        A Case of Hobnail Hemangioma

        N/A Hobnail hemangioma(HH)is a benign acquired vascular tumor of endothelial origin which should be differentiated from other malignant vascular neoplasm such as Kaposi`s sarcoma or angiosarcoma.We report a case of hobnail hemangioma in a 21-year-old woman who had a dusky-red patch on her left shin.Histologically,ectatic vascular channels with a single layer of plumped endothelial cells were seen and the vascular channels seemed to dissect the collagen bundles.She underwent treatment with surgical excision with primary closure. (Ann Dermatol 14(1)45-47, 2002).

      • 8-Azaxanthine과 그 유도체의 합성 및 시험관내 항암 활성

        8-Azaxanthine(1), 3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine(2),3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine-5'-monophosphate(3), 그리고 3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine-5'-(3-pyridinylcarbonyl)monophosphate(4)를 합성한 후 Mouse leukemia P388,Murine mammary carcinoma FM3A, Human histiocytic lymphoma U937암세포들에 대해 시험관내 항암활성을 MTT를 이용한 방법으로 예측하고 IC_50(μmol/mL)으로 나타내었다. 그 결과, 비정상적인 염기의 N-3와 당의 C-1'glycoside결합을 가진 2는 세가지의 암세포에 대해 감수성이 좋아 IC_50이 각각 0.05, 0.06,0.06μmol/mL이었으나 항세균 활성 예측에서는 감수성을 보이지 않았다. Human histiocytic lymphoma U937세포에 대한 IC_50은 1이 0.33,2는 0.06,3은0.25그리고 4는 0.33μmol/mL로 구조 변화에 따라 서로 다른 값을 보였다. 8-Azaxanthine(1), 3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine(2),3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine-5'-monophosphate(3), 3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine-5'-(3-pyridinylcarbonyl)monophosphate(4) were synthesized. The in vitro antitumor activities of the synthesized compounds against P388 mouse leukemia,FM3A mammary carcinoma, and U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cells were determined by MTT assay. 2 with unnatural N-3 and C-1'glycoside bond had activityagnist three tumor cell lines and IC_50s of these compounds were 0.05,0.06μmol/mL against three tumor cell lines, repectively. But these compounds had no antibacterial activity. IC_50s aganist U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cells were verfied with the structural modification:IC_50s of 1,2,3, and 4 were 0.33,0.06,0.25, and 0.33μmol/mL, respectively.

        지하역사 승강장 및 대합실 평상시/비상시 급ㆍ배기 환기 Large Eddy Simulation

        The turbulent flow behavior of air supply and exhaustion in the Shin-gum-ho subway station is analyzed for ordinary and emergency state. The depth of Shin-gum-ho station is 43.6m which consists of the island-type platform(8th floor in underground) and a two-story lobby (first & second floor in underground). An emergency stairway connects between the platform and the lobby. Ventilation operation mode for ordinary state is set up as a combination of air supply and exhaustion in the lobby and platform, while for emergency state it is set up as a full air supply in the lobby and a full exhaustion in the platform. The entire station is covered for simulation. The ventilation diffusers are modeled as 95 square shapes of 0.6m?0.6m in the lobby and as 222 square shapes of 0.6m×0.6m and 4 rectangular shapes of 1.2m×0.8m in the platform. The total of 7.5million grids are generated and whole domain is divided to 22 blocks for MPI efficiency of calculation. Large eddy simulation(LES) is applied to solve the momentum equation and Smagorinsky model(C<SUB>s</SUB>=0.2) is used as SGS subgrid scale) model. The time-averaged velocity fields are compared to experimental data and show a good agreement with it.

      • 다공질 실리콘 광검출 소자의 개발(Ⅱ)

        본 연구에서는 먼저 SOS 구조의 다공질 실리콘 광검출 소자를 제조하였다. 측정결과 소자의 I-V 특성은 높은 직렬 저항과 측면방향의 양극반응으로 인한 다공질 층의 불균일성 등의 문제점이 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 양극 반응에 의해 생성되는 다공질 실리콘을 이용한 수직구조의 n-ITO/p-PSL 이종접합형 광검출 소자를 제조하였다. 제조된 소자에 0∼300Lux의 백색광을 조사하여 I-V 특성을 구하였으며 광의 세기에 따라 선형적인 광전류의 변화를 관찰하였다. 소자들은 매우 낮은 온도에서도 상당히 큰 광응답도를 나타냈다. 또한 -4OV의 역방향 바이어스를 인가했을때도 매우 안정된 특성을 보였으며 매우 낮은 암전류를 보였다. 약 0.5V 이상의 순방향에서의 반대수 I-V 데이타로 부터 구한 이상계수는 2.7∼3 사이의 값이었다. 소자에 제논램프를 사용하여 400∼1100㎚ 파장의 광을 조사하여 600∼700㎚ 파장에서 약 0.6A/m의 최대광응답도를 나타내었다. 또한 약 5V의 순방향 바이어스에서 가시광방출이 일어남을 보았다. ITO층은 PSL층을 보호 하므로써 표면을 안정시킬 뿐 아니라 가시광 영역에서 90% 정도의 광 투과성을 가지므로 높은 효율의 광검출 소자를 제조할 수 있었다. SOS porous silicon photodetectors have been designed and fabricated. Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics of the device has also been measured. The characteristics was not as good as expected due to high series resistance and nonuniformity of lateral anodization. n-ITO/p-PSL heterojunction photodetectors with a vertical structure have been fabricated by using PSL(porous silicon layer) formation method. From Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics of fabricated devices with white light from 0 to 3000 Lux, it is found that the photocurrent vary linearly with incident light intensity. The devices show considerable photo responsivity even though the temperature is very low. The reverse characteristics of fabricated devices are very stable at a bias of -40V and show very small dark current. At biases greater than about 0.5V, the semilog Ⅰ-Ⅴ data indicates an ideality factor of 2.7∼38. When

