        군 USN 환경에서 효율적인 데이터 저장 및 질의 처리 방법 연구

        Recently, the role of Ubiquitous Sensor Network(USN) has been considered to be essential for supporting the near future Network Centric Warfare(NCW) and Tactical Information Communication Network(TICN). In this paper, we explore a set of data storage methods(external storage, local storage and data storage) and query processing methods in WSN. In particular, we focus on analyzing a novel data structure for supporting the local storage method, named the partial ordered tree(POT). The main idea behind POT is that sensor readings are usually correlated with the physical spatial domain. With the help of POT, only a small portion of sensor nodes participate in query processing tasks, and thus network lifetime is greatly increased. Through a series of simulation experiments, we demonstrate that the POT based local storage method clearly outperforms the existing data storage methods in terms of the energy-efficiency, which directly affects the network lifetime, for processing exact match queries, range queries and top-k queries.

        瀉靑丸과 그 構成藥物群의 항산화 효과

        Objectives : Exposure to oxidant molecules can generate reactive oxigen species(ROS; for example, H2O2, O2-, OH · ). These free radicals can alter DNA, proteins and membrane phospholipids. ROS are responsible for many diseases including cancer, neurodegerative diseases and cardiovascular diseases. Thus, to prevent against celluar damages associated with oxidative stress, antioxidants is important and many research about natioxidants are being conducted over the world. Methods : This study was performed to research the antioxidant activities of Sachunghwan(瀉靑丸) and its component groups in vitro. The experimental group was divided into 4 groups: Sachunghwan(SC), Samultang group(SC-1), Chungyul group(SC-2) and Haepyo group(SC-3). Results: 1. All experimental groups had significant antioxidant activity in linoleic acid system on concentration in comparison with control group. 2. In DPPH radical scavenging experiment and inhibitory effect experiment on superoxide generation in xanthine-xanthine oxidase system showed that all experimental groups had a dose-dependent effect. SC and SC-2 have more effect than SC-1 and SC-3. 3. Inhibitory effect experiment on superoxide generation induced by xanthine-xanthine oxidase system showed that all experimental groups had a dose-dependent effect. SC and SC-2 have more effect than SC-1 and SC-3. 4. In the inhibitory effect experiment on lipid peroxidation reaction in H2O2-Fe2+system showed that all experimental groups had a dose-dependent effect. SC-1 and SC-3 have more effect than SC and SC-2. 5. In the experiment on Nitrate scavenging activity showed that all experimental groups had a dose-dependent effect. SC and SC-2 have more effect than SC-1 and SC-3. Conclusion: Sachunghwan(SC) has an antioxidant activity and its antioxidant activity is likely to be associated with Chungyul group(SC-2).

        유형 속성을 포함하는 연속 범위 질의 처리

        This paper addresses efficient processing of a continuous range query with type attributes, which continually monitors only the specific types of moving objects falling within a given query region. We follow a distributed continuous range query processing strategy with the notion of resident domain, where the server pushes some query processing tasks to the moving objects’ side to achieve significant savings in terms of server load as well as communication costs. We propose a novel BP-tree (Binary Partitioning tree) variant index structure called the B2P-tree (Bit-vector Binary Partitioning tree) to facilitate determining the type attributed resident domain for each moving object. The search algorithm on the B2P-tree is also discussed. Through simulation experiments, we demonstrate the superiority of our B2P-tree based method for determination of the type attributed resident domain. 본 논문은 다양한 유형의 이동 객체들 중 주어진 범위 내에 존재하는 특정 유형의 이동 객체들을 지속적으로 찾고 관리 하는 유형 속성을 포함하는 연속 범위 질의의 효율적인 처리에 대해 논한다. 특히, 서버 중심의 연산 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 서버의 병목현상 극복과 주기적인 위치 보고로 인한 이동 객체의 에너지 소비절감을 위해 이동 객체들의 연산 능력을 활용한 분산화 된 질의 처리 전략을 활용하기 위해 각각의 이동 객체가 직접 처리해야 하는 질의를 포함하는 영역인 상주 영역 (resident domain) 개념을 도입한다. 또한, 유형 속성을 고려한 상주 영역 결정 및 할당을 위해 BP-tree (Binary Partitioning tree)의 확장 변형인 B2P-tree (Bit-vector Binary Partitioning tree)를 제안하고 B2P-tree 탐색 알고리즘을 소개한다. 성능 평가를 통해 제안하는 B2P-tree를 통한 상주 영역 결정 및 할당 기법의 우수함을 보인다.

