      • 논에서 우분액비 시용이 총체보리 및 이탈리안 라이그라스의 생산성과 사료가치 및 환경오염에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 논에서 조사료 생산을 위한 작부형태별 우분액비의 시용효과를 규명하기 위하여 총체 벼 재배 후 우분액비 시용에 따른 총체보리 및 IRG의 생산성, 사료가치, 토양성분 및 용탈수중의 무기물 농도를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 2006년 5월부터 2009년 4월까지 3년 동안 전라북도 김제군 백산면 시험포장에서 완전임의배치 3반복으로 수행되었다. 총체보리의 2년간 평균수량은 7,520 kg/ha, 그리고 IRG는 평균 10,320 kg/ha으로 IRG가 총체보리 보다 현저하게 높은 수량을 보였다 (p<0.05). 이탈리안 라이그라스는 1번초가 2번초 보다 약 2배 이상의 수량을 보였다. IRG의 조단백질 함량은 총체보리보다 높았고 NDF, ADF 및 TDN 함량은 작물간에 큰 차이는 보이지 않았다. 경작형태별 우분액비 시용에 따른 토양내 pH, $P_2O_5$, T-N, OM 농도는 시험전에 비해 시험종료 후에 현저하게 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다 (p<0.05). 경작형태별 우분액비 시용에 따른 토양내 Ca, Na, Mg 및 K 농도는 시험전에 비해 시험종료 후에 현저하게 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다 (P<0.05). 경작형태별 우분액비 시용에 따른 용탈수중 $NH_4$-N, $NO_3$-N, $PO_4$-P, Cl, Ca, K, Mg, Na의 농도는 경작형태에 따른 확실한 차이를 보여주지 않았다. 따라서 논에서 우분액비를 이용하여 동계작물을 재배할 경우에는 수량도 중요하지만 환경적인 부분도 고려하여 우분액비를 이용해야 한다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of cattle slurry on productivity of whole crop barley and Italian ryegrass and environmental pollution in paddy land. Cropping systems used in this study were consisted of two designs, such as whole crop barley applied with cattle slurry (WCB) and Italian ryegrass applied with cattle slurry (IRG). The field experiments were conducted on the clay loam at Backsanmyun, Kimje, Chunlabukdo province in Korea for three years (May 2006 to Apr. 2009). This study was arranged in completely randomized design with three replicates. The yields of WCB and IRG were 7,520 kg/ha and 10,320 kg/ha, respectively. The yields of IRG significantly increased as compared with that of WCB (p<0.05). The yield of Italian ryegrass in 1st cutting time was about 2-fold higher than that of 2nd cutting time. The contents of crude protein of IRG were higher than that of WCB. However, the contents of NDF, ADF and TDN were no difference between WCB and IRG treatments. The pH, and contents of T-N, $P_2O_5$ and organic matter (OM) in soil samples collected at the end of the experiment increased as compared with those at the beginning of the experiment (p<0.05). After the end of experiment, the concentrations of CEC (Ca, Na, Mg and K) in soil samples collected at the end of the experiment were remarkably higher than those at the beginning of the experiment (p<0.05). The concentrations of $NH_4$-N, $NO_3$-N, $PO_4$-P, Cl, Ca, K, Mg and Na in leaching water in paddy land cultivated with WCB and IRG were no difference between WCB and IRG treatments.

