      • JPEG2000 코덱을 위한 최적의 데이터 형식 모델링

        최근의 통신매체로는 함축적이고 인식이 용이한 영상/비디오가 매우 선호되고 있다. 그러나 이들 데이터는 그 양이 과다해 영상/비디오 데이터의 압축의 큰 연구과제가 되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 영상압축 시 성능을 크게 좌우할 수 있는 데이터 형식의 최적화에 관련되고, 웨이블릿 변환과 이를 이용한 JPEG2000을 기반으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 이산 웨이블릿 변환 시 이용되는 데이터 형식을 결정하는데 있어서의 기준을 주파수 변환 및 양자화 과정에서의 데이터 손실 양으로 설정하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 실험적으로 최적의 데이터 형식을 도출하였다. 그 결과, 필터계수는 (1, 9)의 10-비트 고정소수점 형식, 웨이블릿 계수는 (9, 7)의 16-비트 고정소수점 형식이 최적임을 확인하였다. Recently, images/videos have been preferred as the communication media because of their information-implication and easy recognizability. But the amount of their data is so large that it has been the major research area to compress their data. This paper is related to optimization in the image data format which can make a great effect in performance of data compression and is based on the wavelet transform and JPEG2000. This paper established a criterion to decide the data format to he used in wavelet transform which is on the bases of the data errors in frequency transform and quantization. This criterion has been used to extract the optimal data format experimentally. The result were (1, 9) of 10-bit fixed-point format for filter coefficients and (9, 7) of 16-bit fixed-point data format for wavelet coefficients and their optimality was confirmed.

      • Phase Error Accumulation Methodology for On-chip Cell Characterization

        본 논문은 나노 구조에서 ASIC 표준 라이브러리 셀의 특성에 대하여 전파지연시간 측정의 새로운 설계 방법을 제시하였다. 라이브러리 셀((NOR, AND, XOR 등)에 대한 정확한 시간 정보를 제공함으로서 ASIC 설계 흐름 공정의 시간적 분석을 증진시킬 수 있다. 이러한 분석은 기술 공정에서 반도체 파운드리 팀에게 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. CMOS 소자의 전파지연시간과 SPICE 시뮬레이션 은 트랜지스터 파라미터의 정확도를 예측할 수 있다. 위상오차 축적방법 물리적 실험은 반도체 제조공정($0.11{\mu}m$, GL130SB)으로 실현하였다. 표준 셀 라이브러리에서 전파지연시간은 $10^{-12}$초 단위까지 정확성을 측정할 수 있었다. VLSI STPE를 위한 솔루션은 배치, 시뮬레이션, 그리고 검증에 사용할 수 있다. This paper describes the design of new method of propagation delay measurement in micro and nanostructures during characterization of ASIC standard library cell. Providing more accuracy timing information about library cell (NOR, AND, XOR, etc.) to the design team we can improve a quality of timing analysis inside of ASIC design flow process. Also, this information could be very useful for semiconductor foundry team to make correction in technology process. By comparison of the propagation delay in the CMOS element and result of analog SPICE simulation, we can make assumptions about accuracy and quality of the transistor's parameters. Physical implementation of phase error accumulation method(PHEAM) can be easy integrated at the same chip as close as possible to the device under test(DUT). It was implemented as digital IP core for semiconductor manufacturing process($0.11{\mu}m$, GL130SB). Specialized method helps to observe the propagation time delay in one element of the standard-cell library with up-to picoseconds accuracy and less. Thus, the special useful solutions for VLSI schematic-to-parameters extraction (STPE), basic cell layout verification, design simulation and verification are announced.

      • 흑미 분말을 첨가한 소프트 쿠키의 품질특성

        This study was carried out to investigate the influence of black rice powder addition on quality attributes of cookies. The cookies was made with various black rice powder concentration(3%, 6%, and 9%). The specific volume of cookies didn't show significant difference, and the width determined by the water content in the dough was decreased with increasing content of black rice powder. The L value in the cookies was significantly the largest value in the control group. The a and b values were the highest in the 9% substituted sample group. According to the sensory evaluation of cookies, the scores of color, flavor, and texture were raised by the addition of black rice powder. Overall acceptance of 6% cookies showed higher value than that of the 3% and 9%.

      • 멸치 효소 가수분해물의 품질특성

        This study was carried out to prepare anchovy hydrolysates by using Alcalase, Neutrase and Protamex, and to investigate its quality characteristics. The major free amino acids were glutamic acid and lysine. The total amino acid content of anchovy hydrolysate were glutamic acid(12.6%), lysine(8.56%), valine(7.06%), aspartic acid(5.73%). Major nucleotides content of anchov hydrolysate were 5'-IMP (22.462 mg/100g), 5'-GMP (18.674 mg/100g) and 5'-UMP (1.25 mg/100g). Histamine content of anchovy hydrolysate was 18.1 mg/100g. These results suggested that anchovy hydrolysate could be used as a sauce of basic seasoning.

