The volume and size of the wind turbine gearbox has been increased with increasing transmitted power. The optimal sizing of gearbox is important due to limited space on the nacelle. The power-split type planetary gear train has been regarded as a better solution than conventional type from the point of view of the volume and weight. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the volume and weight of the gearbox by the analysis of structural characteristics and evaluation of strength of the power-split type planetary gear train.
전동 킥보드 리튬 폴리머 배터리의 폭발 방지를 위한 케이스 제작 조건에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 전동 킥보드 주행 중 배터리 폭발 방지를 위한 케이스 제작을 위해 리튬 폴리머 배터리에 물리적인 충격 및 고온에서의 열 충격을 가하는 실험을 통해 제작 조건을 찾고자 하였으며 리튬 폴리머 배터리 팩 케이스의 구성별 냉각 효과를 실험을 통해 비교 분석하였다. In this paper, for the manufacture of a case to prevent battery explosion while driving an electric scooter, physical shock and thermal shock at high temperature were applied to the lithium polymer battery to find the manufacturing conditions, and the cooling effect of the lithium polymer battery pack case was investigated. Comparison and analysis were conducted through experiments.
동적 시스템 모델링을 이용한 지게차 자동변속기의 시뮬레이션 및 해석

Powertrain of vehicle contains engine, torque converter, transmission, differential gear and final reduction gear. An automatic transmission is composed of geartrain, clutch, control system and etc. It is difficult to analysis of dynamic motion because its consist of many elements. The forklift truck is affected by rolling resistance from ground and mass of it. It could have many driving conditions. In this study, the powertrain system is modeled and dynamic motion simulation and analysis of each elements are performed. It is suggested the efficient system design and analysis method for automatic transmission of forklift truck.
