Effect of Hydrogen Peroxide on VIP-Induced Relaxation of the Cat Lower Esophageal Sphincter

We investigated the effects of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) on relaxation of the cat lower esophageal sphincter (LES). Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) caused dose-dependent relaxation of LES, and H2O2 reduced VIP-induced relaxation. Relaxation was also attenuated by pertussis toxin (PTX), indicating a Gi/o component. VIP treatment increased [35S]GTPγS binding to Gs and Gi3 protein, but not to Go, Gq, Gi1 or Gi2. This increase in Gs or Gi3 binding was reduced by H2O2. However, the relaxation induced by sodium nitroprusside (SNP), 3-morpholino sydnomine (SIN-1), 8-br cGMP (cGMP analog), forskolin (adenylate cyclase activator), and dibutyryl-cAMP (a stable cAMP analog) was not reduced by H2O2. These data suggest that H2O2 inhibits VIP-induced relaxation via a Gi-dependent pathway, perhaps by inhibiting the activation of Gi3 or Gs downstream of the VIP receptor and independent of cAMP or NO-cGMP signaling.
The effect of synthetic ceramide analogues on gastritis and esophagitis in rats

The effects of ceremide analogues on esophagitis and gastritis in rats were examined. Gastritis induced by indomethacin was significantly reduced after CY3325 and CY3723 treatment, whereas other analogues had no effect. The amount of malondialdehyde in gastritis was significantly reduced by CY3325 or CY 3723. CY3325 or CY 3723 decreased the glutathione levels in gastritis. The myeloperoxidase level in gastritis is increased, and its increment was decreased by CY3325 and CY3723. In reflux esophagitis, the ulceration was decreased by CY3325, CY3723. The gastric volume and acid output are reduced, whereas the pH value is increased by CY3325 or CY3723 after esophagitis. These results suggest that ceramide analogues, CY3325 and CY3723, can prevent the development of gastritis and reflux esophagitis in rats.
중소기업 조직공정성과 IT지원이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 연구 -지식활용 및 탐색 중심으로-

본 연구는 혁신적인 업무수행을 위한 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾기 위해 중소기업 직원들이 지각하는 조직공정성과 차별화된 IT지원이 지식활용 및 탐색을 통하여 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 중소기업 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 239부의 설문을 분석하여 SPSS 22.0과 PLS 3.0을 사용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 조직공정성과 IT지원은 지식활용 및 탐색에 긍정적인 영향으로 나타났고, 지식활용 및 탐색은 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통하여 조직공정성이 지식활용 및 지식탐색에 영향을 미치는 이론적 토대를 마련하였고, 중소기업의 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 조직공정성과 IT지원이라는 두 변수의 종합적인 분석을 통하여 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 향후 연구에서는 혁신행동으로 인한 성과부분과 관련한 다양한 변수를 활용한 연구가 필요하다. In order to find the factors that influence behaviors for innovative work performance, this study tried to examine the relationship between organizational justice perceived by SME employees and IT support for differentiation on innovative behavior through knowledge exploitation and exploration. A survey was conducted on employees of SME, and the research hypothesis was verified using SPSS 22.0 and PLS 3.0 by analyzing the final 239 copies. As a result of the study, organizational justice and IT support showed a positive effect on knowledge exploitation and exploration, and knowledge exploitation and exploration had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Through this study, the theoretical foundation for organizational justice to influence knowledge exploitation and main search was established and the theoretical and practical implications for enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise were presented through a comprehensive analysis of the two variables, organizational justice and IT support, which affect the innovation behavior of SMEs. Future research will require to study the performance part due to innovative behavior using various variables.

이 연구에서는 초등 과학 수업에서 창의?인성교육의 실제적인 사례를 중심으로 소개하고 있다. 창의?인성교육의 가치와 그 의미를 학교 현장에 어떻게 적용하고 있는지 실제적인 수업 사례를 중심으로 기술하고 있으며, 스토리텔링 및 융합수업 등 초등학교 과학수업에서 적용된 사례를 수업안과 관련 프로그램을 제시하였다. 평소 창의?인성교육에 대한 개념과 이해가 부족한 학교 교사들을 위한 창의?인성교육의 개념과 의 미를 설명하였고, 이를 바탕으로 실제 과학 수업에 적용한 내용을 5학년 2학기 "용해와 용액" 단원과 "운동과 속력" 단원의 수업안과 관련 프로그램으로 제시하였다. "용해와 용액" 단원에서는 단원 전 차시를 학생들이 재미있게 수업에 흥미를 갖고 참여 할 수 있도록 ``도로시의 이상한 나라의 오즈 여행``이라는 스토리텔링으로 다시 재구성 하였으며, 차시별 프로그램 내용을 소개하였다. 또한 "운동과 속력"단원에서는 교과융합형 수업을 과학뮤지컬이라는 융합형 수업 사례를 통해 앞으로의 대한민국의 새로운 교육 모델로 제시되고 있는 창의?인성교육이 교육 현장에서는 어떤 식으로 적용되고 있는지 기술하였다.

Purpose: This study was undertaken to obtain the basic data on the spouses‘ stress and adaptation caring their wives affected by gynecological cancer. In addition, moderating variables for adaptation, family resource and situational definition, were also investigated. Method: This study was descriptive survey research work by questionnaire on the 71 spouses hospitalized in an university hospital located on Gwangju from Sep. 2001 to Oct. 2002. Results: The mean score of stress was 2.27, and the mean score of adaptation was 3.12. The correlation between stress and adaptation was significant (r = -.692, p = .000). The adaptation score of high stress group with high family resource was higher (p = .041) than the group with low family resource. The adaptation score of high stress group with high situational definition was higher (p = .033) than the group with low situational definition. Conclusion: This study showed that the spouses experienced a similar level of stress compared with the level of families with other type of cancer. This study also showed that the stress and adaptation levels were different depending upon the family resource and situational definition. This aspect should be considered for the development of nursing intervention program for the spouse of patients with gynecological cancer.
