        한국의 저축, 투자 및 경제성장과의 관계

        본 연구는 저축, 투자 및 경제성장간의 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 저축과 투자가 상관관계가 없다면 경제성장을 위해서 투자를 증대시키는 정책이 요구될 수도 있는 것이다. 반면 저축이 투자 및 경제성장의 원동력이 된다면 민간부문의 저축에 더하여 정부부문의 저축증대, 즉 재정건전화 정책이 또한 필요할 것이다. 연구결과는 저축과 투자는 서로 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 저축이 경제성장의 원인이 되는 인과관계는 발견할 수 있었는데, 저축이 투자의 증대를 통해 GDP에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 미국 서브프라임 사태이후 재정확대정책이 필요하다는 주장이 제기 될 수 있으나 본 연구의 분석에 따르면 장기적으로는 재정확대 정책보다는 오히려 재정건전화 기조를 유지할 필요가 있다고 사료해 볼 수 있다.(JEL: E2) The purpose of this study is to analyse the interaction between saving, investment and economic growth in Korea. If there is no correlation between saving and investment, the policy to promote investment rather than saving for the economic growth is needed. However, if the saving is the main determinant of saving and economic growth, we need the policy for increasing saving such as a tight fiscal policy. The finding of this paper is that there is Granger-causality between the saving and investment. Also, saving is causing the economic growth in Granger sense. It is possible that the increase in investment through saving affects the economic growth. Despite of the sub-prime crisis in United States, it is desirable to keep the tight fiscal policy for Korean economic growth in the long-run.

        보문 : 의류판매원의 고객지향성 측정도구 개발

        This study develops a valid and reliable scale to evaluate customer orientation for clothing salespeople in order to provide a foundation for systematic and empirical research in the apparel industry. The study was conducted in two phases. First, a scale was developed to evaluate the customer orientation of clothing salespeople through a qualitative method. The second phase involved the verification of the validity of the developed evaluation questions through a quantitative method. The subjects of this study were 327 clothing salespeople, and the results were analyzed using AMOS 7.0 and SPSS 15.0. The results were as follows: First, customer orientation questions were elicited from in-depth interviews with fashion salespeople, analyses of fashion magazine articles, and previous studies. From the results, 38 preliminary questions were selected based on categorization, modification, and expert analyses of the content validity. Second, in order to verify the validity of the customer orientation scale that consisted of 24 questions in 7 factors, we performed a verification of the convergent validity through an assessment of the magnitude of standardization factor loading, average variance extracted (AVE), and construct reliability. Discriminant validity was verified using the AVE of each of the two constructs and a comparison of the square of the correlation between the constructs. According to the results, the measured values were above or near the guideline values that demonstrates the validity of the customer orientation scale.

        Kano 모델 및 PCSI 지수를 통한 의류점포의 서비스품질에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this study are to classify apparel service quality elements using the Kano`s model, and to identify how much service quality can increase the degree of customer satisfaction when the service quality is fully fulfilled. Women over 20 years-old from metropolitan areas participated in the study. Data from 254 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The results were as follows: First, 17 service quality elements were categorized into one-dimensional quality which could lead to both satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and 3 services quality elements were categorized into indifferent quality which neither result in satisfaction nor dissatisfaction. Second, potential customer satisfaction improvement(PCSI) Index was developed using Kano model and CS coeffient. Findings of this study provide both industry and academic researchers with a guide to increase customer satisfaction in fashion retail store.

        외환위기이후 한국의 외환보유고 분석

        한국은 외환위기 당시 가용외환보유고가 88.7억 달러에 불과하였는데 2004년말 1990억 달러로 상당히 빠른 속도로 증가하였다. 이는 외환위기를 겪은 아시아 국가들에게서 공통적으로 나타나는 현상이며 단기외채 대비 외환보유고 면에서 300%이상을 유지하고 있다. 외환보유함수를 추정한 결과 외환위기 더미를 포함시키지 않은 경우, 외환보유고의 변동성이 커지면 외환보유고가 증가하고, 이자율의 증가는 외환 보유고와 음의 관계가 있으며, 개방변수와는 양의 관계가 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 외환위기 더미를 포함시킨 경우는 외환보유 더미변수가 상당히 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 따라서 외환보유의 축적이 대외신인도 향상 및 외환위기의 예방 차원에서 더 큰 역할을 하고 있다는 점이다. 또한 경제 개방변수의 경우 실물개방 변수는 외환보유의 증가에 기인한 것으로 나타나고 있는 데 금융개방의 변수는 M2대비 외환보유고 회귀분석을 제외하고는 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 보여지고 있다.(JEL : F30) Korea's foreign reserves was only 8.87 billion dollars at the time of the financial crisis. However, it has rapidly increased to 199 billion dollars, at the end of year 2004. It is common phenomenon for east asian countries which had the financial crisis. Moreover, the ratio of foreign reserve over short-term debt in Korea is keeping on around 300 percent. The result of estimating the demand function for foreign reserves without financial crisis dummy is as follows; the volatility and market opening variables have the positive effect on the demand for foreign reserves and interest rate is vice-versa, as expected. However, including the financial crisis dummy, the dummy variables has the positive and significant effect on reserve demand. The accumulation of foreign reserve is important role in Korea's credibility and prevention of the financial crisis. Also, real sector opening variable has the positive effect on the reserve demand. However, the financial opening variable has insignificant effect on the demand for reserves, except the regression that the reserve over M2 is dependent variable.

