        프로골프선수들의 입스 원인과 대처방안에 대한 심층적 접근

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the symptoms and causes of yips and how to cope with them through an in depth approach. I have selected 10 professional golfers comprised of 7 males and 3 female golfers who have overcome yips syndrome as subjects of this study. Methods: I have collected research data through in-depth interviews among individual subjects and withdrawn results through an inductive analysis on the collected data. The confidence and validity of the withdrawn results have been obtained by a triangular verification of three professionals and confirmation of participants and the final results obtained in this manner have been classified into the symptoms of yips, causes of yips and how to cope with yips. Results: The symptoms of yips are comprised of technical symptoms, psychological symptoms, physical symptoms, and situational symptoms. The causes of yips consist of internal and external causes. The methods of overcoming yips in psychological aspect include cognitive restructuring, psychological skills training, positive self-admission while those of overcoming yips in environmental aspect include advice, avoidance, rest, and mass media. The methods of overcoming yips in technical aspect include change in ways of practice and correction of swings among others.

        한방병원에 입원한 교통사고 환자 34명에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Objective: The purpose of this study is finding tendencies admission patients to orient medical hospital due to Traffic Accident. Method: We studied 34 cases who were admitted in Dong-eui University Oriental Hospital from 1st, December, 2003 to the 30st, May, 2005. And we came to some conclusion about clinical tendencies as follows. Results and Conclusions: 1. Women had occupied more than men, And 10 persons in 30th were the most distribution of age. 2. Most patients used western medical hospital as primary hospital and after several days they started to search for orient medical treatments. 3. In the diagnosis through radiological test, cervical spine sprain was most(19 cases, 55.6%). The others were lumbar spine sprain(14 cases, 41.2%), fracture of other bone{4 cases, 11.8%), fracture of spine(3 cases, 8.8%), Intercranial hemorrhage(3 cases, 8.8%). 4. In chief complaint, low back pain was most(19 cases, 55.9%), The others were neck stiffness(17 cases, 50.0%), headache(13 cases, 38.2%), lower limb pain(9 cases, 26.5%). 5. Simple Disease had higher than complex disese at effective rate. 6. Both $43{\sim}60$ days admission and $15{\sim}21$ days admission were the best effective. $8{\sim}14$ days admission was next effective. 7. Early visit made more effective.

        청소년 게임과몰입에 대한 문제는 그 원인 중 하나로써 게임자체 보다는 게임과몰입 청소년의 환경, 개인적 특성 등에 중점을 두고 개선하고자 하는 다양한 방법을 시도해오고 있다. 이 가운데 운동을 통한 게임과몰입의 원인인 청소년의 심리·정신의학적 기전에 효과적임을 검증하였고, 각 기전에 대한 세분화된 운동치유 방법을 본 연구에서 정립하고자 한다. 즉, 정립된 운동 프로그램을 게임콘텐츠로 적용하여 게임과몰입 청소년들의 인지기능 개선, 기분상승, 사회성 향상, 일반 게임시간 대체 등의 효과를 불러일으키는 “게이미피게이션(Gamification)” 개념을 실천하는 것이 게임과몰입 및 게임에 대한 부정적 사회인식을 개선하는데 세부적인 목적이 있다.

        체감형 VR 게임이 기분상태 변화와 운동 효과에 미치는 영향

        목적: 본 연구는 체감형 VR 게임이 기분상태와 운동 효과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법: 연구참여자는 무선할당에 의해 VR 신체활동 게임집단 9명, 오프라인 신체활동 집단 9명으로 분류하였다. 4주 동안 실시한 프로그램에서 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 반복측정 분산분석(RM ANOVA) 방법을 사용하여 기분 상태 변화 수준과 운동 효과의 차이를 확인했다. 결과: 두 집단 모두 기분상태의 부정적 요인이 감소하고 긍정적 요인은 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 반면 집단 간에 유의한 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 최대심박수와 운동 자각 수준이 유의하게 감소하여 운동 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 체감형 VR 게임이 기분상태의 부정적 요인을 낮추고 긍정적 요인을 증가시킨다는 것을 알 수 있었고 중요하게는 오프라인에서 실시하는 신체활동과 유사한 수준의 기분상태 변화와 운동 효과가 있다는 것을 검증하였다. 시·공간의 제약을 받지 않고 혼자서도 즐길 수 있는 체감형 VR 게임은 코로나19 이후 신체활동의 대체물로써 최적의 사용자경험을 제공할 것으로 기대되며 장애·비만·노인 등 신체활동에 제한이 있는 사람들을 위한 맞춤형 프로그램 개발이 활발하게 이루어져야 할 것으로 논의하였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in mood conditions and exercise effects among groups and provide basic data on physical activities after Covid-19 by conducting a motion-based VR game program for four weeks. Methods: Physical activity program participants were classified into two groups(Experimental group, 9; Comparison group, 9) by random assignments. Based on the data collected for four weeks, the repeated measures ANOVA(RM ANOVA) method was used to determine the difference in mood state change levels and motor effects between groups. Results: It was found that both groups reduced negative factors in mood and improved positive factors. On the other hand, no significant difference was found between groups. The maximum heart rate and exercise awareness level were significantly reduced, indicating that there was an exercise effect. Conclusion: The above results are significant in that they verified that motion-based VR games lower negative factors of mood and improve positive factors, and that they have a similar level of exercise effect to offline physical activities. motion-based VR games that can be enjoyed alone without time and space constraints are expected to provide optimal user experience as a substitute for physical activities after COVID-19, and customized programs for people with limited physical activities such as disabilities, obesity, and the elderly should be actively developed.