        환경농업 시범마을 논에서 시비에 따른 무척추동물 개체 수 변화

        논의 관리방법에 따른 수서생물상의 변동 양상을 파악하기 위하여 종합적인 환경농업기술 시범 2개 지역의 논 및 하천에서 주기적으로 조사 분석하였다. 논에서의 수서 무척추동물의 총 개체 수는 두 지역 모두 농가관행구에 비해 화학비료 토양검정 시비구에서 62% 이상 높았고 그 다음은 두 지역에서 서로 다르게 나타나 옥천의 경우 농가관행구, 양평은 화학비료+개량재 순으로 많고, 가장 적은 처리는 무비구였다. 수서곤충의 총 개체 수는 토양검정시비구가 농가관행구 옥천 및 양평 각각 328, 45.1/L보다 56%, 69% 더 많았다. 갑각류의 총 개체수는 옥천 지역에서는 토양검정 화학비료구> 화학 비료+개량제구> 농가관행구> 무비구 순으로 많았으며, 양평에서는 화학비료+개량제구>토양검정 화학비료>무비> 농가관행구 순으로서 과다 비료시용구인 농가관행구에서 가장 적었다. 두 지역의 논관류 하천에서 서식하는 수서 무척추동물은 59과 76종이 분류되었고, 미확인종이 14종으로 조사되었으며, 특히 물방개과 중 노란테 콩알 물방개 및 땅콩 콩알 물방개가 채집되었고 양평 지역에서는 날도래 종류가 다양하게 서식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하천지류별 수서 무척추동물 서식밀도는 두 지역 모두에서 상류보다는 하류에서 밀도가 높았으며, 옥천의 연평균 성적에서도 하류에서 1300/0.09 ㎡로 최상류에 비해 172% 더 많은 밀도를 나타냈다. 친환경 농업 실천 2개 지역에서의 논 서식 수서 무척추동물 개체 수 조사 결과 일반관행 농가 논 91.1/L 보다 58% 더 많았다. This study was conducted to survey and identify kinds and population of the freshwater invertebrate fauna according to the managements of paddy rice fields at Ok-Chun and Yang-Pyung. The experiment was conducted in 4 paddy plots; conventional fertilization plot (CF), fertilization by prescription with soil testing with (ST+A) or without soil amendment (ST), and no fertilization as the control. In addition, the freshwater invertebrate fauna was also surveyed at 3 sections of as upper, intermediate and down, in both Jitan and Bungsan stream. The total number of the freshwater invertebrates was higher in the order of ST>CF>ST+A>C and ST>ST+A>CF>C at Ok-Chun and Yang-Pyung, respectively. The population density of aquatic insects was higher in plots fertilized by prescription with soid testing than in the other plots at both demonstration villages. The freshwater invertebrates collected in Jitan and Bungsan stream were identified and classified into 59 families and 90 species, and their population density was highest in the downstream among.

        <sup>99m</sup>Tc-hematoporphyrin linked albumin nanoparticles for lung cancer targeted photodynamic therapy and imaging

        <P>In this study, we fabricated albumin nanoparticles (ANP) using a solvent diffusion method and modified the surface of the ANP with hematoporphyrin (HP) which has been used for cancer photodynamic therapy. Hematoporphyrin linked albumin nanoparticles (HP-ANP) were further functionalized with gamma-emitting nuclides (<SUP>99m</SUP>Tc) for scintigraphic imaging. The fabrication method for HP-ANP was optimized extensively to obtain HP-ANP particles within the size range of 100 to 200 nm. HP-ANP had enhanced accumulation in A549 and CT-26 cancer cell lines, and photodynamic activity against A549 cells after UV exposure. HP-ANP also showed increased accumulation in murine lung tumors, which was induced by CT-26 colon cancer cells, compared to normal lungs. Pharmacokinetics of <SUP>99m</SUP>Tc chelated HP-ANP (<SUP>99m</SUP>Tc-HP-ANP) was estimated through scintigraphic imaging of rabbits. <SUP>99m</SUP>Tc-HP-ANP demonstrated good imaging properties in the rabbit with a much more extended biological half life compared to <SUP>99m</SUP>Tc-HP. <SUP>99m</SUP>Tc-HP-ANP could be utilized as a radio-diagnostic tool for cancer as well as the obvious application for photodynamic therapy.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>Hematoporphyrin attached albumin nanoparticles (HP-ANP) were fabricated and their therapeutic application for lung cancer was evaluated in this study.         족삼리의 전기침 자극에 대한 개구반사 크기의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of various electroacupuncture duration induced by acupuncture point-Zusanli(S36) electrical stimulation on inhibition of amplitude of digastric electromyogram (dEMG)evoked by noxious electrical stimuli around the mental foramen. <Experiments were conducted on adult rats (SD) were anesthetizde with> intraperitoneal sodium pentobarbital in an initial dose of 50mg/kg and maintenance doses of 4.5mg/kg/h were given through a cannula in the femoral vein using a constant infusion pump. A pair of stimulating electrodes were inserted for noxious stimuli around the mental foramen. An irritant electronic stimuli pulse (0.2 Hz,0.1 ms duration) was produced with an intensity of about 1.5-2 times threshold for evoking the dEMG. The anterior belly of the digastric muscle was exposed and a pair of 0.1mm wire electrodes were inserted for dEMG recording. Acupuncture point stimulation on Zusanli (2 Hz, 250㎲, biphasic pulse. 2 V) was delivered by Dental Electronic Anesthesia (3M,U.S.A). For periods of electronic stimulation of 10, 20, and 30min, the amplitudes of dEMG were measured on the oscilloscope and on the monitor connected to the amplifier. The following results were obtained: The dEMG was decreased to 73.4% of that in the control set after 10 min electroacupunture stimulation (Group Ⅰ): The dEMG was decreased to 77.1%(10min), 54.0% (20min)of that in the control set after 20minutes of electroacurunture stimulation (Group Ⅱ). The dEMG was decreased to 73.7% (10min), 61.9%(20min), 76.2%(30min) of that in the control set after 30 min of electroacupunture stimulation (Group Ⅲ). From these results, it may be that in the electroacupuncture stimulation on the Zusnali resulted in a reduction of amplitude of daEMG and that the most effective electroacupuncutre stimulation period was 20min.