        화폐론적 환율모델을 이용한 한국의 원/달러 환율에 대한 실증분석

        This paper on exchange rate analyzed the empirical validity on the monetary model which has two kinds of theories such as the flexible price model and the sticky price model. Korea has had a free floating system since 1998. The quarterly data starting from 1998 was used won-dollar exchange rate, relative M2, relative real GDP, interest rate differential and inflation differential between Korea and United States. We investigated the long-run relationship on exchange rates using VECM. Despite of over-identification problem, we found that Koreas exchange rates favors the flexible price model instead of the sticky price model, based on cointegrating vector.

        국제 원유가와 원/달러 환율의 변동분석

        The relationship between the oil price and Korean won/dollar real exchange rate is empirically investigated using VAR. From the Granger causality test, the volatility of exchange rate causes the volatility of oil price. This implies that the exchange rate is fundamentally a forward looking variable that embodies the information about future oil price movements. Also, the recent decline in oil price may be due to the appreciation of U.S. dollar, in addition to the excess supply in the world oil market. However, the impact on exchange rate of oil price is negligible based on impulse response function analysis.

        근원뿔내 혈성 거짓낭종 1예

        Purpose: Orbital hematic pseudocyst is the localized accumulation of organized blood-breakdown products within a fibrous capsule, and is known to be typically located subperiosteally. We report a case of orbital hematic pseudocyst in the intraconal space. Methods: A 51-year-old man visited our clinic, complaining of injection and bruise of his right eye one month before. On the orbit MRI, a mass assumed to be benign was detected in the intraconal space of his right orbit. After several months of follow-up, a decrease of visual acuity and visual field defect were detected in his right eye. Excision of the mass was done through lateral and medial orbitotomy. Results: Histologic examination showed the accumulation of blood-breakdown products within a fibrous capsule, and the mass was diagnosed as a hematic pseudocyst. Conclusions: When a well-demarcated and slowly growing mass is detected in the intraconal space of the orbit, the possibility of hematic pseudocyst should be considered.

        지역통상정보 : 한국-EU 자유무역협정의 수산부문 무역효과 추정

        We have analyzed the trade effect of Korea-EU FFA on the Korean fishery sector, after reviewing the trade pattern and the tariff barriers of fishery sector between Korea-EU. For the trade effects, we have categorized into three cases: 1) the complete tariff elimination of all items, 2) the half tariff reduction on top ten valued items, with complete tariff elimination of other items, and 3) the complete tariff elimination, except unbinding top three valued items. The effect of the complete tariff elimination of all items implies the effect of the full achievement of FTA. For other two cases, these effects imply the effects of the transitional phenomenon of FTA since the complete tariff elimination happens gradually over more than ten years. For the complete elimination of tariff, we found that imports are increased by 1.1 billion dollars which is 12.9% increase in average imports during years 2006-2009. Also, exports are increased by 1.3 billion dollars which is 14.5% increase in average exports during same years.

        인플루언서 정보원천, 메시지 측면성, 소비자 조절초점이 인스타그램 화장품광고 온라인 구전의도에 미치는 효과

        Nowadays, the cosmetic and fashion industries are paying attention to influencer marketing on Instagram. In this study, we determined whether electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) communications were affected by the following parameters: the influencer’s information source, message sidedness, and consumer's regulatory focus. The experimental design of this study is a three-way mixed ANOVA, which comprises of 2 (influencer information source: expert vs general consumer) X 2 (message sidedness: two-sided message vs one-sided message) X 2 (consumer regulatory focus: promotion focus vs prevention focus) structure. The data for this research study was obtained by distributing a questionnaire to 410 subjects. The participants were aged between 20 and 39 years and lived in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. In total, the data of 396 subjects was analyzed with the help of SPSS 25.0 statistical program: frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, three-way ANOVA, and simple main effect analysis were performed. The analysis results were as follows: First, influencer information sources and consumer regulatory focus exhibited a significant interaction with consumers' e-WOM intentions. Second, message sidedness and consumer's regulatory focus exhibited a significant interaction with e-WOM intentions. Third, influencer information source and message sidedness exhibited a significant interaction with consumers' e-WOM intentions. Based on these findings, the type of influencer’s information source and the consumer’s regulatory focus was taken into consideration while marketing cosmetics on Instagram. Moreover, influencer marketing strategies must be used to evaluate message sidedness. This would help us gauge the consumer’s attitude towards advertisements.
