      • CCD/LSB 방식의 형상측정시스템의 정밀도 향상 방법

        Since recent production system becomes that of the small quantity, large volume with high quality production, accurate and high speed inspection system is required. In such situation, non contact 3D measurement system which utilized CCD cameras is useful technique in terms of system cost, speed of data acquisition, measuring accuracy and application. However, it has low accuracy compared with contact 3D measurement system because of the camera distortion, non uniformity of laser distribution and so on. For those reasons, in this paper precision enhancement method is studied considering radial camera distortion, and laser distribution. A distortion correction method is applied even to the standard lens. The laser slit beam trajectory is determined by 3 method: based of the Gaussian function signal approximation, the median method, the center of gravity method and the peak point of the Gaussian function method.

        9-12%Cr steel are getting increasing attention for expanded application as high temperature materials applicable for gas turbine compressors, steam turbine rotors, blade and casing. For efficient and extensive application of 9-12%Cr steel, the data in addition to the improvement of mechanical properties on the correlation of microstructural evolution and mechanical properties are inevitable and thus the investigation in this study is performed for the determination for the specimens heat-treated at 600, 650 and 700℃ for 1000, 3000 and 5000hrs. The microstructure of as-received specimen was tempered martensite, with a high dislocation density and secondary phases. Upon high temperature heat-treatment, the martensite lath got larger and dislocation density decreased resulting the reduction of the strength. In addition, sharp growth of secondary phases was observed in the specimen heat-treated at 700℃ for 5000hrs. A specimen aged at 600℃ and 650℃ Laves phase was observed. The hardness showed close relationship with the secondary phase particle and dislocation density.

        Background and Objectives : Palindromic rheumatism (PR) is known to be triggered without any obviously inciting events in most patients, although, in a few cases, attacks have been noted to relate to another events such as weather change, childbirth, ingestion of certain foods, or over-exercise. The aim of this study was to characterize the triggering factors on palindromic attacks. Materials and Methods : We evaluated sixty-four patients with PR for the presence of triggering factors and the relationship between attacks and triggering factors by interview of patients. We considered that there was an probable association between episodes and PR, if episodes within 24 hours prior to PR had triggered at least 50% of all attacks and a definite association between episodes and PR, if episodes within 24 hours prior to PR had triggered 100% of all attacks. Results : In 15 patients (35.9%), there was a possible association between episodes of PR and initiating events. In 8 patients (12.5%), there was a definite association between episodes of PR and initiating events. The triggering factors were physical over-activity including exercise (19/64: 29.7%), foods, such as rawfish, crab, and chicken, including alcohol (19/96: 19.8%). However, there were no difference between the groups with and without the triggering factor in sex ratio, duration and onset of PR, the positive rate of rheumatoid factor and involved sites. Conclusion : Our observations showed that PR was triggered by physical over-activity more than in previous reports and hypersensitivity to foods was a causative factor in some patients with PR. However, patients with triggering factors had a similiar clinical profile to patients without triggering factors.

        뮤코펙트 정(염산암브록솔 30mg)에 대한 암브렉트 정의 생물학적 동등성

        A bioequivalence study of Ambrect^(™) tablets (Dong Wha Pharm. Ind. Co., Ltd.) to Mucopect^(™) tablets(Boe-hringer Ingelheim Korea, Ltd.) was conducted according to the guideline of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Twenty four healthy male Korean volunteers received each medicine at the ambroxol hydorchoride dose of 30 ㎎ in a 2×2 crossover study. There was a one-week wash out period between the doses. Plasma concentrations of ambroxol were monitored by a high-performance liquid chromatography for over a period of 24 hours after the administration. Aug_(t)(the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 24 hr) was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. C_(max) (maximum plasma drug concentration) and T_(max) (time to reach C_(max)) were compilied from the plasma concentraction-time data. Analysis of variance was carried out using logarithmically transformed AUC_(T) and C_(max). No significant sequence effect was found for all of the bioavailability parameters indicating that the crossover design was properly performed. The 90% confidence intervals of the AUC_(t) ratio and the C_(max) ratio for Ambrect^(™)/Mucopect^(™) were 0.89-1.01 and 0.89-1.02, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequivalence intervals of 0.80-1.25. Thus, our study demonstarated the bioequivalence of Ambrect^(™) and Mucopect^(™) with respect to the rate and extent of absorption.

