        A Framework for measuring query privacy in Location-based Service

        The widespread use of location-based services (LBSs), which allows untrusted service provider to collect large number of user request records, leads to serious privacy concerns. In response to these issues, a number of LBS privacy protection mechanisms (LPPMs) have been recently proposed. However, the evaluation of these LPPMs usually disregards the background knowledge that the adversary may possess about users` contextual information, which runs the risk of wrongly evaluating users` query privacy. In this paper, we address these issues by proposing a generic formal quantification framework,which comprehensively contemplate the various elements that influence the query privacy of users and explicitly states the knowledge that an adversary might have in the context of query privacy. Moreover, a way to model the adversary`s attack on query privacy is proposed, which allows us to show the insufficiency of the existing query privacy metrics, e.g., k-anonymity. Thus we propose two new metrics: entropy anonymity and mutual information anonymity. Lastly, we run a set of experiments on datasets generated by network based generator of moving objects proposed by Thomas Brinkhoff. The results show the effectiveness and efficient of our framework to measure the LPPM.

      • The Lightweight Ownership Transfer Protocol using Physically Unclonable Function

        RFID technology has increasingly used in the various fields of our lives, and in the entire life cycle of the tag, there may be several ownership changes. Therefore, it is very important to protect the security and privacy of customer’s information during transferring. Combining with the physical characteristics of the anti-clone tag and the low-cost requirement, we proposed a lightweight ownership transfer protocol using Physically Unclonable Function (PUF) to achieve a safe ownership transfer. Through using formal analysis, it shows that this protocol can also resist reply attack, desynchronization attack, tampering attack, to protect the old and the new owner’s private information.

        Effect of annealing temperature on oxygen vacancy and infrared radiation properties of the Co doped α-MoO3 materials

        The infrared emissivity of Co doped α-MoO3 was tested, and the resistivity was tested according to the relationship between infrared emissivity and electrical conductivity. In order to further explore the influencing factors of infrared emissivity, the oxygen vacancy concentration was tested according to the relationship between electrical conductivity and oxygen vacancy. It is found that annealing temperature has a significant effect on the infrared emissivity of Co doped α-MoO3. The infrared emissivity, resistivity and oxygen vacancy concentration first decrease and then increase with the increase of annealing temperature. The infrared emissivity is the minimum when the annealing temperature is 500 ◦C. The oxygen vacancy concentration is characterized and analyzed by XPS and Raman. The results show that the oxygen vacancy concentration can be changed by controlling the annealing temperature, thus the conductivity can be changed, and the infrared emission can be controlled.

        苏轼文集在韩国古代的传播和刊印研究

        This study based on the general situation of the dissemination and publication of Su Shi's collection on the ancient Korean Peninsula. Firstly, the article briefly describes the political and cultural background of the collection's distribution. Then, through analysis of historical literature and prior research, explains when and how Su Shi’s collection was introduced to the Korean Peninsula. Finally, on the basis of examining the trend of dissemination, the publication of ancient Su Shi’s collection in Korea can be divided into four types: 1.reproduction of Chinese collection; 2.compilation of Su Shi collection; 3.compilation of functional collection; 4.Compilation of Su Shi's Works from the view of Literature's. This article further investigates the time and route of Su Shi's collection to the Korean Peninsula, and summarizes Su Shi's collection printed and published on the Korean Peninsula. As a bridge of literature, Su Shi's collection communicated ancient cultural exchanges between Korea and China.

        Isolation and characterization of heat-responsive gene TaGASR1 from wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

        GA-stimulated transcript (GAST) family genes have been identified in numerous plant species. In this paper, we isolated and characterized a heat-responsive gene, TaGASR1, from heat tolerant variety TAM107. The complete ORF of TaGASR1 was cloned, which encoded a 98-kDa protein, and the sequence shared 51.52% similarity to OsGASR1. Analysis of the TaGASR1 promoter region showed that it contained a heat shock element (HSE) and several cis-elements involved in abiotic stress response and hormone signal transduction. Expression patterns of TaGASR1 revealed that it was strongly induced by stress factors, such as high temperature, drought, high salinity and oxidation, as well as the phytohormones, including MeJA, ACC and ABA, which suggested the TaGASR1 gene might participate in these stress and hormone signal transduction pathways. Transient expression of TaGASR1-GFP fusion proteins in onion epidermal cells indicated that TaGASR1 protein was localized to the cell membrane or cytosol. Further analysis showed that ectopic expression of TaGASR1 in Arabidopsis enhanced thermotolerance and reduced the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) after heat stress. Moreover, we also found that TaGASR1-overexpressing wheat improved tolerance to heat stress and oxidative stress.

