        2018년 조혈모세포이식 제제 등록시스템 결과 보고

        Background: Hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) transplantation is an important therapeutic option for many malignant and non-malignant diseases. The whole transplant process involves multiple areas and complex steps. The laboratory procedures include the collection, processing, and storage of HSC. The HSC registry aims to identify the current situation and draw improvement points by voluntarily registering the information of an HSC graft collected by each institute sharing the analyzed data. This study analyzed and shared the data for 2018. Methods: Data for 2018 registered at the HSC registry website (www.ksfa-registry.org) was downloaded and analyzed. The data were to enter the information of each collection and include the demography of the donors, transplant type, instrument, vascular access, mobilization modality, and the number of CD34+ cells. Results: Two thousand eight hundred eighty-eight collection datasets from 1,373 donors were registered from 19 institutes, which was slightly higher than that reported in 2017. The number of collections in one patient was in the range of 1∼17 times, and the average was two times. In allogeneic HSCT, the number of related donors was higher than that of unrelated donors. The frequency of collecting more than four times per donor was 25.2% for autologous donors, compared to 95.4% for allogeneic donors less than twice. Conclusion: The HSC registry is not limited to identifying the current situation and sharing the analyzed data, but is expected to contribute to the development of guidelines, education of human resources, and the standardization of laboratory procedures involved in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.         Clinical Usefulness of Cell-based Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay for the Detection of Aquaporin-4 Antibodies in Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder

        Background: The presence of antibodies to aquaporin-4 (AQP4) has been identified as a key characteristic of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), an autoimmune inflammatory demyelinating central nervous system (CNS) disorder. We evaluated the performance of a cell-based indirect immunofluorescence assay (CIIFA) for detecting AQP4 antibodies using antigen prepared with a recombinant AQP4 peptide transfection technique and assessed the usefulness of CIIFA for diagnosis of NMOSD in routine clinical practice. Methods: Forty-six serum samples from 36 patients as a comparison set and another 101 patients enrolled consecutively from a neurology clinic were included. CIIFA and fluorescence immunoprecipitation assays (FIPA) were performed. CIIFA was performed at 2 different institutions for comparison purposes. Results: CIIFA and FIPA sensitivity in the comparison set was 86% and 79% in neuromyelitis optica (NMO) patients and 55% and 36% in high-risk NMO patients, respectively. The semiquantitative titer measured by CIIFA correlated well with the arbitrary unit (fluorescence units [FU]) derived from FIPA (r=0.66). Titers measured by CIIFA and FIPA were elevated in NMO patients compared to high-risk NMO patients (1:240 vs. 1:180 and 8,390 vs. 4,059FU, respectively). The frequency of AQP4 antibody detection by CIIFA in 101 consecutively enrolled patients was 100% in NMO and 23% in high-risk NMO patients, while only 4.6% in control patients, including those with multiple sclerosis. Conclusions: Detection of AQP4 antibodies by CIIFA provides sensitive and highly specific diagnostic information for NMO and high-risk NMO patients, which can be used to differentiate these conditions from other demyelinating CNS diseases.

        Effect of solution temperature on the mechanical properties of dual-cure resin cements

        PURPOSE. This study was to evaluate the effect of the solution temperature on the mechanical properties of dualcure resin cements. MATERIALS AND METHODS. For the study, five dual-cure resin cements were chosen and light cured. To evaluate the effect of temperature on the specimens, the light-cured specimens were immersed in deionized water at three different temperatures (4, 37 and 60℃) for 7 days. The control specimens were aged in a 37℃ dry and dark chamber for 24 hours. The mechanical properties of the light-cured specimens were evaluated using the Vickers hardness test, three-point bending test, and compression test, respectively. Both flexural and compressive properties were evaluated using a universal testing machine. The data were analyzed using a two way ANOVA with Tukey test to perform multiple comparisons (α=0.05). RESULTS. After immersion, the specimens showed significantly different microhardness, flexural, and compressive properties compared to the control case regardless of solution temperatures. Depending on the resin brand, the microhardness difference between the top and bottom surfaces ranged approximately 3.3-12.2%. Among the specimens, BisCem and Calibra showed the highest and lowest decrease of flexural strength, respectively. Also, Calibra and Multilink Automix showed the highest and lowest decrease of compressive strength, respectively compared to the control case. CONCLUSION. The examined dual-cure resin cements had compatible flexural and compressive properties with most methacrylate-based composite resins and the underlying dentin regardless of solution temperature. However, the effect of the solution temperature on the mechanical properties was not consistent and depended more on the resin brand.

        지방정부에서의 공공서비스 공급과 민간위탁의 효과

        신공공관리론(NPM)의 등장 이후, 공공서비스는 민영화 혹은 민간위탁의 형태로 공급되고 있는 경우가 많아졌다. 민간위탁이라는 정책수단이 활용되는 주요 이유는 민간부문이 공공부분에 비해 `효율적`이라는 믿음에 근거하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 생활폐기물처리서비스에 있어서 민간위탁이 지방정부의 효율성 향상에 어떻게 기여하고 있는지를 실증적으로 밝혀내고자 하였다. 이를 위해 「3단계 DEA윈도우 모형」을 개발·적용하여 생활폐기물처리서비스 제공에 있어서 각 지방정부의 상대적 효율성을 평가한 후, 적절한 회귀모형을 구축하여 민간위탁이 지방정부의 상대적 효율성에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지를 밝혀내고 있다. 분석 결과 공공서비스 공급에 있어서 민간위탁방식으로의 변화가 규범적인 기대와는 달리 오히려 효율성을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다.

And it shows as a same style to that of fashion illustration technique. Giorgio Chirico, Salvador Dalis, Pavel, Tchelitchew, Pierre Roy, Cecil Beaton, Erwin Blumemfield, Be´rard etc. expressed Superrealism fashion illustration. 5) With the popularization of the art toward popular image, it tries to obtain new meaning of the Mass-communication and opend favourite illustration as a conception that maximize the visual delivery effect for the public. Richard Hamilton, Peter Blake, Vevean, Esthers, Larson, Evely Marcil, Dargmar, Stemps, Bovret, Andrey Lewis, Andy Warhol, Antonio expressed Pop Art type fashion illustration. 6) Hyper realism fashion illustration accepted visual language expression technique which is aimed the delivery of “Better methods watching the subjects”presented finally by the Hyper realism in the drawing. Hyper realism is a expression technique that is well meet to the modern fashion illustration. Chuck Close, Junich Sakais, Sami Matters, Charles Sherlds, Steve Millers, Jullian Allen, Ewert Karlssion etc. made Hyper realism illustration. 7) Fashion illustration transferred from the Sur realism drawing types are Collage, Depeysmant, Trompe-loeil.
