        디지털 인간공학 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 작업자세 분석

        The objective of this study was to investigate the validity of the digital ergonomic simulation (DES) method as a prospective alternative to the ergonomic analyses conducted by experts. The DES method utilizes commercial digital manufacturing software, and can compute the RULA scores continuously throughout the simulated work cycle. It was shown in a case study that the accuracy and objectivity of the DES method are superior to those obtained by experts. Also, it was demonstrated that the DES method has a distinct capability to simulate and validate a proposed work plan. Major limitations of the current DES method lie in the extensive time and efforts required for accurate digital simulation, which may be overcome through an automatic module for RULA data acquisition and a motion capture system.

        An Investigation of Glyceollin I’s Inhibitory Effect on The Mammalian Adenylyl Cyclase

        글리세올린 I 은 다양한 피부 질환의 예방과 치료에 유용한 물질로 주목을 받아왔다. 그러나 피부 멜라닌 형성에 결정적 역할을 담당하는 포유류의 아데니닐 고리화 효소(이하 mAC)에 대한 직접적인 결합 형태와 상호 작용에 대한 연구는 현재까지 연구 보고된 사례가 없었다. 글리세올린 I 의 mAC 활성 부위에 대한 결합 작용 기작을 규명하기 위하여 우선 글리세올린 I과 SQ22,536 (mAC에 결합하여 mAC의 활성을 억제하는 것으로 이미 잘 알려진 단일 화합 물질)의 mAC에 대한 결합 친화도와 결합 형태를 비교 분석 하였다. 글리세올린 I은 mAC의 활성부위에 존재하는 Asp 1018, Trp 1020, Asn 1025와 각각 3개의 수소결합을 형성하는 것으로 분석되었고 SQ22,536은 mAC 활성부위의 Asp 1018, Asn 1025와 2개의 수소결합을 형성하여 글리세올린 I이 상대적으로 우월하게 결합하는 것으로 분석되었다. 글리세올린 I은 또한 포스콜린(forskolin)에 의해서 유도되는 세포내 멜라닌 형성 2차 신호전달 물질인 cyclic AMP의 생성과 이로인해 유발되는 단백질 인산화 효소 A의 인산화를 효과적으로 억제하는 것을 멜라노마 세포 실험을 통하여 확인하였다. 또한 글리세올린 I 을 장시간 세포에 투여하여도 세포의 생존률에는 영향을 주지 않음을 확인하였다. 본 연구 통하여 규명된 글리세올린 I의 mAC 활성 억제 효능 및 멜라닌 생성 신호전달 기작을 조절하는 성질을 이용하여 향후 흑색종과 같은 다양한 피부 질환 치료제 개발 및 미백화장품 핵심 물질 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Glyceollin I has gained attention as a useful therapy for various dermatological diseases. However, the binding property of glyceollin I to the mammalian adenylyl cyclase (hereafter mAC), a critical target enzyme for the down-regulation of skin melanogenesis, has not been fully explored. To clarify the action mechanism between glyceollin I and mAC, we first investigated the molecular docking property of glyceollin I to mAC and compared with that of SQ22,536, a well-known mAC inhibitor, to mAC. Glyceollin I showed superiority by forming three hydrogen bonds with Asp 1018, Trp 1020, and Asn 1025, which exist in the catalytic site of mAC. However, SQ22,536 formed only two hydrogen bonds with Asp 1018 and Asn 1025. Secondly, we confirmed that glyceollin I effectively inhibits the formation of forskolin-induced cAMP and the phosphorylation of PKA from a cell-based assay. Long term treatment with glyceollin I had little effect on the cell viability. The findings of the present study also suggest that glyceollin I may be extended to be used as an effective inhibitor of hyperpigmentation.

      • 하이브리드 자동차용 듀얼 유성기어 시스템 제어 알고리즘 개발

        In this paper, a control algorithm on how to operate the IC engine and motors is proposed for a dual mode electro-mechanical variable transmission(EVT) from the viewpoint of the overall powertrain system efficiency. First, a dual mode EVT is designed, which consists of 3 planetary gears and two motors. In order to develop the control algorithm, power characteristic of the dual mode EVT is investigated by network analysis. It found from the network analysis that the speed ratio should be controlled in the range where the dual mode EVT efficiency is relatively high. Since the two motor torques depend on the EVT powertrain characteristics, dynamic equations of the EVT powertrain need to be obtained. To find out motor torques that provide the desired engine speed for high system efficiency, the motor torque control algorithm developed by inversion-based control. In order to evaluate the performance of the motor control algorithm, a performance simulator for the HEV adopting the dual mode EVT is developed using Cruise. It is found from the simulation results that the motor control algorithm proposed in this study shows improved fuel economy compared with the conventional control since the EVT is able to provide the IC engine operation on the speed ratio range, which gives high powertrain system efficiency.

