자동차 내장 설계 개선을 위한 인간공학적 접근

본 연구는 자동차 내장설계의 개선점을 인간의 기능적 측면과 감성적 측면 등을 고려해 종합적으로 분석하고 그에 대한 개선안을 체계적으로 도출하는 방안을 제시하였다. 개선이 요구되는 내장 설계 사항은 소형, 대형, recreation vehicle(RV)의 차종별로 소비자 의견, 미국 현지조사, 국내외 자동차 시승기 및 전문가 의견의 정보를 기반으로 파악되었다. 각 개선요구 설계사항에 대한 개선전략은 설계요소 특성, 요구되는 개선안의 내용, 그리고 활용 가능한 정보를 기준으로 선정되었다. 선정된 개선전략에 따라 각 개선요구 설계사항에 대해 연관된 세부설계요소별로 개선지침이 제공되었다. 또한 본 연구는 각 개선지침의 현업 적용 가치를 구현 소요 예상시간과 비용 대비 효과 측면에서 평가되도록 제안하였다.

急性腹部症患者의 X線學的 考察

80 patients diagnosed as having acute abdomen have been studied from the roentgenological and clinical points of view. 75 of the patients were operated upon and 14 were not. X-rays taken in the simple erect position were divided into four groups according to the patterns of bowel gases and fluid levels shown. Cases with typical spring-coiled appearances were classified as group 1, cases with sun-ray patterns as group 2 and cases with' appearances of fluid levels without plica circularis or haustral mar-kings as group 3. Cases showing irregular gas patterns in the bowel were classified as group 4. Operative findings were of two types, the simple type in which disease was localized in the intestine, and the complex type in which both the intestine and the adjoining tissues were involved. The following results were obtained : 1. The sex incidence was about 2:1, males predominating, (59 male : 30 female). The greatest number of patients were between 21 and 40 years of age, 17 being between 31 and 40 }rears and 14 being 21 and 30 years. 2. 44 patients (57/) of those receiving operative treatment reached the hospital within 24 hours of the onset of symptoms: 11 patients (75%) of those who were not operated on arrived at the hospital later than 24 hours after the first symptoms had begun. 3. The majority of patients operated upon, were found to have perforation of the bowel(64%) 19 of these (40%), being due to typhoid fever. The next most common finding at operation was intestinal obstruction in 22 patients (29%): intussusception was the cause of obstruction in 8 (36%), of these cases. 4. X-rays taken in the simple, erect position of the 48 cases of perforation of bowel, showed free gas in 31 (64.2%). Among these cases two were roentgenologically normal, 5 cases were placed in group 1, 12 cases in group 2 and 12 ir, group 3. 5. X-rays taken in the simple erect position on 19 patients found to have intestinal obstruction, showed one case to have normal bowel patterns, while 8 cases were placed in group 1, 6 case sin group 2 and 7 cases in group 3. 6. The relationship betv,,een the x-ray appearances of the bowel, and the intra-abdominal findings at operation was as follov,,s: 9 cases (75%) of simple type were placed in group 1, and 21 cases (33%) of complex type were placed in group 2; 28 complex cases (44%) were placed in group 3. Of the patients who did not have surgry, 6 cases (43%) were placed in group 1 and other 6 cases (43%) were placed in group 4.

Anti-skin Aging Effect of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Extracts

To develop a new functional agent for cosmetics, we investigated the anti-aging activities in fibroblasts using Pleurotus citrinopileatus extracts. The antioxidant activities of Pleurotus citrinopileatus extracts (PCE) were determined by using four different methods, namely, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assay, ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay and oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) assay. And antioxidant effect of PCE was evaluated by estimating its protective effects against the oxidative stress induced by H2O2 on HDFs. PCE showed radical scavenging and cytoprotective activity against oxidative stress in a dose dependent manner. PCE additionally prevented the elevation of MMP-1 and reduction of Type I collagen (COL1A1) induced by H2O2. Theses finding indicated that PCE protects HDFs from H2O2-induced damage by antioxidant activity and therefore can be used as an anti aging agent.

