진디혹파리에 대한 오이에 등록된 47종 살충제의 저독성 농약 선발

본 실험은 오이재배시 사용되는 살충제 47종이 진딧물 포식성 천적인 진디혹파리(Aphidoletes aphidimyza Rondani)의 모든 발육단계에 얼마나 영향을 주는가를 평가하였다. 진디혹파리 알에 대한 살충제의 독성평가 결과 emamectin benzoate 등 22종의 살충제가 낮은 독성을 보였다. 알에 독성이 낮은 22종 살충제 중 flonicamid를 포함하는 12종 살충제가 진디혹파리 유충에 대하여 0~27%로 낮은 독성을 보였으나, indoxacarb + teflubenzuron와 chlorantraniliprole의 독성은 각각 35.4%와 64.6%였다. 진디혹파리 유충에 보통독성 이하의 독성을 보인 indoxacarb + teflubenzuron와 chlorantraniliprole을 포함한 14종 살충제는 진디혹파리의 번데기와 성충에도 낮은 독성을 보였다. From the results achieved by the evaluation of toxicities to an aphid predator, Aphidoletes aphidimyza Rondani eggs with 47 pesticides used for cucumber farming, 22 pesticides including emamectin benzoate showed low toxicity. 12 pesticides with flonicamid among 22 pesticides tested on eggs showed low toxicity (mortality, 0~2.7%) to A. aphidimyza lavae and indoxacarb + teflubenzuron and chlorantraniliprole showed toxicity of 35.4% and 64.6%, respectively. 14 pesticides including indoxacarb + teflubenzuron and chlorantraniliprole demontrating low toxicity against A. aphidimyza lavae showed low toxicity to A. aphidimyza pupae and adults as well.

초안정 기준공진기를 이용한 다이오드 레이저의 주파수 안정화

본 연구에서는 초저팽창물질(Ultra-low expansion material, ULE)로 제작된 초안정 기준공진기와 다이오드의 전류 변조 특성을 이용하여 상용 다이오드 레이저의 주파수를 안정화시켰다. 레이저의 주파수 선폭은 공주(free run) 상태에서 적분시간 1 s 동안 1 ㎒ 정도이며, 대략 20분 동안 측정된 주파수 표류 속도는 300 ㎑/s정도였다. ULE로 제작된 초안정 기준공진기 투과 신호의 측면(기울기 500 ㎑/V)에 주파수를 안정화시켰을 때 선폭의 rms 값은 10 s 이상의 적분시간에서 50 ㎑정도였다. 알란 분산(Allan variance)의 제곱근 값은 10 ㎳ 이상의 샘플링 시간에 대해 2 ㎑ 이내가 되었다. We have stabilized the laser frequency of a commercial diode laser using a ULE (Ultra-low expansion material) reference cavity and the current modulation characteristics of the diode itself. The linewidth of the free running laser was about a 1 ㎒ (rms) for a sampling time of 1 s and the drift rate was 300 ㎑/s. When the laser is locked to one side of the transmission signal from the ULE reference cavity, the linewidth was reduced to 46 ㎑ (rms) for a sampling time longer than 10 ㎳. The root Allan variance was less than 2 ㎑ for a sampling time longer than 10 ㎳.

외식산업 중간관리자의 스마트워크 환경이 자기효능감과 업무성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 외식산업 중간관리자의 스마트워크 환경이 자기효능감과 업무성과 간의 영향관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 외식산업 중간관리자들의 업무의 효용을 높일 경우 서비스요인, 시스템요인, 정보요인 중 어떤 요인이 자기효능감에 영향을 미칠 것이며, 자기효능감과 업무성과의 영향관계를 규명하여 효율적인 인력 운영방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 첫째, 스마트워크 환경요인 중 자기효능감에 미치는 영향의 정도를 설명하고자 하였으며, 자기효능감에 대한 정보요인은 유의한 관계 모형에 대하여 가장 유의한 영향을 나타냈으며, 다음으로 서비스요인, 시스템요인 순으로 유의한 관계를 검정할 수 있었다. 둘째, 스마트워크 환경요인 중 업무성과에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며 업무성과에 미치는 영향은 시스템요인, 정보요인 순으로 유의한 관계를 검정할 수 있었다. 셋째, 자기효능감이 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 것을 실증 분석한 결과는 자기효능감은 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 이러한 실증분석을 통해 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between the self - efficacy and work performance of the smart work environment of middle management in the restaurant industry. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that the factors of service factor, system factor, and information factor will affect the self-efficacy when the utility of the middle management in the food service industry is enhanced. The purpose is to present a plan. First, it can be confirmed that the smart work environment factors have a significant effect on the self - efficacy, and the information factor on the self - efficacy has the most significant effect on the relationship model. 『사씨남정기』에 구현된 유교적 가부장제 연구 - 『내훈』과의 관련성을 중심으로

이 글의 목적은 『사씨남정기』의 창작 동기를 밝히는 데 있다. 특히 본고는 `사씨가 며느리 훈육을 목적으로 썼다는 가상(假想)의 책인『여훈』은 어떤 내용일까?` 하는 의문으로부터 시작하여 소설 안에서 그 해답의 열쇠를 찾고자 했다. 『사씨남정기』가 『내훈』이 말하고자 하는 바, 유교적 가부장제를 드러내기 위해 지어졌을 것이라는 본고의 추론은, 먼저 두 작품의 긴밀한 관련성에서 그 증거를 찾을 수 있다. 서와 발문을 비롯하여 7장에 걸친 『내훈』의 내용이 골고루 『사씨남정기』 속에 녹아 있음은 부정할 수 없는 사실이다. 그리고 『내훈』의 내용이 집약적으로 내면화되고 형상화 된 사씨라는 인물에서도 그 이유를 찾을 수 있다. 사씨는 내훈의 화신이자 모범이라고 할 수 있는 인물이다. 결론적으로 『사씨남정기』는 『내훈』의 소설 판이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 『내훈』이 가부장적 질서에 복무할 수 있는 여성상을 교육을 통해 강화하는 직접적인 방식이라면, 『사씨남정기』는 문학적인 장치를 통한 간접적 방식이라고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this article is to explore the author`s intention of writing Sassinamjeonggi(謝氏南征記). This study has its starting point at the question, `It is said that Mrs. Sa wrote Yeohun to educate her daughters-in-law. What is this book about?` and I have tried to find out the key to answering that question within the novel Sassinamjeonggi. The evidence supporting the inference that Sassinamjeonggi was written to reveal what Naehun had tried to say can be found in the close relation between these two works. It is an undeniable fact that the content of Naehun, including its preface and epilogue, is embedded throughout the novel Sassinamjeonggi. Furthermore, the inference can also be drawn from the main character, Mrs. Sa, in whom the content of the book Naehun is intensively internalized. This image had been valid for women of all ranks, from noble ones to one at lower social ranks. Mrs. Sa herself makes an excellent model for this character. Consequently, it can be inferred that Sassinamjeonggi is a novel version of Naehun. Sassinamjeonggi uses an indirect literary device to let women realize the needs and destiny of themselves.
