        벤조피렌으로 유도된 마우스 폐선종에 대한 인삼분말의 연근별 항발암효과

        The authors have already shown that 6 year old red ginseng extract or its powder has remarkable anticarcinogenic effects. In this study, we further investigated whether fresh ginseng or white ginseng has similar anticarcinogenic effects and also if their anticarcinogenic effects are related to the types and ages of ginseng using Yun's anticarcinogenicity test (9 week medium term bioassay model). Dried fresh ginseng and red ginseng at 1.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6 years, and while ginseng at 3, 4, 5 and 6 years were used. The following results were obtained: 1) In the dried fresh ginseng treated groups, the incidence of lung adenoma induced by benzo(a)pyrene was 41.39) and its incidence was reduced to 31.2%, 30.0%, 31.3%, 30.7% and 27.8% after co-treatment with 1.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6 year-dried fresh ginseng, respectively. A significant effect was observed only in 6 Year-dried fresh ginseng. 2) In the white ginseng treated groups, the incidence of lung adenoma induced by benzo(a)pyrene was 45.0% and its incidence decreased to 41.3%, 38.0%, 31.6%, and 25.3% after co-treatment with 3, 4, 5 and 6 year-white ginseng, respectively. Five and 6 year-ginsengs showed significant inhibition of lung adenoma. 3) In the red ginseng treated groups, the incidence of lung adenoma induced by benzo(a) pyrene was 48.6% and its incidence diminished to 37.9%, 41.7%, 31.7%, 28.3% and 25.5% after co-treat-melt with 1.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6 year-red ginseng, respectively. In 4, 5 and 6 year-ginsengs, the anticarcinogenic effect was prominent. From the above results, we concluded that a significant anticarcinogenic effect was observed in 6 year-dried fresh ginseng, 5 and 6 year-white ginsengs, and 4, 5 and 6 year-red ginsengs.

        벤조피렌으로 유도된 마우스 폐선종에 대한 인삼분말의 연근별 항발암효과(II)

        In this study, we investigeated the anticarcinogenicity of various types and ages of ginseng extracts as an extended study using Yun's anticarcinogenicity test. Fresh ginseng at 1.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6 years was dried and powdered. And white ginseng was processed in the same way that of fresh ginseng after removal fo the ginseng cortex and fine root. For red ginsneg, fresh ginseng was steamed and dried. Each ginseng powder was extracted and extracts was freeze dried. Newborn N:GP(S) mice were given a single subcutaneous injection of 0.5 mg of benzo(a)pyrene(BP). Various types and ages of ginseng extracts at 2.5mg/ml were orally administered. All the mice were sacrificed at the 9th week. The following results were obtained. In the dried fresh ginseng extract treated group, the incidence of lung adenoma induced by BP was 63.9% and its incidence was reduced to 48.3%, 52.5%, 51.8%, 47.5% and 44.1% after co-treatment with 1.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6 year-dried fresh ginseng, respectively. The incidence of lung adenoma induced by BP on the white ginseng extract treated group was 41.3% and decreased to 31.0%, 46.0%, 44.0% and 26.5% after co-treatment with 3, 4, 5 and 6 year-white ginseng, respectively. In the red ginseng extract treated group, the incidence of lung adenoma induced by BP was 47.5% and its incidence diminished to 40.7%, 35.0%, 30.1%, 30.0% and 26.3% after co-treatment with 1.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6 year-red ginseng, respectively. From the above results, we concluded that a statistically significant anticarcinogenic effect was observed in extracts of 6 year-dried fresh ginseng, 6 year-white ginseng, and 4, 5 and 6 year-red ginseng and it is suggested that the anticarcinogenicity of ginseng varies according to the types and ages Key words Ginseng extract, types and ages. anticarcinogenic, newborn mice, lung tumor.

