        칼슘급여수준· 급여방법·입자도·연령이 메추리의 진정이용칼슘가에 미치는 영향

        The relationships between calcium input level and excreta calcium, and true available calcium (TAC) values were Y=3.21 × 10^(-4)x²+ 0.52X-0.48 (r=0.9832^(**) and Y=-6.21 × 10^(-3)X² -0.03 (r=0.9738^(**)) respectively. The TAC values of limestone and oyster shell were the highest in the 40-80 mesh as 74.67%, and the lowest in the 10-30 mesh as 68.2% and 61.01% respectively. Excreted calcium from fed birds were significantly increased (p$lt;0.05) as the age of birds increased, however, excreted calcium from unfed birds were almost same in all the age of birds. The TAC value of calcium carbonate was the highest in that of 16 weeks old bird as 99.42±1.32%. The relationships between age of bird and excreta calcium, and TAC value were Y=0.578x-0.0475 (r=0.9960^(**)) and Y=-0.129X+100.0425 (r=-0.9850^(**)) respectively.

        콩짚의 품종별 사료가치 비교

        To evaluate the nutritive values of soybean straws of the different varieties, chemical compositions and in vitro digestibilities were examined. The soybean varieties used in this study were Bongeui, Dongbug, Suweon 86, Kwangkyo, Yugoo 3 and Hill. The results obtained are summarized as follows (1) The average weight of soybean straws was 12.0 g. The propotion of pod and stem were 60.4% and 39.6% of the straw fractions on a dry matter basis. (2) Although there were no differences in chemical composition, crude protein was slightly higher in Bongeui and Hill than in others. Pod contained more crude protein, nitrogen free extract, crude ash, cell content and hemicellulose than stem, but reverse phenomena were observed in the contents of cell wall constituents (CWC), acid detergent fiber (ADF), cellulose and lignin. (3) Dry matter, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), ADF and cellulose digestibilities of soybean straws in vitro were highest in Kwangkyo and lowest in Yugoo 3. Dry matter, NDF, ADF and cellulose digestibilities of pod in vitro were higher than those of stem. Eighty percent of the straw fraction, pod and stem based on a dry matter were disappeared within 48 hours by in vitro digestion.

        메추리의 6개 칼슘공급원에 따른 진정이용칼슘과 외견상이용칼슘가의 비교

        True available calcium(TAC) values of 6 calcium supplements were a little greater than apparent available calcium(AAC) value of them, however, no significant difference was found between two kinds of available calcium values. There were significant differences (p$lt;0.01) among each TAC and AAC values of 6 calcium supplements. TAC values of calcium carbonate and oyster shell in mixed diets were significantly (p$lt;0.05) greater then AAC values of them. TAC and AAC values of calcium carbonate were the highest as 99.94%±2.10 and 98.45%±1.07, and those of oyster shell were the lowest as 67.78%±1.96 and 67.40%±2.07 respectively.

        저단백질사료 급여시 육성돈의 Methionine 요구량에 대한 연구

        This study was conducted to determine the optimumn level of DL-methionine for pro-finishing piglets fed 12% CP corn-soy diet fortified with 0.24% L-lysine and 0.06%, L-threonine. Onehundred and twenty growing pigs(L × W × D :34.4kg BW) were randomly allotted to 4 supplemental levels of DL-methionine treatments(0, 0.035, 0.07 and 0.105%) for 36 days feeding trial Each treatment consisted of 3 replicates and 10 pigs per replicate, respectively. A metabolic trial was conducted with 12 pigs for 5 days after the feeding trial. Results obtained were summarized as follows: l. Although there was no statistical differences among treatments, the average daily weight gain in 0.07% treatment and feed intake in basal diet were a little higher than the other treatments. However, there was a significant difference(p$lt;.05) between 0.07% and other groups in feed conversion. 2. Although there was no significant differences among treatments, the highest values of crude protein digestibility, TDN and nitrogen retention were obtained with the 0.07% treatment. However. the methionine availability value(88.82%) of 0.07% treatment was significantly(p$lt;.05) higher than those of the other treatments. 3. The free S-containing amino acid level of plasma tended to increased as dietary level of methionine increased. However, the plasma urea-N level was the lowest in 0.07% treatment. 4. The total non-sulfur free essential amino acid level of plasma was lowest in 0.07% treatment and tended to increase as the methionine level increased to 0.105%. It could be concluded that the optimum level of DL-methionine supplementation for growing piglets fed 12% CP corn-soy diet is 0.07%, resulting in 0.45% S-containing amino acids in the diet.

