        옥타코사놀 투여가 태권도 선수의 단기간 체중 감량 시 혈중 피로물질, 면역글로불린에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고등학교 남자태권도 선수 21명을 대상으로 옥타코사놀 섭취에 따른 단기간 체중감량 시 혈중 피로물질면역글로불린에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 6일간 동일한 합숙훈련을 하였으며 옥타코사놀 섭취감량군과 비섭취 감량군은 점차적으로 칼로리를 줄이는 식사제한을 통해 자기체중의 5% 이상 감량하였다. 옥타코사놀은 오전ㆍ오후로 나누어 식 후 30분에 20 ㎎씩 섭취시켰으며 비섭취 감량군과 통제군은 같은 방법으로 위약을 섭취시켜 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 젖산과 암모니아는 옥타코사놀 섭취감량군이 유의하게 감소하였으며 집단 간 비교에서는 비섭취 감량군과 통제군보다 유의하게 감소하였다. 2. 젖산탈수소효소는 비섭취 감량군과 통제군이 감량 후 유의하게 증가하였다. 3. 면역글로불린 IgA, IgG는 모든 집단에서 증가한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of octacosanol and Taekwondo program on the fatigue substance, immunoglobulin after short term weight loss 21 male Taekwondo players. They were stay in a camp training together 6 days from same exercise and Octacosanol group and weight loss group is reduced over 5% weight loss by diet calorie restriction decrease gradually. Octacosanol intaked 2 times 20 ㎎ after a meal. Control and weight loss group intaked placebo drug. The conclusions obtained from the above were as follow: Blood Fatigue Substance As lactate, The intra-group comparison decreased octacosanol group after loss weight. The between groups comparison, octacosanol group was superior to control and weight loss group. As lac-tate dehydrogenase, control and weight loss group increased after weight loss. As ammonia, The intra-group comparison decreased octacosanol group after loss weight. The between groups comparison, octacosanol group was superior to control and weight loss group. Immunoglobulin As IgA, IgG The intra-group comparison increased all group. As IgM, The were no significant differences between group. In conclusion, these results indicate that intake octacosanol after loss weight positive effects on the fatigue substance, Immunoglobulin for male Taekwondo players. After this study, We need to study about multilateral research for weight players.

        기체조와 두유섭취가 중년여성들의 신체조성, 혈청지질, 성선자극호르몬에 미치는 영향

        부산에 거주하는 Y1동의 45-60세 중년여성40명을 대상으로 기체조와 두유(360 ml)를 12주 섭취하여 대조군(12명:A), 기조체군(14명:B), 기체조+두유군(14명:C)으로 분류하여 운동 전 후에 측정한 신체조성, 혈중지질, 성선자극호르몬에 대한 결과 신체조성 중 weight, percent fat, fat mass, muscle mass, BMI 의 측정결과는 weight, percent fat, fat mass 에 대한 집단간의 변화에서 대조군이 기체조군과 기체조+두유군보다 각 각 유의한 증가를 나타냈고, T-C의 집단내의 변화에서 대조군은 사전보다 사후에서 유의하게 증가했고(p<.05), 기체조군은 사전보다 사후보다 유의하게 감소했으며(p<.05), HDL-C의 집단내의 변화에서 기체조군과 기체조+두유섭취군이 사후에서 증가했고, LDL-C의 집단 내에서 기체조군과 기체조+두유섭취군이 사후에서 감소했고, 집단간의 유의도는 나타나지 않았다. 이상과 같이 기체조와 두유섭취가 중년여성들의 weight, percent body fat, fat mass의 문제를 감소시키는데 긍정적인 효과이며, 또한 콜레스테롤문제 해결에도 도움이 되리라 사료된다. 그리고 중년여성들의 생리주기를 파악하여 FSH, LH 혈중치 변화를 정확히 규명하여 중년여성들의 건강과 행복된 삶을 영유할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Gi exercises and soybean milk supplement on the body composition and the physiological parameters including blood level of lipids and related hormones in middle-aged women. The Gi exercise program was composed of warming-up(10 min), main exercise(40 min) and cooling-down(10 min). The 40 middle-aged women between 40 and 60 years old were divided into four groups; the control group(12 women), the Gi exercise group(14 women), the soybean milk supplement group(11 women), and the Gi exercise group with soybean milk supplement(14 women). The Gi exercise program was applied three times a week and two packs of the soybean milk per day were given. The result of this study was as follows 1. The control group showed the increase of body weight, percent body fat, and fat mass than other groups. 2. The blood level of T-C was increased in the control group and the Gi exercise group and exercise with supplemented group were decreased 3. The blood level of HDL-C was significantly decreased in the control group than other groups. 4. The blood level of LDL-C was significantly increased in the control group than other groups. 5. The level of TG were not significantly changed in all groups 6. The follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) hormone levels were not significantly changed in all study groups

