우리는 이 논문에서 측정 단위 설정에 대하여 연구하였다. 품질관리는 고객 요구를 관리하는 것이다. 쥬란과 다구찌가 연구한 품질 형태의 측정 단위를 조사하였다. 그리고 품질 형태의 새로운 측정을 제안하였다. 제안한 새로운 품질 측정은 여러 품질 관리 측정을 조합한 것이다. 이러한 측정은 회사의 관리 수준에서 경영 관리에서 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 우리는 제안된 새로운 측정이 실제 사용되고 도움 되기를 기대한다. In this Paper, We study on establish for unit of measure. Quality control is means control for customer needs. We surveyed unit of measurement of quality feature of Juran and Taguchi teaching. We suggest new measure of quality feature. New quality measure which is combined with several quality control measures. Which measurement can be used management control of managerial level of company. We expect this new measurements can be applied and well used.

We did investigation about incorrect using control chart which is used on the real fields. In this papers, we propose 3 kinds X control chart plot same time which are 1)analysis control chart by using sample data, 2) X control chart that mark target average and upper abd lower specification line, 3)control chart by average and standard deviation of known population, there is advantage that can see problem of process at a look. Hope our method that is proposed in this papers is helped much in real fields.

Purpose: This article introduces a case study of using Taguchi Method to improve lecture satisfaction. Developed by Taguchi Genichi, this method has its strength in finding the control factor that is robust against noise factor. Finding the condition for such control factor has an effect of reducing the dispersion of the Lecture satisfaction. Methods: There are various factors in university classrooms. The factors which influenced the Lecture Satisfaction are analyzed by control factors and noise factors, control factors which is controllable are lecture completeness and thoroughly test the degree of supervision and noise factors which is not controllable is degree of physical and psychological Lecturer tired, then the experiment is conducted as guided by Taguchi`s experimental design, one semester are experimented by eight professor with 2 classes, after discussion of the results the optimal lecture condition is suggested. Results: To improve Lecture Satisfaction under noise factor of physical and psychological Lecturer tired, optimal condition are that lecture completeness have scenario note during lecture and thoroughly test the degree of supervision have two proctors during test. Conclusion: In this paper, we have succession case by applying Taguchi methods in Lecture Satisfaction. We can apply to improve service by applying the Taguchi methods. In the future we hope to have many succession cases.

In this paper, we try to develop a model the effects on organizational behavior and job performance of members of the organizιtion`s quality management system. We propose implications affect the organization`s operations. We conduct a survey on job performance, organizational commitment, job involvement, organizational citizenship and for organizations received the Quality Management System and analyze the correlation between the variables. By a result of this research, as the level of awareness of organizational behavior and management systems, determined the level of job performance changes. We proposed an alternative for improving performance and Management improvements. How a positive influence on organizational behavior and job performance analysis and the introduction of a management system standard, we propose an efficient operating room management Systems.