        The Variation of natural population of pinus densifiora S. et Z. in Korea

        In the geographic variations of the resin canal numbers, tracheid length, and seed length, the natural populations of Pinus densiflora examined could be devided into two groups, one along the Taebek Mountains, and the other one along the Sobek Mountains, two main mountain chains in this country. This grouping could be confirmed by the statistical analysis of T-test. The length of the tracheid and the seed are generally longer in the Sobek group than that in the Taebek group. The epicotyl length showed a strong north to south clinal variation particularly along the Sobek Mountains. The mean seed-wing width and length, seed length, thousand seed weight, cone diameter and length, cone weight, mean width of 10 annual ring segment, specific gravity of wood, early to late wood ratio, resin canal number, and the seedling height showed highly significant differences among populations and some characters within population, and also between families.

        간재(艮齋) 전우(田愚)의 「독논어(讀論語)」를 통해 본 도의(道義)의 의미 연구

        이 연구는 『논어』를 통해 본 도의의 의미를 간재 중심으로 고찰한 글이다. 이에 「독논어」의 주요 견해를 확인해 보고, 간재생애에 있어서 도학적 의리정신과 교학적 자정의 의미를 『논어』에서 탐색하고자 한다. 19세기 중반 이후에 활동했던 간재는 외세의 침략과 그들의 문화에 대해 심각한 도전의식을 가지고 있었다. 간재는 「독논어」에서 ‘학이시습’의 ‘학’자를 주석함에 ‘심이성을 배워야 한다.’는 심학성을 바른 학문으로 인식했다. 만일 존심(尊心)으로 해석하면 바로 광자나 방자한 사람이 될 수 있다고 하여 심이 도의를 따라야 함을 주장한다. 그렇기에 간재의 문제 의식은 ‘선악을 실행할 수 있는 심이 어떻게 하면 순선한 본성에 근본 할까’가 무엇보다 중요한 문제가 된다. 곧 인간의 본성에 근본 하는 윤리실천 주체의 확립을 통해 심이 도의[性理]를 실천하는 것이 선비정신이며 도학정신임을 주장한다. 간재의 교학적 자정의식 속에서 교학과 저술활동은 공자가 제시한 ‘천하에 도가 있으면 나타나 행동하고, 천하에 도가 없으면 물러나 숨는다.’는 도의 구현방법에 충실한 것이었다. 이러한 간재의 삶과 경학 태도를 보면 존성을 중시한 도의에 바탕을 두고 있음을 살필 수 있는데, 당시 국가사회의 부조리와 왜양의 침탈은 모두 인간의 심기를 밝히지 않았기 때문이라고 여긴다. 간재가 망국이라는 극악의 모순을 목도하며 일제강점의 불합리를 겪어야 했던 시기를 비취어 볼 때 그의 현실대응에 대한 문제의식을 살필 수 있다. This study is a study that examines the meaning of Taoist righteousness through “The Analects of Confucius” with the center of Ganjae. The study scans the major perspectives in “The Reading of The Analects of Confucius” (「讀論語」) and explores The Analects of Confucius for what the Taoist commitment to loyalty and self-purification through teaching and learning meant to Ganjae’s life. Active in his scholarly pursuits from the latter half of the 19th century, Ganjae harbored a serious commitment to contesting aggressions from foreign forces and their cultures. In commenting on “learn” in “Is it not pleasant to learn with a constant perseverance and application?” (from The Analects of Confucius) in his “The Reading of The Analects of Confucius,” Ganjae viewed Simhakseong (心學性), meaning “the mind should learn the heart,” as the correct type of scholarship. Cautioning that a person who construes the word as “upholding the mind (尊心)” may instantly be turned into a madman or an arrogant person, he insisted that the mind must conform to Taoist righteousness. In Ganjae’s critical mind, the paramount question is “how can a mind that can perform good and evil serve as the foundation of a pure and good nature?” In other words, Ganjae suggests that a mind practicing the Neo-Confucian philosophy on nature and principle creates the gentleman-scholar's spirit as well as the Taoist spirit. The teaching and learning and writing as committed to Ganjae’s self-purification through teaching and learning remained faithful to what Confucius presented as the way to realize the truth when he said, “When right principles of government prevail in the kingdom, he will show himself; when they are prostrated, he will keep concealed” Ganjae’s attitude in the study of Confucian classics was obviously grounded in the Taoist righteousness that lay great store on the upholding of the heart, which reflected the scholar’s criticism that the contemporary political and society-wide irregularities as well as the aggressions from Japan and the Western powers all resulted from a failure to shed light on the minds and energy of humans. Paying attention to the time period when Ganjae had to witness an extreme contradiction, the fall of the kingdom, and suffer the irrationality of the Japanese Occupation, one can understand the scholar’s critical mind regarding how to cope with his reality.

