The ${\alpha}-In_2S_3:Co^{2+}$ single crystal with a good quality and stabilized property were gained successfully by the CTR(Chemical Transport Reaction)method. XRD analysis showed that the grown single crystals were cubic structure. The optical absorption spectra of ${\alpha}-In_2S_3:Co^{2+}$ single crystal showed impurity absorption peaks due to cobalt impurity. These impurity absorption pesks were assigned to the ligand transition between the split energy levels of $Co^{2+}$ ions sited in $T_d$ symmetry of these semiconductor host lattice.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how parents' income, goal, expectancy, and value affect their parents' child supporting behavior, and to understand the behavior of parents supporting their children of elite athletes. For this, the influence relations of parental supporting cost/time according to income, children's achievement level, parents' sports parenting objective, achievement expectancy, and task value were analyzed through simple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of the study, income and identity objective had an effect on supporting time. Income affected the supporting cost. Achievement expectancy had a moderating effect of income on supporting cost, and usefulness value had a moderating effect on income and relational objective. It is significant that it provided a quantitative basis for understanding parents' child supporting behavior. 이 연구의 목적은 부모와 관련된 배경적 요인, 목적, 기대 및 가치가 자녀지원행위에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 가구소득, 자녀의 성취수준, 부모의 스포츠양육 목적, 성취기대, 과제가치 변인에 따른 부모지원비용, 부모지원시간의 영향관계를 단순회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 가구소득과 정체성 목적은 자녀지원시간에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 가구소득은 자녀지원비용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성취기대는 가구소득의 자녀지원비용에 대한 정적인 조절효과를 나타냈고, 유용성 가치는 소득, 관계적 목적의 자녀지원비용에 대한 정적인 조절효과를 나타냈다. 이 연구는 엘리트스포츠에서 부모의 자녀지원행위를 이해하기 위한 정량적 근거를 제공했다는 의의가 있다.

벼 직파재배조건에 따른 입모율의 품종간 차이

국제미작연구소(IRRI)의 IRGC와 INGER유전자원에 대한 직파적성을 평가하기 위하여 다양한 직파조건으로 처리된 20개 시험에서 공통으로 공시된 대비품종군(8개 품종) 직파조건에 대한 입모반응을 검토하여 품종들의 유전적 특성으로 평가하고자 시험한 결과를 요약하면; 1. 직파조건에 따른 입모율의 품종, 파종시기, 이들의 상호작용 및 모든 처리간에 통계적인 유의성이 인정되었다. 2. 직파양식, 복토깊이, 파종기 등의 직파조건별 대비품종군의 품종간 입모반응은 거의 같은 경향으로 나타나서 품종의 특성으로 분류할 수 있었다. 3. 직파조건에 따른 평균 입모율의 품종간 차이는 ASD1 > IR50 > IR72 > Taothabi > Uplri5 > CO25 > Dula > Moroberakan순으로 높게 나타났다. 4. 건답직파(파종깊이 25mm, 50mm)에서 파종시기에 따른 입모율의 품종 간 차이는 ASD1과 Moroberakan 품종 간에는 모든 직파조건에서 유의한 차이를 보였으나 다른 품종들은 직파조건에 따라서 유의성 정도가 다소 상이하여 평균 입모율의 순서와 같은 경향이었다. The research was conducted to evaluate a different seedling establishment of rice germplasms which were obtained from the IRRI (International Rice Research Institute) under the direct seeded condition. There was highly significant difference in terms of statistical analysis among cultivars. The seedling establishment of cultivars tested was the highest with ASD1 > IR50 > IR72 > Taothabi > Uplri5 > CO25 > Dula > Moroberakan. The difference of seedling establishment among cultivars particular in dry condition was high between ASD1 and Moroberakan and other cultivars.

