Comparison on physical property, dissolution and disintegration of four launched orally disintegration film (ODF) products for erectile dysfunction

Commercially available orally disintegrationfilms (ODF) for erectile dysfunction were Viagra L 50 and100 mg by Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Korea Ltd., and Mvix S50 and 100 mg by SK Chemicals Co. The comparativestudies of physical property, disintegration and dissolutiontime of four ODFs were carried out to evaluate film formulation. For film physical property, thickness and weightuniformity, tensile strength, dissolving pH, hygroscopicity,morphology, flexibility and polymeric characteristics wereinvestigated. In vitro disintegration studies were implementedby six methods. Conventional disintegration methodwas carried out using USP disintegration apparatus. One sidedisintegration method and both side disintegration methodwere performed by using shaking water bath. Slide framedisintegration method was conducted by contact anglemeasurement. Mouth disintegration method was performedby using two different mediums. One medium was a-amylasefree medium, another was add a-amylase. In vitro dissolutionstudies were carried out using pH 2.0 HCl and pH6.8 PBS. The results were validated statistically. Filmthickness of Mvix S 50 and 100 mg was thinner than that ofViagra L 50 and 100 mg, respectively. Film tensile strengthof Mvix S 50 mg and 100 mg was much higher than that ofViagra L 50 and 100 mg. However, Viagra L 50 and100 mg were more flexible so that it is easier to carry andstore. High hygroscopicity and high porosity in Viagra Lcould contribute to disintegrate film quickly. In six kinds ofdisintegration studies, both Viagra L 50 and 100 mgshowed not only muche faster disintegration time but alsomuch faster dissolution rate.

소셜미디어 인플루언서의 영향력 분석에 대한 연구

스마트폰 사용의 증가로 인해, 웹사이트의 커뮤니티를 대신하여 모바일 앱을 주로 이용하는 소비자들에게 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)가 대중화되었다. 인플루언서 마케팅은 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)가 사람들에게 미치는 영향 력이 증가함에 따라 소비자와 산업에서 더 중요해지고 있는 추세이다. 또한, 최근 모바일 기술의 발달로 생동감 있고 실제에 더 가까운 정보를 제공할 수 있어지면서 동영상 콘텐츠를 바탕으로 하는 동영상 마케팅과 플랫폼 개발에 관한 관심이 증가하게 되었다. 선행 연구를 바탕으로 하여 소셜미디어에서 어떠한 특성요인이 구매에 가장 큰 영향 을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 판단하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 소비자가 가장 중요하게 생각하는 특 성에 대해 더 자세히 알 수 있으며, 우선순위가 높은 요인을 중심으로 마케팅 사업 전략, 기획에 있어서 효율성과 효과를 더 높일 수 있을 것이다. The increasing use of smartphones has made social networks (SNS) popular among consumers who primarily use mobile apps on behalf of the community of websites. Influence marketing is becoming more important in consumers and the industry as social networks increase their influence on people. In addition, with the recent development of mobile technology, the interest in video marketing and platform development based on video content has increased as it has been able to provide live and closer information. The apps most commonly used by Koreans over the two years from 2016 to 2018 were tallied on YouTube. based on prior research that verified the characteristics of Influencer and its influence on it, it was deemed necessary to study what factors most affected the purchasing intent of YouTube users. In this study, we want to analyze the priorities of factors that affect consumer purchasing behavior. Based on the research results, we can learn more about the characteristics that consumers consider most important, and we will be able to increase efficiency and effectiveness in marketing business strategy and planning with high priority factors.