        환경부담금의 조세정책적 문제점과 개선방안

        인류의 생존과 환경은 친화적인 존재이며 선진국으로의 자리 메김이 된다. 세계적으로 환경 친화적인 정책을 위하여 부단한 노력이 있어 왔으며 우리나라의 경우 환경부담금에 의한 준조세의 형태로 규제를 통한 환경에 노력을 기울여 왔다. 기존의 규제들 가운데 실효성이 없거나 형평성의 문제를 야기한 것은 폐지 또는 수정을 통하여 오염자 부담원칙 하에 통합된 과세방안을 수립하여야 한다. 또한 기존의 환경부담금에 대한 법률적 근거나 법적 성격을 고려하여 조세입안에 국민들의 공감과 산업계의 실효성 있는 대안 및 단일화된 환경세의 운영으로 규제위주에서 환경투자의 실질적 개선과 오염감소로 이어질 수 있는 방안이 모색되어져야 한다. This study presents a reasonable scheme for solution method of the improve for advanced nation to human life and environmental situation. In order to reduce the environment pollutions, government controls the environment tax reform. Environmental-friendly Taxes have to be a powerful tool in environmental policy. Therefore, an increasing number of OECD countries have undertaken "green tax reforms", which the primary objective to protect the environment. Air pollution, water pollution, groundwater depletion and solid wasters are very important issues of environmental protection. So this study provides on environmental-friendly tax reform of thoes issues respectively. We present some implications for more effedtive instruments though the models of tax problem. Also, the government has to find a idea for which control-oriented system to a new system which has physical improvement and reduced pollution. as operating sole environment tax with taxpayer's consent and industrial effectiveness for alternatives and sole environmental tax code by considering the foundation and characteristic of prior environmental-friendly tax

        환경관련 조세정책의 문제점과 개선방안

        급격한 산업화에 따른 경제성장의 과정에서 환경적 요인의 중요성이 간과되어 최근 그 피해가 심각한 수준에 이르고 있다. 우리나라는 이러한 심각한 환경오염을 억제하기 위하여 각종 정책을 수립하고 집행하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 정책들이 본래의 기능을 다하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 심각한 환경오염의 예방을 위하여 실시되고 있는 환경관련 조세에 관한 분석이다. 즉 현재 실시되고 있는 우리나라 환경관련 조세정책의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시함으로서 환경세를 부과하는 정책입안자에게 유용한 자료를 제시함과 아울러 불만을 최소화하고자 하는데 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 준조세의 성격을 가지고 있는 환경관련 조세정책의 실시법령을 근거로 하고 있으며 이와 관련된 선행연구를 검토하여 분석한 결과를 기초로 몇 가지의 정책적 제안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is method of improvement and the problem of environment tax in korea. Recently, in order to reduce the environment pollutions, the korean government introduced an environment tax levied on the environmental polluting acts. Currently, Korea operates a local traffic tax to control the air pollution, and has yet to enact a full-scale environmental tax within the national tax system. Although nation's international competitiveness has not much been affected by introduction of the environmental taxes, it may well be desirable to solve the possible problems of the environmental taxes affecting nation's competitiveness negatively through international tax coordinations, while adjusting the speed scope of the environmental tax operations.

