        The purpose of this study is to evaluate small firms' LIS(logistics information system) and logistics service quality using theoretical model for evaluation of information system and the empirical data of firms. In this study, structural equation model analysis was established for verifying the relationships among the study variables. After examining hypotheses based on the collected data through the survey, all hypotheses were accepted with the statistical significance. The study results showed that the firms' logistics management function influenced on the logistics information system positively, and that logistics information system in turn influenced on logistics service.

      • 표준 용매 벤젠의 Rayleigh 비의 온도 의존성

        The Rayleigh ratio of benzene is a very important physical constant with which the integrated scattered intensity of laser light scattering can be converted into the absolute value. In this study temperature dependence of Rayleigh ratio of this solvent has been investigated with two different methods in the temperature range of 25-75℃. It was found that in the direct measurement the non-linear behavior of its Rayleigh ratio were observed as increasing temperature even if the scattering volume correction was applied to the scattered intensity of benzene. However the result of indirect measurement based upon the invariance of molecular weight of standard polystyrene polymer for any polymer solution temperature showed us that its temperature dependence up to 75℃ could be expressed with the Benoit's linear equation rather than the non-linear one. It seems that the scattered intensity in direct method has more complicate contributions at the elevated temperature. Further research works are necessary in order to solve such discrepancy clearly.

        We have used molecular biology technique to label the side chains and backbone of HBV preS1(1-56) with stable isotope (??) during E. coli over-expression and purified the protein to near homogeneity. The expression level of ?? labelled preS1(1-56) seems to be ∼15% of the total protein. to characterize the secondary structure of the labelled protein, circular dichroism was used. In different buffer conditions including pH 3.3 and pH 7.4 the protein seems to be devoid of any stable secondary structure probably suggesting that the N-terminal portion (preS1(1-56)) of HBV preS1 might be unstructured before binding to its target cells.

      • 유도선수의 경기력과 심폐능력에 대한 연구

        Judo is one of the most popular martialart sports in the world. Most people belive that true in Judo is the advantage a good mind, a large body, and great strength bring. Usually we emphasize that muscular strength in Judo competition, and Its broadly accepted by exercise scientists. But Judo is not only need muscular factors but also need aerobic capacity. The purpose of this study is that find out aerobic capacity differences between superior Judo competitor and normal competitor. There are 20 subjects were used for this study. 10 of them are National Judo team level player and the other 10 are the players who never praised. Subject were performed allout treadmill test by bruce protocol. The result and conclusion were followed, First, Heart rate were higher in superior Judo competitor group than normal competitor group. That means superior Judo competitor have more strong heart function. Second, VO₂max and /㎏VO₂max both aerobic factors were higher in superior Judo competitor group than normal competitor group. We can conclude that aerobic capacity can contribute the Judo competition as a main winning factor. Third, MET was higher in superior Judo competitor group than normal competitor group. It means superior Judo competitor has more dynamic aerobic capacity. Forth, Exercise time is longer in superior Judo competitor group than normal competitor group. So when same exercise load was given at same time, superior Judo competitor will be more easily doing this. These results are emphasized that aerobic exercise will be essentially consider as a major factor in Judo training.

        설인신경 절단이 성곽유두 미뢰에 미치는 영향

        The effect of glossopharyngeal nerve transection on the taste buds of the rat vallate papilla was examined by using the method of DNA nick-end labeling (TUNEL) and standard electron microscopic technique at 1,3,5,7,9 days after denervation. In general, the number and size of taste buds decreased as more days passed after denervation. They started decreasing on day 3 post denervation. In studies using TUNEL method, TUNEL postive cells markedly increased in their numbers one day post denervation, as compared with controls. The number of apoptotic taste bud cells per taste bud profile was averaged to be 0.64 and 0.44 for day 1 and 3 post denervation, respectively, whereas it was 0.10 in controls. In electron microscopy, apoptotic cells were identified by the presence of condensed and fragmentary nuclei in a cytoplasm, which resulted in increased density. In control rats, only few apoptotic cells were found. On days 1 and 3 post denervation, nerve fibers almost disappeared from the taste buds and some apoptotic cells were apparent. On days 7 and 9 post denervation, a few taste bud cells were still present in the epithelium of the bottom of the trench wall of the vallate papilla and most of them showed apoptotic changes. The results indicate that the death of taste bud cells in normal conditions is controlled by apoptosis and the decrease and disappearance of taste buds sfter denervation is also caused by apoptosis of taste bud cells.

      • 4-비닐피리딘계 이온 교환수지의 합성 및 그의 이온 교환능에 대한 연구

        The ion exchangers such as 4-vinylpyridine-vinylacetate-divinylbenzene, 4-vinylpyridine-vinylalcohol-divinylbenzene and 4-vinylpyridine-vinylphosphate-divinylbenzene were prepared and the compositions of the above ion exchangers were confirmed by their infrared absorption spectra. The ion exchange capacities of the ion exchangers were examined and the adsorption properties of metal ion for them were also investigated. The ion exchange capacities of 4-VPVADVB, 4-VPVALDVB and 4-VPVPDVB were 1.8meq/g, 2.5meq/g and 4.1meq/g respectively.

        Coating을 시행한 뇌동맥류 파열환자의 예후

        In rare occasions in which aneurysmal neck clipping is nearly impossible, coating is employed. During the period from 1985 to 1992, 312 patients with aneurysm underwent surgery ; aneurysmal neck clipping were performed in 284 cases while coating only in 28. The reasons that coating was required were ; wide and broad neck in 13, perforators arising from the neck in 4, neck tearing during dissection in 3, very friable neck in 2, severe adhesion with surrounding structures in 3, and small aneurysm without enough room for clipping in 3. In twenty-three cases, cotton wisp and bioglue were used as coating materials. In another five cases, the aneurysmal wall was reinforced using Surgicel or Gelfoam. Patients were followed for 24 months on average of all the patients. Four had last contact Six died(4 due to rebleeding and 2 due to pneumonia). Fourteen were good and 4 were moderately disabled. There were no rebleeding incidences during first three months' follow-up after coating. We thus concluded that coating an aneurysm offers some protection from rebleeding, particularly when the rebleeding risk period is over.

      • 전통적 무도훈련 방법에 대한 고찰

        Various training methods had been contributioning in develop atheletic performance. But scientific development of training methods and theories were devided many subunit by it's own orgination of their scientific back-ground. Actually this severed develop of training methods are no more useful for the atheletic performance because atheletic performance basically include many different acpects of mental, physical, and technical. So if it persist in goes their own way then we must confronting the difficulties in put together to make one. Oriental training methods has more than thousand years of historical back ground. It always emphasis that unity of mind and body and this the main goal for the practicing matial art in oriental nations. The purpose of this research is try to find out that the possibilities of put together traditional oriental martial art training method to modern training method. So contents of this research consist of two parts. At first part it just tried look about the degrees of apply mordern training program. In second part is consist of research for the old traditional martial art program and it's scientific interpretation. Tradiational martial art training which usually called as a "Su-Ryen" is stress that unity of human movement and breathing and then finally go forward to get unity of movement and breathing and mind. So the main way of traditional martial art training program containing quite different three subjects in one time. This is in a different way compare to mordern method of training. The conclusion of this research is that mordern training theories must consider the old traditional way of training method and spirit.
