        청송 청운리 마을구조와 민가특성 연구

        This study is conducted to investigate the organization of Cheongunri in Cheong-song, as well as the characteristics of folk houses. In this study, 82 folk houses, including the villages, are surveyed; among them, 15 houses are intensively analyzed in terms of the structure of plane and the arrangement of space. The focus of study is on discovering an internal order system of villages and tracing a relationship between the characteristics of houses and the environmental factors. According to the results of the study, an Intrinsic order in Cheongunri is found to be related to the mountain axis, the road system, and the flow axis; and the form of folk houses is also found to be influenced by this order. The major characteristics of folk houses can be summarized as follows: (1) Most of the houses face east along the mountain axis, whereas houses influenced by the flow axis tend to face south. (2) The side of houses tend to be open to the outside, showing external directionality. This characteristic seems to be closely related to the direction of the main gate in a house site. (3) The layout of the main quarters and the annex quarters is found to be related to the direction of the main gate in a house site. Especially, the characteristics of courtyard are found to be affected by the annex quarters. From the above results, it can be concluded that villages have an intrinsic order depending on the geographic characteristics of a surrounding natural environment, and folk houses have also changed accordingly.

        군날개 제거술 : 광범위 절제술 및 조직접합제를 이용한 양막이식

        `Purpose: To compare the efficacy and safety of fibrin glue and sutures for amniotic membrane transplantation after wide excision of primary pterygium. Methods: Forty-three eyes of 37 patients underwent amniotic membrane transplantation for primary pterygium with a minimum follow-up period of six months. Twenty-three eyes of 18 patients underwent surgery with fibrin glue and 20 eyes of 19 patients underwent surgery with sutures. Recurrence rates, complications, operating time were evaluated. Results: With a minimum of six-month of follow-up, fibrovascular tissue in the excised area, not invading the cornea (conjunctival recurrence), was noted in four eyes (17.4%) and fibrovascular tissue invading the cornea (corneal recurrence) was noted in two eyes (8.7%) in the fibrin glue group. Conjunctival recurrence was noted in five eyes (25%) and corneal recurrence was noted in one eye (5%) in the suture group. There was no significant difference in the recurrence rates between the two groups. Mean operating time in the fibrin glue group (25.2±3.5 minutes) was significantly shorter than in the suture group (40.5±3.6 minutes) (p=0.001, Students t-test). Complications included sub-amniotic membrane hemorrhage in three eyes (13%), and granuloma in one eye (4.3%) in the fibrin glue group, sub-amniotic membrane hemorrhage in four eyes (20%), granuloma in three eyes (15%), and wound dehiscence in one eye (5%) in the suture group. Conclusions: Using fibrin glue instead of sutures in amniotic membrane transplantation after wide excision of pterygium can be considered an effective treatment with shorter operating time and fewer complications, although there is no significant difference in recurrence rates.`

        군날개 제거술 : 광범위 절제술 및 자가윤부결막이식술

        `Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of conjunctivo-limbal autograft after wide excision of primary and recurrent pterygia. Methods: Twenty-one eyes of 18 patients with primary pterygium and 18 eyes of 18 patients with recurrent pteygium underwent conjunctivo-limbal autograft after wide excision of pterygium. All patients underwent follow-up for more than six months. Recurrence rates and complications were evaluated. Results: With a minimum of six months of follow-up, fibrovascular tissue in the excised area, not invading the cornea, was noted in one eye (5.6%) in the recurrent pterygium group but no further surgical interventions for the cosmetic problem were needed. One eye (4.8%) showed wound dehiscence, three eyes (14.3%) showed subgraft hemorrhage, and one eye (4.8%) showed subconjunctival fibrosis at the donor site in the primary pterygium group, while two eyes (11.1%) showed subgraft hemorrhage, and one eye (5.6%) showed Tenon's Capsule granuloma at the donor site in the recurrent pterygium group. Conclusions: Conjunctivo-limbal autograft after wide excision of pterygium can be considered an effective treatment with low recurrence rates for both primary and recurrent pterygia. `

      • Deaggregation을 통한 대표지진시나리오 선정

        Determining the most likelihood earthquake scenario in one region is very important for performing an earthquake-resistant design. The most likelihood earthquake scenario can be selected by performing deaggregation, who classifies earthquakes that occur ground motion exceeding a specific acceleration as each distance and each earthquake magnitude. If earthquakes are classified, the most likelihood earthquake scenario can be selected. Earthquake hazard analysis method that have to be performed before deaggregation follows the method that Ministry of Construction & Transportation presented. As a result of performing deaggregation at longitude 127.35 and latitude 34.7, presentable seismic ground motion scenarios can be selected at each recurrence period.

        The safety of a tunnel under seismic motion is most often evaluated by ovalling deformation of tunnel. This paper research about tunnel`s longitudinal deformation. Because of spatial variation of seismic ground motion, the longitudinal structures like tunnel are likely to experience relative displacements along longitudinal direction. The spatially variable ground motion can be estimated by coherency function obtained empirically, and can be considered from different arrival times of ground motion. As a result of estimating tunnel`s relative displacements at maximum curvature of tunnel, the displacements and curvatures estimated by coherency function affect the tunnel`s safety more than different arrival times. However, if tunnel`s displacements by coherency function superpose on displacements by different arrival times, the relative displacements and curvatures of tunnel will be more severe. Therefore, to estimate accurately tunnel`s deformation in longitudinal direction has to consider both coherency and wave passage effects.

        新 확률론적 지진분석 및 지진계수 개발 Part Ⅱ

        국내에서는 지반의 설계응답스펙럼을 확률론적으로 생성한 지진재해도와 결정론적으로 유도된 지진계수를적용하여 생성한다. 지진재해도와 지진계수는 호환되지 않지만, 현 설계기준은 이런 근본적인 비호환성을 무시하고 있다. 지진재해도와 지진계수를 동일한 확률론적 기반에서 생성한다면 이와 같은 문제를 극복할 수 있지만, 기존의 방법으로는 지진계수를 확률론적으로 생성할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 동반논문에서 新 PSHA의 결과물로써 생성된 지진기록을 입력지진파로 활용하여 1차원 등가선형 지반응답해석을 수행하였으며 이의 결과를 기반으로 등재해스펙트럼을 생성하였다. 등재해스펙트럼의 또 한가지 장점은 지반물성치의 불확실성과 임의성이 과학적으로 고려되었다는 점이다. 등재해스펙트럼은 나아가 확률론적인 지진계수를 도출하는데 활용되었다. 확률론적인 지진계수를 내진설계기준에서 제시된 지진계수를 비교한 결과, 확률론적으로 계산된 지진계수는 결정론적으로 계산된 결과와 상당한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. In Korea, the probabilistically developed seismic hazard maps are used with deterministically derived seismic site coefficients in developing the design response spectrum of a specific site. Even though the seismic hazard maps and seismic site coefficients are incompatible, the current design code ignores such incompatibility. If the seismic hazard map and seismic coefficients are both developed in identical probabilistic framework, such problems can be solved. Unfortunately, the available method cannot be use to derive “true” probabilistic site coefficients. This study uses the ground motion time histories, which were developed as the result of a new probabilistic seismic hazard analysis in the companion paper, as input motions in performing one-dimensional equivalent linear site response analyses, from which the uniform hazard response spectra are generated. Another important characteristic of the hazard response spectra are that the uncertainties and randomness of the ground properties are accounted for. The uniform hazard spectra are then used to derive probabilistic site coefficients. Comparison of probabilistic and deterministically site coefficients demonstrate that there is a distinct discrepancy between two coefficients.