        12주간의 태권도와 칼슘 섭취가 남자 초등학생의 체격, GH 및 IGF-1에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 남자초등학교 4학년생 중 태권도 유품자(1~2품)로서 태권도칼슘섭취군(8명), 태권도군(8명), 대조군(8명) 총 24명을 대상으로 하였다. 태권도와 칼슘 섭취가 남자초등 학생의 체격, 성장호르몬 및 IGF-1에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 운동 강도 RPE (7~15), 운동빈도 주 5회, 1회 50분의 지속시간으로 12주간 실시하였다. 칼슘은 1일 1회 저녁에 750 ㎎을 섭취시킨 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 신장은 집단 내 세 그룹 모두 유의하게 증가하였지만 집단 간에서는 대조군에 비해 태권도군과 태권도칼슘섭취군이 유의하게 증가하였다. 성장호르몬은 대조군이 유의하게 감소하였으며 태권도군과 태권도칼슘섭취군은 대조군에 비해 유의하게 증가하였다. IGF-1은 집단 내 태권도군과 태권도칼슘섭취군이 유의하게 증가하였으며 집단 간에서는 대조군에 비해 태권도군과 태권도칼슘섭취군이 유의하게 증가하였다. 이상의 결과를 통해 초등학생에게 태권도프로그램과 칼슘 섭취는 신장과 체중, 성장호르몬 및 IGF-1에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 향후 적절한 태권도프로그램개발과 운동처방 및 영양섭취에 대한 지속적인 연구가 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Taekwondo and calcium intake on physique, growth hormone and IGF-1 in elementary school male students. 24 subjects who the fourth grade and Taekwondo black belt (1~2 poom) were classified into three groups; Taekwondo +calcium intake group (8), Taekwondo group (8) and control group (8). The period of Taekwondo was 12 weeks, 5 times a week and each time 50 minutes with RPE (7~15) for intensity were treated and subjects were given calcium at 750 ㎎ of pill after dinner a day during the 12 weeks. The conclusions of this study are as follows; In the comparison within each group, three groups all significantly increased in body height but in the comparison between groups, A and B groups were more significantly increased in body height than C. C significantly decreased in growth hormone and in the comparison between groups, A and B groups were more significantly increased in growth hormone than C. In the comparison within each group, A and B significantly increased in IGF-1 and in the comparison between groups, A and B groups were more significantly increased in IGF-1 than C. It is considered that Taekwondo and calcium intake give effects to body height by increasing growth hormone and IGF-1. It is necessary to continue the study, because the study results of growth hormone and IGF-1 are various by training method, intensity, nutrition.

