The Fe-22wt.%Cr-6wt.%Al foams were fabricated via the powder alloying process in this study. The structural characteristics, microstructure, and mechanical properties of Fe-Cr-Al foams with different average pore sizes were investigated. Result of the structural analysis shows that the average pore sizes were measured as 474 ㎛ (450 foam) and 1220 ㎛ (1200 foam). Regardless of the pore size, Fe-Cr-Al foams had a Weaire-Phelan bubble structure, and α-ferrite was the major constituent phase. Tensile and compressive tests were conducted with an initial strain rate of 10<sup>-3</sup>/s. Tensile yield strengths were 3.4 MPa (450 foam) and 1.4 MPa (1200 foam). Note that the total elongation of 1200 foam was higher than that of 450 foam. Furthermore, their compressive yield strengths were 2.5 MPa (450 foam) and 1.1 MPa (1200 foam), respectively. Different compressive deformation behaviors according to the pore sizes of the Fe-Cr-Al foams were characterized: strain hardening for the 450 foam and constant flow stress after a slight stress drop for the 1200 foam. The effect of structural characteristics on the mechanical properties was also discussed.

Ni-Cr-Al metal-foam-supported catalysts for steam methane reforming (SMR) are manufactured by applying a catalytic Ni/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> sol-gel coating to powder alloyed metallic foam. The structure, microstructure, mechanical stability, and hydrogen yield efficiency of the obtained catalysts are evaluated. The structural and microstructural characteristics show that the catalyst is well coated on the open-pore Ni-Cr-Al foam without cracks or spallation. The measured compressive yield strengths are 2-3 MPa at room temperature and 1.5-2.2 MPa at 750℃ regardless of sample size. The specimens exhibit a weight loss of up to 9-10% at elevated temperature owing to the spallation of the Ni/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst. However, the metal-foam-supported catalyst appears to have higher mechanical stability than ceramic pellet catalysts. In SMR simulations tests, a methane conversion ratio of up to 96% is obtained with a high hydrogen yield efficiency of 82%.
부부문제에서 분노의 유발 원인과 대처 전략에 대한 연구

The anger itself is a kind of neutral emotion. However, dysfuctional anger expression in the couple relationship can facilitate severe results such as marital distress. family violence, and divorce. Thus, this study aimed at finding the cause and treatment strategies for anger in marital distress. I found two kinds of angers facilitating marital distress through this study. First, is the dysfunctional behaviors(DB) accelerating partner's anger. Second, is the dysfunctional cognitions(DC) accelerating our own anger. The DB had four main parts: the skill deficiencies of couple communications, problem solving, anger expressions, and aversive control systems. The DC had three main parts: irrational belief, dysfunctional cognitions, and selective perceptions. The effective treatment strategy to eliminate anger in the marital distress was the cognitive behavioral approach(CBA). The main target of the CBA was to change the DB and DC to functional behaviors and cognitions.

In this paper, a new method for identifying the joint properties from the measured FRFs of an assembled system and its substructures is presented. All of parameters of the joint system should be taken into consideration in a model for the joint, because the dynamic behaviours of the assembled system can be generally affected by all parameters at its joint. In order to comprehensively identify all parameters of joint system, a new substructure synthesis algorithm with a flexible joint model based on FRF data has been developed, and then the joint identification technique based on this new algorithm is introduced here. The validation of the identification and coupling method is conducted by using various beams combined with bolted joints. Results show that the FRFs of assembled structure can be estimated accurately by using the proposed coupling method with joint effect obtained from the proposed identification technique.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test and verify on the interrelationship among Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in the Humidifier Goods industry. Methods: We use the frequency-analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, multi-regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis by using SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.80 as a statistical analysis tool Results: The influence of Service Quality(SQ) on Customer Satisfaction(CS) is significant and the influ-ence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty(CL) is significant. However the influence of SQ on CL is not significant. Finally, we verify that CS mediate the effects between SQ and CL. Conclusion: The Market size of the Humidifier goods industry will be increased rapidly. And then, more research and study were needed on the Service Qualty and Customer Satisfaction. Especially, we have to pay attention to the distribution channel of the Humidifier goods industry.