      • Carrageenan 유도 관절염에 대한 灸律 藥鍼의 진통작용

        Objectives: This study was produced to examine the effects of moxibustion that had been played important role to traditional oriental medical treatment on disease. Recently, it was reported that moxi-tar which is generated in the process of moxibustion as burning combustibles decreased nitric oxide(NO) and inducible NO synthase (iNOS) generation in cellular experiments. Methods: Carrageenan-induced arthritis rat model was used to test the effect of moxi-tar as a chronic pain model. Diluted moxi-tar was single injected in several acupoints or combined with electroacupuncture (1 ms, 2 Hz, and 2 mA) into contralateral ST36 acupoint for 30 min to assess the synergic effects. After the treatment, behavioral tests measuring stepping force were periodically conducted during the next 12 hours. Endogenous NO and iNOS, cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and c-Fos protein expression in the spinal cord were examined on a rat model of carrageenan-induced arthritis. Results : After the induction of arthritis, rats subsequently showed a reduced stepping force of the affected limb for at least the next 4 days. The reduced stepping force of the limb was presumably due to a painful knee, since oral injection of indomethacin produced temporary improvement of weight bearing. Moxi-tar produced significant improvement of stepping force of the hindlimb affected by the arthritis lasting at least 9 hours. The magnitude of this improvement was equivalent to that obtained after an oral injection of 3 mg/kg of indomethacin and this improvement of stepping force was interpreted as an analgesic effect. Moxi-tar produced the improvement of stepping force of the affected hindlimb in a dose-dependent manner. Both NO production and iNOS, COX-2 protein expression increased by arthritis were suppressed by moxi-tar. Moxi-tar on combination with electroacupuncture (EA) produced more powerful and longer lasting improvement of stepping force of the hindlimb affected by the arthritis than either moxi-tar or EA did. Conclusion : The present study suggest that moxi-tar produces a potent analgesic effect on the chronic knee arthritis pain model in the rat and that moxi-tar-induced analgesia modulate endogenous NO through the suppression of iNOS/COX-2 protein expression.

      • 기술적 발전이 산업의 네트워크 구조에 끼친 영향에 대한 연구

        정보 기술(IT)은 호텔을 비롯한 여행 산업에 혁신을 가져왔으며 그 산업 내의 기업들이 보유하고 있는 경쟁력을 변화시켜 가고 있다. 특히 항공사가 주축이 되어 개발하기 시작한 online 예약 시스템인 CRS는 관련 산업인 호텔과 여행사의 상품 유통 경로에 끊임없는 변화의 원인을 제공하였고 또 CRS 구축에 필요한 기술적 발전은 그러한 기업들간의 network 구조에 지속적인 변화를 불러 왔다. 지난 10여년에 걸쳐서 얻어진 정보 기술의 혁명은 여행 산업에 속한 기업들이 효율적인 협력을 하도록 하였고 또 실질적인 세계화의 수단을 제공하여 그 기업들의 경영에 전략적 시사점을 부여하였다. 반면에 hospitality 산업의 경영자들은 그러한 IT의 능력 유통 경로로써의 잠재성 그리고 조직에 끼치는 효과를 이해하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그 근본적인 원인은 아직 IT가 전달하는 구체적인 혜택을 확인하지 못했기 때문이다. 따라서 기본적인 시도로써 IT로 인하여 야기된 여행 산업에서의 구조적 변화를 확인해 보는 것이 필요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 여행 산업의 network에 개입하고 있는 구성 요소와 그 구성 요소가 기술적 발전으로 인해서 새로운 network를 구성해 가는 과정을 파악하고 그리고 앞으로 인터넷이라는 수단으로 인해서 어떠한 network 구조로 변화해 갈 것인지를 예측해 보고자 한다. Information technologies have not only led innovation into the tourism industry but also changed the competitiveness of each corporate involved in it. Especially, online systems called CRSs, which have been developed primarily by airlines, provide the related industry such as hotels and tour operators reasons why they have to adopt consistent changes and the technological development required to establish CRSs has transformed the network structure among them. Through the revolution in the information technology of the tourism industry during the last decade the members of the network could achieve effective cooperation and practical means to globalize themselves. However, the managers in the hospitality industry have not identified IT'S capacities, possibilities and effectiveness on the organizations. This study will provide the insights about the members of the network in tourism industry and examine the changes in the network proceeded by the technological development. Finally, the perspective of emerging network combined with internet will be introduced.

      • 어류의 지질 함량 및 조성

        어류의 기질을 조사하기 위하여 어류(고등어, 갈치, 동태)의 총지질함량, 지질분포, 지방산 조성을 측정하였다. 그 결과 총 지질함량은 100g당 고등어는 17.61g, 갈치는 10.09g, 동태는 2.40g이었고, TLC법에 의한 지질의 분포는 고등어, 갈치, 동태 모두 97∼99%가 TG였고, cholesterol, diglyceride, monoglyceride도 소량 있었다. 그리고 지방산 조성은 대부분 C_14∼22 fatty acid였다. 그중 고등어와 갈치는 C_22:6 fatty acid가 가장 높게 나타났다. To investigate the nutrional value of fishes contents of total lipid, composition of"fatty acids, distributions of lipids in fishes (Mackerel, Herring, Hair tail) were-examined. The results were summarized as follow. The contents of total lipid in Mackerel, Hair tail, Alaskan pollack, frozen were17.61%, 10.09%, 2.40% respectively Lipids in all them were about 97~99% oftriglyceride ana cholesterol, diglyceride, monoglyceride were existed only the Mackerel,Hair tail and Alaskan pollack, frozen. Fatty acids were compose4 of that of carbonnumber 14-22; C_22:1 were about 25% in Mackerel Hair tail. C_22:1 were about 25% inHerring, C_22:1 were about 31% in Alaskan pollack, frozen.

