본 연구는 부산재가노인복지협회에서 수행한 지역사회 기반 노인우울 및 자살예방사업 『빅.마.마』사업의 효과를 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 효과성 검증을 위해 실험-통제집단, 사전-사후검사 연구설계를 사용하여 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 실험집단(234명)과 통제집단(275명)모두에서 우울과 자살사고, 사회적 자본, 자아존중감, 삶의 질에서 통계적으로 유의미한 수준의 변화가 나타났고, 스트레스 감소에도 유의미한 효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과에 따라 첫째, 노인정신건강과 관련한 서비스의 확대와 지속적이고 장기적인 개입과 프로그램 개발 요구, 둘째, 재가노인지원서비스 센터실무자들이 대상자들에 대해 심리․정서적 지원업무를 수행하는 주체로의 가능성 확인, 셋째, 민간 주도의 노인 우울․자살예방사업의 시스템 구축의 의미를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of "Big.Ma.Ma", a community-based mental health program for the elderly of Busan Association in Community Care for the Elderly. To verify the effectiveness, use the experimental control group and pre - post - test research design, analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The results of analysis, depression, suicide ideation, social capital, self-esteem and quality of life were difference at the statistically significant level in both of experimental group(234) and control group(275), and showed that this program had significant effects on stress reduction in the elderly. Based on the effect of this program, finding suggest to expand the elderly mental health services and to develop continuous and long-term interventions and programs. In addition, it is considered that this study gave new possibilities that home support service center practitioners to be perform various psychological and emotional support tasks to elderly. Finally, it is significant meaning in that it has established a system of private-led elderly depression and suicide prevention project.

소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 위해서는 무엇보다도 프로세스의 개선이 필요하다는 인식이 증대되고 있다. 그 중에서도 실질적으로 프로덕트의 품질과 직결된 테스트 프로세스의 개선이 무엇보다 시급한데, 그러기 위해서는 테스트 프로세스의 현재 상태를 파악하고 분석하는 과정이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 테스팅 관점에서 소프트웨어의 품질을 고려하여 개발된 SETP(Simple and Easy Test Process) 핵심 모델과, 이를 바탕으로 테스트 프로세스를 평가하고 분석하는 자동화 도구 Legba를 제안한다.
Monitoring Cattle Disease with Ingestible Bio-Sensors Utilizing LoRaWAN

Livestock diseases lead to the decline in farm income by causing lower farm productivity, chronic disease developments or even culling. Therefore, monitoring the health condition of livestock in real-time to predict and swiftly respond to any diseases is very important because it directly affects the profit and productivity of farms. For an effective disease prediction system, we propose a cattle disease monitoring method with orally administered bio-sensors utilizing Long Range Wide-Area Network(LoRaWAN). In addition, we provide case analysis by applying this prediction system on cattle. The bio-sensor used in the proposed method is orally administered and settles in the rumen, allowing for a stable measurement of core body temperature without the interference of external environment. With the proposed method, cattle disease can be monitored on a regular basis and thus enable swift response to any disease occurrences. We expect this method to contribute in lowering the cost of economic damage caused by livestock diseases.
AI Anaalysis Method Utilizing Ingestible Bio-Sensors for Bovine Calving Predictions

Parturition is an important event for farmers as it provides economic gains for the farms. Thus, the effectivemanagement of parturition is essential to farm management. In particular, the unit price of cattle is higher than otherlivestock and the productivity of cattle is closely associated to farm income. In addition, 42% of calving occurs inthe nighttime so accurate parturition predictions are all the more important. In this paper, we propose a method thataccurately predicts the calving date by applying core body temperature of cattle to deep learning. The bodytemperature of cattle can be measured without being influenced by the ambient environment by applying an ingestiblebio-sensor in the cattle’s rumen. By experiment on cattle, we confirmed this method to be more accurate forpredicting calving dates than existing parturition prediction methods, showing an average of 3 hour 40 minute error.This proposed method is expected to reduce the economic damages of farms by accurately predicting calving timesand assisting in successful parturitions.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 우울 및 자살사고가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 사회적 자본의 구성요소를 매개로 하여 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대도시 00지역의 재가노인지원서비스센터를 이용하고 있는 노인들을 대상으로 우울 및 자살예방 프로그램을 시행하기 위해 실시되었던 설문조사지 509부를 2차 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 자료는 매개효과 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 자살사고는 사회적 자본의 신뢰를 매개로, 우울은 네트워크를 매개로 하여 삶의 질에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤고 규범은 노인의 삶의 질 향상에 직접효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 실천적 시사점으로 지역사회 기반의 노인 우울 및 자살예방 프로그램의 개발, 노인의 지역사회 주민조직의 참여 확대, 노인의 사회적 규범과 관련한 역량 강화를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of elderly depression and suicide ideation on the quality of life by mediating the components of social capital. For this purpose, previously collected data from 509 questionnaires conducted in order to implement a depression and suicide prevention program for the elderly using home support service center in a big city were used. For the analysis, the structural equation model was used to verify the effect of mediation. The results showed that suicide ideation through the trust of social capital, and depression through the network indirectly influenced the quality of life, norms directly influence the quality of life of the elderly. Discussion on practice implication include the development of community - based elderly depression and suicide prevention program, the extension of participation of elderly`s community organization, and the reinforcement of capabilities related to elderly"s social norms.
Do we need colonoscopy verification in patients with fundic gland polyp?

Background/Aims: The aim of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of colorectal neoplasia in subjects with fundic gland polyps (FGPs) and the relationship between FGPs and colorectal neoplasia in Korea. Methods: We analyzed 128 consecutive patients with FPGs who underwent colonoscopy between January 2009 and December 2013. For each case, age- (±5 years) and sex-matched controls were identified from among patients with hyperplastic polyps, gastric neoplasms, and healthy controls. Clinical characteristics were reviewed from medical records, colonoscopic findings, pathologic findings, and computed tomography images. The outcome was evaluated by comparison of advanced colonic neoplasia detection rates. Results: Of the 128 patients, seven (5.1%) had colon cancers and seven (5.1%) had advanced adenomas. A case-control study revealed that the odds of detecting a colorectal cancer was 3.8 times greater in patients with FGPs than in the age- and sex-matched healthy controls (odds ratio [OR], 3.80; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.09-13.24; P =0.04) and 4.1 times greater in patients with FGPs than in healthy controls over 50 years of age (OR, 4.10; 95% CI, 1.16-14.45; P =0.04). Among patients with FGPs over 50 years old, male sex (OR, 4.83; 95% CI, 1.23-18.94; P =0.02), and age (OR, 9.90; 95% CI, 1.21-81.08; P =0.03) were associated with an increased prevalence of advanced colorectal neoplasms. Conclusions: The yield of colonoscopy in colorectal cancer patients with FGPs was substantially higher than that in average-risk subjects. Colonoscopy verification is warranted in patients with FGPs, especially in those 50 years of age or older. (Intest Res 2016;14:172-177)

This paper proposes the method to extract new feature vectors using the difference between the cepstrum for static characteristics and delta cepstrum for dynamic characteristics in speaker recognition (SR). The difference vector (DV) which it proposes from this paper is containing the static and the dynamic characteristics simultaneously at the intermediate characteristic vector which uses the deference between the static and the dynamic characteristics and as the characteristic vector which is new there is a possibility of doing. Compared to the conventional method, the proposed method can achieve new feature vector without increasing of new parameter, but only need the calculation process for the difference between the cepstrum and delta cepstrum. Experimental results show that the proposed method has a good performance more than 2.03%, on average, compared with conventional method in speaker identification (SI).
