        동결 생쥐 난자에서의 calcium 전류

        Cryopreservation is commonly used for an efficient utilization of semen, oocytes and embryos but has disadvantage in the survival, development of the post-thawed eggs. The high risk in the survival, development of eggs after thawing is thought to be caused by inappropriate internal regulation of $Ca^{2+}$ and/or formation of intracellular ice crystals. In this experiment, we tested whether the $Ca^{2+}$ current (iCa), a decisive factor to $Ca^{2+}$ entry, was altered in post-thawed oocytes by using whole cell voltage clamp technique. The quality and survival rates of the oocytes derived from both fresh and frozen groups were examined by morphology and FDA-test. Vitrified oocytes (VOs) were incubated for 4 hr after thawing and then donated to this experiment. Ethyleneglycol-ficoll-galactose (EFG) was used as a cryoprotectant for vitrification. The membrane potential was held at -80 mV and step depolarizations of 250 ms were applied from -50 mV to 50 mV in 10 mV increments. The survival rates showed a higher in VOs vitrified with EFG containing $Ca^{2+}$ than in VOs vitrified with EFG under the $Ca^{2+}$-free condition (82.0% vs 14%). In group with/without $Ca^{2+}$, the survival rates were significantly (P<0.01) difference. In the fresh metaphase II oocytes (FOs), current-voltage (I-V) relationship showed that iCa began to activate at -40 mV and reached its maximum at -10 mV. With same voltage pulses, inward currents were elicited in VOs. I-V relationships observed in VOs were similar to those in FOs. Time constants of activation and inactivation of the inward current shown in VOs were not different to those in FOs. This accordance in I-V relations and time constants in FOs with those in VOs indicates that the inward currents in FOs are unaltered by vitrification and thawing. Therefore, vitrification with EFG does not play as a factor to deteriorate $Ca^{2+}$ entry across the membrane of the oocytes.

        학교급식의 현황과 효율적인 운영방안에 관한 연구

        This research is carried to understand school meal system problems and to present a means of settling. To carry this problem, I analysised the elementary school`s meal service system in cheju island and presented a means of settling. As we know the situation in cheju island a meal service by their school is regard the one of the best way in the school-meal-service will be possible when central government and local government with related school meal service cooperate one another and prepare financial working principle. Especially, to mange effective a meal service in the school is need to activate the committee essentially. We can conference main articles about a meal service with an administrative organ through the committee. We will be able to expect financial support to need to management and development from committee.

        뇌교육 기반 대안학교 교육과정이 청소년활동역량과 리더십생활기술에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 뇌교육 기반 대안학교의 교육과정이 청소년활동역량과 리더십생활기술에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자, 아일랜드 전환학년제를 적용하여 뇌교육 기반 교육과정을 운영하는 B대안학교를 중점으로 분석하였다. 연구가설을 분석하기 위해 양적분석과 심층면담분석을 실시하였으며, 양적분석은 2017년 B대안학교에 입학한 275명 고등학생 대상으로 청소년활동역량 및 리더십생활기술 척도 측정을 교육 전 후로 실시하여 대응표본t검정으로 분석하였고, 심층면담분석은 재학생 20명의 면담자료를 바탕으로 의미 도출하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, B대안학교 교육과정이 청소년활동역량을 강화시키는 것으로 검증되었으며, 하위요인별 자아역량, 시민성역량, 신체역량, 성취동기역량, 대인관계역량, 리더십역량 순으로 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, B대안학교 교육과정이 리더십생활기술을 향상시키는 것으로 검증되었으며, 하위요인별 인간관계기술, 커뮤니케이션기술, 자기이해기술, 의사결정기술 순으로 효과가 있었다. 셋째, B대안학교 교육과정의 의미는 ‘변화와 성장, 진로와 비전, 가치관 형성’ 3가지 영역으로 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 종합할 때 B대안학교 교육과정은 청소년활동역량과 리더십생활기술을 강화시킬 뿐만 아니라 올바른 가치관을 함양한 건강한 시민으로 육성시키는 교육임을 의미한다. 따라서 이 연구의 결론을 토대로 다음과 같이 제언하였다. 첫째, B대안학교가 아일랜드의 전환학년제를 표방했다는 점에 주목하여 한국 고등학생에게 B대안학교의 교육과정을 적용할 것을 제언하였다. 둘째, 4차 산업혁명시대에 도래한 현대의 진로교육은 모든 각 분야의 전문가들에게 지도받는 진로멘토링제도가 시행되기를 제언하였다. 셋째, 청소년들이 주도적인 삶을 살며 행복해지는 방안으로 청소년참여제도가 마련되기를 제언하였다. 넷째, 이 연구의 대안학교는 1개 학교와 1년 과정을 이수한 연구대상자라는 제한점이 있으므로, 후속 연구로는 다양한 대안학교와 연구대상자를 선정하여 연구할 것을 제언하였다. In this study, the education process of brain education-based alternative schools was investigated to verify the impact on youth activity skills and leadership life skills. The study focused on B alternative school that employs a brain education-based curriculum by mimicking the curriculum of the graded school system of Ireland. Quantitative and in-depth interview analyses were also conducted to analyze the theory of study. Quantitative studies were analyzed by determining pre-educational and post-educational measures of youth activity capability and leadership life skills for 275 high school students who entered the school in 2017. The in-depth interview analysis was based on the interview data of 20 students. The results of this study were as follows. First, the B alternative school's curriculum was proven to enhance youth activity capability and it was found that the results were effective in order of self-capabilities, civic capacity, physical capacity, achievement, interpersonal skills, and leadership capacity. Second, B alternative school's curriculum was proven to improve leadership life skills, and to sub components was effective in order of human relations skills, communication skills, Self-understanding skills, and decision-making technology. Third, the meaning of B alternative school's curriculum was analyzed in three areas: change and growth, future jobs and vision, and formation of values. In sum, B alternative school's curriculum not only enhancs youth activity capability and leadership life skills, but also proves that education is education that promotes correct values and citizenship, and this is necessary for Korean youths.

        패스트푸드 산업의 마케팅 전략과 현지화 추구에 관한 연구

        This study attempted to analyse the service marketing strategy of fastfood industry which emphasizes Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value. And it considered how fastfood launched in France where is a very self-conceited nation about their food-culture. In France, due to introduction of fastfood, traditional foodservice industry was brought on a change. McDonald's, which is the largest and best-known global foodservice company, has a lot of management strategies in order to spread their company world-wide. In consequence, the study results were summarized as follows First, they organized the company as McDonald's Developement Company (MDC) in each community all over the world and established marketing strategy appropriate to the national situation. Also, they conducted clear management with all the franchisers, franchisees and suppliers for their successful business. Second, they thought that the best employer is the most important competitive power of them. So, they provided their employers the best educational opportunity in Hamburger University. Third, they developed various Menus and well-mixed recipes that suits national taste. And they achieved enduring profitable growth by expanding the brand through innovation and technology. Finally, we can be succeed only if we devise the marketing strategies appropriate to the national situation, and according to the sociocultural environment.
