      • 家蠶卵의 催靑條件이 누에形質과 休眠에 미치는 影響

        家蠶의 2化性 越年卵 3品種을 催靑條件에서 低溫(15±3℃)의 明·暗과 高溫(25℃)의 明·暗으로 各各 催靑하여 桑葉育한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 催靑中 段階別의 蠶卵무게의 變化는 高溫과 明條件에서 무게의 感少가 많았다. 2. 幼蟲期의 眼蠶 體重은 全體的으로 보아 暗處理가 무거운 傾向이었다. 3. 全?重은 低溫과 高溫 모두 暗處理가 무겁고 또 低溫보다 高溫이 무거웠다. 4. ?層比率은 蠶118과 多寶蠶이 明處理에서 높았다. 5. 休眼卵蛾 比率에 있어서는 低溫 催靑에서 非休眼 卵蛾가 나타났으며, 蠶118과 多寶蠶은 蠶117보다 休眼率이 높았다. The bivoltine races of the silkworm, Jam 117, Jam 118 and Dabo-Jam were hatched under the condition of the long day(16 light hr and 8 dark hr) and continuous dark at low temperature(15℃)and high temperature(25℃). The larva of the bivoltine races wer reared on julberry leaves as usual. 1. The weight of eggs was decreased in long day condition and at high temperature(25℃)in batching stage. 2. The weight of molting larva tended to become heavier in continuous dark condition. 3. The single cocoon gained its weight in continuous dark condition either at high temperature(25℃)or at low temperature(15℃). 4. Coccon-layer ratio of Jam 118 and Dabo-Jam was increased in long day condition. 5. The non-dispause eggs appeared under the condition of low temperature of low temperature and diapause ratio of Jam 118 and Dabo-Jam was increased highly in contrast to Jam 117.

        This study was conducted to effect of mulching materials and fertilizer application level on Growth and Yield in potato. Mulching materials of Clear polyethylene film and Black plyethylene film, Fertilizer application level of Non-treatment, Chemistry fertilizer treatment, Compromise treatment, Fermentation Compost treatment was following, Percent emergence was increase vinyl mulched treatment plot, Stalk diameter and Fresh weight was increase clear polyethylene film+chemistry fertilizer treatment. Tuber Yield per 10a were significantly affected in the plot of clear polyethylene film+compromise treatment.

        장애인생활시설의 교육서비스 요구 분석

        The purpose of this study was to provide suggestions for the future 2year educational services based on the on-going education services for the persons with disabilities in the facilities. The results of the study were as follows. First, the facilities manly provided the persons with disabilities with the educational programs for improving basic functional skills in their daily living lives. Second, the recording data showed that average 2 out of 10 short-term plans were reached to above 80% of successful performance levels, and the rest of the 8 plans were reached to between 11% and 79% of the unsatisfactory levels.

        The anti-fingerprint coating agents, consist of a fluorinated macromer(F-macromer) were prepared by marcromonomer technique and hydrosilation reaction. The products were characterized by ¹H-NMR, differential scanning calorimetry. The surface properties of the anti-fingerprint coating agents were investigated by the contact and sliding angle measurement. The modified surface with the anti-fingerprint coating agents showed the extremely low surface free energy of a 10.09 dyn/cm and the sliding angle was smaller than that of commercial products. That is, The synthesised coating agents can be the good candidate for the water and oil repellent, soil release and anti -fingerprint application coating agent.

        This study focuses on Comparative of conventional Agriculture and Organic Farming Among various kinds of environmentally sound farming practices the organic and Conventional Agriculture practices are chosen for this study. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the technological systems of organic farming practice in order to find the possibility of extending such technological system to the general farmers. Compared with the general farming practices, the organic farming requires many special technologies. Among them, technologies relating to compost making, pest, insect and weed control are different from those fo general farming practices. New technologies for the improvement of organic farming practices are developed or and imported from abroad by the organic farming association. As far as technology development for the organic farming, many research organizations between the goals of technology development of the conventional and organic farming system. In other words, land productivity of the organic farming technological system is lower than that of the conventional farming technological system.

      • 흰쥐 태자의 눈 발생과정에서 형질전환성장인자-β_2 및 β_3 발현의 면역조직화학적 관찰

        The expression of the transforming growth factor(TGF)-β_2 and ·β_3 was studied in the eye of fetal rats by immunohistochemistry. The results obtained were as follows. The TGF-β_2 and·β_3 expressed in almost all parts of the eye, exhibited the localization in the same areas as well as the localization specific to each isoforms, which indicated the roles of TGF-β_2 and TGF-β_3 were partly dependent on each other. TGF-β_2 showed the characteristic expression pattern in neuroepithelial layer of retina and les cell. TGF-β_3 showed characteristic expression in pigment layer of retina as well as in lens cell. TGF-β_2 exhibited strong and characteristic expression pattern and seemed to have more important role than TGF-β_3 in eye formation. In summary, the expression of TGF-β_2 and·β_3 in the development of the eye was observed in almost all parts, such as iris, lens, retina, and aqueous humor and seemed to play a role in the formation of eyes at fetal life.

        볼 베어링의 결함검출을 위한 Adaptive Line Enhancer의 적용

        The early detection of the bearing defects in rotating machinery is very important since the critical failure of bearing causes a machinery shutdown. However it is not easy to detect the vibration signal caused by the initial defects of bearing because of the high level of random noise. A signal processing technique, called the adaptive line enhancer(ALE) as one of adaptive filter, is used in this study. This technique is to eliminate random noise with little a prior knowledge of the noise and signal characteristics. Also we propose the optimal methods for selecting the three main ALE parameters such as correlation length, filter order and adaptation constant. Vibration signals for three abnormal bearings, including inner and outer raceways and ball defects, were acquired by Anderon(angular derivative of radius on) meter. The experimental results showed that ALE is very useful for detecting the bearing defective signals masked by random noise.

      • 水盜作에서 親環境農業 定着을 위한 오리 및 왕우렁이 農法의 可能性 分析

        Concerns on use of excess amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide in current farming system turns both of the producer and consumer of agricultural products to an organic farming which use a less chemicals and more natural manure. Possibility Analysis of Pond-snail and Duck Faming for Environment-friendly Agriculture in paddy field. Depression effect of weed occurrence by pasture of 5kg of the Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) per 10a and the 7th day after transplanting. Optimum duck rasing density in rice paddy field was was 25~30 heads per 10a and ducks could be harvested three times in a year starting from 40 days after mature-seedling machine transplanting. The weed control rate of the duck raised paddy field was superior to the conventional agriculture. Yield per 10a of the duck raised and pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) farming was inferior to conventional agriculture. The earnings of The Duck and Pond-snail farming realize a profit. From these results, it seems that the Organic farming are usefel and pasture of the Duck, Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) for depression of the weed occurrence is effective as the environmental perservation farming.
