      • 양식넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)의 생리조건에 미치는 연속적인 수온 급강하의 영향

        Physiological responses of cultured olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) on lowering seawater temperature sharply and continuously were studied with 4 experiments of temperature changes (Exp.Ⅰ∼Ⅳ). In Exp.Ⅰ, the temperature was decreased from 18℃ to 9℃ by the rate of 1℃/hr, thereafter back to the initial temperature after 5 days. With the same conditions of temperature rate and 5 days interval, the temperature changes for Exp. Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 20℃ to 17℃, 23℃ to 14℃ and 23℃ to 17℃, respectively. Serum cortisol and glucose were measured during whole experiments. Hematocrit(Ht), hemoglobin(Hb), red blood cell(RBC), and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) were measured in the Exp.Ⅰ, and osmolality, electrolytes(Na^+, Cl^-, Ka^+, Ca^2+), total protein, aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) of serum, in Exp.Ⅱ∼Ⅳ. Serum cortisol levels were significantly increased by the lowering temperature sharply during whole experiments, while serum glucose levels were increased only in Exp.Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Ht, RBC and Hb were decreased as the water temperature was lowered, but MCHC was increased. The serum osmolality was reduced and the unstable changes of electrolytes were shown by the changes of seawater temperature. No significant changes in total protein, ALT and AST activity were observed.

        KAERI 부지 주변의 환경선량 측정을 위한 온라인 감마선량 감시시스템

        환경감마선량 변동을 감시하기 위해 한국원자력연구소 부지 주변에 온라인 감마선량 감시망을 구성하였다. 모니터링 포스트에 설치된 전리함 검출기에 의해 측정된 자료는 무선전송방식으로 중앙통제소에 전송되어 실시간으로 감시된다. 무선전송 방식은 자료의 전송, 처리 및 자자에 신뢰도가 높고 경제적이었다. 감시시스템은 급격한 선량증가시 조기경보체제와 연결할 수 있게 하였다. On-line gamma monitoring system around KSERI-site was set up to monitor the radiation fluctuations in environment. Data on gamma exposure rates measured by the ionication chamber in the monitoring posts are transmitted to a computer of central control station with radio telemetry transmission and reliable on handing and storing of data. This monitroing system can triger an early warning system in the event of abnormal radiation levels.

        평활근 증식과 점액성 기질 변화를 보인 사구맥관근종 1 예

        Glomus tumors are benign neoplasms that are derived from modified smooth muscle cells known as glomus cells. Histologically, it can be subdivided as glomus tumor proper, glomangioma, and glomangiomyoma according to relative proportions of components. Glomangiomyomas are the least frequent type and their overall architectural pattern may resemble glomus tumor proper or glomangioma, but there is a gradual transition from glomus cells to elongated mature smooth muscle cells. This transition is most obvious in the region surrounding large vessels. We present a case of glomangiomyoma of the left upper arm and the left fourth finger, in which ten-year history of two painful, bluish-colored subcutaneous nodules. On histologic examination, this case showed marked smooth muscle cell proliferation around large vessles and mucinous stromal change. (Korean J Dermatol 2001;39(10) 1147-1151)

        광중합형 구치부 수복재료의 중합수축량과 중합수축력

        The purpose of present study was to evaluate the polymerization shrinkage stress and amount of linear shrinkage of composites and compomers for posterior restoration. For this purpose, linear polymerization shrinkage and polymerization stress were measured. For linear polymerization shrinkage and polymerization stress measurement, custom made Linometer (R&B, Daejon, Korea) and Stress measuring machine was used (R&B, Daejon, Korea). Compositers and compomers were evaluated; Dyract AP (Dentsply Detrey, Gumbh, German) Z100 (3M Dental Products, St. Paul, USA) Pyramid (Bisco, Schaumburg, USA) Synergy Compact (Coltene, Altstatten, Switzerland), Heliomolar (Vivadent/Ivoclar, Liechtenstein), and Compoglass (Vivadent Ivoclar/Liechtenstein) were used. 15 measurements were made for each material. Linear polymerization shrinkage or polymerization stress for each material was compared with one way ANOVA with Tukey at 95% levels of confidence. For linear shrinkage ; Heliomolar, Surefil<Synergy Compact, Z100<Dyract AP<Pyramid, Compoglass F (p<0.05) For Shrinkage stress ; Heliomolar < Z100, Pyramid<Synergy Compact, Compoglass F<Dyract AP<Heliomolar HB, Surefil (p<0.05)