      • 네트워크 해석 기법을 이용한 도요타 하이브리드 시스템 동력 특성 해석 및 제어 알고리즘 개발

        Toyota Hybrid System(THS) of Toyota Prius combines its three power sources(engine, motor, and generator) in a highly efficient way using a planetary gear. The power characteristics of the THS is analyzed by the network analysis. From the network analysis, it is found that the THS should be operated in low to medium speed range due to the power circulation on high speed range, which causes the decreased system efficiency. A static simulator is developed using the network analysis and performance of the THS is evaluated in context of the base vehicle for drive line efficiency, vehicle acceleration. In addition, a THS control algorithm is presented for the control parameters using the ZEV to HEV mode change velocity, accelerator pedal opening and battery SOC. Based on the dynamic model of the THS powertrain, a dynamic performance simulator is developed using Cruise. Simulation results show that the THS is able to operate the engine at the optimal point for the best fuel efficiency according the control algorithm.

        자유무역협정이 수입다양도와 집약도에 미친 효과에 대한 실증적 분석

        This study is to analyze empirically the effects of free trade agreements on extensive and intensive margins of Korea’s imports. Using the gravity model of bilateral commodity trade, we have estimated the six regression equations from the highly disaggregated panel data on Korea’s commodity imports in HS(Harmonized System) 6-digit classification. We have found that Korea’s free trade agreements have significantly positive effect on Korea’s import volumes and extensive margins and intensive margins for import growth. And both of the two margins have much similar impacts on total import growth. However, we could not obtain significant estimates on import market shares and import-weighted intensive import margins of the free trade agreements.

        WTO 출범 후 미국의 통상법 301 조 운영

        There had been some exprectation that the unilateral trade measures by USTR might lose its potency when the World Trade Organization would launch with strong jurisdiction over all the trade disputes among member countries. In reality, however, U. S. still utilizes the unilateral measures, against its major trading partners, such as the Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, and its derivatives even under the WTO system. In this paper, we review the implications of the section 301 from the historical perspectives of the U. S. trade policy. And we evaluate its consistency with the dispute settlement procedure of the WTO. Also we endeavour to analyze the 301 cases initiated during the WTO era since 1995, compared to those during the pre-WTO system. We have identified some tendencies since 1995. More cases are initiated by USTR itself rather than through petitions from interested parties. For most 301 cases, USTR tends to have recourse to the WTO procedure after initiating its investigation procedure. And incresing number of cases are for adequate protection for intellectual proprty rights which has just introduced as a part of WTO agreements. Although USTR has actively utilized the regular 301 provisions, it has hardly apply Super 301 nor Special 301 provisions which are to correct foreign countries` unfair practices comprehensively by identifing priority foreign countries practies and negotiating with the foreign countries. And Super 301 is not likely to sustain its legal efficacy beyond this Administration which revitalized and prolonged it through Executive Orders.

        정보 사유와 공유의 레퍼토리와 은유적 내러티브

        The Free Software group and the Open Source group oppose private ownership of software source code and have been playing a leading role in propagating the information sharing culture on the Internet. Using the analytical tools of repertoire and metaphorical narrative. this study compares the mainstream discourse supporting the information privatization with the movement discourse championing free access to source code. We examine multiple types of the repertoires within the mainstream discourse of copyright and discuss ideological implications of two metaphorical narratives, namely romantic authorship and the tragedy of commons. By examining the two movement groups' discourse strategy, we find that the Free Software activists develop the freedom repertoire and that the Open Source leaders draw on the utility repertoire. We also find in the writings on Richard Stallman, the leader of the Free Software group, the language of the hacker repertoire that offers a romanticized vision of the challenge to social authority. Finally, we discuss the internal tensions within both the mainstream discourse and the counterdiscourse, along with the intertwined nature between the two discourses that goes beyond a simple dominance-resistance dichotomy.
