      • 층간분리 형상계수(f_(S))가 FRMLs의 층간분리 성장률(dA_(D)/da)에 미치는 영향

        Most previous researches for the hybrid composite materials such as FRMLs (Al/AFRP, Al/GFRP) have evaluated the fatigue delamination behavior using the traditional fracture mechanism. However, most previous researches have not generally been fumed yet. Because delamination growth behavior in hybrid composite should be consider delamination growth rate, dA_(D)/da using the delamination shape factors, f_(S) instead of traditional fracture mechanic parameters. The major purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between delamination shape factor, f_(S) s and delamination growth rate, dA_(D)/da. And a propose parameter on the delamination aspect ratio, b/a. The details of the study are as follow : 1) Relationship between crack length, a and delamination width, b. 2) Relationship between delamination aspect ratio, b/a and delamination area rate, (A_(D))_(N)/(A_(D))_(All). 3) Variation of delamination growth rate, dA_(D)/da was attendant on delamination shape factors, f_(S1), f_(S2), f_(S3). The test results indicated the delamination growth rate depends on delamination shape factors.

      • 방선균 J-144K가 생산하는 Adenosine Deaminase Inhibitor에 관한 연구

        Adenosine deaminase의 새로운 저해제를 검색하기 위해 토양으로부터 adenosine deaminase 저해제를 생산하는 8균주의 방선균을 분리하였으며, 그중에서 저해활성이 가장 우수한 J-144K균주를 공시균주로 선정하였다. Adenosine deaminase 저해제 생산을 위한 최적배지 조성은 1.0% dextrose, 0.5% yeast extract, 0.5% peptone, 0.1% KH_2PO_4이었으며, 초적온도와 pH는 각각 30˚C와 7.0이었다. 이러한 조건에서 500ml용 진탕플라스크에 최적배지 100ml를 넣어 배양했을 경우 정지기인 배양 60시간째에 adenosine deaminade 저해활성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 분리균주 J-144K의 배양상등액으로부터 활성탄 흡착 및 유기용매 추출, Dowex 50 H^+ X-8 column chromatography, Dowex 1 Cl^- X-8 column chromatography, Sephadex G-15 gel filtration 등의 과정을 거쳐 adenosine deaminase 저해제를 정제한 결과, 3가지 종류의 저해제가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. In the screening of actinomycetes' culture filtrate for inhibitor of adenosine deaminase, a novel inhibitor was found in a cultured broth of strain J-144K. The optimum conditions for the adenosine deaminase inhibitor production from the isolated strain J-144K were evaluated. This strain showed the maximum yield of adenosine deaminase inhibitor when grown at pH 7.0 and 30˚C for 60 hours in the medium of 1.0% dextrose, 0.5% yeast extract, 0.5% peptone and 0.1 % KH_2PO_4 under the aerobic condition. Through the activated charcoal extraction, methanol fractionation, Dowex 50 H^+X-8 ion exchange column chromatography, Dowex Cl^- X-8 ion exchange column chromatography, and Sephadex G-15 gel filtration procedures, this inhibitor was purified with three materials.

      • 최근 10년간 원광의대병원에서 시행한 소아 심장혈관 수술의 임상적 고찰

        We reviewed 10 years experiences of the clinical aspects and early postoperative results in 544 pediatric patients(age less than 16 years old). Among them. 529 cases had the congenital heart diseases, and 15 had the acquired diseases. Open heart surgery was performed in 413 patients. 115 cases were treated with non-open heart surgery. 16 with interventional catheterization. Annual increase of the cardiac patients was not significant in recent 10 years, except slight increase in 1994. The mean age of the study patients had been evidently changed to younger year by year. Total mortality rate of the open heart surgery was 6.4%. The cyanotic congenital heart diseases were high in early postoperative mortality by 25.7%, whereas 4% in acyanotic group. The age group less than one month was most highest in surgical mortality(66.7%). There were no deaths in patients with patent ductus arteriosus(103 cases), atrial septal defect(83 cases) or pulmonary stenosis(17 cases). Among 220 patients with ventricular septal defects(VSD). 10(4.5%) were died early postoperatively. In cyanotic group, the patients with pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defects(PAVSD), transposition of the great arteries(TGA), interrupted aortic arch(IAA), complex cardiac anomalies with isomerism seemed to be most susceptible to an early death.