      • Expanded Android Application for Openflow-based Visual Interface in Software-Defined Network

        In the past year, the northbound interface application has become a hot topic in the Software-Defined Network technology. It offers an opening method and makes people able to develop own business application upper the SDN. In this paper, we propose and evaluate a visual plane based on android phone application to present an explicit watch of the state and working performance of the Openflow-based underlying network topology in Software-Defined Network. The impacts of the designing architecture are evaluated in the form of software simulation and actual operating effects of the android application that we have designed. Through the interface opened by the floodlight controller to the upper business application, we are aimed at making it able to call the underlying network resources and inquiry its status information conveniently. So this paper wants to achieve the unified dispatching by elaborated methods and transplants the idea to the android application. By the way of the software programming, we could make the android phone to probe the southbound network resources through the northbound interface whose connotation we will expand. Between the northbound interface and the android application, we introduce a data center and select the mysql database to implement its function. Through the technology framework we built, we are able to use an android phone to access the status of the underlying devices and monitor the software defined network better aiming at providing better service. And we judge its function from the perspective of overall feasibility and stability not only through the system performance but also sound experiment effects. Finally, we can use any android phone to view about the topology of the network effectively and simply.

        Oxidative Stress and Non-enzymatic Antioxidants in Leaves of Three Edible Canna Cultivars under Drought Stress

        The physiological responses of three edible canna cultivars (Canna edulis ker. cv. ‘PLRF’, ‘Xingyu-1’, and ‘Xingyu-2’) to continuous drought stress for 35 days were investigated by characterizing the water saturation deficit (WSD), relative electrical conductivity (REC), superoxidative radical content (SRC), ascorbic acid (AsA) content,glutathione (GSH) content and protein content. It was observed that WSD, REC, SRC progressively increased in the upper leaves of three cultivars under both control and drought treatments. The content changes of AsA, GSH and water soluble protein were lower in ‘Xingyu-2’ than in ‘Xingyu-1’ and ‘PLRF’, in upper leaves than in lower leaves. Compared with control, drought stress aggravated these physiological changes in all three cultivars. The correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlations between indexes except for protein content, which significantly correlated only with SRC. These indicated that drought stress directly led to water loss, and then the REC increased, while the GSH and AsA played major roles in removing the SRC. These results revealed that ‘Xingyu-2’ was more tolerant to drought stress than ‘PLRF’ and ‘Xingyu-1’,and the lower leaves were more sensitive than the upper leaves. The present study not only provides new insights into mechanisms of acclimation and tolerance to drought stress in edible canna but also provides clues for improving drought tolerance of edible canna through breeding or genetic engineering.

        Catheter-Directed Thrombolysis with a Continuous Infusion of Low-Dose Urokinase for Non-Acute Deep Venous Thrombosis of the Lower Extremity

        Objective: We wanted to evaluate the feasibility of catheter-directed thrombolysis with a continuous infusion of low-dose urokinase for treating non-acute (less than 14 days) deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity. Materials and Methods: The clinical data of 110 patients who were treated by catheter-directed thrombolysis with a continuous infusion of low-dose urokinase for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis was analysed. Adjunctive angioplasty or/and stenting was performed for the residual stenosis. Venous recanalization was graded by pre- and posttreatment venography. Follow-up was performed by clinical evaluation and Doppler ultrasound. Results: A total of 112 limbs with deep venous thrombosis with a mean symptom duration of 22.7 days (range: 15-38 days) were treated with a urokinase infusion (mean: 3.5 million IU) for a mean of 196 hours. After thrombolysis, stent placement was performed in 25 iliac vein lesions and percutaneous angioplasty (PTA) alone was done in fi ve iliac veins. Clinically signifi cant recanalization was achieved in 81% (90 of 112) of the treated limbs; complete recanalization was achieved in 28% (31 of 112) and partial recanalization was achieved in 53% (59 of 112). Minor bleeding occurred in 14 (13%) patients, but none of the patients suffered from major bleeding or symptomatic pulmonary embolism. During followup (mean: 15.2 months, range: 3-24 months), the veins were patent in 74 (67%) limbs. Thirty seven limbs (32%) showed progression of the stenosis with luminal narrowing more than 50%, including three with rethrombosis, while one revealed an asymptomatic iliac vein occlusion; 25 limbs (22%) developed mild post-thrombotic syndrome, and none had severe post-thrombotic syndrome. Valvular refl ux occurred in 24 (21%) limbs. Conclusion: Catheter-directed thrombolysis with a continuous infusion of low-dose urokinase combined with adjunctive iliac vein stenting is safe and effective for removal of the clot burden and for restoration of the venous fl ow in patients with non-acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