인터넷 소매유통업의 RFM 모델 기반 충성고객관리를 위한 웹서비스(WeLCM) 프레임웍

소매유통업에 있어 충성고객을 발견하고 효과적으로 관리하는 일은 마케팅 부서의 주요 관심사라고 할 수 있다. 최근 성숙된 유통 채널로 자리잡고 있는 인터넷 소매유통업도 다양한 마케팅 노력을 기울이고 있으며 그 성과가 기존 소매유통업 보다 클 것으로 기대하고 있는데 이는 인터넷 소매유통업이 기본적으로 디지털 기반 구조 하에 사업이 수행되기 때문이다. 그러나, 매출 규모가 확장됨에 따라 고객 관계가 보다 복잡해지고 거래 건수도 크게 확장되고 있는 인터넷 소매유통업은 전자적으로 이용 가능한 고객 관리 서비스를 필요로 하고 있다. 본 논문은 인터넷 소매유통업의 충성고객관리를 위한 웹서비스의 프레임웍 및 적용 사례를 제시하고 있다. 고객관리 웹서비스의 기본 모델은 전통적인 RFM분석에 기반을 두고 있는데 복잡한 충성고객관리 업무를 처리하는 에이전트를 제공한다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰이나 상점의 운영 시스템과 용이하게 통합될 수 있는 웹 서비스는 적은 비용으로 효과적인 고객 관리를 실현하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. In retail industry, it has been a major focus of marketing to identify and manage loyal customers effectively. Being established as a mature distribution channel, Internet retailing has launched various one-to-one marketing efforts and enjoyed much more fruitful outcome because it is founded on digitally enabled infrastructure. As more complicated and crowded transactions are expected, Internet retailing is in need of electronically available customer management services. This research presents architectural design of Web services for loyal customer management in Internet retailing. The fundamental models of the services are based on traditional RFM analysis. The Web services provide various agents that automate complicated loyal customer management tasks. beadily available Web services are expected to easily integrate into existing applications of any electronic retailers.

부모 관점에서의 자녀의 엘리트 스포츠 참여와 스포츠양육

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the participation as for elite athletes of children by focusing on the parent’s perspective and to understand the experience of parents in sports parenting. Method: For this purpose, data were collected by qualitative research method by in depth interview. The subjects of the study were ice sports, baseball, athletics, and handball. The research participants were 20 middle and high school athletes’ parents. Interviews were conducted from April to May 2019. Results: The results of the study are as follows. First, children’s ietel sports participation process was typed according to parent led club type, coach led type, child ledy pte, and parent intending type. Second, in the process of determining the career of a child as an athlete, th eparental permissive attitude and concession to the hope on the child appeared. In the process, it was influenecd by expectation and possibility shown by the child. Third, it was found that children’s athlete careersw ere influenced by various social circumstances . Fourth, parents had to pay for their children’s participation in elite sports and spare time for their children. Parents’ support and commitment are related to their identity. Fifth, parents experienced various stresses on supporting their children’s participation in elite sports. Conclusion: This study was conducted with parents as direct participantsin the socialization study of athletes. It is meaningful to present the process and types of career decisions to elite athletes in detail, and to describe their experiences and decisions from the parent’s perspective.

기업의 기업가적 성향이 기업 구성원의 조직 몰입도에 미치는 영향 분석

기업 전략경영연구로서의 기업가적 경향은 기업 성과 요인으로 활발히 연구되고 있는 분야이다. 기업가적 경향과 기업 성과의 관계에 대한 이해도를 높이기 위하여 많은 기업 관련 변수들이 연구되고 있고 있지만, 정작 기업 성과에 직접적으로 관여하는 기업 구성원들의 영향에 대해서는 아직 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구는 조직 가치 측면에서의 기업가적 경향이, 구성원 개개인의 기업가적 성향과 어떠한 상호작용을 하는 지 알아 본다. 대전에 위치한 17개의 벤처 기업을 대상으로 설문 조사를 통해 연구한 결과 기업의 혁신성과 자율성, 시장선도적 경향은 개인의 기업가적 성향에 유의한 영향을 미침을 확인 할 수 있었다.