        시호가 acetaminophen으로 유도된 간손상 흰쥐에 미치는 영향

        Objective : Acetaminophen is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic drug throughout the world. It is also an over-the-counter drug and considered a safe drug. But its overdose and other causes such as alcoholism and diabetes can bring about hepatotoxicity. The hepatotoxicity of APAP is believed to be due to NAPQI produced by CYPs and reactive oxygen species (ROS). Method : Bupleuri radix(BR) at 500 ㎎/㎏ (p.o.) was administered to the male Sprague Dawley (5 weeks old)rats for one week, and then APAP at 500 ㎎/㎏ (abdominal injection) was given 24h after BR administration. This study was performed to research the protective effects of BR extract against APAP-induced hepatotoxicity. Result : The data including GOT, GPT, histological examination and GST indicated that BR has a significant antidotal effect on APAP overdose. Also, the date including LPO and catalase showed that BR has a antioxidant effect which is one of mechanisms of the hepatoprotective effect of BR. Finally, the data including GSH, GST, RT-PCR, Western blot showed that BR has a suppressive effect on the production of NAPQI, by regulating the expression of CYP 2E1. Conclusion : Based on these data, we concluded that the mechanisms underlying the protective effect of BR against APAP-induced liver damage are both the antioxidant effect against ROS and the inhibitory effect on the expression of CYP 2E1, which leads to the suppression of NAPQI production.

        This paper concerns the development of the public-private partnership for urban infrastructure in the field of local government. The purpose of this paper, focusing on the public-private partnership for urban infrastructure, is to examine the changes in Korea and to suggest ideal delivery system of public services. Present day, to provide good and services has been considerd as an important role of governments, It fact, local governments in modern society provide many kinds of services, and sometimes they provide new services. In Korea as elsewhere, a major task of municipal government is enhancement citizens' welfare through the supply of various urban infrastructure. But, the problem is that citizens may not be willing to pay more to support better public services, even though their demand for them will increase. Now, local government has to decide for itself how to deliver those services to satisfy citizens' needs. The objectives of this paper can be descrived as following : 1) conceptualizing urban infrastructure and public-private partnership, 2) defining the grounds of an argument about utilizing private vitality, 3) considering a case of public-private partnership in Korea, and 4) seggesting an alternative for institutional arrangements of public-private partnership. This Paper is composed of five chapters and its contents is as follows : At the second chapter, I conceptulized urban infrastructure and public-private partnership. Accordingly, urban infrastructure is basical facilities for carry out role of cities. Public-private partnership is a utilization of vitality from the private sector, manely fund, talent, and know-how came to light as a possible effective. Also, I examined the grounds of an argument about public-private partnership. Since the late 1980s, may local governments in the Korea have been faced with severe fubding problems largely due to loss of property tax revenes. In order to solve their funding dilemas, along with maintaning existing into profit-making ventures. Also, the government was struggling with a serious financial deficit and had to carry out administrative reform to regain a sound studcture. At the third chapter, I considerd several case of public-private partnership in Korea. A case study of public-private partnership used sample of transportation, street services, public facilities, parks, roads, railroads, parking lots seaport and airport ect. I analyzed problems about institutional arrangement, goal, status, organizational structure and functions of the public and private sector. At the fourth chapter, I suggested an alternative for utilization of vitality from the private sector. I suggested that the government should promote the provosion of special faccilities which strengthen the nation's socie-economic base by utilizing the ability of private enterprises. At the conclusion part, in both public and private organizations, many devices to enhance performance can be discovered by studing the managerial aspects of organization. In finding the core of problems, we can get a great help from the institutional analysis. Institutional analysis is a comprehensive approach, even though it focuses on the studing the effects of institutional arrangements on patterns of human behavior and the resulting patterns of outcomes. Finally, in order to enhance the service delivery performance, we may need to change the attributes of communitites through citizens' movement in the longer term depending upon the circumstances.
