        急性 Chlorpromaziiie 中毒의 一例 報告

        We report a case with hypochondriacal delusion, who took 11,000〜13,000 mg of chlorpromazine in single dose, for the purpose of suicide and revealed deep coma, decreased blood pressure, hypothermia, respiratory depression, epileptiform generalized tonic clonic convulsion and transient delirious hallucinatory symptom. This case was completely recoverd one week later without any sepuellae, with symtomatic management. After recovery form acute intoxication his own delusions were persisted

        Fragilariopsis kerguelensis Response to Iron Enrichment Regarding Its Growth, Uptake of Nutrients and Trace Metals, and Changes in CO2, CH4, and N2O

        We performed laboratory experiments to investigate the response of Fragilariopsis kerguelensis, a predominant diatom species in the Southern Ocean, to different concentrations of dissolved iron in the culture medium to assess changes in nutrients, trace metals, and greenhouse gases-CO2, CH4, and N2O-during growth. F. kerguelensis was cultured in standard f/2+Si media contained in closed chambers at 2°C, which is a typical surface temperature of the Southern Ocean in summer, under continuous irradiation with ~44 mol photons m-2 s-1 for 8 days. The media contained 2.2 nM, 7.0 nM, and 10.6 nM of dissolved iron at inoculation. F. kerguelensis grew faster if the initial dissolved iron concentration was higher. Its production rate was ~40 cells mL-1 d-1 with an increase of 10-18 molar dissolved iron on a single cell basis. Fe and Mo were consumed faster than the growth rate at higher dissolved iron concentrations while Mn and Zn were consumed more slowly taking the mean values into account. Nitrate consumption by single cells increased with an increase of dissolved iron in the media, but phosphate and silicate showed a tendency to decrease. Hence, dissolved iron enhanced uptake of nitrate, but not the other nutrients, on a single cell basis. The carbon uptake per cell decreased with an increase in dissolved iron, which is opposite to the growth rate, suggesting that carbon content in single cells could not keep up with the cell growth. The iron efficacy of carbon uptake by single cells, defined as the ratio of the carbon uptake to the iron uptake, also showed a significant reduction with an increase in dissolved iron. This implies the inefficient usage of iron to absorb carbon at a high dissolved iron concentration. CH4 uptake by F. kerguelensis occurred in our experiments, but it was trivial in relation to the overall impact. N2O was consumed at a lower concentration of dissolved iron, but was emitted at a higher dissolved iron concentration, suggesting a facultative response of F. kerguelensis to the available dissolved iron.

        The SeoWoo Academic Society(西友學會) is the first regional academic society founded at KwanSeo province under the patriotic enlightenment movement in the late DaeHan Empire was not yet extended nationally and publicly. In a critical situation of the nation, the SeoWoo Academic Society not only performed a leading role in directing people of KwanSeo province to ability cultivation movement for national sovereignty restoration but also extended patriotic enlightenment movement in KwanSeo province to be extensively developed into public movement. This study reviewed the SeoWoo Academic Society journal, 「SeoWoo」 focussing on 'thought on education-salvation of the nation and self-strengthening of the people', 'the necessity of modem national education and compulsory education promotion', 'development of whole-man personality and education for martial spirit'. During this period, national leaders developed education-salvation of the nation with firm belief that the way of overcoming the crisis of forfeiture of national sovereignty was only possible through education. By this belief, national leaders established several private schools, and endeavored to help the nation and the people out of the crisis through education.

        한국 대학생 영어 논증 에세이에 나타난 논증장르 요소의 분석적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the argumentative writing of Korean university students who have learned how to write English argumentative essays for the first time (after entering college), and to see how much of argumentative elements can be found in their essays. As for the actual research, Toulmin's analysis and Swales' Move-Step analysis, which reveal the level of content-related and form-related argumentative elements in a text respectively, were employed. A total of 16 argumentative essays written by students from two groups, having different methods of argumentative writing instruction, were analyzed. The following findings were found. First, in terms of content, the students were better at using the argument elements of claim and data than at using warrants and secondary elements. In terms of form, the students showed almost uniform results within each group, which suggests that instruction on essay form can be highly effective. Second, there was little or no correlation between the ability to use content-related elements and form-related elements. Third, when considering the different methods of instruction given to each group, the two groups showed significantly different results in their writings. The results of this study is believed to contribute to the deep understanding and application of teaching and learning argumentative writing, and offer guidance in further research related to this study.

