A Study on the Priority of Advancing Hydrogen Fueling Infrastructure Using AHP

In this study, the solution to the problems raised in the hydrogen industry infrastructure construction was considered using the AHP analysis. This research model divided the major decision-making issues of hydrogen infrastructure construction into seven and evaluated the importance and priority of detailed items for each decision-making issue. The result of the analysis indicated that locations near existing gas stations were suitable for installing hydrogen refueling stations. To expand the supply of hydrogen refueling stations, safety concerns and acceptability of the refueling stations were evaluated as the biggest problems to be solved. It was evaluated that the location near the new mass demand was the most suitable location of the hydrogen production facility. Expanding public service advertisements related to hydrogen safety was found to be an appropriate technique for raising public awareness for the expansion of hydrogen infrastructure construction. Insufficient hydrogen infrastructure was evaluated as the most important factor for expanding the hydrogen industry ecosystem in Korea. Therefore, to expand the construction of hydrogen infrastructure, in addition to the subsidies for hydrogen vehicles, support policies from the government that guarantee a certain rate of return on the operation of hydrogen infrastructure facilities are necessary.

국내 농업이 가지고 있는 구조적 문제와 해외시장 진입에 대한 전략과 실행력 부족으로 인해 농식품 수출시장 경쟁력이 향상되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 환경에서 본 연구는 우리나라 수출농업 활성화를 위해 농식품 수출부문의 경쟁력을 제고시킬 수 있는 공급사슬관리 관점에서의 현실적이고 전략적인 비즈니스모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 농식품 수출물류 비즈니스모델은 농식품 수출물류센터를 중심으로 공급사슬 상의 구성원들을 효율적으로 통합?관리 할 수 있는 모델이다. 수출물류센터는 수출물류 시스템 구축, 해외시장 개척, 수출을 위한 전략적 상품 발굴과 개발 등 농식품 수출 효율화를 기반으로 대기업의 가공식품과 중소업체의 농식품을 동시에 유통하는 상품믹스, 수출물류 물적?프로세스적 시스템 구축, 해외시장 개척과 목표시장의 접근성확보 등으로 구성된 농식품 수출증대를 위한 통합모델이다. This study proposed a real and strategical business model from a supply chain perspective to heighten the competitiveness of agri-food export to promote export agriculture of Korea. The proposed export logistics business model can efficiently integrate and manage supply chain members in the agri-food export logistics center. The export logistics center is an integrated model to increase agri-food export which consists of product mixture that simultaneously distributes large companies" processed food and small companies" agri-food, a material and process system of export logistics, opening up foreign markets, and access to target markets on the basis of efficient agri-food export such as the construction of an export logistics system, finding overseas markets, and the launch and development of strategic goods for export.

전력산업에서의 전력부가서비스는 전력공급자 중심의 서비스에서 전력소비자 중심의 서비스로 패러다임 변화가 가속화되면서, 전력소비자의 수요패턴을 가장 잘 나타내고 있는 원격검침데이터를 활용한 서비스가 크게 부각되고 있으며, 그 활용 영역도 폭 넓게 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원격검침 데이터 기반 전력부가서비스 Pilot 시스템의 일종인 "전력소비 컨설팅 시스템(Power Consumption Consulting System)" 개발 사례를 소개한다. 본 시스템의 주요 기능은 데이터 분석, 에너지 분석, 비용 분석 등과 같이 3가지로 분류 할 수 있으며, 원격검침을 시행중인 고압고객 중 계약전력이 100㎾ 이상인 대수용가로부터 특히, 요금절감을 필요로 하지만 별도의 설비나 인력을 보유하지 않은 10,000㎾ 이하 고객을 적용대상으로 하고 있다.

<P>A semicrystalline p-type thermoelectric conjugated polymer based on a polymer backbone of cyclopentadithiophene and benzothiadiazole, poly[(4,4′-(bis(hexyldecylsulfanyl)methylene)cyclopenta[2,1-<I>b</I>:3,4-<I>b</I>′]dithiophene)-<I>alt</I>-(benzo[<I>c</I>][1,2,5]thiadiazole)] (PCPDTSBT), is designed and synthesized by replacing normal alkyl side-chains with bis(alkylsulfanyl)methylene substituents. The sp<SUP>2</SUP>-hybridized olefinic bis(alkylsulfanyl)methylene side-chains and the sulfur-sulfur (S-S) chalcogen interactions extend a chain planarity with strong interchain packing, which is confirmed by density functional calculations and morphological studies, i.e., grazing incidence X-ray scattering measurement. The doping, electrical, morphological, and thermoelectric characteristics of PCPDTSBT are investigated by comparison with those of poly[(4,4′-bis(2-ethylhexyl)cyclopenta[2,1-<I>b</I>:3,4-<I>b</I>′]dithiophene)-<I>alt</I>-(benzo[<I>c</I>][1,2,5]thiadiazole)] (PCPDTBT) with ethylhexyl side-chains. Upon doping with a Lewis acid, B(C<SUB>6</SUB>F<SUB>5</SUB>)<SUB>3</SUB>, the maximum electrical conductivity (7.47 S cm<SUP>-1</SUP>) of PCPDTSBT is ∼1 order higher than that (0.65 S cm<SUP>-1</SUP>) of PCPDTBT, and the best power factor is measured to be 7.73 μW m<SUP>-1</SUP> K<SUP>-2</SUP> for PCPDTSBT with doping 9 mol % of B(C<SUB>6</SUB>F<SUB>5</SUB>)<SUB>3</SUB>. The Seebeck coefficient-electrical conductivity relation is analyzed by using a charge transport model for polymers, suggesting that the doped PCPDTSBT film has superb charge transport property based on a high crystallinity with olefinic side-chains. This study emphasizes the importance of side-chain engineering by using the sp<SUP>2</SUP>-hybridized olefinic substituents to modulate interchain packing, crystalline morphology, and the resulting electrical properties.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

<P>Thiophene- and thienothiophene-based donor-acceptor (D-A) type semicrystalline copolymers with different backbone curvatures, PTBT14 and PTTBT14, were designed and synthesized. Both the polymers exhibit a nearly planar structure via noncovalent S center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot N attractive interactions, etc., in the polymer chain. PTTBT14 is linear, whereas PTBT14 is curved owing to similar to 160 degrees bond angle of the thiophene linkage. PTTBT14 showed the higher degree of interchain ordering with edge-on orientation, resulting in efficient charge transport (0.26 cm(2) V-1 s(-1) for PTTBT14 compared to 0.02 cm(2) V-1 s(-1) for PTBT14) in PFETs with remarkable morphological stability and no deterioration in device properties at temperatures up to 250 degrees C. On the other hand, the curved shape of PTBT14 attributed to its improved photovoltaic properties with a power conversion efficiency of 5.56%. The linear PTTBT14 showed much stronger self-interactions with negligible morphological changes and little miscibility with PC61BM, showing the poor photovoltaic characteristics.</P>