        실리콘 산화막의 전류 특성

        In this paper, the oxide currents of thin silicon oxides is investigated. The oxide currents associated with the on time of applied voltage were used to measure the distribution of voltage stress induced traps in thin silicon oxide films. The stress induced leakage currents were due to the charging and discharging of traps generated by stress voltage in the silicon oxides. The stress induced leakage current will affect data retention in memory devices. The oxide current for the thickness dependence of stress current and stress induced leakage currents has been measured in oxides with thicknesses between $109{\AA}$, $190{\AA}$, $387{\AA}$, and $818{\AA}$ which have the gate area $10^{-3}cm^2$. The oxide currents will affect data retention and the stress current, stress induced leakage current is used to estimate to fundamental limitations on oxide thicknesses.

        대장(大腸)과 관련(關聯)된 경혈(經穴)들의 신경해부학적(神經解剖學的) 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this morphological studies was to investigate the relation between the meridian, acupoints and viscera using neuroanatomical tracers. The common locations of the spinal ganglia, sympathetic chain ganglia, spinal cord and brain projecting to the large intestine meridian were observed following injection of transganglionic tracer, WGA-HRP and transsynaptic neurotropic virus, pseudorabies virus(PRV), Bartha strain(Ba) and PRV-Ba-Gal (Galactosidase)) into the the large intestine(cecum, colon and rectum), ST37 and LI4. After survival times of 96 hours following injection into the thirty rats with WGA-HRP, PRV-Ba and PRV-Ba-Gal. They were perfused, and their spinal ganglia, sympathetic chain ganglia, spinal cord and brain were frozen sectioned($30{\mu}m$). These sections were stained by HRP and X-gal histochemical and PRV immunohistochemical staining method, and observed with a light microscope. The results were as follows : 1. WGA-HRP labeled neurons innervating the large intestine were observed bilaterally within the T13-L4 sympathetic chain ganglia, and T9-11 spinal ganglia. WGA-HRP labeled neurons innervating ST37 were observed within the L3-5 sympathetic chain ganglia, and L2-4 spinal ganglia. WGA-HRP labeled neurons innervating LI4 were observed in the middle cervical ganglion and stellate ganglion, and C5-8 spinal ganglia. 2. In spinal cord, PRV-Ba labeled neurons projecting to the large intestine, ST37 and LI4 were found in thoracic, lumbar and sacral spinal segments. Densely labeled areas of each spinal cord segment were founded in lamina N, V, VII(intermediolateral nucleus), Ⅸ, X and dorsal nucleus. 3. In medulla oblongata, PRV-Ba and PRV-Ba-Gal labeled neurons projecting to the large intestine, ST37 and LI4 were commonly found in the A1 noradrenalin cells/C1 adrenalin cells/caudoventrolateral reticular nucleus, dorsal motor nucleus of vagus nerve, nucleus tractus solitarius, raphe obscurus nucleus, raphe pallidus nucleus, raphe magnus nucleus and gigantocellular nucleus. 4. In pons, PRV-Ba and PRV-Ba-Gal labeled neurons were commonly found in locus coeruleus, Kolliker-Fuse nucieus and A5 cell group. 5. In midbrain, PRV-Ba and PRV-Ba-Gal labeled neurons were commonly found in central gray matter. 6. In diencephalon, PRV-Ba and PRV-Ba-Gal labeled neurons were commonly found in paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus. These results suggest that PRV-Ba and PRV-Ba-Gal labeled common areas projecting to the large intestine may be correlated to that of the large intestine meridian, ST37 and LI4. Especially, These morphological results provide that interrelationship of meridian-acupoints -viscera may be related to the central autonomic pathways.

        고효율 LED 방열효과 증대를 위한 융합형 Heat Sink 장치 방열 해석

        본 논문은 조명용 LED 모듈과 히트싱크 장치의 방열 특성을 확인하기 위한 수치 시뮬레이션을 하였다. 해석 케이스는 200 W급의 가로등 또는 보안등용 조명장치이며 용도에 따라 장치의 자세가 달라짐을 고려하여 발광면이 정상부를 향하는 경우와 정하부를 향하는 경우로 나누어서 해석이 진행되었고, 또한 발열소자의 체적이 큰 경우와 작은 경우로 나누어 해석하였다. 해석 결과 현재의 히트싱크 형상으로 충분히 LED의 발열량을 외부로 배출시킬 수 있음을 확인하였고, 장치의 자세와 발열소자의 크기에 따라 방열 성능의 차이가 나타남을 조사하였다. In this paper, did numerical simulation to confirm LED module for lighting and protection against heat special quality of heat sink device. Analysis was gone dividing on case that emitting light side turns normalcy department considering that eat of device according to usage and case that turn down looking being street lamp of 200 W or security appointment lighting device analysis case, and also, volume of thermal element divides on big case and small case and analyzed.Confirmed that can do so that may discharge LED's thermal value to outside enough in analysis wave and current heat sink shape, and investigated that difference of protection against heat performance according to position of device and size of thermal element appears.