        저강도 treadmill 운동이 streptozotocin 유도 당뇨쥐의 혈당, 인슐린 및 지질 농도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 streptozotocin으로 당뇨병을 유도하는 조건들을 농도에 따른 변화를 관찰하고, 적절한 조건에서 당뇨쥐에서의 저강도의 treadmill 운동이 체중과 혈중의 당, 인슐린 및 지질의 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 실험 I에서 STZ 주사량이 40 mg/mg으로 높아질수록 정상군에 비해 혈당이 유의하게 증가하고, 반대로 체중과 인슐린 농도는 상대적으로 감소하였다. 실험II에서 STZ 주사를 한 모든 군에서 혈당이 유의하게 증가하지만 BE군은 C군에 비해 그 증가율이 유의하게 억제되었으며, 운동이 인슐린 농도와 혈중지질 농도를 정상적으로 유도하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 당뇨 유발 전부터 운동을 실시한 경우 그 효과가 더욱 유의하게 나타났으며, 앞으로 당뇨 유발의 정도와 운동 빈도 및 강도와 관련된 더욱 많은 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. Exercise is beneficial to the diabetic patients and streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat has been used for the study of exercise effect. The purpose of this study was to establish the optimal condition of induction of hyperglycemic diabetic rat using streptozotocin and to examine the preventive effect of treadmill exercise on the diabetic rat before and after streptozotocin injection. Intraperitoneal injection of increasing amount of streptozotocin up to 40 mg/kg dose-responsively induce hyperglycemic diabetic rat and inversely reduced the blood insulin level. Body weight was also gradually reduced with the increasing amount of streptozotocin. Control and diabetic rats exercised for 4 weeks before streptozotocin injection. The exercise was performed in the treadmill for 25 minutes a day and 5 times a week with low intensity (0 degree tilt, 15 m/min velocity). Following streptozotocin injection, the blood glucose level was measured every week and the rat was sacrificed after 4 weeks to measure the concentration of insulin and blood lipids. The blood levels of glucose and insulin was significantly reduced with exercise before streptozotocin injection, while those were not changed after streptozotocin injection. The levels of blood lipids such as total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and triglyceride were close to normal control rats. From this study, researchers found the optimal condition of preparation of streptozotocin-induced hyperglycemic diabetic rat, and the mild treadmill exercise has beneficial effect on preventing hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia. Thus, even low intensive running prevent not only diabetes but also diabetic vascular complications.

        태권도선수의 단기간 체중감량이 체력과 혈중 전해질 농도에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate whether the short-term weight loss had an effect on physical fitness and blood electrolytes in high school Taekwondo players. Sixteen subjects were selected by intentional sampling method, and divided into two groups of eight, test group and control group. All the subjects physical fitness and blood electrolytes before and after weight loss. Test group had to lose their weight by 5% for 6 days. Control group didn`t have to lose their weight. After 6 day, both group members` physical fitness and blood electrolytes density were measured. The results of the test are as following; 1. In the change of physical fitness before and after weight loss, there was significant decreased in muscle endurance of test group. 2. In the change of blood electrolytes density before and after weight loss, there was significant increased on Na^+, K^+, Cl^-, Mg^++ and so on. The results of this study suggest that the Taekwondo players short term weight loss more than 5% in their weight is possibility that decreaing of muscle endurance, unbalance of water and acid-base has a negative influence on their health and game. But because of contrary conclusion It is necessary that we must achieve continuative study.

        자연과학편 : 24주간 유산소 복합 운동이 중년여성의 신체조성, 렙틴, 총 콜레스테롤 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중년 여성들을 대상으로 비만과 골다공증 예방과 개선을 위한 운동 프로그램 효과 분석을 위해 연령이 40세 이상인 중년여성을 각각 7명씩 통제군과 운동군으로 나누어 24주간 주 5일 1일 60분간 유산소 복합 운동을 실시하였다. 운동 전후에 신체조성, 렙틴, 총 콜레스테롤 및 골밀도를 측정하였으며, 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 24주 후 통제군에서는 체지방률 및 체지방량은 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났고(p<0.001), 렙틴(leptin)농도와 총 콜레스테롤(total cholesterol)은 증가하였으나 유의차는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경골의 골밀도에서도 감소하였으나 유의차는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 운동군에서는 체지방률 및 체지방량은 줄었으나 유의차는 없는 것으로 나타났고, 렙틴농도는 유의하게 감소(p<0.05)한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경골의 골밀도는 유의하게 증가(p<0.05)시킨 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 유산소 복합운동이 렙틴 및 골밀도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of exercise program for the prevention and improvement of obesity and osteoporosis. Women in forties age & over were divided into two groups, exercise group and control group with each 7 women. Before and after the complex of aerobic exercise for 24 weeks, body composition, leptin, total cholesterol and bone mineral density were analyzed . After 25 weeks, %fat and total body fat were significantly increased in control group (p<0.001). Leptin and total cholesterol were increased, but it was not significant. And bone density was decreased, but it was not significant. In other side, in exercise group, %fat and total body fat were decreased, but they were not significant. And leptin level was decreased significantly(p<0.05) and bone density was increased significantly(p<0.05). In conclusion, it was checked that the complex of aerobic exercise has positive effect on leptin and bone mineral density.