        개념스케치를 활용한 탐구 문제 해결 수업이 판구조론에 대한 개념 변화와 과학 관련 태도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of problem-solving inquiry teaching using conceptsketches on conceptual changes about plate tectonics and science-related attitudes. The subjects of this study were twoclasses of second-year students of K high school located at Anseong in Gyeonggi Province. Before instruction, aconceptual test was conducted to survey student’s preconceptions about plate tectonics. The control group took atraditional lesson, while the experimental group was applied to problem-solving inquiry teaching using concept sketches. After the inquiry instruction, TOSRA (Test of Science-Related Attitudes) was administered to find out changes in sciencerelatedattitudes of the two groups. The results of this study are as follows. The experimental group understood conceptsof plate tectonics better than the control group, which means that problem-solving inquiry teaching using concept sketcheswas more effective in students’ conceptual understanding. Science-related attitudes of the experimental group showed asignificant change in the categories of ‘normality of scientists’, ‘pleasure of science lessons’, and ‘interests on science as ahobby’. In conclusion, the instruction of problem-solving inquiry using concept sketches produced students’ positivechanges in conceptual understanding about plate tectonics and science-related attitudes. 본 연구의 목적은 개념스케치를 활용한 탐구 문제 해결 수업이 판구조론에 대한 개념 변화와 과학 관련 태도에미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 연구의 대상은 경기도 안성시 소재 K 고등학교 2학년 2개 반이다. 수업 처치 전에,판구조론에 대한 학생들의 선개념을 조사하기 위해 개념 검사가 실시되었다. 비교 집단은 전통적 수업을, 실험 집단은개념스케치를 활용한 탐구 문제 해결 수업을 적용하였다. 수업 적용이 끝난 후에 실험 집단과 비교 집단의 과학 관련태도 변화를 알아보기 위해 과학 관련 태도 검사지(TOSRA)를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 수업처치에 따른 판구조론에 대한 개념 변화는 비교 집단보다 실험 집단에서 개념 이해도가 더 높게 향상되어 개념스케치를 활용한 탐구 문제 해결수업이 올바른 개념 변화에 더 효과적임을 알 수 있었고, 과학 관련 태도는 실험 집단의 경우 ‘과학자의 평범성’, ‘과학 수업의 즐거움’, ‘과학에 대한 취미로서의 관심’의 범주에서 통계적으로 유의미한 증가가 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과로개념스케치를 활용한 탐구 문제 해결 수업이 판구조론에 대한 개념 변화와 과학 관련 태도에 긍정적인 변화를 준다는것을 확인하였다.

        Diphenylhydantion에 의한 全身 剝脫性 皮膚炎

        The writers reported a fatal case of generalized exfoliative dermatitis with pyrexia, stomatitis, generalized lymphadenopathy and hepatitis due to diphenylhydantoin medication. This dermatitis appeared on the 19th day of medication and this patient expired on the 41st day after first medication.

      • 선재 공정에서 C-Hook 트래킹을 위한 RFID 시스템 적용에 대한 연구

        Wire rods are carried by C-Hooks and are tracked by bringing the inspection sensors into contact with steel bars on the C-Hooks. However, the conventional system using mechanical equipment is not reliable due to aging, wearing and bending of steel bars. To overcome these problems, a non-contact type identification system is required. This paper introduces the radio frequency identification(RFID) technology which is one of the most popular non-contact identification methods, and evaluates its performance in the real environment of POSCO. Specifically, we use tags which are designed for operating on high temperature and allowing easy attaching and detaching on the C-Hook. A new monitoring program is developed for reacting upon the conventional system and showing the results of reading tags.
