Recently, the high-tech industries, such as aerospace industry, auto industry, and electronics industry, are growing up considerably. Because of that, high machining accuracy and productivity of precision parts have been required. The tooling system is important part in the machining center. HSK tooling system is more suitable than BT tooling system for that of high speed machining center. It is because static stiffness and machining accuracy of HSK tooling system are higher than those of BT tooling system. In this paper, stress distribution characteristics of the HSK tooling System is analyzed according to the spindle speed. In order that, the mechanism and the force amplification principle of HSK tooling system are analyzed. The HSK tooling system is modelled by using a 3D modeling/design program. Then stress distribution characteristics of HSK tooling system are analyzed according to spindle speed by using the finite element analysis.

Objectives This study was conducted to investigate the in-depth meaning contained in the lives of research participants who are living as fixed-term secondary school teachers. Methods The narrative inquiry method, which seeks the meaning inherent in the experience through the process of continuously exploring the experiences of the research participants, was applied to this study. For this purpose, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted twice each for narrative inquiry with a total of 3 teachers (2 males and 1 female) working as fixed-term teachers at a secondary school located in Metropolitan D city. Results In the field texts constructed through the analysis of in-depth interview data, the common life experiences of secondary school fixed-term teachers are ‘Escape from studying for secondary teacher appointment exam’, ‘economic burden’, ‘Anxiety about employment’, ‘Anxiety felt by parents’, ‘a feeling of alienation from social institutions’, ‘separating work and life’, and ‘continuing to live’ were derived. The life experiences of these secondary school fixed-term teachers were again analyzed as research texts with personal, social, and practical meanings. The meaning of life of secondary school fixed-term teachers revealed through this study is ‘walking the Mobius strip of inseparable anxiety’ in the personal sense, ‘anxiety is transmitted to the family community’ in the social sense, ‘the I was hurt by alienation, conflict, and indifference’, and in a practical sense, it was ‘Nevertheless, I tried to live an independent life by separating myself from the fixed-term teacher’. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the significance and limitations of secondary school fixed-term teachers' lives, and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
전맹인을 위한 효율적인 스마트폰 점자키보드 시스템 기술

정보화 진흥원의 정보격차실태 보고서에 의하면 최신 IT 기술은 정보를 가진 사람과 가지지 못한 사람간의 삶의 질의 격차를 증가시키는 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보 소외 계층 중에서 시각장애인을 위한 점자키보드 시스템 기술을 제안하여 정보 격차 해소에 도움이 되고자 한다. 시각 장애인들의 휴대사용과 편의성, 빠른 텍스트 입력에 초점을 맞추어 무선 데이터 전송 기술 기반으로 설계를 하였으며 텍스트 입력 실험에서는 한글, 영어, 숫자 모두 잘 표현이 되었고 속도는 분당 22타가 나왔다. 특히 문자를 인식하여 음성으로 출력해 주는 기능을 통해 사용자가 정확한 문자입력이 가능하도록 설계하였으며, 전화, 알람, 카카오톡, 인터넷, 음악, 문자도 사용하는데 지장이 없었다. 제안한 기술은 스마트폰의 사용자 확대를 통하여 정보 격차 해소에 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다. According to NIA (National Information Society Agency) report, digital divide is a vicious circle which makes quality interval of human's life between people who have information and relatively not. Especially in a smart phone society, there is a big problem between disabled people and normal people. This paper suggests a braille keyboard system for the blind to solve these problems. It is designed for portable use, convenience and quick text typing based on bluetooth communication technique. In text input test, all texts (Korean, English, number) were accurately expressed and typing speed was about 22 [c/m](characters per a minute). Especially, we design text2voice function to provide more accurate key input system. Popular applications such as call, alarm, message, kakao talk, internet, music, were performed without carring problems using the proposed braille keyboard system. The proposed technique is thought to contribute to eliminating the digital divide through the expansion of smartphone users.
HSK 공구 Gripper의 응력분포특성에 따른 형상설계

Recently, the tooling system that is essential to high speed machining-centers is changing from a BT tooling system to a HSK tooling system, because the bending stiffness and the machining accuracy of a HSK tooling system are higher than those of a BT tooling system. So we are developing a new HSK tooling system for high speed machining-centers presently. In this system, a gripper is a core part that clamps a tool-shank on a spindle shaft. In this paper, we selected the most stable shape in three models of the gripper. In order that, we modeled three different models of the gripper by using a 3D modeling/design program. Then we analyzed Stress Distribution Characteristics by using the Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
마이크로 밀링을 이용한 미세유로가공에서 미세버 저감방안에 관한 연구

Micro-burrs deteriorate machined surface quality and cause damage to the contact surfaces of parts; therefore, they should be removed through the deburring process. However, micro-burrs are not easy to remove, making it necessary to suppress the generation of micro-burrs by optimizing the machining process and advanced methodology. In this paper, an effective machining method to suppress micro- burrs and the relationship between burr size and cutting signals were investigated in the micro-milling process. In order to derive a machining method to minimize the generation of micro-burrs, a micro-channel was machined by a total of four machining methods, the size of the exit burr and top burr were measured, and an effective machining method was selected in based on the analysis of micro-burr generation. The relationship between the micro-burrs and the AE signals was determined by an analysis of cutting signals and micro-burr shape.

Recently, the demand of precision parts and molds and dies is increasing considerably from the high growth-rate of high-tech industries. Because of that, the improvement of machining accuracy and productivity has been a hot issue and the research and development has been done for that. The tooling system of high speed machining center is changing from BT tooling system to HSK tooling system. It is because static stiffness and machining accuracy of HSK tooling system are higher than those of BT tooling system. In this paper, static and dynamic characteristics of the HSK tooling System are analyzed according to bearing arrangements. In order that, three different models of the HSK tooling system are modelled by using a 3D modeling/design program. More stable bearing arrangement in the three models can be selected by using the FEA(Finite Element Analysis)