지방피부복합조직 이식을 이용한 화상 후 콧방울 결손의 재건

Purpose: As a central feature of the face, the nose has considerable significance in appearance and expression. Reconstruction of full thickness defects of the nasal ala has always been a challenge because of the 3-dimensional structure. For reconstruction of post burn defects of ala, skin graft, local or pedicled flap and composite graft are optionally available. We have reconstructed the ala defects using adiposocutaneous graft and observed the outcome. Methods: From March 2003 to December 2010, 19 cases in 11 patients with scar contracture and defect on ala portion were performed operation using adiposocutaneous graft. As a donor site, we used the inguinal crease and posterior auricular area and the donor site was primarily closed. We made incision through the superior rim of ala and released fully. A graft is applied to recipient site with larger size than recipient volume. Results: The mean age of the patient was 38.6 years (16~51), males are seven patients and females are four patients. The operation was performed bilaterally in 5 patients and unilaterally in 6 patients. Composite grafts were harvested from inguinal area in 13 cases and posterior auricular area in 6 cases. In one case, we did 4 times of operation to get enough volume. All the grafts were well taken. The mean size of the graft was 3.63 cm^2. Conclusion: For reconstruction of post burn defects of ala, it’s not easy to use local flap or pedicled flap because of hardness and fibrosis of surrounding tissue. So, we choose adiposocutaneous graft for ala deformity reconstruction, got satisfactory outcome in color matching and texture.

인도태평양 시대 유엔과 동북아시아의 정당성 경쟁

This article analyzes official speeches on international peace and security carried out by Northeast Asian states, especially China, to secure their legitimacy at the United Nations (UN) in the Indo-Pacific era. Existing studies on Northeast Asian countries’ behavior relevant to UN peace and security agendas have focused mainly on individual states’ issues and policy recommendations. Thus, these studies have rarely explained the meanings of such speeches in a broader context of international relations theories, specifically from the perspective of social constructivism. By examining the records of the Security Council, keynote speeches at the UN General Assembly, and official remarks of state representatives and foreign ministers, this article demonstrates that Northeast Asian states, which all are “incomplete” sovereigns based on the Western conceptualization of modern sovereignty, have competed for legitimacy to attain recognition from the international society at the UN. China, Taiwan, South Korea, North Korea, and Japan have all strategically utilized the UN Charter—a core symbolic source of the UN—to legitimize themselves and delegitimize others with respect to UN memberships and permanent memberships of the UN Security Council. In particular, China has attempted to strengthen its legitimacy by emphasizing both the principle of non-interference based on the UN Charter and a Chinese-style approach. This article provides a theoretical and empirical analysis of Northeast Asian states’ interactions in international organizations amidst the current international order that is characterized by competition between the United States and China. 이 글은 인도태평양 시대 동북아시아 국가들, 특히 중국이 유엔에서 정당성을 확보하 기 위해 수행하는 국제 평화와 안전에 관한 공식 발화를 분석한다. 유엔의 국제 평화와 안전 어젠다에 관한 동북아시아 국가들의 행태를 분석한 기존 연구는 주로 개별 국가의 현안 분석 및 정책 제언에 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 따라서 각국의 발화가 갖는 국제정치이론적 의미를 사회구성주의적 관점에서 체계적으로 검토한 연구는 드물다. 이 글은 안전 보장이사회 회의록, 유엔총회 기조연설, 유엔대표부와 외교부의 공식발언 등을 검토함으로써, 근대 서구 주권 개념에 근거할 때 ‘불완전한 주권’을 가진 동북아시아 국가들이 유엔에서 국제사회로부터의 승인을 받기 위한 정당성 경쟁을 지속적으로 수행해 왔음을 밝힌다. 중국, 대만, 한국, 북한, 일본은 모두 유엔의 회원국 자격과 안전보장이사회 상임이 사국 자격을 둘러싸고 유엔의 핵심적 상징 자원인 유엔헌장에 근거하여 자국을 정당화하고 타국을 비정당화하는 전략을 취해 왔다. 특히, 안전보장이사회의 상임이사국인 중국은 유엔헌장에 근거한 내정불간섭 원칙을 지속적으로 강조하는 동시에 중국식 해결을 강조함으로써 자국의 정당성을 강화하려 시도해 왔다. 이 글은 최근 미중 경쟁으로 재편되고 있는 국제질서 속에서 국제기구에서 이루어지는 동북아시아 국가들의 상호작용을 파악하기 위한 이론적ᆞ경험적 분석을 제공한다.

