CR 시스템을 이용한 방사선 종양학과의 Filmless 환경 구축

The analog image based system consisted of a simulator and medical linear accelerator (LINAC) for radiotherapy was upgraded to digital medical image based system by exchanging the X-ray film with Computed Radiography (CR). With minimum equipments shift and similar treatment process, it was possible that the new digital image system was adapted by the users in short time. The film cassette and the film developer device were substituted with a CR cassette and a CR Reader, where the ViewBox was replaced with a small size PC and a monitor. The viewer software suitable for radiotherapy was developed to maximize the benefit of digital image, and as the result the convenience and the effectiveness was improved. It has two windows to display two different images in the same time and equipped various search capability, contouring, window leveling, image resizing, translation, rotation and registration functions. In order to avoid any discontinuance of the treatment while the transition to digital image, the film and the CR was used together for 1 week, and then the film developer was removed. Since then the CR System has been operated stably for 2 months, and the various requests from users have been reflected to improve the system. 방사선치료를 위한 아날로그영상기반의 시뮬레이터와 의료용 선형가속기로 이루어진 시스템을 X-ray 필름을 Computed Radiography (CR)로 교체하여 디지털영상기반의 시스템으로 개선하였다. 장비교체를 최소화하였고 기존의 치료과정과 유사하도록 하여 사용자들이 짧은 시간에 적응할 수 있도록 하였다. 필름카세트와 필름현상기는 CR카세트와 CR리더기로 대신하였고, ViewBox는 소형PC와 모니터로 대체되었다. 디지털영상의 장점을 충분히 활용하기 위해 방사선종양학과에 적합한 Viewer 소프트웨어를 개발하여 업무의 편리성과 효율성을 도모하였다. Viewer 소프트웨어는 2개의 이미지를 동시에 볼 수 있으며, 이들 영상의 비교도 가능하다. 다양한 검색기능과 Contouring 기능, 윈도우폭/레벨 조절기능을 갖추었다. 업무의 중단이 없도록 하기 위해 1주일간 기존 필름과 CR을 공동으로 운용하며 문제점을 수정한 후 필름시스템을 제거하고 CR시스템을 운용하였다. CR시스템은 안정적으로 운용되고 있으며, 본격적으로 CR시스템이 이용되면서 사용자로부터 제기되는 여러 요구사항을 반영하여 기능을 개선하였다.
튜브 배열에 따른 튜브/튜브시트 수압 확관 접합의 민감도 해석

The basic requirements to improve the joints quality of tube-to-tubesheet for heat exchangers are to obtain high residual contact pressures between the tubes and the tubesheet as well as low residual stresses in the transition zone of the tubes. The residual contact pressures and residual stresses which govern the joint quality are influenced by parameters such as material properties, geometric dimension of tube and tubesheet and expansion pressures. There are two types of tube layout patterns, triangular and square, which are frequently used for heat exchangers. The purpose of the present work is to examine the superior tube layout patterns considering the joints quality by comparing numerical results from sensitivity analyses which were performed for both of tube layout patterns.
사장교의 초기형상해석을 위한 개선된 초기부재력법 및 TCUD법의 비교연구

사장교 시스템의 초기형상해석이라 함은 주형의 수직 처짐과 휨모멘트, 주탑의 수평변위와 휨모멘트를 최소화하면서, 고정하중과 평형을 이룰 수 있는 케이블의 장력과 무응력길이를 결정하는 방법으로 이 때, 케이블이 정착되는 주형의 수평위치, 주탑의 수직위치가 목표형상에 부합할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 고정하중을 받는 사장교의 초기형상을 효율적이고 합리적으로 결정하기 위하여 개선된 초기부재력법과 TCUD법의 비교연구 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 주형과 주탑의 케이블 정착부에서 힘의 평형조건을 이용하여 주형의 수직처짐과 주탑의 수평변위를 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 절점평형법을 초기 부재력법에 적용하여 초기치에 민감한 기존 초기부재력법을 개선한다. 또한 개선된 TCUD법을 이용한 초기형상해석 수행결과와 비교함으로서 두 방법의 정확성을 입증하고자 한다. Initial shape analysis for cable-stayed bridges should be able to find optimizated initial cable forces and unstrained length that minimize deflection and bending moments of the deck and pylon. Comparison study of an improved initial force method and TCUD method for determination of initial cable forces in cable-stayed bridges is presented in this paper. For this purpose, an elastic catenary cable element and a nonlinear frame element are firstly described. And concepts and algorithm of two analysis methods are then presented. Finally to demonstrate the validity and the accuracy of two methods, numerical examples for initial state problems of cable-stayed bridges are given and compared based on these methods.

The purpose of this study is to explore and understand whether the self-reflection on experiences of career counselors at the counseling site can be a basis to show that the process of becoming a professional counselor. For this purpose, Giorgi s phenomenological method was applied for 11 career counselors who have more than 5 to 15 years of experience in counseling, and belong to the University Student Counseling Center, Youth Counseling Welfare Center, and Private Counseling Center. As a result of analysis, 14 sub-constituents were derived, and 5 upper-constituents were derived as the central themes. The central theme was found to grow as a professional counselor through self-reflection on ‘difficulties due to the counselor s professionalism’, ‘difficulties due to the client s interactions’, ‘difficulties due to the boredom and burn-out’ and ‘experience of the counselor s own care’. As the result of this study, counselor s self-reflection on the counselor s experience of difficulties due to counseling in counseling site and the counselor s own care experience is the process of promoting professional development and growth as a professional counselor. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for further research were presented.

본 논문에서는 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기(IPMSM : Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor)의 효율 개선 설계를 수행하였다. 효율 개선 설계를 위해 공간고조파법을 이용하여 영구자석의 폭을 선정하였다. 고정자와 회전자의 형상 설계를 통해 역기전력이 증가 하였고, 동일출력대비 동손 저감을 통해 IPMSM의 효율을 향상시켰다. 효율 향상 모델의 구동토크 및 전동기의 제반 특성을 유한요소해석을 통하여 검증하였다.

KALIS(Korea Authority of Land & Infrastructure Safety) has derived core technologies to establish a digital twin model-based safety management system for special bridges subject to general national highway management. The core technologies are measurement and monitoring, real-time measurement data-based structural analysis model improvement, physics-based simulation, predictive analysis, and BIM-based modeling. Based on this, we plan to establish a basic plan for building a system that evaluates structural safety and constant monitoring using a digital twin model to which real-time structural analysis model improvement is applied based on actual data, and will conduct research on core technologies selected as priorities. to be.
