        It is presumed that interesting results can be obtained by study on the serum protein fractions of various animals especially fish, being related to animal texanomy, ecology and species embryology as well as comparative biochemistry. The results are as follows. (1) Fish;-The serum protein fractions of fish are much different from humans, in the point that has less the fraction which possesses the same mobility of human albumin fraction on the other hand, fish seem to have their own species specific globulin fraction. Lipoprotein is much detectable albumin bound. (2) Mammalia;-Mammalian serum protein fraction are much or less similar to human's, but alpha-globulin peak of pig is higher than human's. On sex there is no difference. Mammalia lipoprotein is similar to human's. (3) Advices;-Gamma-globulin of chicken's is very higher than human's. On sex, there is no difference. Lipoprotein is not different from human's. (4) Reptiles;- Reptilian serum fraction are similar to fish and also albumin peak is less than human's. Reptilian lipoprotein is different from human's in the point thatReptilian lipoprotein is much detectable albumin bound. (5) Amphibia; -Gamma-globulin and alpha 2-globulin fraction of frogs seem to have a little higher than human's.

        국세통계로 본 글로벌 금융위기 이후 근로소득 및 통합소득 불평등

        본 연구는 국세통계를 활용하여 글로벌 금융위기 이후 한국의 근로소득과통합소득의 분배현황을 계층별 소득집중도와 지니계수 분해방법 등을 통해살펴보았다. 분석 결과 우리나라의 상위 0.1~1% 소득비중은 늘어나거나 변화가 없는 반면 상위 10~20%의 소득비중은 줄어들었고 이들과 나머지 소득계층과의 격차 역시 감소하였다. 그 외에도 전반적 지니계수 및 양극화 지수 또한 개선된 것으로 나타났는데 저소득층의 근로소득 증가가 주된 원인으로 지목됐다. 그러나 상위 10~20%와 그 나머지 계층 간의 소득격차가 전체 불평등에서 차지하는 비중은 커졌다. 또한 근로소득 외의 자산소득 불평등이 전체 소득불평등 및 양극화 개선 추세를 약화시키고 상위 10~20%와 그 나머지계층 간 격차를 악화시키는 요인으로 확인됐다. 이에 향후 한국사회의 소득불평등ㆍ양극화 문제를 개선하기 위해서 다각적인 정책처방이 결합되어야 할것이다. 핵심어: 국 Using national tax statistics, our study examines changes in the income distribution of the top 10-20% labor and comprehensive income groups in South Korea after the global financial crisis. Also, we compare the changes with those in the income distribution of other income groups. In our study, we found that the top 0.1~1% income share has not changed much whereas that of the top 10~20% has decreased. The result, however, shows that despite declining income inequality, the gap betwen the top 1% and 9% has persisted since the 207-9 financial crisis. Hence, we argue that various policy prescriptions should be combined to reduce the income inequality and polarization in South Korea.

        Terrain Trafficability Analysis for Autonomous Navigation: A GIS-based Approach

        This article presents a method of generating grid maps for autonomous navigation using a geographic information system (GIS). Besides developing ordinary map systems, a GIS can be applicable to the terrain trafficability analysis for an unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) by generating maps in which information about its spatial environment is encoded for path planning as part of autonomous navigation. For such maps, the most commonly used is a grid map over which a UGV’s paths can be optimized. As the UGV moves and its situation changes, grid maps need to be generated quickly in an automatic manner for new paths. First of all, a GIS is analyzed to identify meaningful data, layers and attributes, which are then related to the UGV’s navigation. For each grid in the grid map, every mean-ingful layer included is processed so that the set of values of attributes of the layer can be converted into the traverse cost. If multiple layers are included in a single grid, those traverse costs are fused and the result data is then replaced in the grid. Grid map generation is finished after all grids are filled with such costs. From test results using an experimental program, it is validated that the proposed method can be a viable tool for the timely generation of grid maps using a geographic information system for the UGV’s autonomous navigation.