고대 중국의 수도로서의 서안을 만든 자연환경

본고는 자연환경이 서안이 고대 중국의 천년의 수도로 기능하는 데 중요한 요인이었다는 가정 하에, 토양 과 산맥의 두 가지 환경 요인을 설정했다. 이 환경 요인들이 어떻게 서안의 수도 기능에 기여했는지 살피고자 했다. 서안이 위치한 황허 강 중류의 산시 성 지역은 풍부한 황토층 토양을 보유했는데, 황토는 풍화토에 비해 영양분이 풍부하여 생산성이 높아 농업에 유리하다. 추가적으로 황토는 토목건축에도 유용한 소재로서, 대규모 토목건축을 시행했던 고대 왕조에게 중요한 입지 요인이었을 것이다. 나아가 서안이 위치하고 있는 관중평원은 동서남북으로 고원과 산맥으로 둘러싸여있다는 점에서 ‘사색지국’이라고 불린다. 이에 서안은 산맥으로 둘러싸여 방어에 유리한 전형적인 군사적 요충지로서 고대 중국의 수도로서 기능하기에 좋은 입지였다 Assuming that the natural environment was an important factor in functioning as the capital of ancient China, this report set up two environmental factors, including soil and mountain range. Then this report examined how these environmental factors contributed to Xi'an's capital function. The Shanxi province in the middle of the Hwanghe River, where Xi'an is located, is rich in Loess. Loess is more nutritious than weathering soil and is more productive for agriculture. In addition, Loess is a useful material for civil architecture, and the abundance of Loess would have been an important location factor for the ancient dynasty. Furthermore, the northern, eastern, southern, and eastern plains of Xi'an are called 'country of four frontier' in that they are surrounded by highlands and mountains. Xi'an, therefore, was a typical military stronghold for defense, surrounded by mountains, and was a good place to function as the capital of ancient China.

지방소멸이 기정사실화된 현재, 지역경제 활성화를 위해 관광 사업이 해결책으로 제시되어 투자규모가 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 관광객을 모으기 위해 지역 특색을 살린 차별성 있는 관광 아이템이 필요하다. 또한 코로나의 장기화에 따라 비접촉 문화가 확산되어 안전하게 즐길 수 있는 비대면 콘텐츠가 인기를 얻고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지역 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 비대면 AR콘텐츠를 결합한 사용자 편리 관광 어플리케이션 설계를 제안한다. Now that local extinction has become a fait accompli, tourism have been proposed as a solution to revitalize the local economy, and the scale of investment is expanding. In turn, to attract tourists, differentiated tourism items are needed by utilizing local characteristics. In addition, as COVID-19 is prolonged, the untact culture spreads, and non-face-to-face content that can be enjoyed safely is gaining popularity. A User-friendly tourism application design that combines non-face-to-face AR contents that can contribute to regional revitalization is proposed in this paper.

고등학생의 그림책에 대한 반응 연구 -존 클라센의 『이건 내 모자가 아니야』를 중심으로-

본 연구에서는 그림책을 고등학생 독자가 읽었을 때 의미를 구성하는 과정을 살펴보고자 존 클라센의 「이건 내 모자가 아니야」를 함께 탐색해 보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 그림책 속 각각의 캐릭터에 대한 분석 및 비판적인 의미를 구성 하였다. 둘째, 그림책장르에 대한 궁금증 및 전반적인 그림책의 분위기에 대한 의문점을 제시하며 작가의 의도를 파악하려 하였다. 셋째, 아동을 빗댄 캐릭터로 작은물고기 캐릭터를 분석함으로써 아동의 미성숙한 모습을 발견, 이를 통해 아동이 잘못된 행동을 조심해야 한다는 메시지를 전달하고 있다고 보았다. 넷째, 그림책 속에서 현대사회를 투영함으로써 작가가 독자에게 말하고자하는 부분을 유추하거나, 전달하고자 하는 메시지를 파악하는 모습을 살펴 볼 수 있었다. In this study, John Klassen’s “This is not my hat” was analyzed together to examine the process of constructing meaning when high school students read picture books. As a result, first, the analysis and critical meaning of each character in the picture book were constructed. Second, they tried to grasp the artist’s intention by presenting questions about the genre of picture books and the overall atmosphere of picture books. Third, the immature appearance of the child was found by analyzing the small fish character as a character comparing the child. Through this, it was considered that it delivered a message that children should be careful of wrong behavior. Fourth, by projecting modern society in picture books, it was possible to see how the author inferred the part he wanted to tell the reader or grasped the message he wanted to convey.
