This study was carried out to investigate quality characteristics of Seolgiddeok containing 0, 1, 3, 5 and 7% of Lentinus edodes powder during storage. The water content of Seolgiddeok changed little with the length of storage and the amount of Lentinus edodes powder added. Hunter's color L value of Seolgiddeok decreased and "a" and "b" value were increased significantly by increasing the amount of Lentinus edodes powder. The hardness, gumminess, adhesiveness, chewiness and cohesiveness of Seolgiddeok decreased, but springiness increased by increasing the amount of Lentinus edodes powder. Seolgiddeok added with 3% Lentinus edodes earned the highest scores in color, taste, softness, chewiness, moistness and overall preference. From the above results of sensory and texture analyses, an addition of 3% Lentinus edodes to Seolgiddeok showed the best result in quality.
매복된 하악 제1대구치의 외과적 노출술을 이용한 치험례

제1대구치는 저작과 혼합치열기 이후의 수직적 교합관계형성에 핵심적인 역할을 하고 악골의 성장발육에 관여한다. 제1대구치의 매복은 하안면 고경의 감소, 낭의 형성, 치관 주위염, 인접치의 치근 흡수, 부정 교합 등의 문제점을 야기할 수 있다. 치료방법으로는 주기적 관찰, 외과적 노출술, 교정적 견인, 외과적 재위치술, 발치 등이 있으며 이중 외과적 노출술이 가장 기본이 되는 술식이다. 외과적 노출술시에는 맹출로의 개방성을 유지하는 것이 중요하며 개방성을 유지시키기 위한 방법으로는 레진관의 접착, 산화 아연 유지놀 시멘트, 치주포대 등을 노출된 부위에 충전시키는 방법 등이 있다. 본 증례에서는 매복된 하악 제1대구치에서 장애물의 제거와 외과적 노출술을 시행한 결과 자발적인 맹출을 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 surgical pack과 투명상유지장치를 사용하여 간편하고 효과적으로 맹출로의 개방성을 유지할 수 있었다.

The effect of chitosan in soybean koji preparation and characteristics of chitosan-koji were investigated. Aspergillus oryzae KCTC 6096 and Aspergillus kawachii KCCM 11458 was used for koji preparation. a-Amylase activity of soybean koji prepared with 0.25% 10cp chitosan was excellent relative to 30 cp chitosan and 1.6 times higher than non-added soybean koji. Acid and neutral protease activities of soybean koji prepared with 0.25%, 10 cp chitosan were showed simillary higher value than non-chitosna added koji. The period of koji preperation was reduced 30% by adding chitosan.

The purpose of this study was the development of a comprehensive nursing intervention program for the client with acute lymph stasis and stage I lymphedema. Method: The Quasi-experimental design using a non-equivalent control group was used. The subjects were 22 stroke patients with lymph stasis in the control group and 23 patients in the experimental group. The complex physical therapy of Casley-Smith was carried out to the control group for 0 hours, and comprehensive nursing intervention for the experimental group was carried out for 60 minutes. The data for this study was gathered from Feb. 2002 until June 2002 and pertains knowledge about lymphedema, self-care for managing lymphedema, and circumferences of affected limbs. Data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation, x^2-test. And t-test. Result: The changes in knowledge about lymphedema, self-care practices, and circumference of affected limbs after nursing intervention did not show significant differences between control group and experiment group. Conclusion : It can be concluded that comprehensive nursing intervention had more efficiency than complex physical therapy in the treatment of edema for stroke patients because of it’s simplicity and time saving. Thereby, the comprehensive nursing intervention program developed in this study would be a useful therapy for the clients with lymph stasis and early stage lymphedema.

The purpose of this study is to analyse energy cost by HR-VO2 regression equation and exercise intensity by %HRmax.during the boxing game.The subject were six elite boxing players and five ordinary boxing players. The results obtained from the above research can be summarized follows. 1.Mean energy cost of elite boxing players and ordinary boxing players during the boxing game were 13.54, 11.32㎉/min in 1round, 15.12, 12.86㎉/min in 2round and 15, 50,13.06㎉/min in 3round, respectively. 2.Total energy cost of elite boxing players and ordinary boxing players during the boxing game were 159.84㎉/11min and 136.40㎉/11min, respectively. 3.The exercise intensity of elite boxing players and ordinary boxing players during the boxing game was 93.1, 88.4 %HRmax.in 1round, 97.9, 95.6 %HRmax.in 2round and 97.9, 95.8%HRmax.in 3round, respectively. 4.To perform the boxing game effectively, players will have to elevate their cardio respiratory performance.