        발육,발달학 : 단기간의 70~80%RM Weight Training이 남자고교생의 1RM과 Insuline-Like Growth Factor-I에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of short term weight training(WT) on 1RM and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) in male high school students. Twenty subjects participated in this study from N high school in B metropolitan city. Participants were randomly allocated to experimental group(n=10) and control group(n=10). Experimental group conducted 85~100 minutes of WT which consist of 5 items with 6~8 repetition, 3sets, four days a week, and with 70 to 80% of RM for 12 weeks. The SPSS version 11.0 was used to analyze data. Gap between two groups was analyzed with t-test, and gap within two groups was identified by using paired t-test.The results of this study were as follows; 1. The level of blood plasma IGF-I was significantly increased in experimental group after the program, but there was no significant difference between groups.2. 1RM of squat, shoulder press, leg lunge, bench press, and dead lift were all significantly increased in experimental group after the program, and the experimental group was superior to the control group in whole items. In conclusion, these results indicate that resistance training leads to favorable changes on 1RM and IGF-Ⅰ in male high school students, however further studies should be performed with different exercise duration and exercise intensity.

        사용자의 심리와 상황을 고려한 맞춤형 모바일 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 추천 기법 (pp.232-236)

        최근의 모바일 단말기 사용자들은 많은 양의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 가지고 있다. 또, 인터넷과 컴퓨터 기술의 발전으로 언제 어디서든 모바일 단말기를 가지고 이를 이용할 수 있다. 하지만 현재 파일 시스템 기반의 방식에서 사용자는 원하는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 찾고 관리하기 위해 많은 시간을 소비해야 한다. 특히, 모바일 단말기의 작고 불편한 인터페이스는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 검색 및 관리를 더욱 힘들게 한다. 따라서 다량의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 보다 효과적으로 사용하기 위한 지능형 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 관리 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 개인화된 모바일 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해서 사용자의 상황과 심리를 이용한 방법과 이를 적용한 개인화된 모바일 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템(Personalized Mobile Multimedia Contents Provider)을 제안한다. Nowadays, mobile users have a huge amount of multimedia contents and can use these contents anytime, anywhere by advance in computer and network techniques. However, users spend too much time for searching and managing these contents in web and local file system. Expecially, small and uncomfortable user interfaces of mobile devices make it difficult to search and manage multimedia contents. Therefore, an intelligent multimedia contents management technique is needed to use these contents more efficiently. In this paper, we propose a Personalized Mobile Multimedia Contents Provider (PMMCP) System which provides personalized multimedia contents based on users' psychological patterns and situations.

        돌연변이 p53 단백질의 Silencing에 의한 사람유방암세포의 in vivo 항종양 효과

        Mutant p53 (R280K) is highly expressed in MDAMB-231 triple-negative human breast cancer cells. Currently, we reported the role of mutant p53-R280K in mediating the survival of MDA-MB-231 cells in vitro. The present study was undertaken to determine whether mutant p53-R280K affects breast cancer cell growth in vivo. To this end, we used small interfering RNA to knockdown the level of mutant p53- R280K in MDA-MB-231 cells. Silencing of mutant p53- R280K in MDA-MB-231 cells causes substantial tumor regression of established xenografts in vivo. In xenograft model for breast cancer, silencing of mutant p53-R280K in MDAMB-231 cells significantly inhibited the tumor growth. Moreover, TUNEL assay showed more occurrence of apoptotic cells in mutant p53-R280K silenced tumors compared to control. Our data indicate that mutant p53-R280K has an important role in mediating tumor growth of MDA-MB-231 cells in vivo. Taken together, this study suggests that endogenous mutant p53-R280K could be used as a therapeutic target for breast cancer cells harboring this TP53 missense mutation.