        신규로 건설된 군 위댐 호내 어류 군집 및 생태적 특성에 관한 연구

        To secure water resources, dams are normally constructed on the upper - middle part of streams, and it generates physical disturbances such as habitat alteration and stream fragmentation. Such construction can restrict movement of aquatic organisms, especially for freshwater fish which is one of top predator in aquatic ecosystem, and cause genetic fragmentation and community change. In this study, to investigate impact of habitat alteration after dam construction on freshwater fish, we monitored fish community changes, and compared fish fauna between dam reservoir and inflows. Additionally, movement characteristics and habitat boundaries of four species were identified by radio telemetry method. The study was conducted in the Gunwi Dam which was constructed in December 2010. Radio telemetry was applied to Pungtungia herzi, Zacco platypus (living lotic and lentic), Silurus asotus (lentic preferred species) and Zacco koreanus (lotic preferred species). The number of species was remarkably decreased (4 family, 10 species) comparing with before the dam construction (7 family, 15 species). Specifically, Coreoleuciscus splendidus, Niwaella multifasciata, Liobagrus mediadiposalis, Coreoperca herzi and Odontobutis platycephala that inhabit in the lotic environment were not collected in the study area. A total of 8 species were caught in both the dam reservoir and tributaries except 2 species (C. auratus and S. asotus). Sorenson``s similarity between the reservoir and its tributaries was high (0.842). All of the radio tagged species stayed in the reservoir except S. asotus which moved to the tributary. These species mainly utilized the shallow littoral zone as a habitat. These results could be useful as a baseline data for efficient management of fishes in lakes.

        열적 변화를 이용한 실내환경 가스의 분류

        단일 기판위에 온도측정용 Pt 박막과 Pt 히터 그리고 가스 감지를 위하여 순수한 SnO_2 박막과 Pt가 첨가된 SnO_2박막을 설계하고 제작하였다. 제작된 소자는 실내환경가스인 이산화탄소, 프로판 그리고 부탄의 분류에 응용되었다. 동작 온도를 가변하기 위하여 히터의 입력 전압을 사다리꼴로 인가하면서 SnO_2 감지막의 반응특성과 실내환경가스들에 대한 분류여부를 조사하였다. 감지막 반응특성곡선에서 여러 변수들을 추출한 후 주성분분석(principal component analysis : PCA)을 통하여 가스 분류 특성을 검증하였다. Two SnO_2 based sensing films(pure SnO_2 and SnO_2/Pt) and a Pt thin film for temperature sensor on an alumina substrate were designed and fabricated for classifying the indoor environmental gases. By controlling the heating power in the shape of trapezoid, unique four sensing response curves created from both SnO_2 film and SnO_2/Pt film. Then, various parameters were extracted from sensing response curves and carried out principal component analysis(PCA). The results confirm that a sensor array with the proposed operating mode was extremely effective in classifying indoor environmental gases such as CO_2, C_3H_8, C_4H_10.

        The purpose of this study is to present an improved the construction method of slab form combined with ceiling finish. The current integration construction method has some waste factors ; unnecessary process, rework, time & cost waste. Therefore the study applied the value stream analysis methodology for efficient improvement of current process. The main contents of the study are as follows ; 1) Waste factors of current process were analyzed through current state mapping(CSM). 2) An improved process was suggested through future state mapping(FSM). 3) Cost reduction effect by process improvement was also analyzed. The study recommends that development of technique to eliminate waste factors and application of the construction method of slab form combined with ceiling finish should be increased.

        A theoretical model of stress and athletic injury is presented. The purpose of this paper is to propose a framework for the prediction and prevention of stress-related injuries that includes cognitive, physiological, attentional, behavioral, interpersonal, social, and stress history variables. Development of the model grew from a synthesis of the stress-illness, stress-accident, and stress-injury literatures. The model and its resulting hypotheses offer a framework for many avenues of research ingo the nature of injury and reduction of injury risk. Other advantages of the model are that it addresses possible mechanisms behind the stress-injury relationship and suggests several specific interventions that amy help diminish the likelihood of injury. The model also has the potential of being applied go the investigation of injury and accident occurrence in general.

        It shows that a variety of side effects result from the housing-supply policy focused in quantity. In a rental apartment for the low-income group, a shortage of maintenance cost in facilities become aggravated. The rapid progress of obsolete leads the lessor to the economic loss as well as a baneful influence to national economy. Also, the maintenance skill brings inadequacy by reason of technique development focused on new construction. As a result, the cost which needs for maintenance should get accomplished to application toward economy analysis and attempt considered management and financial affairs. Simultaneously, it should keep and administer a lot of data of maintenance affairs during life cycle in apartment and set up the way for aiding the situation of maintenance process.

      • Ni기 초내열 합금의 일방향응고한 공정 복합 재료의 열적 안정성

        Ni/Ni3AI-Ni3Nb(γ/γ' -δ), Ni-Ni3Nb(γ-δ) eutectic composite were unidirectionally solidified and the effect of interlamellar spacing on microstructural stability at high temperature, hardness variation with growth rate was studied. The interlamellar spacing(λ) in superalloy eutectic compoites was varied with the growth rate(R) according to "λ2R=Constant" relationship. From the results of isothermal heat treatments for superalloy eutectic composites used in this study, it could be seen that the microstructural stability at high temperatures improves as the interlamellar spacing increases. The hardness improved as the growth rate increased.
