온라인 기반 신개념 우편 서비스의 설계

최근의 우편 환경은 다른 통신수단의 눈부신 발전으로 인해 이용자가 감소하고 수익이 감소하는 상황이다. 우정사업본부는 택배,우체국 쇼핑 등의 기존의 사업을 강화하고 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 온라인 우편서비스를 새롭게 창출하고자 한다. 본 연구는 e 비즈니스 기술과 인터넷 기술 등을 활용하여 신개념의 우편 서비스를 설계할 때 필요로 하는 설계 방법론과 이를 활용한 실제 온라인 우편 서비스의 설계 사례를 제시한다. 특히,인터넷 우표와 인터넷 내용증명 서비스를 설계하는 사례에서 최근 주목을 받고 있는 서비스사이언스 접근 방법을 설계방법론으로 활용하는 방안을 시험적으로 적용한다. 이를 통해 기존의 우편서비스가 단순한 공적 서비스에 벗어나 새로운 수익원을 창출하고 고객만족을 극대화할 수 있는 발전방안을 탐색한다.

SCM420 기어의 피로강도에 미치는 열처리효과에 관한 연구

This study deals with effects of heat-treatment on the bending fatigue of SCM420 spur gears. The test gears are heat-treated by two different treatments. After carburization, one group of the test gears is quenched directly, while another group is furnace cooled, reheated then quenched. The fatigue test at a constant stress amplitude is performed by using an electrohydraulic serve-controlled pulsating tester. The S-N curves are obtained and illustrated. By comparing the estimated strength with the experimental results, the validity of the previous experimental formula, presented by the authors for estimating the fatigue strength of carburized gears, was discussed for these tested gears.

Korean Multinational Corporations' Global Expansion Strategies in Manufacturing Sector: Mother Factory Approach

The study explores the evolving landscape of overseas expansion strategies by Korean corporations, focusing on recent geopolitical tensions, the COVID-19 pandemic, and disruptions in global supply chains. It emphasizes the challenges faced by industries producing high-value products and delves into the concept of "Friend-Shoring" policies in the United States, leading major Korean companies to invest in local semiconductor, battery, and automotive factories. Recognizing the potential fragmentation of Korea's manufacturing sector, the paper introduces the "Mother Factory" strategy as a policy initiative, inspired by Japan's model, to establish core production facilities domestically. The discussion unfolds by examining the cases of major companies in Japan and the United States, highlighting the need for Korea to adopt a mother factory strategy to mitigate risks associated with friend-shoring policies. Inspired by Intel's "Copy Exactly" approach, the paper proposes a Korean mother factory model integrating smart factory technology and digital twin systems. This strategic shift aims to enhance responsiveness to geopolitical challenges and fortify the competitiveness of Korean high-tech industries. Finally, the paper proposes a Korean Mother Factory based on smart factory concepts. The suggested model integrates smart factory technology and digital twin frameworks to enhance responsiveness and fortify competitiveness. In conclusion, the paper advocates for the adoption of a comprehensive Korean Mother Factory model to address contemporary challenges, foster advanced manufacturing, and ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of Korean high-tech industries in the global landscape. The proposed strategy aligns with the evolving dynamics of the manufacturing sector and emphasizes technological advancements, collaboration, and strategic realignment.

Max Plus 대수를 활용한 로봇 반복 작업의 안정상태 분석

Max-plus algebra is a nonlinear system made of two operations, maximization (max) and additions (plus), that are corresponding to the addition and multiplication in the traditional algebra, in respect. This algebraic method can be applied to many types of discrete event systems showing the state transition with the maximization and addition operations. Robotic cell with predetermined cyclic schedule is one of such systems. We consider a robotic cell that consists of a single robot and several isolated processing modules. We discuss steady state analysis of such robot cell when all the parts have the processing order as a flow shop. To model timing behavior of a robotic cell, we develop a max-plus algebraic system. Given a particular robot transfer sequence, we prove the unique existence of the stationary cyclic behavior and identify the schedule. Furthermore we suggest max-plus algebraic way to develop a robust schedule which endures the outside processing variability. Finally, a monitoring and control system for such robotic cell based on the max-plus algebraic model is also proposed.

