        • 3P-66 : Curing Behavior Analysis and Performance evaluation of Epoxy based Shape Memory Polymer Composites

          Shape Memory Polymers (SMPs) is a polymer compound with property of remembering the original form and returning to the original form by specific external stimulations such as heat, light, current, and magnetic field. SMPs has a smaller density than shape memory alloys, so it is easy to realize light weight characteristics, and has relatively excellent shape memory characteristics. in addition, it can be applied in various fields due to its low price and good formability. However, the domestic research on the shape memory materials is mainly carried out on the academic scale, mainly on metal-based alloys, and it is in the early stage. In this study, we tried to find optimized shape memory polymer composites and shape memory performance by serval fillers, hardeners, and curing conditions. In addition, by adding nano-carbon materials such as graphene, CNT and etc., the mechanical properties data of the composites with improved shape memory performance were secured.

        • 포스터발표 1 : 분리공정 1 ; P-74 : HPFA를 이용한 HSA와 ibuprofen 이성질체의 단백질 결합력의 측정

          인체 내에서 약리성분은 Human Serum Albumin (HSA)과 같은 혈장 단백질과 약리성분의 평형 관계에 의하여 결합되어 있는 약리성분과 혈장단백질과 결합되지 않은 약리성분으로 이루어져 있다. 약리성분의 전달현상을 규명하기 위해서는 혈장 단백질과 약리성분의 결합력에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 본 실험에서 혈장 단백질인 HSA는 Fluka Co.에서 구입하였고, 약리성분인 s-ibuprofen은 Sigma-Aldrich Co.에서 구입하였다. 컬럼은 일본의 Nomura사의 diol-silica column (Develosil 100Diol5, 100 x 4.6 mm I.D.)을 미국의 Phenomenex Co.로부터 구입하였다. 이동상은 인산완충용액을 사용하였다. HPLC에 컬럼 오븐(CTS30 HPLC column oven, 영린기기)을 장착하여 일정한 온도로 유지하였고, 펌프(M930 solvent delivery pump, 영린기기)와 486 검지기 (M 720 Absorbance detector, 영인과학)를 사용하였다. S-ibuprofen 300 μM과 HSA 350 μM을 제조하여 37 ℃에서 3시간 동안 반응을 시킨 후 online HPFA 컬럼에 주입하였다. 컬럼 내부에 HSA과 결합되지 않은 약리성분의 영역이 발생하게 된다. 이 약리성분의 영역은 평평한 영역으로 사다리꼴 형태로서 용출되고, 평평한 영역에서 약리성분의 농도는 초기의 시료 용액의 HSA 결합되지 않은 약리성분의 농도와 같게 된다. 5 ㎕부터 주입 부피를 증가시켜서, 300 μM의 s-ibuprofen, 350 μM HSA의 경우, 70 ㎕에서 평평한 사다리꼴 영역이 나타나는 것을 실험적으로 확인하였다.

        • 3P-109 : Mechanical properties of thermally conductive adhesives by carbon fiber

          Recently, as smart devices and electronic products have become lighter, more flexible, and multifunctional, development of heat dissipation materials for device performance and lifespan management is required. Most heat dissipating materials are made by mixing epoxy with metal or ceramic filler. However, for high thermal conductivity, a large amount of ceramic or metal filler is included, which can reduce mechanical strength. Therefore, there is a need for research on thermally conductive adhesives having high heat dissipation properties while enhancing mechanical properties. In this study, some thermally conductive adhesives were prepared by mixing graphite and milled carbon fibers in epoxy resin. The adhesives obtained by adding different amounts of graphite and milled carbon fibers were applied to the surface-treated Al substrate and then cured. Mechanical properties of T-peel strength and overlap shear strength were measured using the prepared samples.

          영화기획적 측면에서 본 각색영화 연구 -소설 『살인자의 기억법』을 각색한 영화 <살인자의 기억법>을 중심으로-

          The purpose of this study is to examine the method of delivery of a novel and a film and the issues to be considered in adaptation for film planning development through comparison between the novel <Ma Memoire Assassine = Memoir of a Murderer> and the film <Memoir of a Murderer>. There are three different types of the relationship between a ‘novel’ and a ‘film’ in the manner of developing a ‘story.’ The first type is when a film faithfully represents a novel. The second type is when a film and a novel are harmoniously advocating each other. The third type is when a novel is only a starting point for a film. This research considers the interrelationship between the novel <Memoir of a Murderer> and the film <Memoir of a Murderer> as the second type, and demonstrates its thematic consciousness and aesthetic value. While the novel <Memoir of a Murderer> explores ‘the existential fears facing in two-fold nightmare which consists of the world around the protagonist and the world that he believes he has destroyed,’ the film <Memoir of a Murderer> simplifies it to ‘paternal love to save his daughter from the murderer.’ The novel <Memoir of a Murderer> abstracts protagonist narrator ‘s inner fear based on his memory and description, whereas the film <Memoir of a Murderer> spreads fear through the conflict behaviors between the hero and the serial killer. The reason why memory is adapted as a delusional behavior and the monologue as conflict is because novel has the power of narrative while film has the power of scenic composition. In this thesis the plot composition of the film <Memoir of a Murderer> is analyzed to present the practical considerations when adapting a novel to a film at the early stages of film planning.

