The future battlefield operation concept does not focus on advanced and complete weapon systems, but requiresa new battlefield operation concept that can effectively demonstrate offensive power by combining a large numberof low-cost, miniaturized weapons. Recently, research on the autonomous application of major technologies thatmake up the mission control system is actively underway. However, since the mission control system is stilldependent on the operator's operating ability when operating multiple robots, there are limitations to simplyapplying the automation technology of the existing mission control system. Therefore, we understand how changesin operator capabilities affect multi-robot operation and propose an adaptive mission control architecture designmethod that supports multi-robot integrated operation by adjusting the level of autonomy of the mission controlsystem according to changes in operator capability.

암호화폐, 지급 수단인가 투기적 자산인가?

본 연구는 비트코인 이후 등장한 암호화폐, 일명 알트코인이 교환소 시장에서 비트코인과 차별적 수요패턴 및 가격 움직임을 보였는지를 탐구했다. 이를 위해 요한슨 공적분 검정 및 벡터오차수정 모형을 통해 암호화폐 가격시계열 분석을 실시했다. 분석결과 암호화폐 교환소 시가총액 상위 5개 암호화폐 중 이더리움, 리플, 비트코인캐시, 라이트코인의 가격이 비트코인과가격동조성을 보이며 비트코인의 가격 움직임에 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 아는 알트코인이 성능과 용도의 개선에도 불구하고 비트코인을 중심으로 한 투기심리의 전염구조 속에 있다는 의미로 해석된다. 특히 리플의 경우 송금에 특화된 기능적 특성과 중앙집중적으로 발행이 관리되는 구조로 인해 비트코인과 차별적 가격 움직임을 나타낼 것으로 기대됐지만 실제로는 차별화된 가격 안정성을 이루지 못한 것으로 나타났다. This study explores whether cryptocurrencies which emerged after Bitcoin, as known as Altcoin, showed differential price movements in the exchange market. For this purpose, this study conducted a time series analysis of cryptocurrency's prices through Johansen Cointegration Test and Vector Error Correction Model. The results show that prices of Etherium, Ripple, Bitcoin-Cash, and Litecoin, which were among the top 5 of the market capitalization value, have revealed some price synchronicity with Bitcoin. This result is interpreted as follows. Altcoin was not free from the contagious structure of speculation centered on Bitcoin despite its improvement in performance and usage. In particular, before research, Ripple was expected to show different price movement from Bitcoin due to the functional characteristics specific to remittances and centralized issuance management structure. However, in reality, it also revealed price synchronicity with Bitcoin and failed to achieve price stabilization in cryptocurrency market.

Terrain Trafficability Analysis for Autonomous Navigation: A GIS-based Approach

This article presents a method of generating grid maps for autonomous navigation using a geographic information system (GIS). Besides developing ordinary map systems, a GIS can be applicable to the terrain trafficability analysis for an unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) by generating maps in which information about its spatial environment is encoded for path planning as part of autonomous navigation. For such maps, the most commonly used is a grid map over which a UGV’s paths can be optimized. As the UGV moves and its situation changes, grid maps need to be generated quickly in an automatic manner for new paths. First of all, a GIS is analyzed to identify meaningful data, layers and attributes, which are then related to the UGV’s navigation. For each grid in the grid map, every mean-ingful layer included is processed so that the set of values of attributes of the layer can be converted into the traverse cost. If multiple layers are included in a single grid, those traverse costs are fused and the result data is then replaced in the grid. Grid map generation is finished after all grids are filled with such costs. From test results using an experimental program, it is validated that the proposed method can be a viable tool for the timely generation of grid maps using a geographic information system for the UGV’s autonomous navigation.

Global path planning for autonomous driving of unmanned ground vehicle is essential. When setting global path planning, its accuracy and effectiveness is increased if useful information such as terrain type of driving route has been reflected on global path planning. As a method to reflect the terrain type, there is a method to perform global path planning by applying the weight to each terrain type. At this time, how to assign appropriate weights corresponding to the terrain type is more important than anything. In this paper, we proposed a method to determine the weight for terrain type that may affect the results of global path planning. Moreover, we presented effective operation method and design results(GUI) to check the possibility of the use of the proposed method.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자 맞춤 자원 공유 시스템

유비쿼터스 환경은 보이지 않는 수많은 장치들과 소프트웨어들이 서로 연결되어 각각의 사용자들에게 편리한 서비스를 제공한다. 이러한 서비스를 제공 받기 위해서는 사용자와 서비스간의 매개체 역할을 하는 모바일 디바이스가 필요하다. 하지만 자원이 제한적인 모바일 디바이스의 특성상 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수는 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 프로파일을 고려한 사용자 맞춤 자원 공유 시스템을 개발하여 주변의 다양한 자원을 실시간으로 공유 할 수 있도록 함으로써 모바일 디바이스의 제한적인 리소스 문제를 해결 하고자한다. 본 논문에서는 테스트 시나리오를 이용하여 제안하는 사용자 맞춤 자원 공유 시스템을 검증한다.

