Oxide effects experiments on massive hydriding reactions of Zr alloy with hydrogen gas were carried out at $400^{\circ}C$ under 1 atm in a $H_2$ environment with a thermo-gravimetric apparatus (TGA). Experimental results for oxide effects on massive hydriding kinetics show that incubation time is not proportional to oxide thickness. The results also show that the massive hydriding kinetics of pre-filmed Zr alloys follows linear kinetic law and that the hydriding rates are similar to that of oxide-free Zr alloys once massive hydriding is initiated. Unlikely microstructure of the oxide during incubation time, physical defects such as micro-cracks and pores were observed in the oxide after incubation time. Therefore, it seems that the massive hydriding of Zr alloys can be ascribed to short circuit paths and mechanical or physical defects, such as micro-cracks and pores in the oxide, rather than to hydrogen diffusion through the oxide resulting from the increase of oxygen vacancies in the hypo-stoichiometric oxide.

This paper shows that the effect of exposing on the top area and a solution which using a water circulation system. Semiconductor substrate stage is made from Aluminum and is repeated the sequence of exposing (150), turning OFF shutter, taking 30 sec. interval at the top area of stage. So the temperature of substrate temperature rises continuously. On this, we made a waterway at the inner part of the substrate stage and operated a water circulation system. We measured the temperature of a substrate stage surface with a thermocouple attached to the substrate stage. To analyze the top area's temperature, we used Analysis Program ANSYS for analysis and 3D CAD program Solid-Works for modeling.

Ilyeon wrote pieces of writing about Hyangga by utilizing visible speech styles that were rampant at that time and included them in the Heritage of the Three States. These Hyangga descriptions are made of writers, backgrounds, works and comments, and the number of the comments containing wish fulfillment is 10 attracting the attention. This paper studied the personality of writing and wish fulfillment focusing on the wish fulfillment comments of Hyangga descriptions. As a result, it was checked that Hyangga descriptions have three-stage composition such that ‘when a problem occurred, we made and sang Hyangga to deal with that and the problem was solved as a result’. This paper examined where the power to solve problems is from and which wishes are fulfilled as a result. As a result, it was found that the power to solve problems is from the Hyangga view of Ilyeon, that is the strong impression power, and the cooperation of other assistants and that various problems such as the human world, the nature world, ghosts and so on around the writer were solved by the power and wishes were fulfilled to the expected degree or more. It can be evaluated that a new place for recognition that Hyangga are the literature of hope was opened through the comments on Hyangga by Ilyeon.
추출방법이 모르티에렐라(Mortierella)속 유래 단세포유지 지방질과 아라키돈산 추출 수율에 미치는 영향

아라키돈산(AA)은 포유동물에 식품을 통해 섭취되는 필수지방산으로써 동물조직에서 추출되어 이용되어 왔다. 경제적으로 AA를 생산하기 위하여 토양으로부터 AA를 다량으로 생산하는 모르티에렐라 종으로 확인된 M-12균주를 선발하였다. 균체로부터 지방질과 AA를 효율적으로 추출하기 위하여 전처리 공정, 공정순서, 추출 용매, 추출 방식, 입자 크기 등을 달리하여 추출 효율을 분석하였다. M-12를 GY배지로 25℃에서 7일 배양하여 동결건조한 시료를 사용하였을 때 지질방 중 47% 이상의 AA를 함유하고 있었다. 지방질 추출 효율은 균체의 젖은 상태와 건조 상태로 나눈 전처리 공정에 따라 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 클로로폼과 메탄올(2:1) 용액을 추출 용매로 사용하였을 때 가장 높은 추출율을 보였으며 헥세인이나 아이소헥세인도 우수한 추출 효율을 나타내었다. 균체를 분쇄하기 위하여 blending, ultrasonication, Ultra-turrex homogenization 등 기계적 분쇄방법을 사용하였으나 추출 효율은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 균체 입자가 고울수록 유지의 추출 효율은 높게 나타났고 추출 시간보다는 추출 시 입자크기가 추출 효율에 더 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 추출된 유지를 분획하여 지방산 조성을 분석한 결과 neutral lipids내에 AA의 함량이 65.3-68.9%로 가장 높게 나타났다. An oleaginous fungus was isolated from soil and identified as Mortierella sp. (M-12) for producing arachidonic acid (AA). Cell disruption methods, extraction methods, and particle sizes of freeze-dried biomass were tested to achieve maximum extraction of total lipids and AA. M-12 grown in glucose yeast media at 25℃ for 7 days contained 35.5% total lipid, and 47% of the total lipid was AA. Lipid extraction yield from wet biomass was shown to be similar to that in a dry state. Maximum lipid extraction was achieved using a mixture of chloroform and methanol (2:1) as an extraction solvent. Different mechanical cell disruption methods did not affect lipid extraction yields. The smaller the particle size of the biomass, the better the lipid extraction yield was observed. Particle size of biomass was shown to more strongly affect lipid extraction than extraction time. The highest AA content was observed in the class of neutral lipids.

Purpose In quality control of computed tomography, a film or ruler is used for patient table incrementation test, and crossed large needle for scout localization view test. However, the methods using these instruments can take a low confidence level for scatter ray, careless manufacture, etc. This study is to lift confidence level and simplicity by a new made phantom. Materials & Methods A phantom to measure table incrementation accuracy and scout localization view together was made in our institute. We made a comparative analysis of results by a film, ruler for a experiment of sliding distance of patient’s table and a 18G needle for scout localization view with a new made phantom. Results In a experiment of table incrementation accuracy, the new made phantom with scale showed a more sharpness and simplicity than a method by a film or ruler. In also a experiment for scout localization view, this new phantom with X shape marker showed a more sharpness. Conclusion For experiment of patient table incrementation test and scout localization view in quality control of computed tomography, method by a standardized phantom show higher confidence level and simplicity than film or ruler, and a 18G needle.

How and when the poetry works of Yoon Seon-do, who was the best poetry author, were spread to the Sijo school(歌壇) is the focus of this thesis. It is organized and defined in the text within three chapters. The poetry works of Yoon Seon-do appeared at Cheongguyeongeon first, but they were expressed in the Haedong-Gayo of Kim Su-jang in earnest. Sijo and Eobusasisa(漁父四詩詞) were recorded in Haedong-Gayo together, but the number of works of Eobusasisa is more extensive. The facts which Kim Su-jang obtained from Yoon Seon-do works are supposed to ‘Gasa’, that is gathered in the original text in a collection of works. This is the result of the assumption that the work order of Haedong-Gayo is the same as the ‘Gasa’, spread in the ‘Gasa’ manner and compiled at the time of Haedong-Gayo. It is also assumed that the circumstances of publishing the collection of works. Kim Su-jang has earned just recognition for letting people know the best author Yoon Seon-do and his works for the first time as the person who published a collection of Sijo, but he unintentionally overlooked Sijo because he concentrated on Eobusasisa too much. Eobusasisa was changed into a form of Sijo and recorded Haedong-Gayo. That has both positive and negative results. From the point of view of a collection of a Sijo editor, it is reasonable to reproach him because he thought so little of Sijo. Nevertheless, from the perspective of poetry history, he deserves to be given credit for renovating Eobusasisa in a form of Sijo, and taking over the literary mind of Yoon Seon-do.