        흰쥐의 좌골신경 절단손상후 기능회복에 대한 Acetyl-L carnitine의 효과

        A possible therapeutic effect of acetyl-L carnitine (ALCAR) on peripheral nerve injuries and the expression of Jun, the protein products of immediate-early genes(IEGs), in the spinal cord were investigated after sciatic nerve injury in Sprague-Dawley rats. Experimental animals were divided into 3 groups: intact sciatic nerve as a control group, surgical repair alone, and surgical repair with ALCAR treatment. Toe-spreading response, pinprick response, and compound action potential were measured to evaluate the recovery of sciatic nerve injury. Recovery of behavioral function and electrophysiological function both improved in the surgical repair with ALCAR treatment group. Weak basal expression of Jun was shown in the ventral horn the of spinal cord in the control group. In the surgical repair alone group or the surgical repair with ALCAR treatment group, Jun expression persisted until 28 days after injury in the ventral horn of the spinal cord. Moreover, the surgical repair with ALCAR treatment group showed more increased expression of Jun than the surgical repair alone group. These results suggest that ALCAR facilitates the functional recovery after peripheral nerve injury.

      • 수도권 일부 프랑스 레스토랑의 운영 실태 조사

        This study is to find the revitalizing method from a survey of overall operation and characteristics of French restaurant in Seoul and Kyeonggido. Sixty-men and women of 20s took part from appointed 60 restaurants in Seoul and Kyeonggido. The statistical analysis conducts by SPSSWIN 12.0 program and the significance level is p<.05, p<.Ol, p<.OO1. The result of operation status of French restaurant is as below. Form of start-up company is popular and the period ofoperation is within 2-5 years. Mostly, restaurant is operated personally. Most of restaurants are located in residential street and apartment complex. 50-100 are most popular in weekdays and weekend customers are more than 100 people in average. So it shows meaningful differences. Most of restaurants carry on business more than 30 days without holidays and open at noon and evening in a day. Monthly rent is popular for form of possession and owners give a weight of passion and interest for applicant when hiring employees and regard management expenses as most important labor cost. Many restaurant get food staff from appointed supplier by competition. Purchase ratio of food staff compared with sales is 25%-30% mostly. 41.7% of people said the future prospect of restaurant is just ''Normal''. Most important thing of menu composition is structure and composition, particularly representative menu and gustatory quality respectively. The important thing is "Taste", sanitation, facilities, menu development, education of employee, price and etc respectively for operation of French restaurant. Sales promotions to attract more customers and relationship with around store are analyzed as less important things. The biggest difficulty is the speedy rising of prime cost for operation of frenches and restaurant, manpower shortage, decreasing customer in this sequence. The difficult for increase offoreign food service and customer complain, decrease of customers is not a big problem in operation of restaurant. This study shows differences from other studies by grasping characteristics of restaurant unlike consideration of simple French dishes and also it is incalculable value to know the overall particulars, importance and difficulties by detailed survey.

      • 건축에서 "Flux"의 의미에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore how modem cities and architecture are adapted to the Age of Flow and Change and to clarify the meaning of the growth of modem cities and architecture in quality. Modem society is changing radically and various fields of it are highly interacting each other. Cities and architecture are not exception of this tendency. Different from other area, philosophy plays an important part as a dominant external factor in theoretical discussion on architecture. Therefore, this study investigated. the meaning of "Flux" appeared in modem cities and architecture from the view of "cinema-philosophy" of Gilles Deleuze and considered how it was expressed in modem cities and architecture through a case analysis. As a movie repeats the trace of philosophy which pursues the time, modem cities and architecture also exhibit the characteristics of "time-image." "Time-image" shows both coexistence and discrepancy of factors which can not go together. Subsequently, it forms continuity by denying the organized relation. The distinction of traditional factor such as wall, column and floor and the boarder between vertical and horizontal space becorres unclear. The similarity between these characteristics of "time-image" and modem architecture exhibits that architecture is in the evolutionary process of finding time as philosophy and movies found time. 'Time-image' that was presented as "Flux" in architecture gives us the true shock on the thinking like a movie does.

      • 치료용 방사선의 입사각에 따른 광섬유 방사선량계의 체렌코프 빛 측정 및 분석

        In this study, we have measured scintillating light generated in a fiber-optic dosimeter by high energy photon and electron beams using a charge-coupled device. The intensity of Cerenkov lights are also measured and characterized as functions of incident angles and energies of the high energy beams from a clinical linear accelerator. To minimize or remove Cerenkov light, a simple subtraction method using a background optical fiber and wavelength discrimination method using optical filters are investigated. Also, the intensities of Cerenkov light induced by high energy photon and electron beams are compared.