      • Cefoperazone(T-1551)의 약리학적 연구

        The pharmacological and microbiological studies of Cefoperazone (T-1551, Toyama Chemical Co., Japan) were conducted in vitro and in vivo. The studies included stability and physicochemical characteristics, antimicrobial activity, animal and human pharmacokinetics, animal pharmacodynamics and safety evaluation of Cefoperazone sodium for injection. 1) Stability and physicochemical characteristics. Sodium salt of cefoperazone for injection had a general appearance of white crystalline powder which contained 0.5% water, and of which melting point was $187.2^{\circ}C$. The pH's of 10% and 25% aqueous solutions were 5.03 ana 5.16 at $25^{\circ}C$. The preparations of cefoperazone did not contain any pyrogenic substances and did not liberate histamine in cats. The drug was highly compatible with common infusion solutions including 5% Dextrose solution and no significant potency decrease was observed in 5 hours after mixing. Powdered cefoperazone sodium contained in hermetically sealed and ligt-shielded container was highly stable at $4^circ}C{\sim}37^{\circ}C$ for 12 weeks. When stored at $4^{\circ}C$ the potency was retained almost completely for up to one year. 2) Antimicrobial activity against clinical isolates. Among the 230 clinical isolates included, Salmonella typhi was the most susceptible to cefoperazone, with 100% inhibition at MIC of ${\leq}0.5{\mu}g/ml$. Cefoperazone was also highly active against Streptococcus pyogenes(group A), Kletsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella flexneri, with 100% inhibition at $16{\mu}g/ml$ or less. More than 80% of Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes and Salmonella paratyphi was inhibited at ${\leq}16{\mu}/ml$, while Enterobacter cloaceae, Serratia marcescens and Pseudomonas aerogenosa were somewhat less sensitive to cefoperagone, with inhibitions of 60%, 55% and 35% respectively at the same MIC. 3) Animal pharmacokinetics Serum concentration, organ distritution and excretion of cefoperazone in rats were observed after single intramuscular injections at doses of 20 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg. The extent of protein binding to human plasma protein was also measured in vitro br equilibrium dialysis method. The mean Peak serum concentrations of $7.4{\mu}g/ml$ and $16.4{\mu}/ml$ were obtained at 30 min. after administration of cefoperazone at doses of 20 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg respectively. The tissue concentrations of cefoperazone measured at 30 and 60 min. were highest in kidney. And the concentrations of the drug in kidney, liver and small intestine were much higher than in blood. Urinary and fecal excretion over 24 hours after injetcion ranged form 12.5% to 15.0% in urine and from 19.6% to 25.0% in feces, indicating that the gastrointestinal system is more important than renal system for the excretion of cefoperazone. The extent of binding to human plasma protein measured by equilibrium dialysis was $76.3%{\sim}76.9%$, which was somewhat lower than the others utilizing centrifugal ultrafiltration method. 4) Animal pharmacodynamics Central nervous system : Effects of cefoperazone on the spontaneous movement and general behavioral patterns of rats, the pentobarbital sleeping time in mice and the body temperature in rabbits were observed. Single intraperitoneal injections at doses of $500{\sim}2,000mg/kg$ in rats did not affect the spontaneous movement ana the general behavioral patterns of the animal. Doses of $125{\sim}500mg/kg$ of cefoperazone injected intraperitonealy in mice neither increased nor decreased the pentobarbital-induced sleeping time. In rabbits the normal body temperature was maintained following the single intravenous injections of $125{\sim}2,000mg/kg$ dose.
