비심미적인 상악 전치부 환자에서 이중 스캔을 이용한 심미보철 수복 증례

상악 전치부 치료 시에는 다양한 구도 속에서 체계적인 진단을 통해 적절한 형태와 배열, 색조를 가지는 수복물을 제작하여 심미적으로 환자가 만족할 수 있는 결과를 이끌어내야 한다. 이를 위해 치아 구도, 치은구도, 안면구도, 치아-안면 구도의 4가지 구도 속에서 조화를 이루는 진단 및 치료계획이 필요하다. 심미적인 욕구가 강한 경우, 주관적인 환자의 심미안을 만족시키면서 기능적인 부분을 확인하기 위해, 적절한 임시 수복물을 제작하여 기능적, 심미적 측면의 평가가 필요하다. 최종 보철물 제작에 이중 스캔을 이용하여 임시 수복물의 정보를 반영할 수 있다. 본 증례는 상악 전치부가 비심미적인 환자에서, 체계적인 심미 분석 하에 임시 수복물을 제작하고 기능적, 심미적 측면을 평가 및 수정하여, 이중 스캔을 통해 임시수복물의 정보를 최종 수복물에 반영 후 최종 수복한 증례이다. In case of the treatment of maxillary anterior teeth, it should be taken into account the proper morphology, arrangement and color satisfying patient's esthetic demands. For this purpose, facial composition, dentofacial composition, dental composition and dentogingival composition should be considered making diagnosis and treatment plan in an esthetic point of view. In adjustable temporary crown state, careful evaluation and correction of the esthetic and functional aspect were performed, and the definite restoration was reproduced using double scan.

We synthesized an A–π–D–π–A‐type nonfullerene small molecule acceptor (Flu‐CNRH) based on fluorene and 2‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)rhodanine (CNRH) by a Knoevenagel condensation of the diformyl compound (Flu‐T‐CHO) and CNRH for the use as acceptors in organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs). Introduction of CNRH end groups effectively lowered the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy levels of the acceptor compared to those of the corresponding rhodanine‐based acceptor (Flu‐RH). The HOMO and LUMO levels of Flu‐CNRH are −5.71 and −3.60 eV, respectively. For comparison, Flu‐RH has HOMO and LUMO energy levels of −5.58 and −3.53 eV, respectively. This lowered LUMO energy level enables Flu‐CNRH to be combined with low bandgap polymer donors PTB7 and PTB7‐Th by providing proper LUMO offsets between donor and acceptor. OPV cells were fabricated with the device configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/active layer/LiF/Al. The best power conversion efficiency of 1.47% was obtained in the P3HT:Flu‐CNRH devices at a D:A ratio of 1:1.5 and with annealing at 140°C. Moreover, Flu‐CNRH showed compatibility with low bandgap polymer donor PTB7 (1.22%) with external quantum efficiency response at a longer wavelength region up to 750 nm, while Flu‐RH had no photovoltaic behavior with PTB7 and PTB7‐Th.

Pseudotumor cerebri is a syndrome characteized by clinical manifestations of intracranial hypertension, normal C.S.F. findings except for elevated pressure & a normal ventricular system. The course is usually self-limited and either spontaneously remit or responds to repeated lumbar puncture. Authors experienced a case of Pseudotumor cerebri in 12 year-old boy, whose laboratory tests including C-T scan, C.S.F. examination and angiography revealed no space occupying lesion and no dilatation ventricular system. A brief reviews of related literatures were presented.
新生兒의 血淸 High Density Lipoprotein 分劃中 脂質成分과 Lecithin Cholesterol Acyltransferase의 活性

Lipid consumption in early life has been implicated with atherosclerosis in later life. It has been also claimed that lipids contents of serum in early life would reflect coronary atherosclerosis in later life. Present study was undertaken to look for the lipid and apoprotein composition of serum high density lipoprotein (HDL) and activities of serum lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) in newborns. In comparison with adults, HDL-phospholipids were significantly increased in newborn. However, HDL-cholesterol/total phospholipids ratios were significantly increased in newborns compared with those of adults. Levesl of KDL₂-cholesterol were significantly decreased in newborns, while levesl of HDL₃-cholesterol showed no significant differences. Serum LCAT activity was also significantly decreased in newborns. HDL-cholestery linoleate/HDL-cholesteryl oleate ratio in newborns were significantly lower than those of adults. Apoprotein A-Ⅰand A-Ⅱ in HDL fractions were also decreased in new-borns.
