TT. The analyzed material uses an American-English film with Korean subtitle, Must Love Dogs(2005). The existing studies on speech acts have mainly been developed in field of linguistics. Those without visual codes were the insipid and static approaches depending on utterance contexts. Visual codes enables us to identify what contents are, what speaker intends to do, and utterance situation, etc. With help of them, we tried to analyze illocutionary acts in TT. As the result of analysis, illocutionary acts utterances work with facial expressions, gestures, and objects on scenes, and these factors help to express messages to TT explicitly. Even though there is a big difference between two languages in terms of structures, features, and stylistics, the implicit meanings in ST transferred to TT clearly. Some of them as illocutionary acts are changed from imperatives to interrogatives, and they showed to be more explicit than utterances of ST. The illocutionary acts which have ambiguous meanings can easily be understood with assistant of visual code contents. The relation between illocutionary acts and visual codes operates in subtitling translation simultaneously and shares some meanings each other.

The previous study was conducted to develop an air source multi heat pump system that could be operated with the solar collector and air source heat exchangers as heat source of the system. There is a winter-sowing problems in air source multi heat pump system when the outdoor temperature goes down under freezing point. The winter-sowing problem was solved by adapting R-22 refrigerant as working fluid in the previous study. However, when the system operated at high temperature, another problems are come out such as overheating of the solar collector outlet which lead to the superheat of the compressor inlet of the heat pump system. The condition could deteriorates a compressor in some case. In this study, we installed the anti-superheating devices on the previously developed system. As results of system performance test, COP of the system with anti-superheating technique is 2.4. It is a little improved COP compare to previous study's 2.23. In the results of multi heat source heating system, during operating solar collector, COP is relatively high between $200\;W/m^2$ and $400\;W/m^2$ solar intensity. It is recommended to extend the study on performance optimization with balancing the solar collect and capacity of compressor at higher solar irradiation conditions.
멀티형 에어컨의 기간에너지소비효율 평가규격에 관한 연구

Energy efficiency evaluation method for a multi-type air conditioning system still has not been developed. In this study, analysis on capacity range and evaluating method of standards for air conditioners was conducted with world-wide Standards. It is not a proper approach to use the standards for residential air conditioner to multi type air conditioners. Some difficulties and problems are commented in this study with overview of the standards. Through the analytic research, an evaluating method for multi type air conditioner was suggested with Integrated Part Load Value (IPLV). The suggested concept for evaluating energy efficiency during part load condition considers building load pattern and operating hours of the system at different locations. Load was weighted in IPLV to consider not only the concept of occurrence of outdoor temperature such as bin method but also operation hours of the system.An experiment about the IPLV was conducted with variable air volume ducted type air conditioning system and multi-type system through modified code tester to give a glance at quantitative value of the IPLV.