        Occurrence and characterization of oseltamivir-resistant influenza virus in children between 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 seasons

        Purpose: There was a global increase in the prevalence of oseltamivir-resistant influenza viruses during the 2007-2008 influenza season. This study was conducted to investigate the occurrence and characteristics of oseltamivir-resistant influenza viruses during the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 influenza seasons among patients who were treated with oseltamivir (group A) and those that did not receive oseltamivir (group B). Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 321 pediatric patients who were hospitalized because of influenza during the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 influenza seasons. Drug resistance tests were conducted on influenza viruses isolated from 91 patients. Results: There was no significant difference between the clinical characteristics of groups A and B during both seasons. Influenza A/H1N1, isolated from both groups A and B during the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 periods, was not resistant to zanamivir. However, phenotypic analysis of the virus revealed a high oseltamivir $IC_{50}$ range and that H275Y substitution of the neuraminidase (NA) gene and partial variation of the hemagglutinin (HA) gene did not affect its antigenicity to the HA vaccine even though group A had a shorter hospitalization duration and fewer lower respiratory tract complications than group B. In addition, there was no significant difference in the clinical manifestations between oseltamivir-susceptible and oseltamivir-resistant strains of influenza A/H1N1. Conclusion: Establishment of guidelines to efficiently treat influenza with oseltamivir, a commonly used drug for treating influenza in Korean pediatric patients, and a treatment strategy with a new therapeutic agent is required.

        PLS-SEM을 활용한 해외건설 사업 공사비 변동성 요인의 정량적 분석연구

        본 연구는 기존 국내에서의 리스크 정량분석의 한계점을 보완하기 위해 부분최소제곱 기반 구조방정식(PLS-SEM) 방법론을 활용하여 해외건설사업 리스크 요인들의 구조 및 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석을 위하여 21개의 리스크요인들로 구성된 해외건설사업 공사비 RBS(risk breakdown structure)와 해외건설사업 실무자 경험기반의 리스크 평가사례 93건을 표본으로 활용하였으며, 분석을 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구축된 측정모델과 구조모델의 유의성 평가결과 7가지의 평가 기준에서 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 구축된 측정변수와 잠재변수, 잠재변수 간의 구조 관계가 타당하다는 점을 의미한다. 둘째, 구조모델에 대한 분석결과, 잠재변수의 설명력이 가장 높은 항목은 ‘정치/정책(Political)’, ‘사회/문화(Culture)’, ‘법규/제도(Legal)’ 항목으로부터 영향을 받은 ‘사업수행여건(Market)’ 항목이 0.616의 R² 값으로 가장 설명력이 높았으며, 잠재변수 간 영향정도가 가장 높은 항목은 ‘지역/환경(Environment)’의 영향을 받았던 ‘사업수행여건(Market)’이 0.29의 f² 값으로 효과크기가 가장 컸음을 확인할 수 있었다. 때문에, 추후 국내건설기업들의 해외건설시장 진출 시, 단일적인 리스크 요인의 대응뿐만이 아닌 리스크 요인 간의 관계를 고려한 복합적인 리스크 대응방안의 구축이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study analyzed the structure and link between risk factors in overseas construction projects by using the Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to supplement the limitations of the existing quantitative risk analysis. For the analysis, 93 survey data of evaluation on the RBS (Risk Breakdown Structure) conducted by overseas construction project experts were used as variables and samples. The results are as follows. First, As a result of significance test of the constructed measurement model and structural model, all seven evaluation criteria were found to be statistically significant. This means that the structural relationship between latent and measured variables, latent and latent variables are appropriate. Second, the results of the analysis on the structural model, the item with the highest R² score (0.616) is the market risk affected by political, culture, legal risk. The item with the highest f² score (0.29) among latent variables is market risk affected by environment risk. When construction companies enter overseas, it is necessary to establish a complex risk countermeasure plan that considers relationship between risk factors.
