일반적으로 암반 터널 지진해석 시 절리의 영향을 무시하며 암반을 연속체라 가정한다. 하지만 이와 같은 가정의 적절성에 관해서는 연구된 바 없다. 본 논문에서는 응답변위법을 적용하여 불연속체 해석을 수행함으로써 암반 절리가 터널의 응답에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 불연속체 해석과 연속체 해석의 결과를 비교한 결과, 낮은 강성과 강도의 암반 절리는 터널 라이닝의 축력과 모멘트를 크게 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 절리의 경사와 간격 또한 터널의 응답에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 내진설계 시 연약 절리와 터널간의 상호작용이 고려되어야 한다고 판단된다.

Tunnels may undergo a larger or a smaller response compared with the free-field soil. In the pseudo-static procedure, the response of the tunnel is most often characterized by a curve that relates the racking ratio (R) with the flexibility ratio (F), where R represents the ratio of the tunnel response with respect to the free-field vibration and F is the relative stiffness of the tunnel and the surrounding soil. A set of analytical and empirical curves that do not account for the depth and the aspect ratio of the tunnel are typically used in practice. In this study, a series of dynamic analyses are conducted to develop a set of F-Rm relations for use in a frame analysis method. Rm is defined as an adjusted R where the rocking mode of deformation is removed and only the racking deformation is extracted. The numerical model is validated against centrifuge test recordings. The influence of aspect ratio, buried depth of tunnel on results is investigated. The results show that Rm increases with the increase of the buried depth and the aspect ratio. The widely used F-R relations are highlighted to be different compared with the obtained results in this study. Therefore, the updated F-Rm relations with proposed equations are recommended to be used in practice design. The rocking response decreases with either the decrease of the difference of stiffness between surrounding soil and tunnel or the larger aspect ratio of the tunnel section.
Polymerase chain reaction에 의한 Salmonella 속균의 검출

In this study, we try to establish the rapid and specific detection system for Salmonella species. The PhoE gene of Salmonella species was amplified with two specific primers, ST5 and ST8c, using PCR. The probe prepared from the amplified PhoE gene was sequenced and applied for Southern blot analysis. After PCR with ST5 and ST8c primers for PhoE gene, DNA bands of expected size(365bp) from 7 different Salmonella species were detected, but not from 12 enterobacteriaceae and 3 gram positive bacteria. PCR was highly sensitive to detect up to 10fg of purified DNA template and to identify Salmonella species with only 320 heat-lysed bacterial cells. The inhibition of PCR amplification from stool specimen was occurred with 50-fold dilution but disappeared over 100 fold dilution of samples. It was confirmed that the PhoE genes were amplified and cloned with over 97% nacleotide sequence homology of PCR products compared with that of S. typhfmurium LT2. The DNA probe derived from S. typhimurium TA 3,000 showed highly specific and sensitive reaction with PCR products of all tested Salmonella species. These results indicate that PCR was rapid and sensitive detection method for Salmonella species and DNA probe prepared from S. typhimurium TA 3,000 was specific to identify PCR products of different Salmonella species.

인터넷의 발달로 개인정보의 수집 및 이용이 일상화됨에 따라 개인정보의 침해가 급속도로 확대 되고 있다. 의료분야에 대한 개인정보보호에 대해서는 '정보통신망이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률'등에 체계적으로 규정되어 있으나, 법적용 대상이 정보통신 서비스 제공자 위주로 규정되어 의료분야에 적용하는 데 한계가 있다. 때문에 본 논문에서는 국내 의료기관이 전자의무기록 시스템에 보안을 적용하기 위해 우선적으로 선행되어야 할 개인의료정보 보호방안에 대해 정의하고, 적용근거를 위한 법 제도의 검토사항을 제시하였다. 또한, 전자의무기록에 대한 전자서명의 구체적인 적용방안을 예시하여 의료분야에 있어서 보안적용을 위한 기준을 제시하였다. Due to the development of Internet and the collection and usage of the individual information, the infringements of the personal data have been increased rapidly. Regarding the personal data protection in the medical industry, it is clearly described in 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and information Protection, etc.'. the law is ratified on the basis of the service provider, therefore, it has its own limitation to be applied to medical industry. Therefore, this paper is to set the security standard and to discuss the range of legal application and considerations on its basis for the domestic medical institution at the electronic medical record system. We exemplify specific applicable content of the electronic signature in the electronic medical record also, present a security assessment item in electronic medical system and set the criteria for the security standard in the medical industry.
단일심정 지열히트펌프의 수치적 모델링 Part I: 수치해석 모델 검증

Geothermal energy is gaining wide attention as a highly efficient renewable energy and being increasingly used for heating/cooling systems of buildings. The standing column well (SCW) is especially efficient, cost-effective, and suitable for Korean geological and hydrological conditions. However, a numerical model that simulates the SCW has not yet been developed and applied in Korea. This paper describes the development of the SCW numerical model using a finite-volume analysis program. The model, through hydro-thermal coupled analyses, simulates heat transfer through advection, convection, and conduction. The accuracy of the model was verified through comparisons with field data measured at SCWs in the U.S. and Korea. Comparisons indicated that the SCW numerical model can closely predict the performance of a SCW. The numerical model was used to perform a comprehensive parametric study in the companion paper.