        이병도의 행적과 그의 역사관

        이병도는 현재 한국 역사학계에서 일종의 성역이 되었다. 이병도가 성역이 된것은 그의 역사관이나 행적이 존경할만하기 때문이 아니라 한국 사회 각계에 포진한 그의 제자들이 그를 우상으로 떠받들었기 때문이다. 따라서 그의 역사관과행적을 살펴봄으로써 그가 과연 한국 사회에 한 성역으로 존재하는 것이 마땅한 지를 되돌아보아야 할 것이다. 이병도는 조선 후기 노론의 대표적 가문인 우봉이씨로 태어나서 와세다대학 문학부에 들어갔다. 처음 서양사를 전공하려다가요시다 도오고(吉田東伍))와 쓰다소우기치(津田左右吉)의 영향을 받아 조선사연구로 방향을 전환했다. 그후 조선총독부 직속의 조선사편수회에 들어가 일본인들이 조선총독부의 관점에 맞춰 한국사 전체를 왜곡하는 작업에 종사했다. 이병도는 이런 친일전력 때문에 해방 후 진단학회에서 제명 운동이 벌어졌다. 그러나 이승만 정권이 반공정책을 추진하고 1950년 6·25 한국전쟁으로 반공 이데올로기가 한국사회를 뒤덮으면서 기사회생해 학계의 원로로서 승승장구했다. 이병도는 반공을 명목으로 수많은 민주 인사까지 공산주의자로 몰아 학살한 육군 특무대장 김창룡의 묘갈명을 썼다. 이 묘갈명에서 이병도는 “간첩오렬부역자 기타를 검거 처단함이 근 2만5천 명. 전시 방첩의 특수 임무를 달성하였다.”라고 2만5천명의 사람을 죽인 것을 큰 업적인 것처럼 칭송했다. 1960년 이승만 정권은 4·19혁명으로 붕괴되었지만 그 전리품은 보수정치인들이 차지하면서 이병도는 허정 과도정권에서 4개월간 교육부 장관을 맡았다. 이때 그는 학생들이 정치민주화와 친일파 청산으로 나가는 것을 극력 저지했고, 교원노조 활동을 극력 방해했다. 1961년 5·16 군사쿠데타가 발생하자 이병도는『최고회의보』창간호에 「5·16군사혁명의 역사적 의의」라는 글을 기고하여 쿠데타를 합리화시키는데 기여했다. 그는 또한 1977년에는 당시 중앙정보부장이던김재규의 사주를 받아 사육신 유응부를 김문기로 대체하려 했고, 자신의 집안친척인 이완용의 관 뚜껑을 불살라 버리는 반 역사적 행위를 서슴지 않았다. 그는 20년 가까이 학술원 원장을 역임했고, 1980년부터는 8년 동안 전두환 정권의국정자문위원을 역임했다. 평생을 친일, 친독재로 일관한 이병도가 현재도 국사학계의 태두로 추앙받는다는 사실 자체만으로도 한국 국사학계가 왜 외국과 달리 국민들의 배척을 받는지를 말해주고 있다. Lee Byung-do is treated as a sacred scholar in the Korean academe of history not by his scholastic achievements but by the idolization conducted by his academic descendents who formed a major influential lineup in diverse areas of Korean society. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate Lee Byungdo’s personal records and view of history to determine whether or not he is deserved for a sacred scholar. Lee was born as a scion of well known Woobong clan which was a representative family of Noron(老論), the central political force in late Joseon dynasty. He went on literature department of Waseda university. Although he intended to major in western history, he studied Joseon history due to influences from Yosida Dogo(吉田東伍) and Theuda Shogichi(津田左右吉). After graduation from the university he became a member of the Redaction Committee for History of Joseon which was under direct control of the Japanese vice-regal office, and participant in the projet to distort the history of Joseon in line with the guidelines made by the office. Lee was expelled from the Jindan Academic Association due to his pro- Japanese records after the restoration of independence in 1945. However, he revived almost from death and made a long march flushed with senior scholar. His revival was attributable to overwhelmed anti-communism movement based on the policy of Lee Seung-man administration and the Korean war broken out in 1950. He admired Kim Chang-ryong who was the chief of counter intelligence corps of Korean army by writing epitaph for him. Kim was known to accuse many democratic figures of communists and massacred them. On the epitaph Lee praised Kim by stating that Kim eradicated 25,000 communists through arresting or killing suspects. Lee took the position of minister of education for four months in the Heo Jung’s interim government after the collapse of Lee Suung-man administration due to the April Revolution in 1960. During his tenure he blocked student movements toward political democratization and winding up pro-Japanese force, and interrupted activities of teacher’s union with an all-out effort. Lee contributed to justify the military coup d’tat in 1961 by writing an article under the title of ‘On the historical significance of May military revolution’ on the first issue of 『Supreme Military Council Report』. He did not hesitate to conduct subversive activities contrary to historical facts: he attempted to replace Yoo Yeung-bu who is the one of four historic loyal subjects condemned to death with Kim Mun-gi, and burned the lid of his relative Lee Wan-yong’s coffin. He had been the chairman of the Council of Korean Academy for over twenty years, and a member of the Consultation Committee for State Affairs for eight years since Jeon Du-whan’s administration. The fact that Lee is treated as a luminary in Korean academic world of history in spite of his lifetime records of pro-Japanese and pro-dictatorship explains the reason why Korean people reject academic world of history contrary to foreign countries.

