        관광객체험이 체험품질, 체험만족 및 애호도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 경주 지역을 방문했던 외국인 관광객을 대상으로 그들이 지각하는 관광체험의 종류가 체험품질에, 그리고 체험품질이 체험만족에, 체험만족이 애호도에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구들을 검토하여 연구변수들과 관련된 요인들을 찾아내어 실증분석을 위한 설문을 완성하고 외국인 관광객들로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 외국인 관광객들이 느끼는 교육체험이 그들이 느끼고 있는 몰입, 놀람, 참가, 및 재미 모두에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외국인 관광객들이 느끼는 체험품질 중 몰입, 놀라움, 및 재미가 체험만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 관광목적지로서의 경주는 외국인 관광객들이 선호하는 매력적인 관광목적지로서 갖추어야 할 관광상품의 개발이 필요하다고 하겠다. 즉, 경주는 몰입, 놀라움, 참가, 및 재미에 의거하여 관광체험 프로그램을 개발하여 외국인 관광객들을 만족시키고 고객애호도를 증가시켜야 할 것이다. This study identified how foreign tourists' experiences affected experiences quality, those are immersion, surprise, participation and fun and how these variables affected their experiential satisfaction in the setting of Gyeonju. This study also investigated how their experiential satisfaction affected loyalty intention. The research findings were as follows. Firstly, foreign tourists' educational experiences positively affected their experiential quality. Secondly, foreign tourists' immersion, surprise and fun of experiential quality positively influenced their experiential satisfaction. Based on these findings, marketer of Gyeongju should introduce or strengthen experiential quality.

      • 靑少年의 家族構造環境과 適應과의 關係 : 대구시내 남.여 고등학생을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between adjustment of adolescent students and family structural environment which is related to structure and member of family. The subjects of this study consists of 372 students which are enrolled at high schools in Daegu city. The instruments used in this study are family structural environment questionnaire and standardized adjustment test questionnaire. the former was made by authors and the latter was made by Mr. Ho-Kwon. Kim. The statistical method used in this study is one-way ANOVA and Duncan's Multiple Range Test is used as post-hoc comparison. Finding of this study are as follows ; 1. Family structural environment variables which have significant relationship with adjustment are number of sibling and father's schooling. 2. There is statistical difference in intersexual problem adjustments by the number of sibling. 3. There are statistical difference in social, future problem, health problem and individual problem adjustment by father's schooling.

        약물남용 청소년의 가족적 특성

        The purpose of this study was to identify the familial characteristics of drug abuse adolescents. The 828 subjects were selected from the second grade adolescents in middle and high schools and Juvenile Judge in the city of Taegu. The measurements were KOADAST 2, FACESⅢ, Parent-adolescent Communication Scale, and Parent Misbehavior Characteristics. Factor Analysis, Cronbach's α, MANOVA, and Scheffe′ test were conducted for the data analysis. The degree of drug-use hahit was divided into three groups by KODAST 2. Each group was named as drug inexprrienced, drug abused, and drug addicted group respectively. The major findings of this study were as follows : 1. In respect to parent-adolescent communication, the higher the degree of drug-use habit was, the higher insincerity, threatness, and assessment of parent- adolescent communication type was. 2. In respect to father's misbehaving characteristics, the higher the degree of drug-use habit was, the higher the degree of father's gambling and wantonness was. 3. In respect to mother's misbehaving characteristics, mothers of drug-abused group and drug-addicted group showed higher in incidences gambling, wantonness, drinking, and smoking than those of drug-inexperienced group. 4. In respect to family functioning, the higher the degree of drug-use habit was, the lower family cohesion was.

      • 치매노인의 기능장애와 부양자원이 부양스트레스에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate how the functional impairment of demented elderly and caregiving resources have an effect on the degree of caregiving stress. The subjects of this study were married daughters, daughters-in-law, and relatives who were caregiving to demented elderly. The 71 subjects were selected from the general hospital, specialized hospital for dementia, and welfare center in the city of Taegu. A questionnaire was used as survey method. The data were analysed through factor analysis, cronbach's α, frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, personalityㆍemotional and behavior impairment of demented elderly had an effect on caregiving stress of caregiver. Second, personal and family system resources of caregiver had an effect on the degree of stress in caring for demented elderly.

        高等學校에서의 家政科敎育 : 高等學校 家政科 單時授業의 設計

        The aim of this study is to apply lesson design of high school home economics to model which consists of six steps of instructional procedure among various models for instructional design. Through thesis, central content of each step was written as follow; 1) At the step of establishment of terminal instructional objectives, educational objectives and subject objectives of the Ministry of Education was used. 2) At the step of learning task analysis and statement of instructional objectives, terminal instructional objectives was analyzed and specific instructional objectives was extracted. 3) At the step of diagnosis of entering behavior, ability of prior learning and ability of preliminary learning were evaluated, which was used as establishing instructional strategy and doing individual guidance. 4) At the step of determining instructional strategy, instructional strategy should be extracted by considering instructional event which is adequate to content of instruction. Instructional strategy consist of five main factors, those are, activity of introduction of instruction, presentation of content of instruction and information, participation of learner and learning activity, identification of learning result, and subsequent treatment after evaluation. 5) Specific activity at the step of selection and development of instructional media consists of reidentification of instructional objectives, determination of learning type, drawing up instructional media analysis sheet, synthesis of selected media, and explanatory note of selected media. In order to increase efficiency of instruction at the step of determining instructional strategy, this step should be considered simultaneously. 6) The step of try-out and evaluation of instructional design should be efficient when designed instruction was inputted at class after evaluation of each step of instructional design. At the result of adopting lesson design by using method of systems approach above mentioned, author found several suggestions. 1) Although the step of learning task analysis is very important for instructional design, it requires too much specialty for teacher. Therefore, it is desirable for subject matter expert to suggest the step of learning task analysis systematically at each unit. 2) The program for individual guidance after classifying students into groups based on diagnosis results of entering behavior, should be developed. 3) Instructional media which can not be made and used simple on school practice should be improved by the help of expert of education and positive activity of home economics teacher. And by improvement of school environment, there shouldn't be any difficulties in using new instructional media. In this point, school administrator or the Ministry of Education should have thoughtful consideration. 4) Finally, expert of education, subject matter expert and teacher, all makes efforts, which lead to high instruction-learning efficiency.