        • 포스터발표3 : 생물화공 ; P-366 : Ibuprofen imprinted polymers의 제조와 키랄 선택성에 대한 연구

          S-ibuprofen의 각인 고분자를 만들기 위해 주형분자로 0.75 mmol(0.309 g) s-ibuprofen, 기능성 단량체로 5 mmol(0.43 g) acrylamide, 가교제로 30 mmol(5.94 g) ethylene glycol dimetharylate(EDMA), 기능성 단량체와 가교제의 결합용으로 사용되는 개시제로 0.1 g α, α-Azobis (isobutyronitrile) (AIBN)를 넣었다. 각인 고분자 제조에 있어서 주형에 대한 선택성에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 중합 시 주형과 기능성 단량체를 녹이는 용매인 porogen을 첨가하여 결합을 용이하게 하였다. 이 실험에서는 porogen으로 5 ㎖acetonitrile를 함께 넣었다. 또한 실험 결과의 비교를 위해 blank polymer, 주형분자를 첨가하지 않은 고분자를 제조하였다. 이 용액은 10분 동안 초음파 분쇄기에 넣었고, 산소를 제거하는 과정을 10분 동안 진행하였다. 그 후 펌프를 사용하여 플라스크 내를 진공상태로 만들고 그 입구를 막아 진공 상태를 유지하였다. 중합은 60℃로 고정된 항온조에서 24시간 동안 진행하였다. 중합 과정후 만들어진 고분자를 플라스크에서 꺼내어 오븐에 넣어 건조시키고 체를 이용하여 35 ㎛보다 작게 분쇄하였다. 이후에 증류수를 사용한 침전 과정을 4번 반복 수행하고 상등액의 미세입자를 제거하여 얻은 25∼35 ㎛의 고분자들을 스테인레스 컬럼(150×3.9 ㎜)에 충전하였다. 이동상으로는 acetonitrile과 물을 사용하였는데, acetonitrile의 조성비(0, 1, 2, 3, 8, 15, 30, 50 vol. %)를 증가시킴에 따라 체류시간(tR)과 체류인자(k)간의 변화를 관찰하였다.

        • P-73 : Theoretical Analysis of Peak Asymmetry and Sharpness of Peptides by Moment Method

          The peak shape may be characterized by the respective statistical moments, the peak skewness and excess. The purpose of this work survey the effect of the third and fourth central moments from chromatographic elution curves of peptides, Angiotensin Ⅱ and Bradykinin on the peak shapes. The experimental variables were the sizes of different particles (5 and 15 ㎛), pore sizes (100 and 300 Å) and flow rate of mobile phase (0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25, and 1.5 ㎖/min). In these experimental conditions, skewness, excess, and asymmetry factor were calculated. The chromatographic experiment was performed using Waters 600S solvent delivery system (Waters, Milford, MA, U.S.A.) with 2487 UV dual channel detector (Waters, Milford, MA, U.S.A.). As pore size in a packing is smaller, skewness tends to be larger. It means that the peak shape looks like a fronting. Also the same behavior was observed in particle size. The skewness was best in the condition of the smaller particle and larger pore, e.g.5㎛ particles with 300A pore size. The excess was a standard for sharpness of a peak. If it is larger, it is sharper. In the condition of small particle size and pore size, excess showed the largest value.

        • 3P-108 : Evaluation of Heat dissipation characteristics by recycled carbon fiber and fillers on epoxy adhesive

          Recently, research on heat dissipating materials is necessary for efficient thermal management of electronic devices. Carbon fiber is spotlighted as a new high-functional heat dissipation material because of its high thermal conductivity, excellent mechanical properties, and lightness. However, carbon fiber is expensive because the manufacturing process is complicated and requires a lot of energy. Therefore, it is expected that the process cost can be reduced through research on heat dissipation materials using low-cost recycled carbon fiber. In this study, using several lengths recycled carbon fibers, thermal conductivity of samples by several amounts and lengths of carbon fiber in epoxy were obtained. The thermal conductivity of the test samples was obtained using the Hot-disk equipment. The heat dissipation characteristics of adhesives were also investigated.
