          • 韓日水産系 學校 實習船의 構造와 運航管理 : 群山大學敎 實習船을 中心으로

            In order to introduce the training ship building technology of the advanced country to the training ship which is constructed by the ADB educational loan project, I had studied the structure of the newly built training ship of Kunsan National University comparing with Shin Yo Maru, training ship of Tokyo Fisheries University in Japan. Futhermore, I had inverstigated the aspect of operation and maintenance of Inchon and Daechon fisheries high school training ship comparing with the 8 Japanese high school training ship. The results were as follows 1. The structure of newly built training ship. 1)The newly built training ship is 62m in perpendicular length, so it is necessary to install the bow thruster for the fine maneuvering such as the oceanographic observation and entrance and exit to port. 2)It is required that the number of officer's rest room reduce with 2∼3 places through the common use, and student's bath room and store for the spare parts have to intall more than 1∼2 places additionally. 3)Line hauler which is installed on the starboard of the fore deck is requested to move on the starboard of upperdeck of wheel house behind because it is very difficult to operate when rough sea. 4)The space room of wireless mom is too large comparing the purpose of use, so it is necessary to make another directions for use. 2.Training on board of fisheries high school and management of training ship. 1)Inchon and Daechon fisheries high school's high school trainings were scheduled to the off shore trawl and tuna long - Line training in the pacific ocean. 2)On the Individual training days, Daechon and Inchon fisheries high schools assigned the training period for 24days, but Japanese fisheries high schools were scheduled the long period for 1-2months on the purpose of the individual skill 3)Kun san fisheries college has possessed the training ship with the age of 20 years more, and the period of decking for preservation of hull and engine maintenance was 30days per year. On the contrary, Japanese fisheries high school's training ships were not exceeded the age of 14 years, and the period of docking was 60∼110 days through the 2∼3 times per year.

            The authors carried out an experiment to measure the hydrodynamic resistance of the gear and the efficiency of otter board of the midwater trawl, which is the same used in the former experiment in this series of studies. The whole ressistance of the gear was measured by a 1Oton scale recording tension meter and the resistance of net by a 2ton scale underwater recording tension meter, and they were analyzed into the shearing force and the drag with relevant factors determined in the former experiments. The results obtained can be summarized as follows: 1. The whole drag of gear T(kg) and the drag of net Rn(kg) can be expressed as T=2.15v1.12 Rn=I.96v1.01(v: towing speed in m/sec) 2. The formula of estimating the drag of net deduced by Koyama's method can be expressed as RN=4.3d/ladv 3. The shearing force and the drag of otter board is about 19 to 22% and 5 to 7% of the drag of net, respectively. Whereas, the shearing coefficient and the drag coefficient calculated by the resistance and the opening of gear are 1.5 and 0.42, respectively.

            I. The supply of protein, carbon hydrate, fat in the material of food were plentiful for surplus the 2 -3.9 times on the level of food stuff, but vitamim 82, C, were rack of the required standards of food stuff. II. The calories of supplied food was 3,060.61 Kcal in the early stage of voyage, 3,142 Kcal in the middle stage the voyage, 3,021 Kcal in the last stage of voyage mean 3,074.64 Kcal similarly. III. As to the calories of intake. The crew(3,266.4 Kcal) was higher than the cadet(2,829.8 Kcal). The calories of intake was small to the end stage of voyage to the cadet. IV. The difference of the calories of consumtion and intake was 2.10% in the case of crew, 4.25% in the case of cadet, mean 3.175 % similarly. V. The supply of freshwater was plentiful and the variation of body weight is no account for the crew but the cadet is decreased 1.2kg a man at the last disembarkation day. VI. The 3rd rule for food stuff supply as to the 74th rules seamans Act were desireable to amend according to the nutrition level of nutrtion recommended amount.

            This paper is a part of the study on Korean traditional salt-fermented Aquatic products in old literature. The kinds and different names are based upon the materials used for salt-fermentation of fish studied by analysising the 68 books of the old literature, which were written from 1236 to 1945. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. Pickled fish are divided into 26 species. called 88 different names. 2. Pickled sea fish are divided into 19 species and 48 different names, while river fish are 7 and 20. 3. The other pickled are present 20, including the fish sauce and fish-meat sauce. 4.             In order to get the basic data of primary productivity. the distribution of chlorophyll-a and phytoplankton in the vicinity of Chulpo sea area were carried out from April to December 1996. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was in the range of 1.54 - 3.95 mg/ m'(2.39 mg/ m L It was relatively lower than the other west sea area. A total of 93 phytoplankton taxa including 80 diatoms were identified from all samples collected. The dominant species of diatoms were Chaetoceros costatus, Coscinodiscus asteromphalus, Nitzshia pacifica, Thalassiosira exentrica, 1'. pacifica in the spring, C. costatus, Thalassionema nitzschioides, T. exentrica, T. pacifica, Thalassiothrix frauenfeldii in the summer, C. ajfinis, C. compressus, C. asteromphalus, Skeletonema costatum, T. nitzschioides, T. subtilis, T. frauenfeldii in the autumn and C. compress us, C. asteromphalus, Rhizosolenia stolterforthii, T. nitzschioides, T. pacifica, T. frauenfeldii in the winter. The total standing crop of phytoplankton samples was 438,280-986,940 cells/f in the spring, 326,760-896,250 cells/f in the summer, 398,740-945,560 cells/f in the autumn and 238,940-681,390 cells/f in the winter.