        갈색거저리 유충을 급이한 산란계로부터 얻은 계란의 품질특성

        본 연구는 음식폐기물을 활용하여 갈색거저리를 사육한 후에 산란계에 급이시 나타나는 계란의 특성을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 계란의 두께는 처리군에서 약간 얇아지는 경향성을 보였지만, 신선도를 나타내는 Haugh unit는 처리군이 대조군에 비교하여 높아지는 것으로 나타났고, 특히 5%가 가장 높았다. 난황의 색상은 5% 급이군에서 명도와 황색도가 낮아지는 반면에 적색도가 증가되는 경향성을 보였다. 5% 급이군은 조지방과 조단백이 대조군과 유사하게 형성되는 것으로 나타났지만, 10%와 15% 급이군들은 대조군보다 조지방 및 조단백 함량이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 탄수화물 함량은 10%와 15% 급이군들에서 높게 형성되는 것으로 관찰되었다. 처리군들에서 구성아미노산은 대조군에 비교하여 필수아미노산보다 비필수아미노산의 비율의 증가가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 항산화물질의 지표가 되는 폴리페놀의 함량은 5% 급이군에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타났기 때문에, 계란의 저장성 및 항산화에 영향을 줄 수 있는 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 고단백 및 고지방 사료인 갈색거저리를 보충사료원으로 활용할 때 계란의 영양성분 함량에 중용한 변화를 유발할 수 있고 계란의 신선도를 개선할 수 있는 것으로 제의된다. This study examined the characteristics of eggs obtained from layer chickens reared with feed that included Tenebrio molitor larvae, which were in turn bred using feed that included dried food waste powder. The eggs showed a tendency to be slightly thinner in the treated groups, but the Haugh unit indicating freshness was higher in the treated groups than the control group, and the 5% larval-treated group showed the highest value. The color of the yolk tended toward higher redness, lower brightness, and lower yellowness in the 5%-treated group, which also showed similar crude fat and protein values to the control group; the 10%- and 15% larval-treated groups had lower crude fat and protein values, although the carbohydrate content was higher. Structural amino acids in the treated groups showed a higher ratio of non-essential amino acids to essential amino acids than the control. The polyphenol content, which is an index of antioxidants, was highest in the 5%-treated group, and it is thought that this may affect the storage and antioxidant properties of the eggs. Thus, when employed with a feed source to maintain high protein and high fat, T. molitor larvae may cause critical changes in the nutrient content of eggs and improve their freshness.

        Effects of Dietary Supplementation of Spirulina and Quercetin on Growth, Innate Immune Responses, Disease Resistance Against Edwardsiella tarda, and Dietary Antioxidant Capacity in the Juvenile Olive Flounder Paralichthys olivaceus

        A 10-week feeding trial was conducted to examine the effects of dietary spirulina and quercetin on growth, innate immunity, disease resistance and dietary antioxidant capacity in the juvenile olive flounder. Triplicate groups of fish (initial body weight, $2.9{\pm}0.01g$) were fed one of isonitrogenous (48% crude protein) and isocaloric (17.4 MJ/kg DM) experimental diets containing 0% spirulina (as a control), 3.4% spirulina, or 6.8% spirulina with or without supplementation of 0.5% quercetin (designated as CON, SP3.4, SP6.8, and SP6.8 + Q, respectively) at a rate of 3% body mass twice daily. Higher dietary antioxidant capacity was found with spirulina supplementation, and the highest value (P < 0.05) was obtained with SP6.8 + Q diet. At the end of the feeding trial, no significant effects were observed on growth performance, body composition and disease resistance against Edwardsiella tarda. Lysozyme activity was significantly increased by spirulina supplementation (P < 0.05), and the highest value was observed in the group fed SP6.8 + Q diet. Also, significantly higher respiratory burst activity (P < 0.05) was found in SP3.4 group. According to the results of this study, dietary supplementation of 3.4% spirulina may enhance innate immunity of olive flounder.