        중풍 편마비 환자의 견관절 통증에 대한 생강약침과 봉독약침의 효과

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Zingiberis Rhizoma herbal acupuncture therapy and Bee Venom herbal acupuncture therapy on the poststroke hemiplegic shoulder pain. Methods : This study was carried out on the 23 patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain. Subjects were divided into 2 groups; ZG(Zingiberis Rhizoma Herbal acupuncture therapy group), BV(Bee Venom Herbal acupuncture therapy group). Manual muscle test(MMT), Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and shoulder ROM were evaluated before treatment, after 1week and after 2weeks. Results : In MMT and VAS, both ZG and BV had effectiveness, and In ROM, ZG had some effectiveness on abduction and flexion, but BV had effectiveness on all movement. There was no significant difference between two groups in the MMT and VAS. Conclusions : In the study, Both herbal acupuncture therapy had effectiveness on the poststroke hemiplegic shoulder pain, but bee venom herbal acupuncture was more effective in pain level.

        골프선수 자기효능감이 운동정서와 탈진에 미치는 영향

        This study is to explore the relationship between self-efficacy on emotion and exhaustion as for golfers, The convenience sampling method was deployed to research them. Total copy of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 245 copies were collected. Among them 211 copies were used in this study excluding incomplete data. It was subjected to measurement trust factor analysis(Cronbach’ Alpha) and exploratory factor analysis. Then, Pearson correlation analysis and simple regression were used for analyzing the relationship. The data were processed by spss 23.0. The results were as follows. First, there were significant differences for the professional and amateur players in self-efficacy and emotional exhaustion. It showed higher scores on emotional exhaustion and self-efficacy for professional players than amateurs. Second, self-efficacy showed a positive correlation among positive emotions, emotional exhaustion and personal achievement. Positive emotions and personal achievement had a positive correlation. Third, golfers’ self-efficacy affected significantly on positive emotion, not on negative emotions. Fourth, as for the relationship between golfer’s self-efficacy and exhaustion, self-efficacy had a significant impact on emotional exhaustion and personal achievement. Based on the above results, an in-depth discussion on the relationship is suggested on the efficacy and emotion, exhaustion of golfers.

        요통 환자에 있어 색채요법 중 Rainbow Therapy의 유용성 평가

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate effect of Rainbow Therapy for low back pain patient by using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Pain Rating Score(PRS) and Range of Movement(extension and flexion ROM) Methods: 29 patients have low back pain. After traditional needle acupuncture therapies, We use Rainbow therapy to patients in addition. Rainbow therapy was performed at the points of Weizhong BL40, Chengshan BL57, Guanchong TE1, Huangshu KI16, Qimen LR14, Tanzhong CV17, Zhongchong PC9, Zuqiaoyin GB44, Zhangmen LR13, Shenzhu GV12, Mingmen GV4, Zulinqi GB41. Each points were stimulated with RP-UM103(Rainbow therapy instrument) for 20 seconds. The degree of improvement of low back pain was evaluated by VAS before treatment and after treatment. And PRS and ROM(extension and flexion) was checked befrore treatment and after 3rd treatment. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS program. Results: Rainbow therapy showed significant effective in decreasing VAS score and PRS score and ROM(extension and flexion). In decreasing VAS, All times had siginificant effect. Patient with sciatica didn`t show significant difference than those without sciatica. Also, constructive disease didn`t affect pain`s change significantly Conclusions: In view of the results so far achived, we get the idea that Rainbow Therapy is useful to reduce low back pain. Further study is needed about Rainbow therapy

        남자고등학생의 족부변형 실태조사

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate clinically foot deformity by footprinting. Methods: The subject of investigation was 445 male students, a certain High school in Busan. Questionnaire, physical examination and the footprint test were done feet of 445 students. We divided into three classes. Normal, flatfoot and cavus foot. Results and Conclusions: 1. 126 feet of students with flatfoot and 5 feet of students with cavus foot were evaluation in this paper. Among flatfoot, mild flatfoot was 88(19.8%), severe flatfoot was 31(7.0%) and heavy flatfoot was 7(1.6%). 2. In most students, they weren`t recognize whether flatfoot or not. But in severe and heavy faltfoot, they recognized 21 students among 38. 3. There were no definite correlation, found between the depression of longitudinal arch and clinical symptom. 4. In the distribution of inside of worn-out shoes, students with flatfoot have more than with normal. And students with cavus foot have more than with normal in outside of worn-out shoes.