건설재해감소를 위한 중고령근로자 안전에 관한 연구

대한민국은 노인인구 증가와 출생율 감소로 인해 생산인구가 고령화되고 있으며 청장년 근로자에 비해 상대적으로 신체적, 심리적으로 산업재해에 취약한 중고령 근로자의 안전은 재해율을 상승시키는 주요 원인으로 꼽힌다. 본 논문에서는 근로자건 강검진을 표본으로 하여 신체기능의 특징과 심신기능 변화에 따른 중대재해 원인을 파악하고 재해예방 3E 이론에 따른 대책을 마련하여 건설현장 중고령 근로자의 재해예방 방법을 구축하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 기술적인 측면에서 추락재해예방을 위 한 안전난간, 다기능성 강선형 비계, 수직비계 등의 개발을 통해 위험 작업을 간소화하여 재해 가능성을 낮추는 방법을 도출하 고 관리적 측면에서 재해정보 관리시스템을 통한 재해정보 관리방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 교육적인 방법으로는 중고령 근로자 만을 대상으로 하는 별도의 특별교육과 감독을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 지속적으로 발전시켜 효율적이고 체계적인 안전관리대 책을 마련한다면 건설재해예방에 크게 기여할 것이다.

An Empirical Study on the Choice of Residential Mortgage Lender by Korean Households

본 연구는 국민은행의 주택금융수요 실태조사 자료를 이용하여 일반 서민가구의 주택담보 대출유형, 특히 주택금융공사의 보금자리론으로 대표되는 공공 모기지와 여타 민간은행의 민간 모기지간의 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐구하였다. 우리는 보금자리론이 출시된 2004년부터 2006년까지의 3개년치의 자료를 투입하여 다항 로짓(Multinomial Logit) 모델 및 중첩 로짓(Nested Logit) 모델을 적용하여 분석하였다. 미국의 실증분석 결과와는 달리 우리의 경우 서민가구들이 공공 모기지 보다는 민간 모기지를 선호하는 것으로 보인다. 그 이유로는 민간 모기지 상품의 다양성이나 이자유형 변경옵션과 같은 상품자체에 기인하는 속성과 함께 민간 대출기관의 느슨한 소득 검증(Income verification)과 같은 규제적 특성 역시 중요한 요인인 것으로 분석되었다.

사업 단계별 의사결정 지원 게이트웨이 리뷰 체계 구축

As Urban Regeneration is being carried out, stakeholders are most likely to have disagreements on their interests. Besides, dispersion of numerous communication routes and obscure decision processes aggravate the situation. Eventually, fragmented decision-making processes and complex structure lead to inefficient outcome and delay of projects. This paper is a study on decision-making support not only helps the program manager have more efficient and optimum decision, but also provides alternatives for Urban Regeneration. This study is conducted as follows. Firstly, the project process and the decision-making structure among stakeholders in Urban Regeneration are analyzed, and then the current status of decision-making in Urban Regeneration project is classified. Secondly, with literature study on "Gateway Review", the decision-making gateway review process in Urban Regeneration is defined, and then the "Gateway Review Elements" are listed. Thirdly, to establish gateway review process, this paper presents a check points, namely gate which supports a program manager to monitor and to control the program management in Urban Regeneration. Each gate has several supporting tools such as diagram of critical decision points relation, scheme of stakeholder, checklist. Fourthly, the proposed concept is verified by experts who have been carefully selected to provide their respective reviews. Finally, decision-making support gateway review system is modified based on their critiques and suggestions. 최근 증가하고 있는 도시환경정비사업, 재개발 사업 등과 같이 민 관이 함께 주관시행주체로서 참여하는 도시재생사업은 관리영역 혹은 주관주체에 따라 다수의 독립된 프로젝트로 구분할 수 있으며 각 프로젝트는 고유의 업무 프로세스에 의해 수행된다. 다수의 프로젝트가 병행 혹은 순차적으로 진행됨에 따라 프로그램 거버넌스 개념이 적용된 관리방안으로써 사업단 계별 검토와 협의가 요구되는 지점(Gate)을 시행주체와 다수의 참여자가 공통으로 인지하고 프로젝트의 특성을 반영하여 설정하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 사업단계별 이해관계자의 역할과 책임이 규정되고 의사결정을 위한 객관적인 필요정보가 공유될 수 있을 때 신뢰가 형성되며 결국 이해관계자간의 상충구도에서 협력구도로의 전환을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시재생사업과 같은 메가프로젝트(Mega Project)의 시행주체가 사업관리를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 사업단계별 주요 의사결정 지원도구로서 게이트웨이 리뷰(Gateway Review) 체계 구축을 제시한다.
