        발육,발달학 : 단기간의 70~80%RM Weight Training이 남자고교생의 1RM과 Insuline-Like Growth Factor-I에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of short term weight training(WT) on 1RM and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) in male high school students. Twenty subjects participated in this study from N high school in B metropolitan city. Participants were randomly allocated to experimental group(n=10) and control group(n=10). Experimental group conducted 85~100 minutes of WT which consist of 5 items with 6~8 repetition, 3sets, four days a week, and with 70 to 80% of RM for 12 weeks. The SPSS version 11.0 was used to analyze data. Gap between two groups was analyzed with t-test, and gap within two groups was identified by using paired t-test.The results of this study were as follows; 1. The level of blood plasma IGF-I was significantly increased in experimental group after the program, but there was no significant difference between groups.2. 1RM of squat, shoulder press, leg lunge, bench press, and dead lift were all significantly increased in experimental group after the program, and the experimental group was superior to the control group in whole items. In conclusion, these results indicate that resistance training leads to favorable changes on 1RM and IGF-Ⅰ in male high school students, however further studies should be performed with different exercise duration and exercise intensity.

        발육,발달학 : 60~70%RM Weight Training이 남자고교생의 학년별 골밀도 및 골대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify resistance training’s compatibility to bone mineral density, osteocalcin and alkaline phosphatase through comparisons and analyses of difference by groups and grades of N-male’s high school students located in B metropolitan city. The subjects participated in the experiment consisted of male exercise group(n=30) and control group(n=30), who were sampled by each 10 persons from each grade among grade 1, 2 and 3 and who were intentionally selected participants born within±1month(from May to July) of normalized June as the same date of birth in order to keep consistency between groups and grades. The application of resistance training program to the subject was performed according to experimental protocol of 50~60 minute in 3times/week during 8 weeks.The conclusions obtained from the above were as follows;Bone mineral densityThe 3rd grade in the increase of bone mineral density in lumbar total of exercise groups was superior to the 1st, 2nd grade, but there was no significant difference among all grade’s mineral density in femoral neck, trochanter, and Ward’s triangle. However, in main effects among grades and terms, the 3rd grade got better results than the 1st grade at left trochanter and the 1st grade’s got better ones that the 3rd grade’s at left Ward’s triangle. Osteocalcin and Alkaline phosphatase There was no significant difference in the increment among grades of osteocalcin and alkaline phosphatase in exercise group, but the main effects among grades and terms of osteocalcin were large in terms, and there were larger effects of alkaline phosphatase in the 1st grade than those in the 2nd and 3rd grade. Therefore, it is concluded that it was shown to take a positive change in all exercise group. It was shown that the most optimal term of resistance training in bone mass increase of lumbar total of bone mineral density is the 3rd grade and so is the 1st grade in alkaline phosphatase of bone metabolism.

        자연과학편 : Weight Training 실시 기간이 남자고교생의 골대사 마커에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 남자고등학생 40명을 4주 운동군, 8주 운동군, 12주 운동군, 통제군으로 10명씩 구분한 후, 그룹 기간별로 웨이트 트레이닝을 주 3회, 50~60분, 70~80%RM×3sets로 실시하여, 기간별, 그룹간 골대사 마커의 변화를 분석한 결과; Osteocalcin의 증가는 8, 12주 운동군에서 RT 기간이 길어질수록 우수하였고, 집단간에는 8주 후에는 4주, 통제군보다 8, 12주 운동군이, 12주 후에는 4주, 8주, 통제군보다 12주 운동군이 우수하였다. Alkaline ph- osphatase의 증가는 12주 운동군에서 사전과 4주 후보다 8, 12주 후가 우수하였고, 집단간 12주 후에는 4주, 8주, 통제군보다 12주 운동군이 우수하였다. Deoxypyridinoline의 감소는 12주 운동군에서 4,주, 8주, 12주 후가 사전보다 우수하였고, 집단간 12주 후에는 8주 운동군이 통제군과 4주 운동군보다, 12주 운동군은 8주 운동군보다 우수하였다. This study was to investigate the effects of effectiveness of weight training period in male high school students. Subjects participated in the experiment were consisted in 4weeks, 8weeks and 12weeks exercise group of weight training, and control group which sampled by each 10 persons who were intentionally selected totally 40 participants without significant difference on birth from second grade. The application of weight training program to the subjects was performed according to 50~60minutes, 70~80%RM, and 3times a week during 12 weeks. Variation of osteocalcin (OC), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), and deoxypyridinoline(DPD) among groups were analyzed with blood test. The conclusion obtained from the above was as follows; 1) 8weeks, 12weeks exercise group are superior to other groups in the increment of OC as RT's period is become longer. 8weeks, 12weeks exercise group are superior to 4weeks exercise group, control group after 8weeks, and 12weeks group is superior to 4weeks, 8weeks, and control group after 12weeks on variation of OC alone. 2) The quantitative increment of ALP in 8weeks, 12weeks are superior to preliminary and 4weeks in 12weeks exercise group, which is also superior to 4weeks, 8weeks, and control group after 12weeks on analyzed data of ALP. 3) The reduction of DPD to preliminary is inferior to 4weeks, 8weeks, and 12weeks periods in 12weeks exercise group alone. 8weeks exercise group is superior to 4weeks, control group after 12weeks. And 12weeks exercise group is superior to 8weeks exercise group after same duration.

        발육,발달학 : Barre 운동이 척추측만증 여고생의 유연성과 평형성, 척추측만증 개선에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine effects of the barre exercise on flexibility, balance and scoliosis. For the purpose, this researcher surveyed 110 girl students of N high school located in Busan Metropolitan City, and sampled 24 who were suffering from scoliosis or suspected to have the disease(10o or below). The sampled students were divided into the exercise and control groups, respectively consisting of 14 and 9 members. Then the former group was asked to participate in the barre exercise over 8 weeks, 3 sessions a week and 26 to 30 minutes a session.Results of the study can be summarized as follows.1. The exercise group was better in sit-and-reach test, closed-eyes foot balance test than the control group. 2. The x² analysis showed that the rate of spinal correction after the barre exercise was higher in the exercise group than in the other group.In conclusion, the girl students that went through the barre exercise, which consisted of basic balletic motions, showed improvements in physical fitness and scoliosis treatment. If widely used in the field of school education, such exercise program could greatly contribute to correcting adolescents’ physical postures.
