        “連......都”焦點句語法特性研究

        This paper examines the grammatical properties of the Chinese "lian ...... dou"sentence. as a focus sentence, to confirm the grammatical properties of 'lian' and 'dou' in the focus sentence. We investigate the grammatical properties of the 'lian' and 'dou' sentences in the focus sentence. The process of generating the "lian......dou" sentence. The process of generating the "lian ...... dou" focus sentence is investigated. In the "lian ...... dou" sentence , 'lian' as a focus marker can mark the focus component in the sentence, and 'dou' as a focus-sensitive operator can qualify the semantic point of focus. At the same time, noun, verb, and preposition components can be marked by "lian......dou" under certain conditions. can be marked as the focal point of the sentence by the "lian......dou " sentence under certain conditions and with 'extreme' meaning. Finally, this paper analyzes the process of generating "lian......dou" focal sentences by referring to the theory of Rizz (1997, 2004). 本文考察漢語“連......都”句式作為焦點句的語法特性,確認“連”和“都”在焦點句中的語法特徵。探究能夠被“連......都”句標記為句中焦點的成分,進而推導出“連......都”焦點句的生成過程。在“連......都”焦點句中,“連”作為焦點標記詞能夠標記句中焦點成分,“都”作為焦點敏感算子能夠限定焦點的語義指向。於此同時,名詞性成分,動詞性成分,介詞性成分在一定條件下能夠被“連......都”句標記為句中焦點並且帶有“極端”含義。“連......都”焦點句遵循島嶼限製和約束原則的特點為對其進行移動分析提供了一定的理論接觸。最後,討論引用Rizz(1997,2004)的CP分裂理論試分析了“連......都”焦點句的生成過程。

        汉⋅韩焦点句对比研究 — 以分裂句为中心

        By comparing the representative cleft sentences in Chinese and Korean, this paper explores the cleft sentences of “shi......de”, the pseudo-cleft sentences of “...deshi...” and the cleft sentences of Korean “kes eun” corresponding relationship. Firstly, this paper studies the grammatical characteristics of “shi” and “de”, which are the constituent elements of Chinese cleft sentences, and their function of focus marking as focus constructions. Then, compare it with the Korean “kes eun” cleft sentence, and examine the similarities and differences of the two language cleft sentences. And then explore the relationship between the internal structure of focus constructions the two languages. Finally, the inner relationship between the two languages a t the grammatical level is explored to provide a theoretical basis for the realization of universal grammar.

        Performance Analysis of Sulfate Pisha-Sandstone Cement Soil Based on the Grey Entropy Theory

        The exploitation of Pisha sandstone is one of the most significant strategies for environmental protection and resource saving in the border areas of Shanxi, Shaanxi, and Inner Mongolia, where Pisha sandstone is widely distributed. The goal of this research was to develop a method by which to transform Pisha sandstone cement soil into a new type of material which could be applied in saline regions, thereby achieving a wider application. The micro-pore and structural characteristics of cement soil samples which had been soaked in 0.5 mol/L of sodium sulfate solution were analyzed using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy methods (SEM). The results showed that the compressive strength of the sandstone cement soil decreased with the increase in the sulfate intrusion days. Under the erosion of sodium sulfate solution, the lower the cement content was, the more quickly the strength decreased. The main mineral composition diffraction peaks of sulfate sandstone, along with the diffraction peaks of sulfate corrosion products, tended to change during salt invasion. The mineral components in the sandstone can provide a material basis for the formation of the sulfate erosion products of cement soil. In addition, the grey entropy theory can be utilized to explore the correlation degree of the porosity, T2 spectrum area, bound fluid saturation, free fluid saturation, and unconfined compressive strength of the specimen. The results obtained in this research investigation provided a theoretic basis for the practical engineering applications of Pisha-sandstone cement soil in saline regions.

        Isolation and characterization of heat-responsive gene TaGASR1 from wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

        GA-stimulated transcript (GAST) family genes have been identified in numerous plant species. In this paper, we isolated and characterized a heat-responsive gene, TaGASR1, from heat tolerant variety TAM107. The complete ORF of TaGASR1 was cloned, which encoded a 98-kDa protein, and the sequence shared 51.52% similarity to OsGASR1. Analysis of the TaGASR1 promoter region showed that it contained a heat shock element (HSE) and several cis-elements involved in abiotic stress response and hormone signal transduction. Expression patterns of TaGASR1 revealed that it was strongly induced by stress factors, such as high temperature, drought, high salinity and oxidation, as well as the phytohormones, including MeJA, ACC and ABA, which suggested the TaGASR1 gene might participate in these stress and hormone signal transduction pathways. Transient expression of TaGASR1-GFP fusion proteins in onion epidermal cells indicated that TaGASR1 protein was localized to the cell membrane or cytosol. Further analysis showed that ectopic expression of TaGASR1 in Arabidopsis enhanced thermotolerance and reduced the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) after heat stress. Moreover, we also found that TaGASR1-overexpressing wheat improved tolerance to heat stress and oxidative stress.

        IRE1α protects against osteoarthritis by regulating progranulin-dependent XBP1 splicing and collagen homeostasis

        Osteoarthritis (OA) is a full-joint, multifactorial, degenerative and inflammatory disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients due to its disabling and pain-causing properties. ER stress has been reported to be closely related to the progression of OA. The inositol-requiring enzyme 1α/X-box-binding protein-1 spliced (IRE1α/XBP1s) pathway, which is highly expressed in the chondrocytes of OA patients, promotes the degradation and refolding of abnormal proteins during ER stress and maintains the stability of the ER environment of chondrocytes, but its function and the underlying mechanisms of how it contributes to the progression of OA remain unclear. This study investigates the role of IRE1α/ERN1 in OA. Specific deficiency of ERN1 in chondrocytes spontaneously resulted in OA-like cartilage destruction and accelerated OA progression in a surgically induced arthritis model. Local delivery of AdERN1 relieved degradation of the cartilage matrix and prevented OA development in an ACLT-mediated model. Mechanistically, progranulin (PGRN), an intracellular chaperone, binds to IRE1α, promoting its phosphorylation and splicing of XBP1u to generate XBP1s. XBP1s protects articular cartilage through TNF-α/ERK1/2 signaling and further maintains collagen homeostasis by regulating type II collagen expression. The chondroprotective effect of IRE1α/ERN1 is dependent on PGRN and XBP1s splicing. ERN1 deficiency accelerated cartilage degeneration in OA by reducing PGRN expression and XBP1s splicing, subsequently decreasing collagen II expression and triggering collagen structural abnormalities and an imbalance in collagen homeostasis. This study provides new insights into OA pathogenesis and the UPR and suggests that IRE1α/ERN1 may serve as a potential target for the treatment of joint degenerative diseases, including OA.