            The effects of exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) on the characteristics of combustion, and SFC is experimentally investigated by four-cylinder, four-cycle and direct injection marine diesel engine. In order to reduce the soot contents in the recirculated exhaust gas to intake system of the engines, a soot removal system with a cylindrical-type scrubber which has water injector (it has 4 nozzles in 1.0 mm diameter) is specially designed and manufactured for the experimental system. The investigated results as follows. (1) The range of fluctuation in SFC is under 2.5% and larger at high load - high EGR rate than low load - low EGR rate. (2) The combustion pressure in cylinder is decreased with increasing EGR rate and decreasing rate is larger with increasing load. (3) Ignition is delayed with increasing EGR rate and it's term is longer with increasing load. (4) The accumulated quantity of heat release is slightly decreased with increasing EGR rate and the tendency of maximum rate of heat release is not constant.

            The main purpose of the present study is to understand distribution area, morphological features and classification of various kinds of cercaria. Six kinds of cercaria were detected through the examination of about ten species of Gastropods in the vicinity sea of Sol-ri, the estuary of the Keun river of the Yellow Sea from September, 1996 to August, 1997. The mean seawater temperatures of the study area ranged from TC in January and 32°C in August. Cercaria isoninae was found in Neverita didyma, with the maximum infection rate of 14.2% and the anual average rate of 4.9%. Cercaria yamaguti was found in Cerithidea rizophorarum and Niotha livescens and their average anual infection rates were 13.0% and 4.6%, respectively. The maximum infection rate of Cerithidea rizophorarum was 31 % in August and in Niotha livescens was 10% in April. respectively. Cercaria tympanotoni was detected in the gonad of Mitrella bicincta, with the anual average rate of 0.5%. Cercaria opthalmoechinata was in Monodonta labeo and the anual infection rate was 16.8%. these parasites reached the maximum rate of 48% in April and the minium of 3.0% in January. Cercaria of Acanthoparyphium sp. was found in Batiliaria multifomis, and the mean anual infection rate was 6.48%.Cercaria pseudogranifera was found in Rapana thomasiana, and the infection rate was 2.1 %.             This paper is a party of the study on Korean traditional salt - fermented Aquatic products in the old literature. The kinds and different names are based upon materials of Korean fish pickled studied by analysising the 68 old literatures, which was written from 1236 to 1945. The results of this paper can be summerized as follows; 1. There are 75 different kinds pickled Aquatic products, called them 245 names. (plan to report in the 2nd party excepting Crustacea) 2. Raw materials of 75 kinds of Korean traditional salt - fermented Aquatic products are devided roughly into 6 groups. (1) Crustacea in 11 kinds (2) Scaphopoda, Presthobnachia and Pelecypoda(SheHfish) in 10 kinds (3) Fishes guts in 5 kinds (4) Ceparopoda in 5 kinds (5) Protochorda(fishes) and their eggs in 31. 12 kinds repectively (6) Others. They can a]so be shared more. 1) Crustacea in crabs, shrimps and their roes. 2) Shellfish in oysters and crams. 3) Guts all 4) Ceparoda 5) Protochorda in fishes and eggs. 6) others 3. Crustacea classified into 11 kinds, pickled crabs in 5 kinds. 4 pickled shrimps and two(one unconfirmed) pickled roes. 4. Pickled crabs and shrimps are called 33 and 35 different names, respectively. 5. A salt - fermented shrimp roe's shown from Domoondejack.

            In order to get the basic data of primary productivity, the distribution of chlorophyll-a and phytoplankton in the vicinity of Daesan sea area were carried out from April to October 1996. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was in the range of 1.82-3.97 mg/m¹(2.44 mg/m¹). It was relatively lower than the other west sea area. A total of 90 phytoplankton taxa induding 77 diatoms were identified from all samples collected. The dominant species of diatoms were Asterionella japonicus, Cmetoceros affinis, Coscinodiscus asterompfrJius, Skeletonema costatum in the spring, Asterionella gracia/is, Cmetoceros affinis, Coscinodiscus radiatus, C. radiatus, Skeletonema costatum in the summer, Coscinodiscus centra/is, Skeletonema costatum in the autumn. The total standing crop of phytoplankton samples was 267,150-684,250 cells/ℓ (528,715 cells/ℓ) 1n the spring, 293,860-663,720 cells/ℓ(479,246 cells/ℓ) in the summer, 276,370-672,370 cells/ℓ(498,589 cells/ℓ) in the autumn.