        국내 디자이너브랜드 업체의 패턴업무 실태 분석 : 입체재단을 중심으로 for Draping

        The purpose of the study is to indentify the designers' and the patterner's pattern making, draping and the use of dress form in domestic companies of designer's brand to present basic information for effective pattern works. It turned out that the designer brand companies at home use flat pattern and draping at the same time rather than draping only. The effects of the use of draping lies in unique designs and elastic materials, which seems proper phenomena for the current design trend such as high quality and diversification. But, draping has such problems that the pattern takes long time to be finished and that the staffs don't acquire well the needed skills due to the lack of draping education. To secure the high added value of fashion, it is required to develop education programs for new skills and to apply draping actively. Also, it requires an educational system in which practice oriented skills are cultivated, and efficient investment into apparel business.

      • 부산시 대기먼지 오염원의 성분비 특성

        It is necessary to establish the reasonable management plans for controlling level of suspended particulate matter that source profile characterization for the suspended particulate matter are analyzed and identified. Therefore, in this study, emission inventory for the sources emitting particulate matter in Pusan area, was made and assessed through investigation and analysis and source profiles which are considered to be important information to identify the relationship between source and receptor, were developed and arranged through the comparison of related of related source profile data. From this study, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. The concentrations of TSP in Pusan were showed higher in winter and spring than in summer and autumn and the concentration and emission quantity of TSP had a close relationships. (r=0.7693) 2. The concentration of the emission quantity of TSP from the regions of Buk-Gu and Saha-Gu was dominant and calculated as 83% of total emission quantity of TSP in Pusan and the variation of that showed less than of the other regions. 3. The larger the fraction of area occupied by building and residential house was, the higher variation of TSP concentration showed. 4. In the fact that the fractions of Al, Si, K, and Ca were showed high, while that of Com Mo, and Cd were showed low, it was exist, and it was remarkable that high fraction of Cl was calculated in transportation source profile of Pusan. 5. From the results of developed source profiles for the selected point sources, it was obtained that the composition fractions of K, Na, and Ca were showed high while those of Co, Se, Mo and Ti were calculated low. And as the scale of emission facility goes larger, the composition fractions showed higher, especially this trend was showed more in alkali and alkaline-earth metals such as K, Mg, and Ca. 6. By the kind of vehicle, speed pattern and sampling place for the source profile of transportation, and used fuel, emission facility, the kind and the scale of industry for that of point sources, it was identified that the source profiles were different from each other. 7. The related study on source profile should be performed to get the reprehensive source profiles for the sources contributed to level of suspended particulate matter in Pusan.

      • Vibrio cholerae균 증식에 있어서 Ferric Citrate가 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to find a method of more high isolation rate of Vibrio cholerae from contaminated foods and the carrier of cholera. Ferric citrate, an ingredient of TCBS agar that has been used most freguently as a selective media for identification of Vibrio spp., was known to inhibit growth of enteric bacteria than Vibrio species. So, We investigated the effect of the ferric citrate on the growth of Vibrio cholerae 1. The growth of Vibrio cholerae was not inhibited in agar plate medium including low concentration of ferric citrate but Vibrio cholerae was inhibited in medium containing high concentration of ferric citrate. 2. TCBS agar medium was not suitable for isolation of Vibrio cholerae.

      • 25㎜ NSW-ring, pp.를 充塡한 充塡塔에서 암모니아 吸收에 의한 充塡物의 特性硏究

        This study was carried out to demonstrate the superiority of used packing in view of energy saving and efficiency of mass transfer, comparing with conventional packing. The results are as follows : 1. Owing to low pressure drop under high load, 25mm NSW-ring, pp. can cause energy saving. 2. The unique magnitudes of used packing are as follows : C_(G) = 5.78 m = 0.67 n = 0.46 3. Used packing can make high efficiency including energy saving because of low pressure drop per the number of transfer unit. To rate the characteristic of packing, it should be carried out that the measurement of pressure drop per packing height and per the number of transfer unit. This study demonstrated the superiority of used packing by caning out above experiment and could be used as basic reference for design and predicting efficiency of packing tower which is filled with same packing.