Eugene O'Neill의 The Iceman Cometh 硏究

The works of O’Neill dealt with the consistent theme: a quest for life. Therefore, the diversity of O’Neill’s work can be considered as a process of searching for the meaning of life. This paper is to study O’Neill’s latest view of life by analyzing the meaning of pipe dream, and the problem of tragic recognition reflected in one of his final plays, The Iceman Cometh. O’Neill thought that life is a tragedy and considered that the function of a theatre is to interpret and celebrate the meaning of life on the stage. The life of a modern man, it seemed to O’Neill, with the loss of faith in the Old God, is a process of endless quest for a substitute for that faith. Therefore, his plays represent the struggle of life given to all mankind as an inescapable tragic situation. In the past days man found a solace of life through God. The moderns who have scientific knowledge about the universe and human beings, can not receive comfort from God for the pain or life any longer. O’Neill points out the sickness of today, and he regards man as the misbegotten who has to live in this suffering world. He presents the moderns pipe dreams which take the place of God, as a means to survive without pain in helpless society. In the Iceman Cometh, life is represented as a “meaningless joke,” and the tragic character is a person who recognizes the fact that his own self­deceptive life is a mirage. O’Neill shows a pessimistic view of life in this play and that life is not a developing process to fulfill one’s dream, but a process of increasing decay toward “death”. To escape from this stark reality of life, therefore, people had to make a self­deceptive “pipe dream”and deny their true­selves. The background of this work, Harry Hope’s Saloon, is the world of pipe dreams where every one lives in vain hope. This helpless place is presented as a microcosm of modern society that everyone loses his soul and is possessed with self­delusion. All the people gathered in this saloon are down­and­outers of society. The pipe dreamers who would die without their dreams show that man is a deluded being as long as he lives. In this work Hickey is symbolized as a “Saviour”who came to save the hopeless “Harry Hope’s Saloon”from a damned lying “pipe dream”and to give them a “blessed peace”. But the result of his trial to bring them to face up their true­selves in not peace but deathly despair. And after the failure of his role as a Saviour, Hickey accepts his own death heroically and brings a nihilistic view that nothing can be achieved in a worldly life. And a paradox of self­fulfillment through annihilation is completed in his death because he fulfilled his life at that time. O’Neill says, in The Iceman Cometh, that life in only a precession toward death, but we can overcome despair with the recognition and acceptance of it as a given situation to all mankind. In O’Neill’s progressive inquiring into man’s inner life through his plays we finally reach the recognition of the dimension of the higher value of understanding , compassion, and love through which man can overcome his alienation and transcend the pains unavoidable during man’s existence.

'Long Days's Journey Into Night'의 劇構成上의 特徵考察

The purpose of this thesis is to study all the characteristics of dramatic structure in LDJ. This play is said to be O'Neill's autobiographical work written in tears and blood, and with deep pity and understanding and forgiveness. In terms of two sides : outward and inward, this play has many features. First, in the external phase, rhythm and repetition, description of characters, and treatment of time are a most remarkable. Secondly, in the internal phase, understanding and forgiveness, and transcendental spirit are noticeable as well. More than anything else, this play is characterized by its setting, its symbolic words and its souds : fog, foghorn, ships'bell, ominous coughing, and movement in the upstairs room. All the characters can blame one another, but their basic relationship tied on hate-love, anger-regret, and harshiness-pity rhythms remains uninfluenced because of love. Edmund's compromise with his brother and father can be thought to be the play's climax. This compromise derives from understanding and forgiveness, and develops into trascendence : the Eastern Nirvana.

국세통계로 본 글로벌 금융위기 이후 근로소득 불평등

최근 10 대 90 혹은 20 대 80의 격차가 확대되고 있다는 이른바 엘리트독식사회 혹은 세습중산층 담론이 확산된 바 있다. 이에 본고에서는 국세통계를 활용하여 글로벌 금융위기 이후 한국의 근로소득과 종합소득의 상위 10~20% 소득분포 변화를 중심으로 살펴보고, 이를 다른 소득계층의 소득분포 변화와 비교했다. 분석 결과 우리나라의 경우에 있어서는 상위 0.1~1%의 소득비중은 늘어나거나 변화가 없는 반면 상위 10~20%의 소득비중은 오히려 줄어들었고 나머지 소득계층과의 불평등도 역시 감소하였다. 전반적인 소득 불평등 지수와 양극화 지수의 개선에도 불구하고 상위 1%와 99%의 격차가 금융위기 이후 여전히 지속되고 있다.