        유비쿼터스 환경에서의 상황인지 기반 디바이스 협업 시스템

        유비쿼터스 환경은 보이지 않는 수많은 장치들과 소프트웨어들이 서로 연결되어 각각의 사용자들에게 편리한 서비스를 제공한다. 이러한 서비스를 제공 받기 위해서는 사용자와 서비스간의 매개체 역할을 하는 모바일 단말기가 필요하다. 하지만 리소스가 제한적인 모바일 단말기의 특성상 다양한 기능을 이용할 수는 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상황인지 기반의 실시간 디바이스 협업 시스템을 개발하여 주변의 다양한 디바이스 리소스를 실시간으로 공유함으로써 모바일 단말기의 제한적인 리소스 문제를 해결하는 상황인지 기반의 디바이스 협업 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템의 특징은 변화하는 사용자의 선호도 및 리소스 정보를 동적으로 재구성하여 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 디바이스 리소스의 공유가 가능하다는 점이다. In ubiquitous environments, invisible devices and software are connected to one another to provide convenient services to users. In order to provide such services, we must have mobile devices that connect users and services. However, the types of available services have thus far been limited due to the limited resources of mobile devices. This paper proposes a solution to the resource limitation problem of mobile devices by presenting a context-based collaboration system that allows mobile devices to share various nearby resources. Our system has a feature to enable personalized resource sharing by dynamically re-configuring user's preference and resource information.

        암호화폐, 지급 수단인가 투기적 자산인가?

        본 연구는 비트코인 이후 등장한 암호화폐, 일명 알트코인이 교환소 시장에서 비트코인과 차별적 수요패턴 및 가격 움직임을 보였는지를 탐구했다. 이를 위해 요한슨 공적분 검정 및 벡터오차수정 모형을 통해 암호화폐 가격시계열 분석을 실시했다. 분석결과 암호화폐 교환소 시가총액 상위 5개 암호화폐 중 이더리움, 리플, 비트코인캐시, 라이트코인의 가격이 비트코인과가격동조성을 보이며 비트코인의 가격 움직임에 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 아는 알트코인이 성능과 용도의 개선에도 불구하고 비트코인을 중심으로 한 투기심리의 전염구조 속에 있다는 의미로 해석된다. 특히 리플의 경우 송금에 특화된 기능적 특성과 중앙집중적으로 발행이 관리되는 구조로 인해 비트코인과 차별적 가격 움직임을 나타낼 것으로 기대됐지만 실제로는 차별화된 가격 안정성을 이루지 못한 것으로 나타났다. This study explores whether cryptocurrencies which emerged after Bitcoin, as known as Altcoin, showed differential price movements in the exchange market. For this purpose, this study conducted a time series analysis of cryptocurrency's prices through Johansen Cointegration Test and Vector Error Correction Model. The results show that prices of Etherium, Ripple, Bitcoin-Cash, and Litecoin, which were among the top 5 of the market capitalization value, have revealed some price synchronicity with Bitcoin. This result is interpreted as follows. Altcoin was not free from the contagious structure of speculation centered on Bitcoin despite its improvement in performance and usage. In particular, before research, Ripple was expected to show different price movement from Bitcoin due to the functional characteristics specific to remittances and centralized issuance management structure. However, in reality, it also revealed price synchronicity with Bitcoin and failed to achieve price stabilization in cryptocurrency market.

      • 'Long Days's Journey Into Night'의 劇構成上의 特徵考察

        The purpose of this thesis is to study all the characteristics of dramatic structure in LDJ. This play is said to be O'Neill's autobiographical work written in tears and blood, and with deep pity and understanding and forgiveness. In terms of two sides : outward and inward, this play has many features. First, in the external phase, rhythm and repetition, description of characters, and treatment of time are a most remarkable. Secondly, in the internal phase, understanding and forgiveness, and transcendental spirit are noticeable as well. More than anything else, this play is characterized by its setting, its symbolic words and its souds : fog, foghorn, ships'bell, ominous coughing, and movement in the upstairs room. All the characters can blame one another, but their basic relationship tied on hate-love, anger-regret, and harshiness-pity rhythms remains uninfluenced because of love. Edmund's compromise with his brother and father can be thought to be the play's climax. This compromise derives from understanding and forgiveness, and develops into trascendence : the Eastern Nirvana.