漢字 漢文學界, 앞으로의 과제

우리나라의 한자 한문학계는 韓國漢文學會, 韓國漢文敎育學會, 韓國漢字漢文敎育學會 등 세 학회가 상호 부족한 분야를 보완하면서 솟발처럼 鼎立하여 발전해왔다. 그러나 아직까지 해결이 되지 않았거나 미진한 점이 많이 남아있다. 본 고는 한문교육에 대한 사회적 필요성이 증대되었음에도 불구하고 한문교육의 위상이 오히려 저하되고 있는 사회 현실을 고려하여 우리 학계가 앞으로 해야 할 과제를 다시 한 번 짚어 보고자 한다. 첫째, 객관적인 연구업적을 통하여 한문과가 도구과목임을 입증하고 이를 만인이 공감시켜 한문과의 위상을 제고시켜야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구가 진척이 되면 각 학년별 과목별 핵심용어사전도 만들어질 수 있을 것이고, 학생들의 자기주도적 학습에도 크게 기여하게 될 것이다. 둘째, 학계가 공인하는 단일한 한문문법 체계를 확정하여야 할 것이다. 셋째, 학교에서 가르치는 한자와 사회에서 사용하는 한자가 일치되어 학생들이 혼란스럽지 않게 하여야 한다. 넷째, 한자문화권인 동북아 3개국이 앞으로는 상호 이해증진과 협력 강화 및 문화적 동질성의 유지를 위하여 새로운 개념을 한자어로 조어할 때에 공동으로 협의하여 정할 수 있도록 협의 기구를 설립하여 운영할 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다. The Korean society of Chinese characters and classics has been developed through complementing the insufficient parts of each other by three academic societies; Society for Korean Literature in Classical Chinese, Society for Korean Classical Chinese Education, and the Korean society of Education in Chinese Characters and Classics. However, some unresolved and deficient parts are remained until now. Therefore, this paper will reexamine the future tasks of our Korean Academic societies in consideration of the reality, underestimating the importance of education for classical Chinese in spite of the increase of social need for Classical Chinese Education. Firstly, we need to prove the Classical Chinese as an instrument subject through the objective study achievement and re-consider the importance of Classical Chinese through forming the mood of general sympathy. If this kind of study makes headway, the key terms dictionary, suitable for each grade of students, and it will contribute to the self-leading study of students greatly. Secondly, The single grammar system of Classical Chinese, authorized by Academic Society should be established. Thirdly, with keeping consistency of Classical Chinese, which teaches in School and uses in reality, the confusion of students should be removed. Fourthly, the three Northeast countries, belong to the circle of classical Chinese culture should establish a joint consultant organization and operate it in order to cooperate in case of creating new words of new concept for the purpose of increasing mutual understanding, strengthening the collaboration, and keeping the cultural homogeneity.

선진 해외 우정사업자들은 확산된 인터넷 인프라와 진보된 정보기술을 활용하여 우편물의 물리적 배달에서 벗어나 해당 정보를 안전하게 배달하는 온라인 문서 배달 단계로 진화하고 있다. 관련 기술과 서비스의 동향을 살펴보기 위하여 안전한 문서나 서신의 배달과 관련된 기존의 오프라인 우편 상품의 특징을 우선 분석한다. 그리고, 전자상거래 시대의 각종 전자적 문서들을 안전하고 확실하게 배달할 수 있는 전자우편소인과 관련 기술의 국제표준 개발 역사와 기술적 구성을 살펴본다. 더불어, 이들이 물리적인 우편물 배달 서비스에서 온라인 디지털 배달 서비스로 진화한 서비스 사례 및 관련 기술 동향과 한국적 전자문서배달 서비스의 비즈니스 기회에 대한 시사점에 대해 분석한다.