      • 부모스트레스척도(Parenting Stress Index)한국형 개발을 위한 예비연구

        This study investigated the effectiveness of Korean translated Parenting Stress Index(PSI). PSI was administered to 30 parents of normal children and 30 parents of clinic children. The results are as follows. 1. Test-retest reliability coefficients of the 13 subscales with an interval of 3 weeks were. 62 - 89. 2. Internal consistency coefficient using Cronbach's alpha was .93. 3. Thirteen subscale's intercorrelations were in the range of -.01 - .71. 4. The parents of clinic children scored significantly higher on the mood subscale of child domain and role restriction subscale of parent domain. The Korean version of PSI turned out to be a reliable, internally consistent and valid scale which can be used for assessing parents' stress in Korea.

      • 超音波 斜角探傷法에 의한 Longitudinal Crack의 位置및 깊이 測定法에 관한 硏究

        本 硏究는 超音波 傾斜角 探傷法에 있어서 有敎Beam路程을 고려하여 鋼板에 內在된 平面 層狀缺陷 位置및 크기를 測定한 것으로 人工的인 缺陷을 삽입한 試驗片을 製作하고 두가지의 探觸子로 比較 探傷하여 缺陷의 位置및 크기를 推定해 보았다. 試驗結果 缺陷位置및 크기의 百分率 7% 以下 精度로 測定이 가능 하였으며 探觸子 5Z 10x10 A60보다는 5Z 10x10 A70을 使用하였을 때와 値射法보다는 1회 反射法으로 探傷하였을 때 測定 誤差가 적게 나타났다. 本 硏究의 實驗的인 結果는 熔接構造用鋼板에 內在된 平面層狀缺陷의 位置및 크기 測定에 크게 도움이 되는 資科가 되리라 生覺된다. This study shows measuring the depth and vertical type defects in the deposited metal zone. Considering effective beam path on ultrasonic angle beam method making specimens deposited metal zone the Lngitudinal Crack and specimens with the artificial defects and comparing two probe, the location and depth of defects are presumed. After experiments the location of defects and size can be measured blow 7%, Measurement errors on using probe 5Z 10x10 A70 and 1.0 skip less then using 5Z 10x10 A60 and 0.5 skip. The experimental consequence of this study will be helpful in measuring the defect size of Longitudinal Crack in the deposited metal zone.

      • 超音波 斜角 深傷法에 의한 層狀 缺陷의 位置 및 크기 測定法에 관한 硏究

        本 硏究는 超音波 傾斜角 探傷法에 있어서 有效Beam路程을 고려하여 鋼板에 內在된 平面 層狀缺陷 位置 및 크기를 測定한 것으로 人工的 缺陷을 삽입한 試驗片을 製作하고 두가지의 探觸子로 比較 探傷하여 缺陷의 位置 및 크기를 推定해 보았다. 試驗結果 缺陷位置 및 크기를 百分率 16.7% 以下 精度로 測定이 가능하였으며 探觸子 5Z 10x10 A60보다는 5Z 10x10 A70을 使用하였을 때와 直射法보다는 1회 反射法으로 探傷하였을 때 測定 誤差가 적게 나타났다. 本 硏究의 實驗的인 結果는 鎔接構造用鋼 板에 內在된 平面層狀缺陷의 位置 및 크기 測定에 크게 도움이 되는 자료가 되리라 생각된다. This study shows measuring the location and size of ramination in the steel plate. Considering effective beam path on ultrasonic angle beam method making specimens ramination in the steel plate with the artifical defects and comparing two probe, the locat on of defect and size are presumed. After experiment the location of defects and size can be measured below 16.7% Measurement errors on using probe 5Z 10x10 A70 and 1.0 skip less than using 5Z 10x10 A60 and 0.5 skip. The experimental consequence of this study will be helpful in measuring the defect location and size of plane defect in the SWS plat.
